The Venue is gorgeous. The whole staff of Sterling Event Hall are very nice and go above and beyond. I highly recommend this Venue.
I coordinated a weeding there on 12/10/23 and the Owner Mrs. Suzie was so very accommodating with everything. -

I highly recommend this venue. Its is the best price with the best staff and owners of a business you could ask for. We were so happy with this as it is very convenient in location and anything we could think of they made it happen. All our guest that came to the wedding were blown away with this venue. Absolutely beautiful venue! Susie Morgan and staff were excellent! Susie and Jacqueline were quick to respond each time we contacted them and with each request. This venue has it all, from catering to decor. Definitely fit our small budget! The bridal and groom’s sweets are very spacious and well-kept. Excellent lighting for make up & has a large kitchen. The piano was a bonus for us as the bride’s aunt played it for the ceremony. Terrific DJ and dance floor area. More than enough parking spaces too. I would highly recommend this venue! -

Absolutely Perfect!!
We booked Sterling Hall for my daughter’s wedding reception. We also hired Susie and her staff to cater reception and do the All the wedding flowers. The venue was phenomenal, the food was exceptional and the flowers were gorgeous! Susie and her staff were extremely helpful, flexible, knowledgeable and friendly. On the big day, we had almost nothing to do or worry about
expect getting ready & enjoy the moment. Susie and her staff brought my daughter’s wedding reception vision to life!Sterling Hall's reply:

Beautiful Day
I cannot say enough good things about this vendor/location. Our daughter's wedding reception was held at Sterling Hall. We also used Sterling Hall events as our florist and caterer. We have had guests continually tell us how beautiful the flowers were and how delicious the food was. This is a BEAUTIFUL venue. Not only was the reception held here, all of the wedding party was able to get ready for the big day at the location. When they designed the venue they did not leave anything out. Susie and her staff are amazing. They went above and beyond our expectations.Sterling Hall's reply:

Amazing Experience
My daughter married earlier this month and we could not have been more pleased! From the first time we walked in, we knew this was the place! This was not the basic rectangular room, but a beautifully decorated venue. The brides and grooms rooms were amazing and well thought out. There is plenty of room to spread out! The staff was awesome! We could not have picked anywhere better! Susie did the flowers and catering. So it was one stop (except for the cake). Everything was perfect. We had so many compliments on the how beautiful the venue was! I would highly recommend Sterling Hall to anyone looking for a wedding venue!Sterling Hall's reply:

My daughter got married at Sterling Hall on 7/18/20. COVID-19 tried very hard to make sure it didn't happen. But Mrs. Susie was diligent and came through for us and when we saw the smile on our daughter's face, it was PERFECT. Mrs. Susie and her staff are without a doubt the BEST around. #1 in Mississippi!!!! The venue is absolutely breathtaking and provides an amazing venue for a dream wedding. You definitely will not regret booking with Mrs. Susie. She will go above and beyond to make sure your special day is perfect!!! We will definitely recommend her. -

Sterling Hall was the perfect backdrop for our daughter’s wedding.
The venue was stunning, the staff very helpful and the owner was absolutely wonderful. That’s saying a lot considering the wedding was July 2020. Suzi answered every panicked text and email with patience and reassurance. The wedding was perfect.
Masks, hand sanitizer, and social distancing were no match for Suzi and her staff. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful day, easy and enjoyable. -

Absolutely exquisite!!!!
My son and his bride chose had no problem choosing Sterling Hall as the venue for their February 2020 wedding. This venue is absolutely exquisite. The beauty of this building is so indescribable, from the gorgeous chandeliers to the ‘New Orleans feel’ balcony’s over looking the ceromony and the upper windows that let in just enough light at their 3pm afternoon wedding to cast a ray of sunshine down on the couple as they exchanged their vows. It was a scene that will be etched in the memory of every member of the wedding party, the family and all the guests who attended! Mrs Susie Morgan and her staff are the ABSOLUTE BEST in the business. I met Mrs Susie through a project I was doing with my work. It’s just so happened that at the time I met her we were in the midst of planning my daughter’s June 2019 wedding. I inquired of cost for catering and flowers for my daughter’s wedding and Mrs Susie told me that I was going to be shocked at her quote. She said ‘My food is good, you won’t beat my price and I show up on time’. Mrs. Susie spoke the absolute truth. We hired Mrs Susie to cater and to do all the flowers and decorations for my daughter’s wedding which was at a different venue. Every arrangement, bouquet, table arrangement, greenery, serving dish, etc... was perfectly placed and was the most beautiful that I had ever seen at a wedding. Every morsel of the large variety of food was absolutely delicious. We were told by the majority of the guests that they had never had such tasty food at a wedding reception.
I could write a book about how wonderful and precious Mrs.Susie’s staff were at both of my children’s weddings. They treated us all as if we were members of the royal family. From the set up , through the entirety of both weddings and receptions they answered every question and honored every single request that was presented by every family member and the wedding party. And when it came time to clean up from these blessed events, her staff was there to make sure we didn’t left a finger to help.
I literally could go on and on about the kindness, quality, affordability, professionalism, talent and overall wonderful experience that Mrs. Susie and her staff provided for my family. I have another that will be marrying in about 2 years and I most definitely will be using Mrs. Susie and her staff at whatever venue my daughter chooses to have her wedding. -

I was a bridesmaid in a wedding at this venue...
Everything about this place is beautiful. Every single room is filled with beautiful details such as antique mirrors, lamps, chairs, light fixtures, doors, etc.
THE STAFF IS AMAZING! I cannot say this enough. Every part of their work was perfect. The decorations were beautiful, even catered to the style of the bride. The staff is so helpful, and also super fun and friendly. And THE FOOD is so great!! So many comments from guests on how great the food was!
The owner of Sterling Hall, Suzie Morgan, is a wonderful lady. I did not use this venue for my own wedding in 2019, but did use her catering and floral services, and everything was perfect. She has wonderful planning and decorating skills. Not a single problem. If you are looking for someone who can make delicious food, put together beautiful decorations, and even at a great cost, I would HIGHLY recommend her! -

Sterling Hall was the first venue I toured while looking at reception sites. It was still in the process of being complete and a few weeks from opening. Upon meeting Susie, I tried to book immediately because I knew this was the location for us. She told me to think about it and even gave suggestions of local businesses/venues for our rehearsal dinner. The venue has a southern, NOLA vibe. No detail forgotten. Each time we visited during the wedding process she added more unique things to the venue. Unlike other places, she does not charge by amount of table or chairs used. There are no hidden costs or itemized “extras”. Check out the bridal and groom suites. AMAZING! The biggest help was that Susie was flexible with the days/times we were able to set up. She opened her doors with kindness and support every step of the way. We were able to decorate that Thursday and Friday before the wedding. This is major compared to other places that only allow you day of entry. Anytime we called, she met with us. EVERYTIME!
Susie created a menu specifically for us and the food was amazing. Her prices were great, and she will work with your budget. Our guests have continued to talk about how great everything was, and there was never a concern about food running out or not meeting our expectations.
I used a family friend for floral and design, but Susie was there every step of the way. Offering extra space to work or vases/candles to use. She even gave us the option to look at her warehouse and pick out items we wanted to decorate with.
We rented Susie’s “Corner House” (can be found on vrbo). It was great. Cozy, clean, traditional, and so very historical Canton. It was walking distance to the venue and a convenient meeting place for our out of town guests.
Susie included the Corner House and bartender in the final payment, so we only had to write one check (MAJOR BONUS).
Our bartender was Gregory who has worked for Susie as a second job for 11 years. He spoke with so much pride in working at Sterling Hall. Throughout the reception, I experienced Sterling Staff dancing with us while they set out food and cleaned. One staff member even danced with one of our older and less mobile guests. Making her evening memorable. The staff was attentive, kind, hardworking, and so much fun! I can’t thank them enough for helping us clean at the end of the night. Always with a huge smile on their face!
As a bride, I can say that Susie is amazing, but it is really in how her staff responds, talks, and respects her. Highly recommend Sterling Hall or any of Susie’s event locations.

After some issues with the first vendor came up, Susie went above and beyond to help us. Very responsive, reliable,experienced and easy to work with. She was there every step of the way to make sure the wedding went off perfectly, the food was amazing, the venue perfect, my entire family was enthralled and had a wonderful time! Amazing!!!
My sons wedding was here this past weekend and all I can say is they were wonderful! The staff was great and they handled everything from the flowers to the food! They made it so easy for us!

Attended an amazing wedding at this venue. The interiors are gorgeous and unique - it's like we were transported to New Orleans in the heart of Historic Canton Mississippi. But what is even better than the venue? The food! The in-house catering was delicious - some of the best I have eaten at weddings. Very friendly stuff and great venue. Can't wait to go to another wedding there. -

Loose-ends catered my wedding & did all of my flowers! I got so many compliments on everything from the delicious food to the bouquets, canter pieces, and the gorgeous arch! I had several people tell me that my wedding looked like something out of a bridal magazine. My wedding day was absolute PERFECTION! This venue is breathtaking & the owner will make your whole wedding experience less stressful. -

I attended the first wedding at the amazing space this past weekend. This place makes you feel like you are in New Orleans!! We were all stunned by its beauty and how spacious it is. Plenty of room for everyone! There are spaces for intimate conversations or for partying! From the beautiful wrought iron work to the tastefully decorated bridal suite, grooms room, and bathrooms. The food was beautifully displayed and was delicious! The staff was accommodating and great to work with!! They made this special night exceed all expectations. You must tell all your friends to contact Ms. Morgan. She will make your wedding a day to remember! -

I had an opportunity to preview this amazing space today. It is absolutely stunning. It is capable of accommodating a large group while maintaining an intimate and historic feel. The volume of space is tastefully distributed to allow for multiple options for individual areas and themes.
The large two story grand hall with beautiful wrought iron balcony overlooking it has the feeling
of being in the French Quarter courtyard of a grand New Orleans Home with Beautiful Chandeliers floating in the midnight sky. Great thought and planning went into every detail.
The dressing and bathroom areas are very spacious and elegant. This is the perfect space if you want an outdoor feel without having to worry about weather conditions. The view of the historic courthouse and square from the upper balcony is spectacular! This space is like no other outside of Charleston South Carolina or New Orleans Louisiana. In addition the parking is abundant in the back of the building as well as the courthouse square. The is truly a special space not to be missed. Mrs. Morgan has created something unique yet familiar and updated Southern Classic!
