Wonderful Venue

Being in this business my entire life, I could not have been more pleased with our experience at Stonegate. I am very type A and have high expectations and this venue fulfilled every expectation. I cannot come up with a single complaint or anything we would change. Our day of planner was great, helping where needed but allowing me to be in control of our day. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and very well kept. The bartenders we had were so much fun and so nice. They did a great job with our guests. I can not say enough wonderful things about this venue! Upon arrival day of our tables and chairs were set and draped. They came later and set up chairs outside and the doors we had rented from them. Everything was set up in plenty of time prior to our event. The bride and groom spaces were gorgeous and spacious. You get so much for your money here and the entire team is a pleasure to work with.

Amazing experience

Dream Wedding! 💍

I cannot say enough great things about Stone Gate Farms! It was beautiful and Katlin and Cindy made my dream wedding come true. The price and everything that came with it were reasonable. We loved that it had a house on the property to stay at after night of partying! My husband and I will cherish every moment from that day!

Fantastic Venue

We had the best time at our wedding. When we were looking for a venue we wanted an affordable and beautiful space. Stone Gate Farm is that.
We were given a tour and explained everything that would be included plus cost. After which we sent multiple emails with extra questions that were answered immediately. Once we chose the venue, we had constant communication when needed to make sure everything was set.
The day coordinator set our minds at ease when we met. She mapped everything out so we wouldn’t need to worry about a thing.
The day of our wedding was so calm, it allowed us to enjoy the day. All of our vendors and guests had nothing but great things to say about our wedding. Everyone enjoyed the space, stating it was beautiful and they had a blast.
10/10. I highly recommend this venue for everyone whether they are on a budget or not.

Absolutely amazing

Stone gate was absolutely beautiful! We had about 140 people at our wedding and there was plenty of room to dance! Kaitlin was absolutely amazing in every way from helping with planning to making sure the night for me was stress free! I highly recommend this venue! You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful Venue

We had hail and crazy thunderstorms, but the night couldn’t have been more perfect! Everything looked beautiful in the venue and I’m so excited to see how the pictures turned out. Everyone was wonderful and so easy to work with...I recommend this venue to everyone!

The perfect day!

My fiance and I got engaged in June and knew we wanted to marry within 6 months. We reached out to the Barn at Stone Gate Farms and they were able to let us look at the venue the same week. Planning with their staff was low stress and they were so accommodating to any last minute changes I wanted to make. I always felt confident that they would help make our wedding day everything we wanted it to be. The venue was everything we wanted; outdoor ceremony with beautiful surroundings and a low key reception in the gorgeous barn. Our wedding day was perfect and I couldn't be happier with the venue and every staff member that helped to pull it off!

Best Venue, hands down

Stone Gate is a beautiful venue. From the outdoor ceremony location with the beautiful gates to the spacious barn with lights and rustic details, you cannot go wrong with choosing stone gate as your venue.

Not only is the space beautiful but the people are amazing to work with. Katlin, the day of coordinator, is amazing. She ensures everything was taken care of and everything went smoothly. Everyone you deal with care about you and ensuring your day goes off without an issue. Plus the on site guest house is an added bonus you can add to your package. After your big day why not just walk a few steps away to relax or continue hanging with close friends.

All and all, choosing StoneGate set the stage for our day and I’m so glad we went with Cindy and her beautiful venue! Book them, you will not be disappointed.

Best day ever

Wow, where do I even start. I can't say enough about this place and the staff!! Cindy, Doyle, and Kaitlin are just so sweet and incredibly helpful. I contacted them several times leading up to my wedding and also received a response (even to get measurements for areas I was going to decorate). Day of they made sure they were out there cleaning the aisle and everything, even put up some of my decor for me. The venue was absolutely gorgeous and I couldn't be more happy with how everything turned out. Highly recommend Stone Gate Farm, you won't be disappointed!!

A Wonderful Experience

Cindy and Doyle are fantastic people and were wonderful to work with. They were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole process and the venue was beautiful. There was a small mix-up on my caterer's end, but the Barn's on-site wedding coordinator was swift to remedy the issue and insure that the day went smoothly as planned. The process was simple and they were very responsive with their communication. The dressing areas were well maintained and perfect for the pre-wedding prep! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a venue.

Absolutely Perfect

I cannot stress ebough how happy we are with both the rental home as well as the venue. Cindy and Kaitlyn are the ultimate dynamic duo. Traveling down from Chicago they helped put anxiety at ease that everything would be perfect-and it was. They also have a ton of rentals including centerpieces so this limited the amount we had to travel with.
I highly recommend renting the home on site. It was great for out of town family and the grooms den and bridal sweet were just what we needed!!! It is off the beaten path but we loved it being just us and our guests.

Everything about this day was perfect. The owner and day of coordinator were extremely accommodating, responsive, and helpful. All the guests were thoroughly impressed with the venue and the charm. I would 10/10 would recommend!

My husband and I loved this venue! It was originally the first venue we looked at, but after viewing several others, nothing compared to StoneGate. The barn and ceremony site were both beautiful without adding extra decoration and the staff were so helpful during the ceremony as well as the few weeks before while I was finishing up wedding plans. Everyone was so accommodating! We couldn't be happier with our decision in picking StoneGate for our wedding and would highly recommend it!

My husband and I were married at Stone Gate Farm this past April 2018. It was (thankfully) a beautiful and sunny day. This venue is gorgeous for an outside ceremony with the gates and then the inside hall/barn is great for the reception. It is easy to decorate, as the barn with it's wood and lights and decor is most all the decoration needed to create a great wedding feeling and not much else needs to be added. The venue and package are great for the price. There are items to rent to add things you don't want to buy outright. We rented some items and added our own centerpieces and done! Cindy, the owner, is great to work with! She was there whenever I needed to ask a question in the year leading up to the wedding and was patient with all the questions I asked her as I planned it all. She definitely wants to provide a great experience for those renting from her and will work with you. Two thumbs up!

I could not have asked for a better June wedding at Stone Gate Farms!! Leading up to the wedding I spoke frequently with Cindy and Kaitlin. They were very responsive in answering my questions regarding the venue. They really tried to meet the needs i had to make my wedding what i wanted! My family rented out the house at the venue which was very convenient for our out of town family. We had about 18 family members staying in this house. This was much more affordable and convenient staying in the house rather then getting hotel rooms. Before the wedding i met with Kaitlin to figure out day of details. We were planning on different family members to do different jobs for day of items. Kaitlin did EVERYTHING! I do not think the day would have gone as smoothly if it weren't for her hard work!! The venue was absolutely beautiful!! The bartenders we had were very interactive with the guests, and even dancing along with others. I highly recommend this venue for any wedding!! With the Stone Gates in the back, and the upscale barn this venue was absolutely beautiful!

Stone Gate Farm is the most affordable venue by far. Everything they offer in their packages is unbelievable. They helped my daughter’s fairy tale vision come true. Best wedding venue in the area hands down!

Stone Gate Farm had all the personal, financial and sentimental things we were looking for, not just only in the venue itself but the people running everything...all the way to the wedding coordinator! :) Couldn't be happier with the whole experience and the gate had that "biblical" feel I was looking for in our ceremony. I highly recommend!

We had originally chosen Stone Gate for our daughter's wedding hoping for an outdoor ceremony in front of the beautiful gate. Being April, mother nature did not cooperate, so we had an indoor ceremony. Cindy and Katlin were so helpful in making sure everything went smoothly, and the staff worked seamlessly with our vendors. Cindy and Katlin were wonderful!! Cindy responded to all my questions in a timely manner. She was kind, caring, and professional. Cindy and Katlin made sure Chris and I got the wedding we always wanted. Chris and I could not have asked for a better wedding venue. We had our wedding at the beginning of November, the venue was beautiful. The ceremony was perfect and Cindy and her crew made sure the day was perfect for us. The bartenders were also wonderful. I wish I could give higher than a 5! Cindy and her staff are beyond amazing! Our wedding was everything we wanted and so much more. Cindy is all about Southern hospitality and charm! The venue was beautifully decorated and the landscaping was lush and green for our September wedding. We rented the guest house, as well as the barn, and it was perfect for my family to all stay together and get ready. My husband and his family stayed at the Manor and they absolutely loved it! The rooms are nicely decorated and so clean. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very accommodating to food allergies. Cindy was very welcoming and helpful in the planning process with our many phone calls and emails. She patiently answered all of our questions and had some great recommendations on what to do and how the wedding should flow. I would have all of our events at Stone Gate!

I am so happy I choose Stone Gate Farm for my venue! The barn itself is absolutely beautiful so I did not have to decorate much at all. Cindy was very easy to work with. I live in Nashville so we stayed in touch by email and she responded very quickly. Valerie was my coordinator and she was so so sweet and very helpful. She is very good at her job! The morning of the wedding we realized I needed 2 burlap runners for my head table but they only had 1 available to rent so she offered to run to the store to get another one. And she did just that!! She made sure everything went smoothly. The bartenders were awesome as well. I highly recommend this venue!!!

Our daughter and her husband to be had their wedding on 9/9/2017 at Stone Gate Farm. We absolutely loved this as their choice for their wedding venue. It was a beautiful location for the wedding. We stayed with family members at the guest house adjacent to the Barn. The Barn and the guest house were in impeccable condition and we we enjoyed every part of the accommodations. The owners were very attentive and incredible to work with. They were very accommodating to us with everything. Wonderful wedding venue!

This venue was perfect for us! The outdoor setting with the stone gate was beautiful on its own without having to add any decorations. A patio that joined the stone gate and reception barn was nice and shady for beautiful pictures and a place to mingle. Inside, the barn was a great neutral slate with lots of charm that was easily dressed up for my daughter's gold/black theme with Gatsby inspiration. Cindy Boyd was terrific to work with my wedding planner and me to create a lovely wedding for my daughter!

I highly recommend this venue, the Boyd's were fantastic and made sure my nieces wedding was perfect. The whole venue is just beautiful from the barn, the gate and all the green landscape. Looking at some of the pictures it is unbelievable how pretty everything is. We stayed at the guest house and it is also beautiful and so convenient, it made things much easier on us.

The staff worked so hard and did an excellent job. Also Valerie helped us so much on the wedding day, I can't imagine not having her there, she is great.
The guests loved the venue also. I am so glad we found Stone Gate Farms. You will not be disappointed using them, the owners, the Boyd's make sure everything is perfect.

If we could give this place 10 stars we would! The owners are so wonderful and very accommodating. The venue is absolutely stunning and the staff are very friendly and professional. Our coordinator Valerie was amazing! She made sure that everything went as planned and kept me calm when a storm rolled in about 15 minutes before the ceremony. We also rented the guest house on the property which was perfect for our family that was traveling in from others states and countries! We had the most gorgeous wedding thanks to Stone Gate, Cindy and Valerie. I highly recommend this venue!!

I can't put into words how wonderful this venue is. The owner, Cindy is responsive and flexible, sweet and truly makes you feel like you are family. The service, price, and value are unbeatable. Following your big day, you also are granted a 1 night stay in their GORGEOUS manor, with a delicious breakfast to wake up to. The staff, the venue.. everything about this venue is a 10/10!

Stone Gate was EVERYTHING I wanted it to be and more. Mrs. Cindy was a joy to work. Valerie, the coordinator that works there was absolutely fantastic. She was such a big help and they both did all they could to help make the big day go flawlessly. The venue was gorgeous and it was completely worth the great price! The Barn at Stone Gate Farm was the first place we visited in searching for a venue for my daughter's wedding. She and her fiancé loved it from the start. From the kindness of the owner, to the care and the time she took to show us the entire property. We left happy, and carried on throughout the week to visit 6 more venues. Every time we left one, they would look at each other and say, Stone Gate. It was decided from day one. So a year out, we booked The Barn at Stone Gate and the Guest House. Throughout this time a question would come up from time to time, and Ms. Cindy always responded within a day. As time grew near, and this mother of the bride's OCD kicked in, she was still there, to call when she didn't have to or to email back and forth until my silly questions were answered. And I believe, because of the care they showed our family and the reassurance that never faded, we entered wedding weekend with a calm I really cannot even describe. The guest house was perfection for our family and I highly recommend renting it for the weekend; it's truly a game changer being able to stay on site. The ceremony site was, of course, as beautiful as my daughter and her now hubby remembered. The pure, simple beauty of this stone gate. It just embodies the pure love that stood in front of it this weekend. Whatever your taste is, it needs no extra décor; it's just simply stunning. The reception was in the barn - the rustic beauty that it is. It's just warm inside and it feels like home. We had over 100 guests at 12 tables (15 looks good too), a sweethearts table, a gift table, the DJs corner, a full bar, caterers buffet, and still tons and tons of room for dancing. It was just perfect!! The owners are just the sweetest. You can tell that weddings mean a lot, and it means a lot to get it right!! It also shows in their entire staff!! This past weekend was just a dream come true!!! Thank you, thank you, a million times thank you!!!!

We absolutely adored this venue! Everything is in one place (area to get ready, which was amazing, gorgeous ceremony site, and reception site with the tables and linens all set up). Highly recommend! The venue price includes tables and chairs (for inside & outside) which is one less thing to worry about. They rent all sorts of other things like tree slices, silverware and plates. They have a barn full of everything you could think of to rent for decorations so you won't have to worry about bringing or returning things. Cindy is great to work with and very quick to respond. It was the perfect choice for us.

This venue is incredible and the value is unmatched in the industry. Cindy, the owner, is extremely responsive and was with us every step of the way and ready to answer any questions we had. This venue provides so much which makes planning easy. Also, you have the freedom to use whatever vendors/caterers you want. We had an ice cream truck! We loved our experience at Stone Gate and wouldn't change a thing if we could go back.

Stone Gate Farm is a beautiful venue with beautiful scenery. The barn is very rustic with amazing décor as well as room for a large wedding. The gate is breath taking. From the moment we walked through the doors and spoke with Mrs. Boyd, we knew this was the place for our wedding. Although, our dreams of an outdoor wedding was stopped by the weather, Mrs. Boyd and her team immediately went into action with our family and inside the barn become our dream wedding. Mrs. Boyd and her staff were very attentive to our needs and questions. The guest house where the bride and groom get ready in was very accommodating. When my bridesmaids and I arrived into our section of the guest house to get ready there was a gift in the room for myself from Mrs. Boyd and her staff. The venue is a beautiful place to have a wedding and the price and all that comes with it is an amazing deal as well. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or staff to have our wedding with. I would recommend this venue to everyone.

My husband Luke + I have this weird connection where when we find something that is perfect, we just give each other a look, & we instantly know its the one. We felt that way about my engagement ring & wedding band, we felt that way about our first home, & we most definitely felt that way about our wedding venue! we got married, in the pouring rain, at Stone Gate Farm on October 11th, 2014 aka THE BEST DAY EVER.

Cindy & Doyle Boyd were a dream team. They dried off chairs, they got umbrellas for guests, & they had the barn perfectly ready & at the best temperature after the ceremony, so we were instantly comfortable for our AWESOME dance party! I cannot say enough good things about this venue or the owners, all I can say is you will not find a better place to get married or a better couple to work with. They made our wedding dreams come true, & all we can say is thank you times infinity, forever & ever!!!

The barn was spotless and beautiful! The owners and staff were more than helpful, very friendly and assisted with every need we had. The groom's family stayed in the guesthouse which was very comfortable and roomy. I highly recommend both The Barn and The Guesthouse. Fantastic hosts!!!

Choosing your venue is probably the hardest thing a bride goes through during wedding planning. It was the hardest for me. However, right I saw the venue and met Ms. Cindy & Angie, I knew it was the venue for me.

I am not kidding when I say that Ms. Cindy is probably one of the nicest ladies I've ever worked with. She is very sweet, accommodating, and always ready to answer all my little questions. We picked Stone Gate a year in advance. Throughout the year, I had so many little questions and so many e-mails that I sent to Ms. Cindy and she was always so prompt to answer them. We also went back many times and because we lived an hour away, we visited the venue at odd hours. She was always ready to meet us as long as she was available and she was very flexible since we had to change our meet up times a few times.

The day of the wedding went very smoothly thanks to their crew! I didn't realize that they would have so many workers on the day of my wedding! She had crew members just to open the door during ceremony when I walk in and other workers throughout the night cleaning and helping us with everything.

Little things to note: (as of June 2016), the wedding comes with free bed and breakfast for the couple. best thing you could ever get! because the last thing you want to do that night is drive far. The breakfast was amazing, too! You stay at The Manor which is their bed and breakfast business down the street. -- They also do not provide liquor so you have to bring it yourself which is so much cheaper than other venues! This is one of the reasons why we picked this venue because others required us to get their liquor from them which made it very expense. -- They are ready to flip the barn if it does rain. So do not worry about that!

Honestly, we couldn't be more happy that we chose Stone Gate for our wedding!!!!!!!!! You will not regret it!!!! they really are the best!!!!!!!!

From the bridal and groom suites, the bed and breakfast, the gorgeous barn and stone gate, the landscape and the friendliest staff, we had the wedding of our dreams! Thank you so much for everything! Before we chose this as our wedding venue we researched The Knot, WeddingWire, and Google and only heard favorable reviews. Cindy was absolutely fabulous, from the first meeting through the actual day.
I cannot comment on having a rehearsal dinner there because we were married on a Sunday and the venue was in use the night before for another wedding.
Because of the wedding the night before, I did have some worries about them being able to turn it around before the morning at 9 am when my mom and aunts were going to decorate. ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS. The venue was unlocked and ready to go, the tables were set up just as we talked about, and the set up went smoothly.
The day of was FLAWLESS. Cindy's daughter was there to coordinate as well as Kaitlin who we met during our last walk through. They checked with my parents as well as me to make sure everything was to our liking. When one of my vendors had not showed up yet (photobooth, agreed to come at noon and it was 4) Kaitlin called him and communicated everything in order to ease my anxiety. She was fantastic.
The venue itself it beautiful and doesn't need much additional decoration. Included in the venue price is: rooms to get ready, tables, chairs, table cloths (any color you can imagine), bartender, bar area, long buffet table, additional table and props (for gifts, guest book, etc) and ceremony chairs. The value for the price was spot on. And the venue has so much natural beauty. We were able to use the guest house to get ready in and it was so charming and made for gorgeous pictures. Cindy and her staff even left me a personal gift and thanked me for choosing them as our venue.
I could honestly go on and on about how amazing Stone Gate was but I would be beating a dead horse at this point. If you want an attentive venue owner who will ensure that your day is amazing, call Cindy and book this Murfreesboro venue. You will not regret it.

Mrs. Cindy at Stone Gate Farm was beyond amazing! Probably one of the few vendors that didn't cause me stress once during the wedding planning process. She is so on top of things: I would have a random question I would think of in the evening, shoot her an email, check my email in the morning, and she had already responded back later that previous night!

So many venues nickel and dime you for every component, but at Stone Gate so much of that is already included in the already very reasonable price when you book it! (For example: the tables, tablecloths, chairs, gorgeous Italian string lighting, chandeliers, bartender, rustic barn pieces). Honestly with how cool the barn and setting is, I didn't really need any other decorations, I only got flowers for the tables. Another plus was her staff along with herself being there to ensure that things are running smoothly the day of, I mean at one point she brought the groom and me a refill for our drinks! Lol. At Stone Gate and The Manor they are so attentive!

I would definitely recommend also booking the guesthouse adjacent to the barn. We booked it for the weekend for the wedding party to be able to stay after the rehearsal dinner, wake up and get ready onsite, and then have a close safe place to sleep following the reception. It's way cheaper than having them book a hotel room somewhere. Additionally it was convenient having The Manor: Bed and Breakfast for other out of town guests to book close to the venue. Not to mention, booking the venue includes the bride and groom getting a room to themselves at the bed and breakfast for the wedding night. Which was so special and breakfast the next morning was delicious and perfect having that time to just debrief and reflect on everything from the night before!

Overall, I cannot rave enough how much I loved this venue and Stone Gate made sure our wedding day was everything we had imagined!

The Stone Gate Farm is the perfect venue!
This has everything you will need! I was excited to find an indoor/outdoor option and it has a beautiful large guest house for any out of towners.
Cindy is so sweet and set us up with our caterer, officiant and recommended a dj.

After losing our venue two months before the ceremony my husband and I were scrambling to find a new venue. After calling almost 50 different venues we settled on taking a look at Stone Gate due to its proximity to our home despite the news that our original date was booked. Upon visitation we were enamored! The gate is nestled beautifully in a field surrounded by trees and is westward facing perfect for sunset pictures. The barn and gate are idyllic. A beautiful mesh of Americana and rustic glamour. Note- we first visited just past the fourth of July so the decorations were still up, a fact that largely leant toward the Americana feel but did lead to a couple decor requests that were perfect. In addition to falling in love with the venue, Cindy and her family were absolutely wonderful to work with. Considering the ridiculously high stress surrounding weddings the family's warmth and desire to do everything they can for their cliental goes a long way.

Even the day of we had some bumps in our road including a necessity to move everything inside, rain contingency, but I would not have asked for it another way. The barn was a gorgeous back drop for our ceremony and provided a beautiful warm amber hue to the entire celebration perfectly encompassing the fall feel I so desperately sought. Not to mention the barn has excellent acoustics! Needless to say, despite having to make some last minute changes, Cindy was incredibly accommodating even offering to us the opportunity to come back with our photographer to capture the outdoor photos we had originally planned.

As for your guests, if they are at all like mine they will still be raving about the beautiful setting weeks out. The addition of the table cloths and initial set up will also really help offset your costs and time. I would recommend Stone Gate to anyone. We were truly blessed to have found Stone Gate and loved our experience.

The Boyds were a wonderful couple who made sure everything went smoothly for our big day. Cindy is such a wonderful and sweet lady and really was very flexible to meet and discuss plans for everything. The reception "barn" is not a barn but a beautiful red building that is decorated with antiques and rustic decor that has air conditioning and heat. I booked my spot for May way in advance (in October) since her weekends fill up quickly and a deposit of 500.00 is required to hold the spot (but is nonrefundable at the very end if there is no damage). Chairs, tables, and tablecloths are included in this amazing deal and a free night (or gift certificate) for the bride and groom for one night in their bed and breakfast-The Manor. Bride and grooms can use the guest house to change up to 4 hours before the ceremony and guests can rent out rooms in the huge and beautifully decorated guest house. The Barn is located halfway to Woodbury and was truly an unforgettable experience! Thank you to the Boyds who were sweet and gracious and made sure everything went so smoothly!

The Barn at Stone Gate Farm was EXACTLY what we dreamed of in a wedding venue! It was homey, elegant, comfortable and classy all rolled into one splendid place. Cindy and Doyle Boyd were wonderful and professional. They answered the millions of questions that we had quickly and efficiently. The value of the Stone Gate Farm venue was comparable in price to other similar venues. They worked with our caterer, florist and photographer like they had know all of them for years. My husband, both our families, + friends all adored this venue. It was absolutely beautiful in rain or shine. My husband, & I got married outside in the pouring rain, & Cindy & her husband, Doyle, we're so kind to let us &our photographer to come back when she didn't have an event booked to take our wedding photos. Everything was taken care of for our special day, & it is all thanks to the Boyd's! We also stayed in there bed & breakfast down the road & it was amazing!! My husband and I were so excited to have our wedding at The Barn. It really fit the theme of our wedding and it was right in our budget. Not only was the venue gorgeous but we liked the option of being able to move our wedding inside if the weather was bad. This helped us from not having to rent a tent. Cindy and all the people that work with her were amazing. We planned a lot of our wedding from out of state and they all were very willing to work with us and help us in any way they could. With knowing that Cindy and her crew were a well oiled machine, we didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day because they took care of it all. We had an amazing wedding day and we are so grateful for The Barn and Cindy!

This venue is by far the most beautiful wedding venue in Murfreesboro, TN- if not the state! The owners are fabulous and very professional. Cindy was willing to meet with me whenever I needed, and she answered all of my many questions promptly. I loved how the tables and chairs were included at this venue. They also have many items available for rent. Overall, the venue includes a lot of items that other venues do not; thus, it is a great deal. Everything we discussed and agreed upon was carried out exactly as I wanted. You can really trust this venue to provide you with quality service. The owners truly care about their brides and grooms. All of our guests were surprised at our venue. People fell in love with the Manor and were shocked at how elegant and beautiful the Barn was. There are other Barn venues in the area but none as elegant as this one! The outside ceremony location at the Barn is stunning as well! You won't be disappointed at all if you pick this for your venue!

Such a gorgeous rustic venue!

Beautiful venue and nice area for bride/groom to get ready in. They provide tablecloths in your choice of color and size. Also, the bride and groom get one night in the bed and breakfast. Disappointing venue

I got married at this beautiful venue which I loved; however if I could do it over again I would NOT have gotten married here for more than one reason. To start if you have a ton of homemade decor you plan on setting up just prepare to be left alone in the bridal suite the entire day of your wedding while every one bust their butt setting up day of. I felt so bad for my bridal party. No one got to lay back and enjoy the day including my family. It was really sad, honestly. The venue won’t allow you to set up the day before even if you purchase the guest house on sight which is in the contract you are given but be mindful it isnt worked with. Just prepare yourself. They aren’t willing to work with you too well on that. In my opinion this is ridiculous! Although, I am out of town because I’m active duty so planning was hard enough this just added to it. The fact I wasn’t even able to enjoy anything was very very upsetting. Also, don’t over forecast on how many guest you’ll have because you will get charged even if they don’t show up. I knew they weren’t counted like they were supposed to be when I asked Kaitlin how many were there day of and couldn’t get an answer. I know how many because I counted myself as well as my family members thinking that would be how it went because that’s what we were told. Getting charged extra for guest who weren’t even there isn’t how a business should be ran in my opinion. Im very disappointed in this venue. I put this out there to ensure other brides are aware of this because it can put a huge damper on your big day as it did ours. I just would not have gotten married there if I knew what I know now. So much other stuff happened that disappointed us with this venue.
