Perfect Flowers
Stems in Style did an INCREDIBLE job with my wedding bouquets last May (this review is long overdue!).
I was able to really customize my wedding flowers from the beginning. The owner even invited me to the shop to check out some similar flowers that had come in for a wedding prior to mine so I could visualize it in person. At one point, I had requested if we could add tulips in my bouquet, but Kelly was very honest and explained how tulips commonly blow open in any windy conditions (which I did have on my wedding day, especially on a golf course!). They even sent me visual examples of what this looks like. I am so glad they were knowledgeable and up front about customization like this, and am so glad I didn't add them to the bouquet in the end! It looked beautiful as it was regardless.
Stems in Style also added a mesh wrapping to the bottom of my cascading bouquet because I was worried about the stems getting water marks on my dress (especially since you have to tilt cascading bouquets downwards so the flowers look centered in pictures).
What was also a bonus is that I could get the delivery fee waived by having my father pick up the bouquets for me instead. They packed all the bouquets perfectly for him to pick up and transport in his car.
I also decided to upgrade my bouquet to a cascading bouquet and I had zero regrets. I loved it so much that at some point I plan to commission a painter to make me a canvas of it for my wall.
Overall, Stems in Style was so easy to work with, emailed back so quickly, and was very reasonably priced (and I looked at a lot of local flower shop prices!). They were absolutely gorgeous at the end of the day. Thank you so much Kelly and team!

November 2022 - Seaport Wedding
Kelly and her team were excellent. We got engaged in December 2020 and booked Stems in Style early on. Kelly and her team captured our vision perfectly! Kelly Sweeney was a delight to work with regarding floral design. She was very quick to reply to our initial inquiry. She took the time to get a sense of what we wanted and worked up a detailed proposal. She was quick to reply to questions via email or phone. Kelly and the whole Stems in Style team were incredibly friendly and helpful. She developed a photo vision board to ensure that we were on the same page before we locked in our final list of floral arrangements. She took our vague ideas and used her creativity to translate them into a stunning display for our wedding. The team did a beautiful job with the set up at the venue. Kelly is one of the sweetest business owners and she did absolutely STUNNING florals for our wedding! She was recommended to us by a friend and I am so happy we booked her for our wedding! Beautiful Wedding Florals
Stems in Style was the perfect florist for our wedding day. Kelly was amazing to work with and really brought our wedding vision to life! She took the pictures I shared with her during our consultation and made them a reality. Following our consultation, Kelly created a vision board that really allowed me to see the floral arrangements for the day come together. She was amazing in quickly answering any questions we had, as well as making adjustments throughout the entire wedding process as we worked through the ever-changing COVID-19 guidelines. The flowers and greenery used were fresh and just beautiful. They lasted not only the entire wedding day, but also for guests and family to enjoy following the wedding. Stems in Style was also able to add memory photo charms to my bouquet, so that those who are no longer with us were able to be a part of our ceremony and day. The flowers were delivered to several locations and each delivery was perfectly on time, allowing for a seamless wedding day. Kelly was so flexible and easy to work with. After our wedding was postponed, my husband and I decided to elope on original date. Kelly provided flowers for us to celebrate. Finally, 8 months later, we were able to celebrate our marriage with our original guest count. Kelly was quick to reach out as restrictions changed. Short-notice, with last minute changes, and not a flower out of place!
I contacted Stems in Style, found on The Knot, 24 days before our wedding date, and was soon speaking with Kelly Sweeney. To say that Kelly was easy to work with is an understatement. We decided not to let the pandemic get the better of us, and opted to host a very intimate celebration which did result in a lot of last minute planning and eventual changes. Kelly was very organized, prompt, and helpful when it came to her design concept, proposal and ease of booking. When MA guidelines tightened one week before our wedding date, and required a change of venue room and further reduction in ceremony count, Kelly helped me to stay calm. She was willing and able to re-design our centerpieces to suit the different room and refunded me the difference of what I had paid very quickly. Her set up was flawless, the design laid out exactly as I had hoped and pictured, and we received many compliments. I would not hesitate to recommend Kelly, and Stems in Style, to anyone. I hope I have the opportunity to work with her again!

Stems In Style is AMAZING!! Being a COVID bride I didn't know until about 2 weeks prior to the wedding if it was actually going to happen so I had put the pause button on booking vendors. Once I got the green light that the wedding was on I contacted Kelly at Stems In Style and she was able to create the most beautiful flowers for my wedding in such a short period of time. My family is Scottish so she suggested adding Scottish thistle to the arrangements and she also used ribbon in my family's tartan pattern. I am so happy with how the arrangements turned out! I met Kelly and knew at that moment, she was the right fit for me. She knew exactly what my vision was for the flowers and didn't try to change anything I wanted...like some other florists I met before her. I was nervous at first not having a test run on my bouquet...not sure how it would turn out on my wedding day, but I was not disappointed with anything at all! All the flowers came out fabulous! I wish I had chosen to have her also do our centerpieces...but before finding her, we had discussed making our own centerpieces. Not that I regret that, but her work is amazing and I know that I would have loved them just as I loved all the other flowers. Our wedding party was so happy with their bouquets and the best was how perfect they were sized for us! We weren’t 100% sure what we wanted when we first spoke with Kelly and she passed along a number of images to help us narrow in on what we wanted. Kelly did the most amazing job for my daughter's wedding on August 23, 2019 at the Villa at Ridder Country Club. Kelly was always so easy to communicate with and very patient with us as we decided on the vision that we wanted for the wedding. Flowers were not a top priority when it came to our wedding but Kelly made them shine on our big day! Our bouquets were gorgeous, centerpieces are still thriving almost a week later, and everything turned out perfect. Kelly was able to create the perfect flower arrangements for our big day even though we honestly had no idea what that was when we originally met with her. Great experience from the beginning
Kelly and her team were great form the first meeting we had. She really helped up put together our vision as we were not really sure what we were looking for. Throughout the whole process she was willing to work with us with all the changes we made and never made it seem like we were a bother. The flowers came out perfect the day of I could not have asked for anything better. I would highly recommend!!

Beautiful Flowers!
Kelly is great! She is a talented florist and, overall, just a wonderful person to work with. I recently had my wedding in October. It was a 300 guest wedding (30 tables) with a 13 person wedding party (including myself and my husband), and all the other people that come with that - mothers, fathers, grandparents, ect. My two concerns when I was looking for a florist were - are they able to create the vision that I have in my head and how much is this going to cost? When it came to picking types of flowers/greens, bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces, ect. Kelly was super helpful and knowledgeable about everything. She was honest in anything she thought wouldn't be practical or look nice, but was very accommodating and willing to put together anything I wanted! When it came to price, again, Kelly was very flexible and willing to create something beautiful in my price range. I never felt awkward speaking with her about price or changing flower colors ect. She really just wants you to be happy. Initially, I had no idea what I wanted because I had never really had to pick flowers out for anything in my life. It was easy with Kelly to narrow down a "theme/look" that I liked and then go from there. As a side note, I was married in a church and then my reception venue was about 30 minutes away. The morning of my wedding, Kelly delivered my and the bridesmaids bouquets to my house, then the alter arrangements and groom/groomsmen boutonnieres to the church, and then all of my centerpieces to the venue. For a very small fee, she even went back to the church and brought the alter pieces to the reception venue! I would definitely recommend her!! The flowers/greens she uses are beautiful and fresh, she's prompt with getting back to you via email or text, and her prices are fair! I was very happy with my experience!!!! Thank you Kelly!!!!

Stems in Style was absolutely amazing in creating the most beautiful flowers for our wedding! Kelly absolutely nailed it and made my dreams come true! She put together flower arrangements that were identical to my inspiration photos from Pinterest. She understood my vision and made it come to life. Kelly and Ruth at Stems In Style truly were amazing to work with. They went above and beyond in planning every element, both large and small for our big day.
There were a lot of moving parts for our wedding; entertainment, caterer, transportation from three different hotels and multiple houses, photographers, venue managers, wedding officiants etc etc. The amount of people to manage and line items to check off was mind boggling. Kelly and Ruth were always calm, cool and collected and kept everything in line and everyone on the same page throughout the entire process. I don’t know how we would have been able to make it all come together without their help!
Their attention to detail was a superb. There was an issue at the venue the day before the wedding and both Kelly and Ruth dropped everything and headed over to work through it and solve the problem. Whenever we mentioned any task that we hadn’t had a chance to do, they would ask what they could do to help, and took a bunch of the time-consuming chores off of our plate.
Kelly created an incredibly detailed coordination packet that outlined each element; the day-of timeline, vendor contact info and due dates for vendor payments etc. The packet made us feel way more organized and confident in how the day would run.
They set up the venue and arranged all of the decorations beautifully and tastefully. We had nothing but compliments from all of our friends and family about what an amazing time they had at our wedding.
Oh, and on top of all of the exceptional coordination services; Stems In Style designed and built spectacular floral arrangements at a fair price.
Overall Kelly and Ruth were a pleasure to work with and made our special day a lot easier to manage and allowed to actually relax and enjoy our wedding. I would highly recommend hiring them for coordination services as well as for floral arrangements.

When she showed up to deliver our bouquets on the wedding day I had to pick my jaw up off of the floor because the flowers were even more beautiful than I could have ever envisioned. While we didn't have a huge wedding order, Kelly was extremely accomodating and attentive. I shared a Pinterest board, had a few phone conversations and could tell that she completely got my vision for the day. She had great suggestions for the bouquets, boutineers and corsages for everyone involved in the wedding, which made the whole process so much easier (a relief from all of the other wedding planning chaos!).

Kelly was so easy and flexible to work with. I had a small flowers budget (~$1000), but needed 20 centerpieces and 9 bouquets. She helped me choose flowers that were within my budget, without sacrificing beauty, and keeping it all within my vision. I had purchased vases separately through work, so she was happy to make centerpieces using those to help me cut down on costs. She was responsive through email and text, and delivered everything on time and as expected (and even waived her delivery fee for me). My wedding coordinator said she arrived at the venue and knew exactly what to do, which made her job easier too. She was worth every penny!

I had asked Kelly for last minute changes up to the day before the wedding – and she accommodated everything perfectly! I even forgot to request a few things and she was able to pull together some bouquets literally the day of the wedding – talk about going to extra mile for your customers!! In all honesty I was very indecisive the entire time we were working together and she was able to pull my vision together incredibly well. Her prices are extremely reasonable and she is willing to work with you within your budget. While planning our wedding, I was surprised to learn that a lot of vendors are difficult to get in contact with and have a lot of hidden/unlisted costs. Stems In Style's pricing was clear and Kelly was always quick to respond weather it be via phone call, text, or email.
I had originally planned on making my own centerpieces and Kelly was nice enough to incorporate what I had started in making ours! She was able to make suggestions on alternatives to flowers that weren't in season and I couldn't have been happier with the results...our flowers were GORGEOUS!
After the wedding we used the leftover bouquets and centerpieces to decorate our front porch and they lasted for weeks!...Kelly truly has a magic touch!!
I will DEFINITELY recommend Stems In Style to everyone I know!

I have nothing but kind words to say about Kelly for creating the most amazing flowers for my special day. As soon as I met with Kelly, I knew that she would be able to create flowers that perfectly matched my vision of my wedding. Kelly was beyond accommodating when it came to last minute changes or ideas that I had. Her level of professionalism was exceptional and she was always available to discuss any questions. Kelly took the time to make sure that my flowers were exactly what I wanted - by creating a bouquet before my wedding day and sending me pictures to be sure it was exactly what I wanted! On the day of my wedding she was able to meet the groomsmen at the hotel so that she could help pin the boutonnieres which was extremely helpful. My sister, who was my maid of honor, was able to call Kelly to ensure that our flowers were at the house on time - which they were! When we arrived from getting our hair & makeup done all of our bouquets were lined up perfectly in mason jars ready for us. They came out GORGEOUS - I could not have been happier! Once we arrived at the venue for a sneak peak of the ballroom my jaw dropped with how beautiful the arrangements were on the tables. We created a vision of high and low vases. They were gorgeous and exactly what I had always visioned. Kelly of Stems in Style helped to make my wedding day the most magical day of my life!

I can't say enough great things about Stems In Style! Kelly was so amazing to work with, she had really creative ideas when it came to the flowers and I completely trusted her vision. My pictures came out so great because of the colors that she helped me pick out for the bouquets. She showed up early on my wedding day and went over everything with me and my maid of honor so we knew which flowers belonged to everyone. Her prices definitely did not hurt my wedding budget, she was way below all the other flower vendors I looked into.
I loved working with Kelly and highly recommend her to anyone looking for such an easy and happy experience!!

Working with Kelly was a dream. From start to finish she was professional, caring and a sweetheart. It was very important to me that she had a piece of my dress fabric on mine and my maid of honor bouquets and Kelly made each one with such care and also had the additional bridesmaids bouquets match with ribbon that was identical. While I had a few flowers changing two weeks before the wedding Kelly made sure to answer me and take care of me up until the last minute. She guided me in the right direction to add charms of my father who passed away to my wedding bouquet so he could still "walk" me down the aisle. She is an extremely talented florist and one of the most caring vendors I have worked with during my wedding planning process. I would love the opportunity to work with Kelly again for any event and would strongly recommend her to any bride and anyone planning something special. She sure knows how to take care of her people and values your opinions and executes in the most professional manner.

I had a hard time at first, finding a company that could create what I was looking for in terms of flowers, that wouldn't break the bank! When I met Kelly I immediately felt at ease. She understood my vision and I had complete trust in her creativity, and her pricing was reasonable. Kelly was so great to work with.. responsive, flexible, and really went the extra mile. Stems in Style was a A+++++ to work with. The owner Kelly is professional, trustworthy and very experienced. Kelly did so much for us. She was not only our flourist that provided gorgeous arrangments for my church, bridesmaids, groomsman and myself the bride; but she went to the church to bring all the groomsman flowers, she went to our venue to set everything up and make sure all centerpieces and other decor (picture frames, guest book, bathroom baskets, etc. etc.) looked great but she also helped to take all at the end of the night. Stems in Style is a one stop shop for your wedding needs. I started crying on my wedding day thanking Kelly the owner as we put so much trust in her and I valued her so much to take care of everything that day for us. Stems in Style did not disappoint and we look forward to using this business again and again. I would highly recommend Kelly and Stems In Style team and would be happy to talk to any bride considering hiring them as well.

Kelly is great! She was always quick to respond and did a fabulous job with our flowers. From our first meeting she was giving me ideas on how to save money and cut costs. Here costs were less than half the price of the first company I received a flowers quote from. The bouquets looked great and so did our centerpieces. You won't be disappointed using Kelly.

Kelly was awesome to work with. Through in person meetings and lots of emailed pictures, Kelly's designs for my wedding were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! She really worked with my budget and was very flexible and open to ideas. The gazebo baskets and decorations took my breath away and she made us the most unique seashell flower girl bouquets! I was so incredibly pleased with Kelly's work and would recommend her to anyone. Kelly was priced reasonably, as she only charged me for the flowers and not things like "labor and travel" like I was being charged at other florists I looked into. Her flowers were beautiful. She even brought me cupcakes with our monograms on it as a special treat before the wedding! I just felt like she really cared about her work and about my wedding and, for that, I'm so grateful.

Over the past 3 years, Stems in Style has provided the centerpieces for 2 bridal showers and 2 baby showers I hosted, as well as centerpieces for countless holiday dinners/parties. I was also the maid-of-honor in two weddings where Stems in Style was the florist. Kelly is extraordinarily talented -- at all events, guests were dazzled by the beauty and uniqueness of the arrangements -so many people went out of their way to comment. My sister actually changed her wedding flourist (losing a deposit) after seeing the beautiful centerpieces Stems in Style provided for her bridal shower. Equally as important, you get the same high quality, professionalism and special care whether you are hosting a large wedding/event with multiple centerpieces/arrangements or just purchasing one centerpiece for Christmas dinner! Stems in Style did all of my flowers for my wedding and they were perfect! I had bouquets, petals for the flower girls, boutonnieres, pomander, and centerpieces. Each item was everything I could have ever hoped for and more. I wanted two different centerpiece arrangements in a mix of both high and low vases and Kelly from Stems and Style did exactly as I wanted. She was so easy to work with, professional, and caring. My ceremony was in the same room as the reception with an hour cocktail in between in a different room - I didn’t want anyone seeing the flowers before the reception and she waited to put them out until the ceremony was over and the guest moved to the cocktail hour room. This was such a big deal to me and she made it happen with no issue what so ever. Kelly was everything you could have ever hoped for in a vendor and I would absolutely recommend her for anyone’s floral needs! I can't say enough about Kelly at Stems In Style. She did such a fabulous job on my wedding bouquets, centerpeices and decor. She was so professional, was creative in ways to work within my budget offering tons of suggestsions and giving great feedback. She met with me when it was convenient for me and ensured that every flower selected was just what I envisioned! She even texted me the night before with a preview which got me so excited! She also humored my little flower girl who wanted more flowers like the bride...and added more upon delivery to keep the little one happy! They came out gorgeous!!
