Step and repeat was amazing they went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. My back drop was flawless and just what i wanted. My daughters wedding was amazing and step and repeat did their part to make sure her pictures were amazing with the beautiful back drop. Please check them out . you will not be disappointed. Very affordable as well.

I had a wonderful experience working with Ben and the entire team at Step and Repeat LA. They worked with me and made sure the step and repeat was ready on short notice for the day of my event.
Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again in the future :-)

I needed a step and repeat banner and then the rigging replaced for a second banner, Step and Repeat LA tok care of it and turned it around very quickly. They are great and very helpful. I recommend them for any event.

I rented a backdrop/banner for my nephew's 16th birthday party and it sure was a hit with the teenagers! We took pictures in front of the banner and laid out a red carpet to make it more 'official'. STEP & REPEAT was very accommodating, specially on a late notice. I picked it up at their location and service was second to none! Thank you so much & will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Step and Repeat was great! The designer worked with me to get my backdrop looking great! Then I initially ordered a red carpet to go along with it - but when I went to pick it up, they had a pink carpet that matched the backdrop. I got a lot of compliments on the step and repeat at my wedding.

We had a miscommunication with another company and needed a step and repeat in a rush. I called Step and Repeat LA and Rachel was so quick and helpful. I sent them an order on Friday and the banner was done Monday morning. I haven't worked with any other step and repeat company that has been able to turn around something so quickly and with such great quality. Awesome service!

I love using my step and repeat backdrop at my trade show booths. Step and Repeat LA did a great job matching my colors and branding, the quality is great (holds up well for traveling) and the display hardware is sturdy and well engineered. It assembles very easily.

The best part is my life-size photo cutout. People get a kick out taking photos with him/me or with both of us, then posting on Facebook or Twitter. What a great conversation piece and marketing tool.

The team at Step and Repeat LA is professional, responsive and really nice to work with. If you need something unique for your event, this is your answer.

I found Step and Repeat LA online.
Rachel could not have been more pleasant and professional. I asked a zillion questions and she answered them all so patiently. We changed the invoice almost as many times without any issue.
I went to pick it up myself - the place is really neat and the entire team was friendly and helpful.
Worth a visit if you can make the trip.

I have worked with Anthony for several of my events and he and his team have been great to work with it. They are very professional, friendly, and have responded very quickly to any questions or concerns that I may have had. I was searching for a photo backdrop. On a tip from Balloon Haven in Chino, I contacted Step and Repeat LA. It was my first experience in working with a company of this nature. From the beginning, the staff was responsive, courteous and insightful. I was provided great guidance and direction in the production of the photo backdrop. I was quite impressed with the work. The final product was excellent. As a result, a few months later, I had the need for a media wall. I contacted Step and Repeat LA. Once again, the production staff put together an awesome structure. The event was formal/black tie. The media wall created the perfect ambiance for our night. Thank you Step and Repeat LA for your oustanding service and product.

We’ve have had the honor of utilizing Step and Repeat LA for all 4 of the major events that we host each year! The high quality of their products are backed up by excellent customer service that is second to none. In the event business, there are times when last minute projects need to be completed. With that being said, we have always been able to count on Step and Repeat LA for a quick turnaround. After using their products for the past couple of years, it wouldn't be an event without our Step and Repeat LA banners!

We love how quick their turn-around time is! I can call them 3 days before I need a sign and it will be shipped and there by the time I need it! :) I have had them make about 5 step & repeat signs and they have all been great & high quality. Highly recommend!

Step and Repeat LA has been a long time vendor for us. We have printed a lot of backdrops from them and was always satisfied with their quality. They go above and beyond for customer service. Whenever we have an emergency for an event, they are quick to respond and work late if we need something right away.

The service aspect of my order was fine, and the people I worked with were fine. However, we were not very happy with the product itself. My beef is with the STAND that the 10'x10' step & repeat banner came with. It is very flimsy and would not stay upright on it's own. It requires sandbags for even indoor use. We did not know this, and we had to prop this huge banner against a wall so that it would stay up during our event inside a Las Vegas hotel. Later, we did not even bother putting this up inside our office because it will not stay up on its own. The frame is terrible, a total waste of money. We cannot use it. I do not recommend this frame. Shop elsewhere. Buy your graphics from here, then buy the frame from another company. Do yourself a favor.
