We truly could not have imagined a more perfect wedding venue than Stone Tower Winery. From the moment we booked, the entire team was incredibly kind, professional, and responsive. Wedding planning comes with so many questions, and every time we reached out, they were quick to respond and always made us feel supported and taken care of.
On our wedding day, everything ran so smoothly thanks to their organization and attention to detail. We never had to worry about a thing, which allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment with our family and friends.
The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. The views are stunning, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and every space feels special. So many of our guests told us it was one of the most beautiful wedding venues they had ever been to. We also loved how naturally the venue flowed from the ceremony to cocktail hour and then into the reception. Each space felt distinct while still creating a seamless experience for our guests throughout the evening.
What truly sets Stone Tower apart is the people. Their team genuinely cares about making your day special, and that showed in every interaction we had. We are so grateful to everyone at Stone Tower for helping make our wedding day everything we dreamed it would be and more. From start to finish STW was absolutely amazing to work with and we are extremely happy that we held my daughter's wedding here. The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. The views are spectacular and the venue has both great indoor and outdoor areas which afford an opportunity for people to sit outside and talk while people dance inside.
You will not go wrong hosting your wedding at STW. -

My husband and I recently got married at Stone Tower Winery, and it was the perfect venue. The venue search was one of the most challenging parts of our planning process, especially since we were planning a March wedding. It was really important to us to find a location that had an indoor space just as beautiful as the outdoor setting that could fit 200 guests. Stone Tower exceeded every expectation! The entire property is stunning, so any additional decor just elevated the space- nothing needed to be changed :)
We were lucky enough to have a gorgeous day, and everything flowed so seamlessly. Guests moved from the reception room to the cocktail space and out onto the patio, taking full advantage of both the indoor and outdoor areas.
The team was also incredible to work with. Brynn, Halley, and Lauren were all so responsive, organized, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process.
Our families rented the airbnbs on site and we shuttled the guests to nearby hotels which was very convenient.
Highly recommend STW. -

From start to finish, Stone Tower exceeded every expectation I had for my wedding day. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous—stunning views, beautiful grounds, and the perfect backdrop for a wedding. We were a little nervous about choosing a date so far in advance, but it turned out to be perfect and landed right at peak fall foliage. The colors were unreal and made the day feel even more magical.
What truly sets this venue apart, though, is the staff—especially Halley and Lauren. Through vendor chaos, last-minute changes, and the usual family stress that comes with weddings, they were absolute lifesavers. They stayed calm, organized, and proactive every step of the way, making sure everything came together seamlessly.
Even when things felt overwhelming behind the scenes, Halley and Lauren pulled together my dream wedding and allowed me to fully enjoy the day knowing everything was handled. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made all the difference.
If you’re considering this venue, know that you’re not just booking a beautiful location—you’re getting an incredible team that will go above and beyond. I cannot recommend this venue—or Halley and Lauren—highly enough.

My husband and I first started visiting Stone Tower Winery when we were still dating, it became a special place for us where we wanted to share it with our friends and family. It felt so special to get engaged at Stone Tower and it only felt natural to get married there as well. It was truly a dream from start to finish. Halley and the whole events team were so kind and helpful at every step. While nobody can control the weather, we were so lucky that we had the most perfect fall day to get married with a stunning sunset. Our guests were blown away by the experience and keep telling us how much they loved our wedding. If you want to impress your guests, Stone Tower is truly a show stopper. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding day. -

Their staff are pros that help you every step of the way from the walkthrough to selecting wine to taking care of us the day of, everything went perfect and it is all thanks to them! Stone Tower is AMAZING!
We had our wedding at Stone Tower Winery, and it was truly the most beautiful and unforgettable experience. From the moment we first contacted their wedding/events team, we were blown away by how organized everyone was, and the incredible care shown by the staff. We had a very logistically complex and large wedding, with a Hindu ceremony in the morning, and western/American ceremony and reception in the evening…all in the same day. Every detail was handled with professionalism and genuine hospitality, making the planning process smooth and the wedding day itself absolutely seamless. This place is a well-oiled machine, as they host weddings basically every weekend – so the team is super knowledgeable and have thought of legit everything. Our guests are still raving about the breathtaking views, the wine, and the overall experience. Stone Tower will always hold such a special place in our hearts—we couldn’t have imagined a more perfect venue to begin our married life! Abigail Sent on 08/23/2025Incredible views, friendly and highly competent staff, tasty wines, excellent and very functional facilities
Stone Tower Winery is gorgeous, the space is incredibly functional, its staff are highly professional and communicative, and the wine is great! We had a wedding there of approx. 100 guests in late July.
First, all of the spaces are gorgeous. The highlight is the property itself, the vineyards on rolling hills with the mountains in the background make for stunning backgrounds for photos. The main ballroom has an entire wall of floor-to-ceiling windows that look out on the vines, and both outdoor ceremony locations have a great view as well.
Second, the winery is very functional as a wedding venue. If you’re worried about rain plans for an outdoor venue, take heart—we had to switch from a planned outdoor ceremony (on their “Hillside” location) to indoors with 90 minutes notice due to a thunderstorm and the transition was so seamless that, frankly, our guests were none the wiser. The getting-ready space for the bride and the “Virginia Room,” which is a retreat from the main part of the venue for the couple / the bridle party are nice. Parking is plentiful. In addition to the basic wedding package, we rented space for the rehearsal dinner (which Stone Tower catered) and one of the on-site Airbnb’s for the groom’s party the morning of the weeding and for the bride and groom the night after.
A lot is included in the basic package, including all of the tables and chairs for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. The rental for STW was higher than most of the other venues we looked at, but, factoring in what we saved on avoiding these rentals and a tent, the fee makes more sense to us.
Third, the events team at Stone Tower are the height of professionalism and friendliness. STW has a staff of four or five on their events team, and they answer emails promptly at all hours, week days or weekends. On several occasions they clearly went above and beyond. They worked seamlessly with our other vendors, especially our planner.
Fourth, the wine is a highlight, and the wine minimums are not too burdensome. The requirement is a case (12 bottles) per 25 adult guests, and that requirement applies to your rehearsal dinner as well if you do that there. Our guests (who are generally more beer and liquor people) had nice things to say to us about the wines. You get to take home bottles that are not consumed, and we brought back maybe half a dozen bottles, which we’ll gladly enjoy. -

I cannot fully express how wonderful our wedding experience was. From the beginning, Halley and her team were highly communicative and answered every question I had (there were many). Never once did I feel like I had a silly question! Just the support from her alone was above and beyond. The weather was sketchy on the day, and we had to make game-time decisions. Halley and the entire Stone Tower team remained extremely flexible and sprinted to wipe down seats when the rain went away to make it happen! The attention to detail was next level. The space is breathtaking, but the level of care and genuine excitement the team gave us really blew us away. I wish I could go back and relive every single moment! If you’re looking for the best wedding you could have, book Stone Tower… you won’t regret it! -

Stone Tower is known as a top notch wedding venue in the DMV for a reason. We joked years before we got engaged that we wanted to get married there because of how stunning the property is. What we didn't know at the time was how fantastic the team would be. Three years after our first visit to Stone Tower and a little less than 2 weeks after our wedding, we can't say enough good things about them. The entire events team are not only skilled and capable wedding professionals, but also some of the kindest people we had the pleasure of working with for our wedding. They were on top of every little detail and were there to answer every crazy question we had over the entire 2 year process of planning a wedding. We never once felt like we weren't a priority or that the team didn't have time for us, even though we were one of dozens of weddings and hundreds of private events throughout the year. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful their spaces are, how good the wine was, and how seamless the event was. They also did our rehearsal dinner and made the night so special and comfortable -- the kitchen even made us our favorite, off-menu pizza as a surprise. From start to finish, Stone Tower was incredible to work with and worth every penny. -

If you're looking for a wedding venue for your micro-wedding, I highly recommend Stone Tower Winery. No matter where you go on this property, the views are spectacular! The team is also extremely attentive and accommodating. They met with us before the big day to help us build our wedding day timeline. During our wedding day, the team expertly guided us and our guests through the day and ensured we kept to the timeline. When it came time for our post-ceremony portraits, someone drove us around the property in a golf cart so we could get shots in various locations. The food and wine is also amazing. We opted for their woodfired pizza buffet style, but they also have a full menu with brunch, lunch, and dinner options. Stone Tower made planning our wedding day a breeze. This place is truly one of a kind! -

Stone Tower was truly the perfect wedding venue. The entire area is gorgeous and we felt so lucky to have found this special space. Olivia and Halley were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and helped everything go seamlessly the day of. We had been initially concerned about the club members being at the venue when our guests arrived and for the ceremony, but we honestly barely noticed them and when we did, they were cheering us along. It was somehow even more gorgeous than it looked in pictures. We can't recommend this venue enough. -

Saying 'I do' at Stone Tower this past August was a dream come true. The moment we set foot on the property, we knew it was the perfect place to have our wedding.
The beauty of the landscape took our breath away. Our ceremony on the Hillside, with the mountains and vineyards painting a picture-perfect backdrop, felt like something out of a movie. Every corner of the venue, from the bar room to the elegant reception hall, exuded a warmth and charm. The unique cellar room, a passage from cocktail hour to the reception, was an absolute showstopper - our guests couldn't stop taking pictures!
The Stone Tower team went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. From the very beginning, the Events team was incredibly responsive and supportive. Their expertise shone through in every detail, from suggesting ways to keep our guests comfortable during the outdoor ceremony to offering great insights for where to set things up during our final walkthrough. On the big day, they were absolute rockstars, handling everything from chauffeuring us around in golf carts to making sure we had a chance to eat amidst the excitement. They even kept track of our countless belongings that we inevitably misplaced! Their genuine warmth and enthusiasm were contagious, setting the perfect tone for the entire day, even with an early start.
The farmhouse was so cute and cozy, and it was perfect for my family and I to get ready. It's right next to everything, which was super convenient. My husband’s family stayed in the nearby chalet, which was also great. Having everyone so close made the whole day so much less stressful. And of course, we loved being able to share Stone Tower's amazing wines with our guests - wait till you try their sparkling rosé or champagne!
We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Stone Tower for our wedding. It truly exceeded our expectations in every way. -

We had the most perfect day for our daughter's wedding. The venue is just amazing and the staff is friendly and helpful. The girls all spent the day at the farmhouse on site, and had champagne waiting for them to enjoy while they got ready. Our vendors were great too. I wouldn't have changed a thing. We just got married at Stone Tower Winery this past weekend. On the actual hottest day of the year. I cannot put into words how incredible the team there is, especially Olivia and Tyler, and how they made the day perfect. We had our hearts set on still getting married outside and they made it happen. Tyler was an angel, driving me around in the golf cart whenever I needed it, providing fans and umbrellas for shade to myself and the photographers, and generally being there whenever I needed him. Olivia made the planning a snap. She was so responsive, super helpful, professional, extremely sweet, and really made us feel so comfortable and excited for the day. The venue is just absolutely stunning and the stone tower staff is so helpful and flexible. Whenever we requested a change, such as getting hair and makeup in earlier than usual, the staff made it happen no problem. When the caterer forgot rental equipment such as the cake stand, stone tower staff stepped up and provided a beautiful one so that we didn’t even know that happened! The venue fee is completely worth it. They do not nickel and dime you at all and the furniture they provide is so high quality and beautiful. We were awe struck at the beauty of the venue and the day. If you’re on the fence, do it, you won’t regret it. -

A Dream Wedding Venue
This is truly the perfect wedding venue. We absolutely fell in love with the beautiful Stone Tower property, particularly the pond area which we used for our ceremony. Even with rain on the morning and afternoon of our spring wedding, the site was still gorgeous! The whole Stone Tower team - Olivia, Halley and Lauren - was experienced, professional, and friendly. They'd worked with several of our vendors previously so the wedding day was executed flawlessly. We used the Farmhouse and the Cottage, both of which were just so convenient both due to the location on the STW property and the ease of placing a lunch order for the wedding day. Best of all, we can't wait to continue coming to STW for years to come to enjoy the lovely wine and views! -

Spring Wedding Experience with STW
We truly cannot stress enough what a flawless experience it was working with Stone Tower, specifically with Olivia and Halley. We were initially drawn to this venue because of the tank room, and they were extremely accommodating in their efforts to help us be able to have our ceremony there. This venue is absolutely stunning, regardless of the time of year. So many of our guests made comments about how beautiful the view was and how unique the tank room was. There is a lot of inherent stress in wedding planning, especially on the day of (no matter how well-planned or relaxed you think you are😂) and Olivia and Halley really made everything as easy as it could have been. They did such a great job at incorporating our vision into the space. We cannot recommend this venue enough! -

A dream wedding venue!
Stone Tower Winery was the most amazing place to get married. From the start, the wedding team was welcoming, fun, and all around great to work with! Olivia, Halley and Lauren made my husband and I feel so comfortable and special throughout the entire planning process. The walk through and tasting before our wedding was also incredibly fun. The entire staff at Stone Tower that day were so welcoming, we could not have asked for a better experience.
The Farmhouse and the Cottage were perfect places for both of our parties to get ready in. It was so nice to be able to place a breakfast and lunch order prior to the day and have it delivered to us!
The winery itself is absolutely stunning. The tank room, cocktail space and ballroom were all beautiful! We were lucky enough to have it snow the night before and the snow covered vineyard was everything we had been dreaming of. Every single one of our guests raved about the wine at Stone Tower! We will definitely be making the trip back there time and time again to enjoy a glass (or more)!

Truly The Wedding Of Our Dreams - All Thanks To STW!!
After endless searching for our perfect wedding venue, including areas all around the DMV, Charlottesville, and Eastern Shore, Stone Tower Winery was our final stop. I guess it’s true when they say you “save the best for last,” because the moment we walked into Stone Tower Winery, we knew this had to be the venue we got married at.
When I say Stone Tower Winery exceeded our expectations, I don’t mean that lightly. From their breath taking views and amazing wine, to their vastly experienced coordinating team (Halley, Olivia, and Lauren). They went above and beyond from the very start of our inquiry, all the way to the very end of our wedding night. Whether it was a simple question I had, or something a little more in depth, they were always extremely responsive and super accommodating.
You can’t go wrong with hotel accommodations 15 minutes away, to all the restaurants and bars to have rehearsal dinners and/or after parties in downtown Leesburg, to even the cutest little Farmhouse to get ready the morning of your wedding day right next to the venue.
My husband and I literally do not have one bad thing to say about the venue and the staff. When it came time to our wedding day, Halley, Lauren, and Olivia helped manage and execute the day flawlessly to become everything we ever imagined.
All of our friends and family that attended our wedding have not stopped raving about the jaw dropping beautiful Stone Tower Winery. I honestly could go on and on about everything this venue and staff has to offer, but I will leave you with one last thing. You most definitely will not be disappointed if you book STW for your big day. We already cannot wait too go back! -

Stone Tower Winery couldn't have been more perfect for our wedding day. The spectacular views. The farm house to get ready in. The barrel room. The cocktail patio. The WINE!
We worked with Olivia and Lauren for most of the coordination of our wedding. The were reliable, responsive, and so, so kind to us on our wedding day. If anything went wrong - I certainly didn't know about it because they worked so well with our wedding planning team to work through any problem that may have arose.
Not only is the venue BEAUTIFUL! The staff on property is so kind as well. We brought our parents to a wine tasting months before the wedding and their sommelier not only knew who we were, but he showed my entire family around the property and explained the history of the different wines. It was so nice and left such a lasting impression on our parents.
Stone Tower Winery isn't just a wedding venue. It's a place we can bring our family, friends, and children for years to come to relive this special day. I could not recommend it enough! -

Aside from choosing to marry my husband, choosing to host our wedding at Stone Tower Winery was hands-down the best decision I made in the wedding planning process. There is no better wedding venue in Northern Virginia. The venue is stunningly beautiful, the staff is incredible and execute like a well-oiled machine and there are a variety of options to make it your own. Not to mention, the wine is the best in the area. All ceremony locations, including “plan B options” are gorgeous -- our guests couldn’t stop raving about the views. The winery is designed in a way that is sophisticated and luxurious yet comfortable and approachable. The entire team (Lauren, Halley, Olivia) took great care of us and were incredibly responsive and helpful during the wedding planning process. They are all very accommodating and knowledgeable. On wedding day, they helped manage and execute a flawless event. The team has so much experience with hosting weddings that they work together and with vendors seamlessly and made facilitating a big wedding look easy. It was fantastic to have everything – getting ready accommodations, ceremony, cocktail and reception spaces -- all on site. Run, don’t walk, to book STW for your wedding. It is well worth every penny you will spend, and more. -

We just had our end of April 2023 wedding at Stone Tower and cannot recommend STW highly enough. We have loved every step of the process of working with them and wedding day turned out more incredible than we could have ever dreamed of. The venue is stunning. The people who we worked with (Halley, Olivia, Lauren) were exceptional from the get go (best tour of a venue we had ever had). They're incredibly responsive, flexible, professional, knowledgeable, kind...and 100 other wonderful qualities! Both outdoor ceremony sites are beautiful however even the indoor spaces for ceremony in case of rain were unique and beautiful which was important to us in choosing a venue (if it had rained we were going to use the Tank Room). The tables/chairs included are beautiful (long wooden farm tables and wood cross back chairs). The whole team makes sure your day goes as perfectly as possible. I cannot imagine having our wedding anywhere else. Many of our guests have told us it was the best wedding they had ever attended. We cannot wait to go back for a date !! So much love to STW, 100% have your wedding here!! -

We had our January 7th wedding at Stone Tower Winery. It was a gorgeous winter day, and we had a wonderful indoor ceremony in their main ballroom space. We loved working with the Stone Tower events team (s/o Halley and Olivia!), using the bridal suite Farmhouse, and all of the touches that made our day so special. The grounds are gorgeous no matter the weather, and you can’t beat the wine. Guests raved our day and said it was one of the best weddings they’d been to - and a huge part of that was because of the venue! Highly recommend! -

My husband and I have been living in DC for 6 years, and we always envisioned a winery wedding. A week after we got engaged we visited Stone Tower (in the middle of a thunderstorm) and even thought it was raining we knew we had to get married there. All the ceremony locations were absolutely stunning, and I knew a rain backup plan was very important. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, the ladies at STW were responsive, helpful, and genuinely excited for us. Any time we visited STW before our wedding we were treated with the best customer experience and we love that we were able to not only visit our venue before wedding day, but it's a place we will be able to continue to visit and one day bring our children to. Wedding day did not disappoint, and all of our guests commented on how they couldn't believe we were in VA. You will not regret choosing STW as your wedding venue, and I cannot recommend it enough - our wedding was even more beautiful then we ever could have imagined! -

Stone Tower went above and beyond and was everything we could have hoped for, for a wedding venue. From the moment we booked them, the entire wedding process was seamless. The team at Stone Tower made sure to answer any question we had promptly during the planning process and our final walkthrough was extremely thorough and helped clear up any outstanding questions, including things we didn't even think of! The team was always so hospitable too, greeting us at our every visit with a glass of wine :)
The day of the wedding was a dream. As the bride, I absolutely loved getting ready in the Farmhouse. Most brides get a getting ready suite, we had a whole getting ready house! There was ample space for our hair and makeup vendors to get set up and we had plenty of space for us to hang out and take photos as well. The staff at Stone Tower also made it so easy for us to get around the day of. We had a golf cart which could take us to various photo spots so we really maximized the space. Finally, our guests just absolutely RAVED about how beautiful the vineyard was. People loved the indoor/outdoor space, the barrel hallway, and how they could explore the grounds. I would recommend anyone to book Stone Tower - they brought our dream wedding to life! -

From our initial venue tour, we fell in love with Stone Tower Winery and what it had to offer. From the getting ready location (Farmhouse), the four ceremony options, and the cocktail hour and reception spaces, the venue is an absolutely gorgeous place to have a wedding. The team was amazing to work with, were incredibly organized, and ensured everything ran smoothly on the wedding day (shout out to Lauren, Halley, and Olivia). Since it rained on our wedding day, we chose to have our ceremony in the tank room which was such a unique experience. Every single photo both inside the venue and outside on the property turned out beautifully. Overall, we are so happy that we had our wedding at Stone Tower Winery and our guests had an incredible time! -

Beautiful Venue and Amazing staff!
We rented out the Stone Tower Winery for the entire day to have two events with an average of 250 guests per event. Apart from a few initial visits and the final walk through, I planned most of the wedding from overseas. The girls on the wedding coordination staff were incredible; Lauren and Olivia kept in contact touch and saw every detail through. Right from booking the venue to execution on the final day, everything was seamless, there were no hidden charges and they were very flexible to last minute changes. There was ample space for all our guests to really enjoy the winery. The wine is also incredible! Really happy to have had our wedding at the Stone Tower Winery. -

We love Stone Tower Winery
From the first day we decided our wedding date, we knew the stone tower staff was going to take very good care of us. The delivered and our wedding day was better than we could have imagined. We were able to enjoy ourselves without any worry and assistance with anything we needed. Guests were so impressed with the venue and it was comfortable for them. Having furniture included and no hidden fees was a bonus with this venue. We love their wine and their service. Would 100% recommend for a wedding venue or any occasion you want done right. -

Stone Tower was an absolute dream venue. All of the staff was very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. I absolutely loved our venue walkthrough and wine tasting. Margot and Lauren, our venue "point of contact", checked in on us throughout the day and offered help whenever we needed it. Stone Tower provided golf carts to transport the bridal party/family to and from various locations for portraits which was so helpful. The entire day went off without a hitch. Stone Tower Winery was the venue for our wedding, and made the perfect setting for a truly stunning and romantic fall ceremony and reception in the hillsides. The drive out to the winery sets your expectations of a remote and spectacular blend of indoor/outdoor experience. One of the reasons we picked the site was due to the multiple options for ceremony location both indoor and outdoor, which allows for your contingency plans to be just as good as the primary in case of inclement weather. The facilities on site are spacious and clean, and there are quality furnishings such as couches and tables both inside and outside for an expansive cocktail hour to roam. There is ample space in the dining room for medium to large weddings, and the outdoor space is usable even in the cold with their option for fire pits and partially covered patio area. The on-site staff were extremely helpful in getting set up with receiving our supplies for the day early and providing a dedicated day-of coordinator was invaluable to ensuring our experience there was flawless. Last but not least, the wine is insanely good and we ended up buying even more boxes than they suggested for our reception because our guests obviously enjoyed their crafts. We plan to continue to be a member here and relive the truly magical day we experienced there. -

My now husband and I fell in love with Stone Tower Winery as soon as we toured it, but decided to visit a handful of other venues in Northern VA, Charlottesville, and DC to do our due diligence. At the end of every tour, we found ourselves talking about how the other venues just didn’t compare to Stone Tower. It truly is the PERFECT wedding venue – they have an incredible team who knows exactly what they’re doing at all times, gorgeous spaces including multiple indoor and outdoor options for your ceremony as well as getting ready spaces, and a seriously stunning view! Not to mention the many amenities and options they have to make your wedding day seriously so easy for you – a cottage to rent if you want to stay there for the night, breakfast and lunch set up and delivery when you’re getting ready, transport all around the venue for photos, wine tastings during the reception, airport is an easy drive for out of town guests, and the list goes on! I had the pleasure of working with quite a few of the wonderful ladies on the Stone Tower wedding team, but mainly worked with Lauren who was absolutely amazing! Between postponing our wedding because of Covid and the many questions that pop into every bride’s head throughout the planning process, I sent SO many emails with questions and she answered every single one so quickly and thoroughly. You can rest assured that their team has thought through every detail and they will execute perfectly. Our wedding was even better than we could have imagined, we love Stone Tower!! -

Our wedding at STW was truly everything we dreamed of. The team of girls were so helpful throughout the entire process and on the day of, worked together like a well oiled machine with our other vendors. I can not tell you how worth it it was to have our wedding there. Not only is it the most beautiful setting in the greater DMV area, but the quality of service that comes with the venue is beyond. I really felt like I had to worry about nothing except marrying the love of my life and this is even after my dress tore right before our ceremony (Lauren fixed it in 5 minutes and you couldn’t even tell). It’s hard to put into words how special Stone Tower Winery and their events planning team is. We came to Lauren and Margot in search of a beautiful outdoor venue after postponing our original ballroom wedding multiple times because of COVID. The team was so gracious in helping us envision how we might elevate the space for a black-tie event. The venue and views are absolutely gorgeous; providing stunning backdrops for wedding portraits and a memorable guest experience. I think one of the other advantages is just how much customization was possible from catering to decor; there’s a lot of flexibility to make your event a true reflection of you as a couple. We loved our private wine tasting with our parents where we got to hand pick the wines that would be served at the wedding. The flexibility to select our own liquor enabled us to tailor the beverage menu to our guests and include some higher-end selections since we were able to purchase ourselves. Stone Tower is five-star service in every way. It was a tall task to plan an entirely new wedding in less then 90 days but the events team made it seamless. Would highly recommend reserving the additional Cottage for groomsmen and taking advantage of the breakfast and lunch options available for the getting ready suite. We can’t thank Lauren and Margot enough for all they did for us. Our wedding was perfect in every way! We’re already planning to head back there for the fourth of July!

I knew I wanted to get married at Stone Tower Winery 6 months before my fiance (now husband!) even proposed. When he officially popped the question, we did our due diligence in touring a few other venues as well. Stone Tower Winery was our first tour of the day, and it was SO clearly the best choice that we actually stopped back at the winery on our way back from our other tours because we wanted to sign a contract right then! When we got there, the Events team was all busy, so the owner of the winery took us up to a private room so we could sit down with her and she could answer any last questions we had before signing. We were blown away by this hospitality!
Our wedding was scheduled for March 28, 2020. From our first tour and all through the planning process, the Events team at Stone Tower Winery were supportive, helpful, and responsive. They always went above and beyond to make sure that we had the absolute best experience, even when we were just there as winery customers!
We were SO ready for our big day, and then the pandemic hit. We were one of the first couples to postpone, and the Events team once again was with us every step of the way - from a million emails to teary phone calls. Our April 11, 2021 wedding looked a lot different than what our March 28, 2020 wedding would have looked like. However, the Stone Tower Winery team helped to make it the most special, magical day.
Stone Tower Winery knows hospitality, and they rock it every step of the way. The place will always be special to us because it's where we got married. However, the team there is what makes us feel like we have joined the STW family. That is an incredible feeling.
To all the future brides out there, if there is one piece of advice I can give you, it is to BOOK YOUR WEDDING AT STONE TOWER WINERY. It is the best decision I ever made, and I know it will be yours too. -

We are beyond happy to have gotten married at Stone Tower! The setting is breathtaking, and everyone we worked with was incredibly kind and professional throughout. The team there, especially Margot and Lauren, truly went above and beyond to help make our wedding day so meaningful, beautiful and fun. We booked one of their microwedding packages (so happy that they offered this!) for a fall 2020 wedding after we postponed our original wedding date, downsized, and chose a new venue for the smaller celebration. They were flexible with us and our shorter timeline, and everything ended up better than we could’ve imagined. They seamlessly helped us sort our details leading up to the event and day-of, even with last-minute weather changes. My husband and I toured at least 7 other wineries in the Northern Virginia region and Stone Tower Winery was able to offer, by far, the best experience. While most of the other wineries came across more as a winery that also decided they could host weddings, Stone Tower was BUILT with hosting weddings in mind. Specifically, one of the things most important to me was that the Plan B ceremony site (if it rained) was something I'd be happy with. I've been to other weddings where, if it weren't for the rain, the ceremony would have been lovely, but because of weather, everyone was squeezed into an ugly tent. This was 100% not the case with Stone Tower, you would almost be pressed to find a location on the property (inside or outside) that wasn't stunning. Additionally, Stone Tower has a fully time staff dedicated to weddings (many of the other wineries had someone who was "General Manager/Wedding Planner"), and the level of service reflected that dedication. Even all the vendors we worked with had nothing but great things to say about the venue (mostly about how they "run a tight ship" or function like "a well oiled machine"). While Stone Tower was slightly pricier then some of the other local wineries, the value saved in things like decorations (it's so stunning as is), furniture rentals (they have a TON of stunning furniture on site included in the package), and service (their coordination with all our other vendors made the day an easy success) made their value beyond worth it. Our guests have nothing short of gushed at how beautiful the site is and how much they enjoyed the wedding. I would highly recommend the Stone Tower location and team to any couplelooking for a stunning winery venue (rain or shine) for their day. -

My now husband and I looked in multiple states for wedding venues, but when we went to Stone Tower Winery, it was love at first site. It was initially a little out of budget, but looking back it was the best decision we made! The staff at STW were beyond amazing from day one. Flawless Fall Wedding!
As a Senior Event Planner by day I had very high expectations from my venue. Lauren made the Sales process so simple and stress free. We were turned over to Casey and instantly had a connection with her when we first met at the wine tasting. She was so easy going yet never missed a beat. They offered very affordable catering options $130 for a salad bar for the whole bridesmaid crew getting ready! Stone Tower Winery is truly the whole package. Stone Tower is amazing!! This venue will always hold a special place in our hearts because it is the place we got both engaged and married! From the moment my husband was planning the engagement the Stone Tower girls were just so amazing in orchestrating and helping him plan the whole thing!! If I were to write a review with every single thing I loved about Stone Tower I would write a book bigger than the dictionary, but I’ll just stick to the highlights. The venue sells itself with its SPECTACULAR views and land. Every single building is just gorgeous, and the tunnels and cellars have an amazing aroma of wine. The Stone Tower Events team are ALL incredible people to work with. They have weddings and events here every single weekend and still made me feel valued and special. Lauren, Margot and Casey are absolute rockstars. They made our day PERFECT, nobody does weddings like they do!! They’re always professional yet it feels like you’ve been friends with them for decades. Just amazing women. I’m truly blown away by how well they executed everything, we just can’t stop talking about them! Where to even begin with Stone Tower Winery?! We were fortunate enough to have our wedding there on June 7, 2019 and we are still swooning over the day over a month later. From the initial visit, we knew we would be in great hands with Stone Tower. The team of girls we had the good fortune of working with (Lauren, Margot and Casey) were absolutely amazing. Stunning Venue
This winery is beautiful!! Every location we were at throughout the day of our wedding was stunning. We got the most beautiful photos because of Stone Tower's scenic view. One of our concerns when choosing a venue was the rain plan, which I'm glad we took into consideration because it did end up raining on our wedding day. Luckily Stone Tower has amazing ceremony locations in case it rains. Ours was in the tank room where they make the wine (so neat!). The best part of the venue though was the staff. They were so helpful throughout the entire wedding process. Would highly recommend!!! -

My now husband and I fell in love with Stone Tower the moment we walked into the Tasting Room! The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful, not to mention the wine is awesome. This is one of the most beautiful vineyard venues you will ever see. We had our ceremony in the Tank room which was so unique!! The staff at Stone Tower was so accommodating and great to work with. They worked hand in hand with our planner to ensure that our day ran smoothly. My husband and I had the opportunity to stay in the cottage on our wedding night which was the perfect end to our amazing day!

Everything about this venue was spectacular from the start. The views are amazing and made a gorgous backdrop for the outdoor ceremony in the afternoon. The barrel bar for cocktail hour and main reception room are elegant even before decorating, and it was such a great space to work with for both dinner and dancing. Opening the outdoor area and lighting the fire pits in the evening was something a lot of our guests loved as the dancing got underway. No matter which direction you look, Stone Tower is a beautiful place with spectacular views.
As great as the venue is, the real heroes of our wedding were the Stone Tower event staff. Lauren, Jillian, and the rest of the team made sure we were taken care of every step of the way, from coordinating vendors to bustling the wedding dress, they were there to take care of it. Their positive attitude and professionalism played a large part in getting us to actually relax and enjoy our day to the fullest.
If you want the whole package, Stone Tower Winery is it and we would recommend them every time. 10/10
