We were so incredibly lucky to have Stevi as our officiant for our marriage in Napa in August 2025. I couldn’t imagine having a better experience.
Stevi is the most warm and kind person. As soon as you start speaking with her she makes you feel at ease right away. She is so enthusiastic about her work. She was very respectful of every aspect that we wanted to include in our ceremony and she gave us great ideas to put everything together.
Stevi was so professional and knew all the ins and outs of getting our marriage certificate. Also, the folks at the County Office in Napa confirmed how great she is and that we were in good hands.
When we got off our first call I was so happy to have Stevi marry us. You want to feel supported through this process and that’s what she did.
Her delivery of the ceremony was beautiful. She handled all of our documents with care, making sure they got to the county office for processing. She also very kindly mailed everything to us safely, as we are out of the country.

A truly special day
Stevi was thorough, thoughtful and efficient. She helped make our wedding extremely personalized and was kind and flexible on our special day. We traveled across the country to get married therefore she met with us virtually and communicated via email to tie up all the loose ends leading up to the ceremony. She was such a great vibe and recommended an amazing photographer who acted as our witness. My husband started with a different wedding officiant who was less passionate about making our experience our own and the correspondence was not prompt. He then found Stevi and everything fell into place which resulted in the most lovely day. -

Stevi was such a pleasure to work with. We wanted a very casual, non-religious but meaningful ceremony for our elopement and Stevi was an easy yes for us!
From our initial email exchange to our video call and eventual ceremony, Stevi was kind, easy going, professional, and matched our vibe.
She was able to provide lots of previous non-traditional vow and ceremony options for us to pick and choose from and we used those to craft a unique ceremony we really loved.
Stevi was also helpful with the paperwork side of things and making sure we got everything registered properly, as we were coming from out of town and weren't familiar with the process.
Definitely recommend working with her for your wedding or elopement! Thanks again Stevi. -

Finding an officiant was the part of wedding planning I was the most stressed to make. I'm the friend that people ask to officiate their weddings, and I had already officiated two of my friends' weddings this year, so I was in a hard place where I wanted to have a really meaningful ceremony, but I didn't want to have to coach one of our friends or family members and hope for the best.
I found Stevi through a few google searches, watched her youtube videos, and immediately reached out for an intro call because I loved her delivery. We hit it off from the start, and she totally understood the experience we were looking for. Choosing Stevi to officiate our wedding was the easiest decision we ended up making during the planning process, and she was so great to work with along the way.
One thing that really stood out to us: During a FaceTime call with myself, my now husband, and Stevi, we explained to her our vision and the deeper side of our love. She listened and internalized what we were saying, and then mentioned a passage she has in her library that would be really fitting for the vibes we were showing. She later sent us the passage, we cried while reading it, of course added it to the ceremony, and then obviously cried when she read it aloud at our wedding.

Stevi is such a wonderful officiant! During the wedding planning process, my husband and I were debating if we should hire an officiant or have a friend or family member officiate. We are SO glad we decided to hire Stevi! From day 1, she was so helpful and enthusiastic about creating our ceremony and helped us make decisions. We weren’t sure if we were going to do private vows or vows during the ceremony, and Stevi walked us through our options for whatever we decided. We had a video call to create our ceremony and go over ideas. She is so knowledgeable and really customizes your ceremony to the couple. She sent us a draft and we edited it until it was perfect. She’s extremely responsive, reliable, and professional. On the day of our wedding, she arrived early, and came up to me and introduced herself before the ceremony to let me know she was there. We had originally booked another officiant for our small Redwoods elopement, but when they cancelled last minute, we were sure that we weren't going to be able to find anyone else to accommodate our Labor Day ceremony, but Stevi came to our rescue! We are based in SoCal, so Stevi set-up a video chat with us to discuss our ceremony and her approach. We opted for a short, sweet, non-denominational ceremony and had less than two weeks to get everything together. Stevi made the entire process so easy and seamless. She was super responsive as we went back and forth via email on the details. From her advice on vow length, to making sure our personalities and love story shined throughout our ceremony, we couldn't have had a better partner in crime. She made us feel so comfortable on the day and our friends in attendance still rave that it was one of the best wedding ceremonies they've attended. -

We planned to elope to the Napa Valley but didn't know where to start. One email to Stevi and she sent recommendations on everything I asked for from free venue locations, to restaurant ideas to hotels! She talked me through everything. Stevi is simply THE BEST!
We were looking for an officiant for our elopement in Glen Ellen when we came upon Stevi’s website. After reading about her and seeing her pictures, I knew she was the one I wanted to marry us. She looks so serene and happy in her pictures, and that’s exactly how she is in person. She led us through the process of creating our own ceremony with great suggestions and examples. Last Minute Minute Success!!
Stevi is so amazing. We hired Stevi 7 days before our wedding, as our original officiant could not perform the ceremony. I was so panicked and anxious, then I was introduced to Stevi by my wedding coordinator. Immediately she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I cannot express how beautiful and meaningful she made our wedding ceremony, all with a 7 day time frame! Her approach is unique, professional, and allows for personalization for your ceremony. We had the absolute best experience with Stevi! She provided expert advice to us since day one, which we totally appreciated since we knew very little about ceremonies. She even suggested some things to add to our ceremony to give it a nice touch to remember for our future anniversary. Stevi was very assertive, and attentive. It was a wild ride planning a wedding during COIVD! There was a lot of stress and uncertaintly. In the end we didn't have our big wedding but ended up having a much smaller and intimate wedding instead. After selecting the Beltane Ranch for our elopement, the on-site wedding coordinator recommended Stevi to be the officiant. Stevi immediately reached out to us and created a special ceremony for our family. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience with Stevi! We had a bit of a conundrum: We wanted to be part of creating a ceremony that was uniquely us, but we were ridiculously short on time with everything else we were planning for the wedding. Stevi was so flexible and made it very easy for us to co-design the ceremony language with her. She gave us a few ideas to inspire our more modern wedding, and with that we developed a ceremony that was perfection.
As for Stevi herself, she was attentive to every detail, professional, humorous and absolutely one of our top wedding highlights. We planned our wedding across the country, but we could tell from the moment we interacted with her via email and phone that she would bring amazing energy and enthusiasm to our day. She truly loves weddings. We felt lucky that she had been recommended for us and was available on our wedding date.
