Best Wedding planner ever.
It was a joy to work with Stephane. She was our wedding planner and also our flower and table setting professional. Her work and dedication was outstanding. The quality and quantity of her flower arrangements and table settings exceeded our expectations and expressed a theme of love by flowers. She listened to what we wanted and delivered exactly what was asked. She had 4 staff members at the wedding to assist, stayed the entire evening and provided an awesome photobooth with immediate pictures for guests. My daughter said after her wedding that she had the 'Wedding of her dreams". Thank you, Stephanie, and your husband for bringing the remote Mercedes for their yorkie to ride down the aisle but especially for being a good person. Our wedding planning bestie
Stephanie and her team were the best decision we made. We planned a wedding in Miami from NYC and encountered a lot of obstacles on the way but none felt insurmountable because we had Stephanie on our side, always ready to advocate for us or to take care of all the admin things we did not have time for. She was so helpful and easy to talk to about life and wedding stuff. The whole year long process was so easy and on the day of we knew it would be ok- even when it rained an hour before the ceremony- because they had everything in hand! Highly recommend!

Dream Wedding Planner!
A few weeks short of my wedding date I realized how overwhelmed I was with the entire process. I reached out to Stephanie to inquire about her services and after asking me a few questions I fully realized how I’ll prepared I was and that I had a lot of lose ends. A queen I never knew I needed!
In the last stages of planning our wedding, I realized I needed help. Our venue highly recommended Stephanie. From our very first phone call, I knew she was the QUEEN I needed. She swooped in and TOOK control. If you've tried this on your own you know that vendors are horrendous at getting back to you. Steph solved that by calling them on their cellphones. I reached out to Stephanie 6 months before my wedding. We chose to do planning, florals, officiant service and photobooth with Stephanie. She held my hand throughout the entire process. The day of the wedding, I was handed the most stunning bridal bouquet. She exceeded every expectation I had for my flowers. The truth is my budget was fairly low but she was able to accomodate our flower budget, make recommendations and gave us the most amazing experience. Stephanie was an absolutely wonderful officiant & an amazing resource throughout our entire wedding planning process! From beginning to end, Stephanie was attentive and such a great guide, helping us find a few of our other vendors as well for our big day. Her services were very efficient and the process was seamless. Stephanie G officiated our ceremony after our friend, who was originally going to get ordained and perform it, was no longer able. We got so many compliments on the moving ceremony. She had the groom and multiple guests in tears. After the wedding, a family member came up and complimented us and asked how long we had known Stephanie for. “We literally met her for the first time today at the ceremony,” I replied. The BEST decision of our wedding!
When we first spoke to Stephanie, we were nervous of the cost but Stephanie worked with us to create a custom package that suited our needs. I had hired another 'planner' to help me but she completely ghosted me.
Stephanie stepped in and quite literally saved the day! We had several meetings, determined my vision, and Stephanie executed our entire event design flawlessly.
We explained our vision but gave her complete creative control. She did not disappoint.
The day of our wedding the flowers were gorgeous. We had the most beautiful roses and garden flowers. Our floor arch was lush and surrounded us with the most amazing touch.
Our centerpieces were simple but elegant, just as we wanted.

Stephanie also officiated our Star Wars theme ceremony and had the perfect amount of references throughout. Additionally, she officiated a bilingual (English/Spanish) ceremony with the perfect balance between the two languages. Stephanie not only was able to execute a fabulous wedding the day of, she is nothing but a gem throughout the process. Her energy is friendly, warm, helpful and kind, she is understanding of the hectic-ness weddings bring, and honestly, after planning our wedding, I have a new found respect for wedding coordinators all over! She juggles so much and with so much ease and grace. Stephanie was available any time I had a question, worry, wonder or just to check in. She really helped put our minds at ease, especially with planning a wedding from another state. My husband and I fell in love with Stephanie immediately. Her ability to listen to your needs or in our case our unknowns and help you feel comfortable by offering her support every step of the way is priceless. For our wedding day, Stephanie made sure to personalize our ceremony to represent our love and experiences through the years.

Simply the best!
For our destination wedding we are so glad to have chosen Stephanie. We requested a very personal customized wedding with our own rituals. Stephanie understood the assignment and just handled it like a walk in the park.

Need an Officiant and/or DOC- She's Your Gal
We first saw Stephanie at our friend's wedding last year, she performed their ceremony beautifully; we liked her presence and her style as an officiant. When the time came for us to get married, it was pretty easy to make our choice on who we'd like to perform it. As an LGBT couple, we were so happy to already know that Stephanie celebrated love in all forms and we wouldn't have to ask if she would be open to officiating. Our wedding vendor selections were about supporting small, women-owned, LGBTQIA+-owned, veteran-owned, and Latina-owned businesses and Stephanie ticked multiple of those boxes for us.
Since we did a majority of our wedding planning ourselves we knew we needed a day of coordinator and we're so lucky that was part of Stephanie's wheelhouse. A few weeks before our wedding, she scheduled walk-throughs with our ceremony and reception sites, asked us questions we didn't know we needed answers for, and helped us decide what would make the most sense for our wedding while making sure we still felt like it would be "us". Every suggestion offered by her was, "Traditionally, XYZ is done at this time or in this order. How does that sound to you guys? Would you like to change it?" We never felt pushed into a decision, we felt completely supported and guided through our whole process. I am a very Type A person and we had more than a handful of decorations for our reception, so I was nervous that what we envisioned for our tables wouldn't come out exactly as planned, but let me tell you I was WRONG, everything came out as we had envisioned. I sent her photos of what I wanted our setups to look like, a thrown-together word document with makeshift tables and the order they'd be in and she followed it to the letter. It was such a relief to walk into our reception not wondering, "Is it going to look good? I wonder if they put this or that out." EVERYTHING was just as I had described or sent pictures of, EVERYTHING.
As an officiant, can I just say, prepare for the waterworks; there wasn't a dry eye in the house for our ceremony. Stephanie crafted such a beautiful ceremony script and it was 100% us. I could continue gushing about Stephanie, she was awesome- she's a great person and we love her for helping make our wedding everything we dreamed of and more. Your search for an officiant and/or a day of coordinator is done, look no further- she's your gal.

Best Wedding Planner Ever!
The minute we met Stephanie her energy and professionalism made it so easy and exciting for us to move forward. She literally handled everything so organized , meticulous and even picked out my dress! The flower arrangements, music, electric violinist to the photographer, and cake! She made our day the best and most rememberable day of our life! Her service, our vows and the time she took to really get to know us, made me laugh and cry! I was hysterically over the moon emotionally, walking on air!
She is a winner! She is Beautiful and we want to thank her for making our day the most special day we will remember forever❤️

Flexible Officiant!
Stephanie is kind, flexible, and funny. She incorporated our answers from her questionnaire into her script to add that personal touch. The humor in her speech kept the ceremony lighthearted. She also made sure to move out of the way for photos of our vows and first kiss! She allowed us to look at her script ahead of time and make any changes we wanted. She was quick to apologize and work with us on a miscommunication we had. She was very helpful during the rehearsal to make sure everything went smoothly for the wedding day. She also framed our vows beautifully! Multiple family members and guests keep telling us how wonderful our ceremony was!

Excellent officiant!
We were delighted with Stephanie as our officiant. Her questions were thorough which really helped her get to the essence of our love story. It was a very smooth process. During the ceremony, she would also whisper directions in case we forgot. We edited the ceremony script she drafted for our review, and she was incredibly gracious and flexible with our suggested changes. We had originally thought about asking one of our friends to officiate but at the end of the day we wanted everyone to just sit back and be present. We are so glad that Stephanie could be in that role of officiant guiding our ceremony bilingually and beautifully, just as we wanted. Highly recommend!! One less thing to stress about, she's got you!

Stephanie is the perfect balance between professional and warm, still bringing in that personal touch to our ceremony. I cannot recommend her services enough. She took time to get to know us before the wedding in order to write our ceremony script and allowed us to review the script and make edits beforehand. We are so thankful our wedding planner suggested Stephanie to be our officiant. She was so easy to work with, made the process clear and easy, and helped with all of our requests and questions. The ceremony was beautiful and we got so many comments about it from our guests!! It absolutely blew them away and left most in tears. She made everything feel so special and we are so grateful!

A Class Act!
We were looking for an officiant that was bilingual and would personalize our ceremony. After having our first call with Stephanie, we knew she was the right person for the job. We booked her services B.C. (before covid) lol...and she was able to accommodate a reschedule, which we appreciated. She helped tailor our ceremony in Spanglish, gave us great feedback on our wedding vows and provided us with a nice frame as a keepsake. Stephanie was responsive, friendly, and professional. We would highly recommend her services!

I loved everything about Stephanie!
I highly recommend Stephanie as an officiant! She was amazing to work with, making my husband and I feel so confident and comfortable because she was so attentive to getting to know us and made our ceremony personalized and unique just for us. Also, she fluffed my dress for me when she noticed no one else was coming to do it and I am so grateful that she did that for me!

Unbelievably wonderful!
Stephanie was truly amazing! She handled our intimate ceremony with grace, class, and so much kindness. She went above and beyond what was required of her. We felt like celebrities when we used the beach picnic company she recommended. She asked very personal questions in order to craft the perfect ceremony and vows. She also walked me through applying for a marriage license online (we were out of state). She even filed it for us before we left!! This woman is incredibly professional, very knowledgeable, and her kindness is incomparable. I will FOREVER be grateful to her for making our special day unforgettable. I can't wait to refer her to everyone i know in Florida.💜💜💜

Helpful, patient and understanding
Stephanie was super helpful! The officiant whom I was going to use was unable to perform the ceremony two weeks before the wedding, but thank goodness Stephanie was available! She prepared everything in a timely manner despite the short notice. She was also really understanding and patient the day of the wedding when we were having difficulties connecting the guests who were attending via Zoom. I highly recommend Stephanie!

The absolute best experience of my life!
Stephanie made my wedding absolutely beautiful. The ceremony she wrote explained my husband and I to a T. I read it still now and cry. I am so grateful she came so highly recommended and she was able to marry my husband and I. I wish everyone could use this women! Everyone who attending my wedding spoke so highly of her. My wife’s new best friend!
I booked Stephanie Martinez Weddings for our wedding in Jan 20 2022 and have absolutely no regrets at all! Quite literally the best decision I made! My wife is a perfectionist and she was a little unsure what we were looking for in a planner/coordinator. Stephanie delivered. She did partial planning for us a held our hand throughout the entire process. She allowed my wife to lead the way, as she does with everything, while keeping her organized, on track and within budget. She brought it all together on the day of and made sure everything was done to our specifications. She thought of things we hadn't even considered, like welcome signs and thank you cards for our guests. Stephanie's communication was open and quick no matter what time or day it was. Best wedding ever!
I need everyone to stop what they are doing and book Stephanie Martinez, NOW! She provides a service that I never knew I needed. After postponing our wedding because of COVID and planning for two years, everything was starting to fall apart, and we were losing it. We chose the Day of Coordination package. Stephanie was an absolute godsend! She asked us all of the right questions, in well thought out questionnaires and meetings. She thought about details I missed, gave me recommendations, helped me search for rentals when I could not find the right ones. She stepped up and handled all of our vendors. She even went into Momma Bear Mode when a vendor tried to take advantage of us! The day of the wedding Stephanie orchestrated everything flawlessly. She put out all my decorations the way I wanted them and even packed them back up with care at the end of the night. Stephanie did 100+ things to help make our day special that it would be too long to list. She truly listened to everything we had to say. She was the perfect fit for us and made our wedding day spectacular.

A savior for an overwhelmed bride!
Working with Stephanie is one of the best decisions I made! We were a few months out from our wedding, had secured all our vendors. I quickly realized that we'd need somebody to run things and handle the execution of our wedding. I could not have thought of a better person than Stephanie. Exactly what I was looking for
Stephanie is the sweetest! I was so relieved when she told me she would be available for my wedding date. We had shopped around for many officiants and their prices were just outrageous for the type of ceremony we wanted. We wanted something sweet, heartfelt and simple and that’s exactly what Stephanie gave us. Her words were beautiful and so meaningful. My husband and I wanted someone bilingual to officiate our wedding and we were so glad to have found Stephanie. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and seamless. One of the things I was specifically looking for in an officiant was someone who created/wrote a customized script for the ceremony - & this is exactly what Stephanie delivered. She did such an amazing job at capturing our story and sharing it with our loved ones on our special day. The cherry on top of it all was having Stephanie file our marriage license on our behalf after the ceremony; upon returning from our honeymoon the finalized form was waiting for us in our mailbox! If you're a bride looking for an officiant, I recommend Stephanie- she did not disappoint.

So grateful
We are so lucky we met Stephanie. She was to officiate our wedding in March of 2020 and when it was cancelled due to covid she made it a priority to ensure we were still married on our wedding date. And then when we were able to celebrate with all our family and friends she was there and was so heartfelt and kind. We received so many compliments from our guests on how sweet and romantic the ceremony was as well as how compassionately Stephanie spoke.
