Gwynn and Bert went above and beyond our expectations. We have known them and their work from the Blacksburg Farmers Market for 4+ years, where we buy (almost) weekly bouquets from them. When we started wedding planning, we knew from day one that we wanted them to be our florist because of their beautiful, locally grown flowers, as well as our relationship we had built with them. Working with Gwynn was seamless as well as so much fun! She had fun with our attention to detail and understood what we were trying to describe. The whole process was smooth and made us feel confident and at ease. We went with a sunset palate with wildflower-like blooms and boy, did StoneCrop deliver. -

We loved working with Stonecrop Farm for our special day on my grandparents farm in Blacksburg. The flowers were vibrant and truly the only decoration that we needed. We received so many compliments on how beautiful all the flowers were. Stonecrop Farm was responsive, professional, and SO easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a florist to make their day extra special. -

Stonecrop Farms was helpful in every step of the way with my vision for my wedding florals. Jo and Gwyn communicated with me via email and phone. I appreciated both ways of communication as it felt personable (especially when they spelled my husband's name correctly!). When the florals arrived at the venue, I was absolutely in love with them. They did a phenomenal presentation of the bouquets, boutonnieres, aisle florals, and wedding swag. I also received assistance from Gwyn when adding my locket of loved ones to my bouquet. They gave us detailed instructions of where to place the florals and succulents around our venue. I highly recommend Stonecrop Farms for their professionalism and personalization to my wedding day . -

Gwynn has been a dream to work with. Her bubbly personality will get you excited about your wedding (if you’re not already!) and she creates wonderful arrangements. I challenged her with a cascading bouquet and she did not underdeliver! -

Working with Gwynn from Stonecrop Farm was truly one of the highlights of our wedding. Gwynn puts your mind at ease about every detail of the floral arrangements, from nailing your color scheme to making sure the wraps on the bouquets are the perfect fabric for your wedding's vibe. We met at the farm to discuss the details of our wedding about 2 months in advance, and it was amazing to see the actual fields where our flowers were grown. Stonecrop grew and arranged the most beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces. Gwynn was familiar with our venue, Whitegate farm, and even knew how to adjust our altar piece so it would hang at exactly the right angle. Stonecrop's pricing is extremely reasonable, and they are willing to work with you to find the exact type of vases and other details that you want. We even had room in the budget to use their beautiful hanging floral chandelier! We could not have been more pleased with Stonecrop Farm! they were the best vendor decision we made for our wedding! -

Allison Sent on 10/13/2014Gwynn at Stonecrop Farm is amazing to work with. She met us in town and we discussed many ideas, flowers and she brought my flower dreams to life! Her Vegetables, Herbs, and Flowers certified Organic by OEFFA. So she literally takes your ideas, plants them, cares for them, and prepares them for your wedding day. She was always only a phone call or email away and worked with us for an early early morning flower pick up. Her prices are also very reasonable. Florists can be very very expensive. Of course the bouquet she prepared for me was beautiful. We also bought 3 other bridesmaid bouquets, 2 corsages and 3 boutonnieres. All for 217.
