  There is no way I can convey how much I love this group in writing. Squealing and jumping up and down pretty much sums it up.
  
  They are AMAZING to work with and produced the most beautiful wedding video for us. They even traveled with us to Louisville, KY to shoot our engagement video right where my husband proposed! It made it so much more special and memorable.
  
  Not only was I ecstatic with their work, but friends and family had rave reviews about the videos as well.

  I never thought I would hire a videographer for my wedding, and after seeing our wedding trailer it is the one service I can't imagine not having! The people at Sterling were easy to work with - though at times a little difficult to get on the phone. That aside, however, their team was extremely professional, engaging, and did not take over the entire day to get their footage. They worked around our schedule for the day and the product was unbelievably beautiful. We found them to be a great value as well - they've recently raised their prices to be more on par with other videographers in Chicago, but they are well worth the cost.

  These guys specialize in beautiful videos and have the cinematic chops to back it up. I haven't received everything from them yet, but the teaser trailer I have seen is beautiful.

  In a nutshell, our wedding was 3.2.13 and as of today 11.19.13 we do not have our wedding video. We are no longer able to get a reply from this company. Our lawyer has contacted the Better Business Bureau which confirmed that this company did NOT have an LLC nor did they reply after BBB attempted to contact them over a two month period. I have left voicemails and e-mails begging them to please reply. There are no words to describe how it feels to pay $4,000 for a wedding video that you will never see. Aside from the money - my husband and I are totally heartbroken as this is the only video of our wedding day. Not only did the service lack but the individuals who run this company are cold, heartless, ethical failures. No moral compass, no conscious and we are completely devastated and disgusted.
