Perfect Venue!!
Stonebriar Country Club was the perfect venue for my wedding on October 18! The food, views of the golf course, planning staff, and everything that is included in the price is superior to most other wedding venues around Dallas. All of our guests had the best time and we heard so many compliments. Our out of town guests just walked across the parking lot to the Westin at the end of the night- perfect! We truly couldn’t ask for a better venue and stress free planning process with Stonebriar. I highly recommend this wedding venue to any couple- go tour and you’ll fall in love!Stonebriar Country Club's reply:

We had a wonderful experience having our wedding at Stonebriar Country Club. The service is 10/10, the food is 10/10, the staff is 10/10, and the club is a 10/10.
Truly one of the best country clubs in the dfw area! Amber the event sales director was PHENOMENAL! She made our day absolutely perfect and can’t thank her enough for the attention to detail she brings to the table and the exceptional service from start to finish.
Oh, and not to mention they let us land a helicopter on their course for a grand entrance! -

Stonebriar Country Club was the perfect wedding venue! From the first time we reached out for a tour throughout the entire planning process, they were very responsive, organized, and made the entire process fun for us. They provide you with a planner (ours was Amber) and she was super helpful. All of the food and drinks they provided were absolutely amazing, and we were able to do a tasting prior and meet the chef. We absolutely loved working with Stonebriar for our wedding and received so many compliments about the beautiful scenery of the venue. I highly recommend!Stonebriar Country Club's reply:

Fall Wedding Reception
Stonebriar Country Club was an incredible venue for our wedding reception, and we cannot recommend it enough! Although we didn’t have our ceremony there, it was an available option, and the space and staff are truly top-notch.
Working with Amber Dodson was an absolute delight. She was so communicative, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in making our day special. From the very beginning, Amber made us feel confident and cared for. One of the standout moments was arriving at the venue to find our specialty drinks and appetizers ready for us with a server. It’s little touches like this that made us feel so taken care of on such a big day.
Oscar Diaz, the Banquet Captain, and his team were also phenomenal. Oscar’s attention to detail and thoughtful care for my husband and me did not go unnoticed. From ensuring we had everything we needed to overseeing flawless dinner and cocktail service, Oscar and his team truly went above and beyond to make our evening seamless and enjoyable.
The venue itself is stunning. We held our reception in the Myers Grand Ballroom, which provided a beautiful and elegant setting for our celebration. Additionally, we hosted our cocktail hour on the Terrace, which overlooks the beautifully maintained golf course. Our guests were in awe of the view, and it created the perfect setting for mingling and enjoying the evening.
And the food… THE FOOD! We can’t rave enough about it. Chef Todd is exceptional, and we received so many compliments from our guests about how delicious everything was. What made it even more special was the inclusion of off-menu specialty appetizers for our cocktail hour that incorporated details from our cultural backgrounds and our first date. It was such a thoughtful and personalized touch that we will always cherish.
To anyone considering Stonebriar Country Club for their wedding, my husband and I wholeheartedly recommend it. From the outstanding staff to the breathtaking venue and incredible dining experience, you will be taken care of every step of the way. Stonebriar Country Club was an absolutely wonderful venue for my daughter's July 2 wedding reception! In the wedding world it is definitely one of the best deals in the metroplex. The cost to rent the club was minimal compared to many wedding venues. We had access to a ballroom, a bridal suite lounge and several beautiful rooms overlooking the golf course for cocktail hour. The club includes bartenders, servers, valet parking, set up with gold chiavari chairs, silk crinkled taffeta linens, gold chargers, votives, white marble dance floor and an exellent event planning staff. Our event coordinator, Amber was organized and very responsive to all emails and questions. She went the extra mile helping us create the perfect floor plan! To top it all off the food was delicious! All my guests commented that it was one of the best wedding dinners they have ever attended. Service was impeccable! Oscar did an excellent job coordinating the entire evening with his staff from the hosting the perfect cocktail hour to serving the dinner in a timely manner, cutting and serving the wedding cake to lighting the sparklers for a perfect exit! I can't say enough great things about Stonebriar Country Club!!! One more thing which made the evening so perfect was that all of our out of town guests stayed at the Westin Stonebriar which was just a short walking distance from the Country Club. It was the perfect set up for our guests!! No need to call an uber or get on the road and drive to a hotel after an evening of dancing and drinking! Please take the time to check it out! It really was a perfect evening for everyone!!! I highly recommend this venue!

We had a wonderful experience at Stonebriar! The whole staff was amazing and attentive to every little detail. Staci, their director of events, kept in communication throughout the planning process and executed everything flawlessly the day of. The banquet captain, Oscar did an amazing job throughout the day to make sure his team was attentive to everyone’s needs and expectations. Every staff member did an excellent job of making our dream wedding a reality. Everyone who helped at Stonebriar Country Club went above and beyond to make our wedding special and smooth. They kept us informed if any changes were needed, and made sure we were happy with everything. The outside location for the ceremony was beautiful, and the flow from ceremony to happy hour to reception was perfect! We had quite a big wedding (250 guests) and they were able to make seating and everything work with the outside ceremony and inside reception spaces. I would HIGHLY recommend having your wedding at Stonebriar Country Club. Not only will you have a beautiful space to experience, you will also receive respect, open communication, and amazing service.Stonebriar Country Club's reply:

Stephanie (venue host), Oscar (maintenance manager) and staff were very helpful and flexible with all the changes we had requested last minute. The outdoor scenery is beautiful. TexMex food served was really good. We wish the ballroom was a bit bigger (we had roughly 200 guests, a band/DJ and 21x21 dance floor) but other than that we had a wonderful time and will never forget the special memories!! -
Caro Sent on 01/24/2018One of the reason we choose Stonebriar Country Club was because of Krystie McDougall. she's very experienced , It was an absolute pleasure working with her and this venue from beginning to end.
We had our engagement dinner at the Clarendon room It has a great view over the golf course. The place is gorgeous and allowed us to create a night that was unique and spectacular for our guests The staff was incredibly helpful and professional and extremely attentive to all my guests. Chef did an amazing job with our menu. It was so delicious and the presentation was beautiful. We have received endless compliments about how delicious it was.
A big thank you to Krystie and her staff for making our engagement party the best day ever. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place for their engagement/ wedding or any other event!

Lauren Sent on 05/30/2014I had the most picture perfect wedding at Stonebriar Country Club!!! This venue is almost all-inclusive for both your ceremony and reception site. Susan Moore, Events Director, is such a delight and makes you feel so comfortable and takes care of everything! All I had to do on my wedding day was just show up and marry the love of my life! Gorgeous venue and fabulous food. Having a food tasting was always one of my favorite things:)

I chose this location because of the hard bottom for my outside wedding:) But as time got closer i was informed that they were doing construction on my dream location. They move it to a different location and it was still beautiful, but not what i expected!
