Finding the dress felt like a fairy tale come to life, and I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect gown. From the moment I slipped it on, I felt like the most radiant, confident, and beautiful version of myself.

I had the most wonderful experience with Emma at Stephanie’s Bridal. She was so helpful and kind. I originally made my appointment to see what was out there, but ended up leaving with my dream dress! At my final fitting, I ended up choosing the most perfect veil to match my dress too. The prices were really reasonable for dresses as well. -

Amazing!
As soon as I walked in the door, I felt so comfortable and relaxed. Everyone that worked there was so nice. Loren helped me try on all the dresses we selected, which was very helpful. When I found the one, she understood that nothing was going to beat it. We will defiantly be going back there for my bridesmaids dresses as well as vests for all the guys. I love this place! -

I went to several dress stores trying to find my dream dress. Once I got to Stephanie's, I was blown away with how unique their dress were as well as how great their customer service was! Courtney helped me find my dream dress and she was so sweet while doing it! I loved the experience all the ladies gave me that day and throughout the whole time. -

In all of the 4 bridal shops that I went to, I felt the most comfortable at Stephanie’s Bridal Boutique. I tried on several dresses but landed on one specific and unique dress.
I had fun, pretended to walk down the isle and in the end settled on the best dress for the money and got one heck of a deal -

We went to several bridal stores and I tried on tons of dresses. There were a lot of pretty ones but nothing I loved. Then I went to Stephanie's. I found multiple dresses I loved! Now the problem was choosing between them! There was a great selection and many were very affordable. I was able to purchase off the rack and stay within my budget. The dresses there were all so pretty! The staff was also great. Several other places were very pushy and tried to get me to go outside of my budget and told me the dress would be gone if I didn't get it that day. There was none of that at Stephanie's! They were perfectly fine with me being indecisive. They really just wanted me to find my perfect dress. The staff was very helpful and patient. I would highly recommend Stephanie's! -

I went in to Stephanie’s after looking at “Avids Ridal” first. The difference in the experience was enormous. I felt magical. Everything was relaxed, I didn’t feel rushed, and the dress I decided on left me in tears. That’s how I knew it was the one. The lady who helped me helped in more than one way. With a venue, discounts, accessories, and she’s an event planner! I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome! -

Kristin Sent on 06/03/2018I am so grateful a friend of mine suggested I look at this dress shop! Poor Andi weathered 3 hours with me as I tried on at least half the dresses in their boutique, I'm sure. She wasn't pushy either. When she started bringing dresses to me above my budget point, I told her and she brought only dresses within my budget to me after that. Here's the thing, y'all. I went in thinking I wanted a particular kind of dress, but when she brought me the perfect dress I couldn't stop walking around the store in it, and she let me!
Because it was at the upper end of my price point, she even walked me over to the woman they contract to do alterations, who realistically engaged in conversation about how much alterations would likely cost, giving me many options to choose from with various prices. The shop is great, the woman who does alterations is great, and I can't say enough about how great this little boutique is.
I recommend it to anyone and everyone! -

And was so sweet and helpful when we were choosing my gown. Stephanie was so kind and helpful every time I went it. She was always going above and beyond to make sure that I was having a great experience. Elsa did my alterations and she was hilarious as well as talented. My gown fit me perfectly! I would recommend Stephanie's Bridal to anyone looking for the perfect gown and experience. They have tons of beautiful gowns to choose from including many designers who were my absolute favorites when first trying to narrow down my options. I went with a Sottero and Midgley gown that was beautiful on our wedding day. The girls at Stephanie's were supportive in so many ways while I was preparing for the wedding. I cannot say enough nice things about how great my experience was at Stephanie's. Highly recommend. -

Stephanie's Bridal was a wonderful experience from start to finish! They offered a wide variety of styles at a reasonable price and provided a fun shopping experience. My consultant, Loren, was extremely knowledge and helped find a dress fitting to my body type and personality. They made for a relaxed and stress free experience, from shopping, ordering my dress, to pick up! -

Small shop, but loads of gowns to look at and try on. The staff is so friendly, helpful, and not at all pushy, like some other places. I was really nervous about going to a boutique but they offered a variety of unique, beautiful, and well-priced gowns. -

Angela Sent on 05/05/2018I bought my dress and veil here, and brought in my girls who also purchased theIr dresses. We loved the experience, and everyone was so nice and and accommodating at the store . However, when it came for my veil delivery, they were non responsive. After purchasing 9 months before the wedding, it arrived damaged 6 months before. Then, the replacement arrived 8 days before leaving for the wedding. EIGHT. DAYS. This was also after several phone calls, where many of the employees stated it "must be there" and was "likely in the back," however it turns out the manufacturer had not shipped a new one until less than a month before the wedding! I am however extremely grateful for their dedication to make this right, and was very happy with my in-store experience. But definitely not for a short engagement! -

Kristy Sent on 06/16/2017Everyone was so nice and helpful on my first visit. It got worst after that. The dress I bought was white. We talked about ivory being pretty, but she couldn't find a picture and I said ordering something I couldn't see freaked me out, so no. When I went to try it on after it came in, it was ivory. I was there alone for my alterations and almost cried. The only person there was the seamstress- not an employee. I didn't address the color with the store because the associate incorrectly ordered ivory and I signed the purchase slip which has a clause about size and color etc. I guess I should have double checked? At the first fitting she cut the length/ took some material out =$390. At the second fitting, nothing was different. I was afraid to bring up how the bodice wasn't flattering and looked frumpy. My friends had to step up and insist she bring it in even though she argued not to. She grabbed it roughly and said my arm fat would spill out (it didn't) She still said she didn't want to do it! Who refuses to make someone feel great in their dress? She stuck a SAFETY pin in the dress and very abruptly walked off. I was almost in tears when I had to ask her if that meant the appointment was over. The girl working the boutique side where I was forced to put my dress on because 40 people were there, looked mortified at the way she treated us. The new total=$520. I thought it will be worth it if I loved the dress. But, the experience was so terrible, I wanted to just go buy another dress somewhere else. The final fitting was ok. But the cups and finish sewing wasn't done! The next time I tried it on was my wedding. Bodice was lopsided and she tucked the lace on one side under. It looked cheap and unfinished. I was so angry. I didn't want it to ruin my day though. I wish they would have been clear about not having use their person (I don't know how that stuff works)! My partner's alterations elsewhere=$100 and the woman was nice! So sad- would have been a great experience -

Chelsea Sent on 11/13/2015When I went into Stephanie's Bridal to look for my dress I had an okay experience, the staff was friendly and helpful. I ended up ordering my wedding dress through them because they had the best price on it in the surrounding area. Today, however, when I went to pick up my wedding dress I did not have nearly the same experience. I was asked if I wanted to try on my wedding dress before taking it home, but did not receive any help with that; the sales associate merely stuck it in the fitting room for me to figure out. Twenty later, once I was in my dress, I was asked if I needed anything. I was alarmed to see that my dress was extremely wrinkled. I was also very disappointed to find out my $1000+ dress did not come with a garment bag and that I would have to purchase one at an additional cost. When the sales associate was putting my dress in the bag she just wadded it up in there. When I got home I found that part of the tulle on my dress was caught on the zipper of the back which caused a tear in my brand new dress. I could somewhat understand the lack of customer service if the salon had been extremely busy, but there was only one other bride in there. I was so excited to go pick up my wedding dress today but I feel as though my dress and I were not treated nicely. -

I scheduled an appointment but when I got there the bride before me wasn't done so they first had us wait in the lobby for like 10 minutes then stuck a girl with us who was clearly wanting to go home. she was extremely rude!
-She left my family in the lobby rather than in one of the mirrored waiting areas.
-She put me in dresses that were way way too small (they have 0 dresses available to try on above like an 8!) then proceeded to march me out into the lobby with my backside showing!
-When I first started, she asked if I had a strapless bra. I said yes and proceeded to keep it on while trying on dresses (this is what she clamped the dresses to. After a few dresses my sister came in and suggested I take off the bra to make them fit better and she said "well duh!" Excuse me but you acted like I needed to keep it on!!
-She suggested I go into the mirrored waiting room where the other brides family was waiting on her to come out! That is so rude and extremely uncomfortable especially with again my backside exposed!!
-After trying on like 3 dresses, she just stormed off and left with her pet carrier from the back!! Absolutely no explanation or "so sorry I need to go but so and so will help you" Nothing!
On their website "Stephanie states her goal is to make every bride feel beautiful. I absolutely did not feel beautiful at any point during this appointment!
The next lady moved my family into the bridesmaids try on area and periodically checked on us (really she was so very sweet and helpful)
I found a dress but because our appointment ran late, we didn't get the measurements that day so I had to drive back there (an hour away from where I live) to get measured and place the order.
two weeks after ordering the dress, I get a text one evening (at the very end of their business day so I couldn't even call back) stating they had been trying to get ahold of me (0 missed calls and 0 emails) because my dress order was canceled!! Apparently they stopped carrying the dress and yet still allowed me to try it on and a week later order it! I had to drive there again (another freaking 2 hour trip!!) to get my refund! Of course the first {WW edit} who started helping (HA!) at my appointment was the one who processed my refund! She was so snotty and literally laughed at me!
Summary: DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
