I wanted a spinner ring for my fiance's wedding ring and this is the only company that I found that would customize one using quality materials. Super responsive customer service meant I was able to get every detail worked out within a couple of days. They warned me that my original (and more expensive) choice might eventually rust in certain areas and recommended another, more durable option. The ring arrived less than a month later and it is perfect! The spinner part actually spins more freely than I thought it would and I know my fiance is going to love it! -

Stonebrook was the only company I could find online and offline (I have searched in HK, UK and Taiwan for stores, workshops and metal craftsmen) that could produce the level of customization I was looking for. We did find another store but Stonebrook won us over by the warm and professional communication and delivery promise.
The fair pricing and their willingness to honor their expired discount quotation was a bonus, plus they offered the Father Day discount which they didn't have to and I wouldn't have know. They were very honest with their prices and what they can / couldn't do for the rings.
I was so glad we could pay a little extra for the computer rendering of both rings, and have half refunded into the actual production. They took extra efforts to ensure both graphics we made of the outer engraving can be done, and that the inner engraving fonts are true to display. The level of attention to details was definitely two sided, their replies were always prompt and would think in our shoes to suggest possible alignments for our outer engraving and given width and ring shape. Knowing that we do not reside in the US, she extra asked first the workshop staff, then the studio to take photos at multiple angles of our rings, so we can make sure everything is in order, and since we were out of town, then shipping them at the date we choose - FedEx with insurance.
Most importantly, the final rings looked just like we wanted -- clearly engraved with the exact alignment we wanted, they were true to the metal weigh/price, and felt more expensive and delicate than what we had expected. It was the ultimate purchase experience I’ve had, in both online and offline market.
The photo I am giving to this review is the one their studio took with their professional camera, hence the superb photo quality, and the rings were true to the photos. -

If you are looking for something truly unique, then you need to shop Stonebrook Jewelry. I purchased the Titanium Ring with Infinity Heart Milled Celtic Design Band and it is stunning. It arrived before promised and was beautiful. I can't stop looking at it.
I highly recommend this vendor for the quality and look of their jewelry. -

Custom work, highest quality, great price
WE LOVE THE RING! It is absolutely gorgeous and exceeds our expectations. Wow. The Sunset Kuro Damascus is a little thinner and more textured than I expected, which are both pluses. Magnificent. Wearing a work of art is a special treat. Thank you! -

My fiance wanted a more rugged ring, I came aross Stonebrook with a online search. They had exactly what we wanted with all the options. I looked at their reviews and they didn’t lie. Made to order and love it! Now I know why they had so many great reviews. #1 store for a Damascus wedding ring!

I said I didn't feel comfortable with that at all, but he just couldn't find one here that compared to how much he loved that ring. I decided to take a chance and order it. Being a jervous bride I emailed multiple times to check on the status. Kelly C was there to quickly answer all of my questions. I never felt I was being a bother. The ring arrived the day after it shipped. I was scared to open the box in case it didn't live up to expectations. It did! It is so beautiful, the picture on the site looked great, but in person it was amazing. I will love seeing that ring on my husbands finger for the rest of our lives. I can't thank Stonebrook enough for the amazing ring and the fantastic customer service. I would recommend them to anyone!

Quality doesn’t reflect the price
I purchased my husbands ring over 2 years ago and from the picture online it was unique and he and I liked the green trim inside the ring. Mind you hasn’t been very long and the green is completely gone and it looks hideous now. I included a picture. Does that look green to you? Not only is the ring not that great for how much I paid for a men’s ring but the customer service was a pain in the rear and I wish I went elsewhere. My husband loves it but I don’t and the ring isn’t worth how much I paid for it. I could’ve gotten an expensive looking ring for a fraction for what I paid for this one. Absolutely don’t recommend this place!!! -
