Rachel was easy to work with and made time in her busy schedule to accommodate our last minute event at Powers. The venue is gorgeous and she provided an acoustic violin and acted as the emcee. She took charge of the scheduled announcements and made sure that the microphone was available for others during the toasts.
10 out of 10. Follow them on social media, you will see what I mean. They are talented professional musicians. -

We absolutely loved having Stellare Strings at our wedding! They were fantastic during the ceremony, playing the most beautiful music as we walked the aisle—it really set the perfect mood. So many of our guests couldn’t stop raving about how great they sounded! During cocktail hour, they kept the vibe going with a fun mix of songs that made mingling even more special. It was such a treat to have live music, and they really added something magical to the day. We’re so grateful for their amazing performances—it made our wedding all the more unforgettable!
Rachel, our point of contact for the group, didn’t actually play on the day of our wedding. However, she did assemble a fantastic group for us. Rachel was extremely communicative, accommodating, and really just so easy to work with. We essentially gave her a list of songs for our ceremony and a general vibe for cocktail hour and the professionals took over from there. It really made planning so simple. The group arrived on time, got set up without needing our help at all, and started playing to signal the beginning of our ceremony.
I cannot recommend this group enough. They were FANTASTIC.

Definitely added to my wedding! I always wanted string band at my ceremony and they were so amazing! I chose “Take my Breathe away” by Berlin and they came out on top! It was exactly what I imaged walking down the aisle to! They made my dream come true! Rachel is great to work with! -

Rachel and the Stellare Strings team were so wonderful to work with. They have a wonderful catalogue of music and Rachel was super helpful in planning the best cocktail and ceremony music for out wedding. She even offered to learn a very specific song I wanted to walk down the aisle to. We had a tragedy occur the morning of our wedding and needed to flip the ceremony and cocktail hour. Stellare Strings totally rolled with it and everything was beautiful. I would hire them again tomorrow! -

When we were forced, due to COVID restrictions, to move our ceremony from Heinz Chapel to the Carnegie Music Hall in Oakland, I knew I had to have live music; I found Rachel and Stellare Strings through an extensive Google search, called Rachel, and the rest is history. Rachel was able to accommodate my special request for Fleetwood Mac's 'Landslide' which brought both mothers to tears. The music was spectacular and ended up being my husband's favorite detail of our special day. Highly recommend! -

Words can not express how impressed I was with Stellare Strings! From the beginning Rachel was very responsive and caring when it came down to preparing for my proposal. Violinist/Cello duo was amazing to say the least! They had me in Tears of excitement and Joy! My fiancé loved them too! They by far made my day with their performance of love songs that made myself and Jasmine’s day memorable! I am beyond satisfied! They even drove all the way down to Pittsburgh, PA from Ohio for this event, which just shows the care they have! I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again for a future event! I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone that is in the need for true professional and gifted talent! Thank you so much - Keenan -

We're so glad we found Stellare! My now-wife and I had an unusual selection of songs for our ceremony (a mix of songs from movies and pop) and Stellare made it all work. They set the mood for our whole ceremony, making it a day we'd never forget. Highly recommended! -

Phenomenal musicians that added so much to our wedding ceremony and cocktail party. They didn't just play music; they had an evolution and method to their approach which made all the difference. From the finely crafted classical pieces to the popular songs our guests knew, they hit it out of the park. If you want to WOW your guests, booking them is a good start. -

We had a sand ceremony as part of our wedding and the song ended before we were finished. Instead of starting it again, they stopped and we poured sand in silence. At the end, they played their minimum required 2 song post-lude and packed up before the guests had all left the ceremony area.
The quality of the playing was nice, but don't expect anything more than the bare minimum they can get away with. -

Rachel was amazing to deal with throughout the entire process, and let me be clear there was a delay with me (the bride) getting to the chapel; however, after talking to many people in attendance the trio that we booked (Rachel was not there) barely played any music prior to the ceremony starting. We had them until 2:40 per the contract, which also states we can pay extra per musician, which we were NEVER given the opportunity to do so because they decided to pack up and leave as we were lighting our unity candle and exist the church, which is highly unprofessional, and clearly seen on our wedding video. We were married at 2:30 on the dot and had absolutely no music to walk out to and neither did our bridal party or parents.
To be fair Rachel did reimburse some of the money that we had paid for the trio, however, it is not right for the entire way that these professional musicians handled themselves at a wedding.
