  Incredible Photographer for Summer Wine Country Wedding

  If you’re looking for someone you can trust to capture the most precious and unforgettable moments of your wedding day, you’re in the best hands with Stephanie Hopkins Photography. We hired Stephanie for engagement and wedding photoshoots (2 hour and 8 hour sessions) in Summer 2019, while we were remotely planning our wine-country wedding from Boston. Among all the vendors who made our big day possible, we had the closest relationship with her.
  Stephanie is highly professional, receptive, creative, and naturally friendly from the get go. She came recommended by our wedding coordinator at Milestone Events group, was local to the area and had worked with our venue before. Stephanie started off our consultation call genuinely wanting to get to know us and our vision for the wedding, before describing her photography style to see if we were a good fit. She walked us through her various packages and was able to work with our budget.
  We were really happy that we paired our wedding shoot with an engagement shoot one week prior! Stephanie taught us how to pose for different shots in a way that felt most natural to us, talked us through the shoot to distract us from the camera and just let loose with each other. Her communication was on point through the entire process, and helped us make some tough calls like whether or not to do a First Look before the ceremony. (This surprised us as one of the most emotional moments of the whole day!). She helped us create a timeline to prioritize formal family photos and those beautiful golden-hour shots, and gently reminded us throughout the event to help us stay on track. Her whole crew was able to blend in easily with the guests to get candid shots, and captured a very even spread of the activities, the food, the decor, and our guests, all outdoors and in varied degrees of lighting. We didn’t worry for a minute - Stephanie took care of every moment.
  We got the engagement photos within a week and wedding photos within 3 weeks post-shoot. I can’t express how much this meant to us, especially as we started a cross-country move a month after our wedding and were apart for 6 more months in the moving process. These photos let us relive our wedding moments and keep each other close while we were thousands of miles apart. That’s how much a picture is worth.

  Hire Stephanie Hopkins Photography

  We used Stephanie as our photographer for our intimate wedding on 12/30/18 in Healdsburg. She was quite simply the best! We did not want a photographer who did everything by the book, but rather one who was flexible and who would "go with the flow". Her personality and friendly nature made her feel like part of the family/wedding early on, and we hated to see her go that night! Her photography is great, and she also was very quick in processing the photos. We highly recommend Stephanie :):)!

  Stephanie's photography is absolutely breathtaking. She was our photographer for our destination wedding at Vintners Inn, and the photos are stunning. She provided great direction, had great ideas, and captured the best moments. We have the best documentation of our wedding because of Stephanie! Her photos are magazine-worthy.

  I wish I could give Stephanie more than 5 stars.
  She was an amazing photographer and a joy to work with. She has an infectious energy and I felt like I was working with an old girlfriend. She had us laughing and feeling like ourselves.
  An important note, I hired her for our Sonoma county wedding while living in Texas. So if you are planning a destination wedding she is a breeze to work with.
  Stephanie's photos made us look better than real life! She was able to capture details that went by so quickly and I will cherish the photos.

  We booked Stephanie for our engagement photos and absolutely LOVED her! To start, she is so affordable and the quality of her pictures is amazing. We didn't know any photographers in town but we were referred to Stephanie and we feel so lucky to have met her. Not only do we have amazing engagement photos to document this stage in our life, but we've secured her for our wedding in 2017. I was able to send her some poses and shots that I like and she duplicated them in a way that worked for us. She was able to pose us without making us look too posed and everything looked natural for us. I can't wait to work with Stephanie on our wedding day and for many more milestones in the future!
