Stephani was phenomenal to work with! Throughout the entire planning process, Stephani was very patient and flexible with our plans. On the day of our wedding, Stefani was dependable, on time, and she helped make sure that everything ran smoothly. She even scoped out a garden, and found a few amazing places for us to take pictures at, before we got there! During the photos, she made us feel so comfortable and captured our true emotions and reactions. The angles and lighting were incredible, and we are so happy with every picture in our album. Stephani's turn around was also amazing- we had our pictures before we returned from our honeymoon! We highly recommend her to all of our friends and family. -

Stef exceeded our expectations during both our engagement photo session and our wedding. She has a special eye and talent for photography especially when it comes to finding perfect lighting. I was absolutely blown away when we got our engagement photos back, they were so phenomenal. She is very creative with her work and it is apparent that she loves her job. She is a super hard worker and she even came early to both our wedding and engagement photos to plan out shoots. She is very good at capturing candid moments and she makes the photo shoot such an enjoyable experience. She is very sweet and such a joy to work with. If I ever need a photographer in the future, Stef is the only person I would even consider. I am very happy that she got to be part of our big day! I can’t recommend her enough. -

Stef is so great at what she does and finding the best lighting! It was so hard for me to pick my favorite pictures after our wedding day because there were so many that I loved. She also did a boudoir shoot for me and made me feel so comfortable. She is amazing at what she does! Can’t recommend her enough! -

Wonderful photos and photographer!
Working with Stef was a joy. She was prompt and responsive in communicating (we were planning long distance and this helped so much), and a knowledgeable guide. On the day of the wedding she was flexible, and easy to work with. She has a presence about her that puts you at ease and allows her to capture real emotion. Our photos were ready quickly and prints were easy to obtain. We will always treasure the beautiful photos she was able to capture! -

Loved working with Stephani!
We found Stephani on a whim on The Knot and we are glad we did! We did both our engagement and wedding photos with her and are absolutely thrilled with how they came out. Each photo is crisp and gorgeous with lighting and angles, which is one of the reasons I chose her. Lots of photography trends right now are dark/moody images even for weddings, but I wanted to ensure my photos were timeless, clear, and something to treasure and she made sure of that. She was so helpful in making the photo process more relaxing by providing us with prompts to help us give more "real" smiles and reactions with each other. Viewing both our engagement photos and wedding photos was so excited and we had many people tell us how great they were. Stephani was amazing, especially considering our wedding plans had to change a bit due to COVID and our ceremony ended up being outside. She was able to get all the shots I requested and I honestly don't know how she did it! It seemed like she wasn't even there, but was also everywhere with all the shots she got! I've raved about Stephani to many people and would highly recommend her to work with! She also delivered a beautiful USB with a custom-engraved wooden box to hold it with all our images. I absolutely LOVE our wedding photos. My husband is usually awkward around a camera but he looks stunning in all his photos. Me and my girls look amazing, and I love just looking through all of them. Stephanie's photos exceeded our expectations. She did a wonderful job working with everyone and letting us know what was needed. Photos from every angle and for every moment. Nothing was missed! -

Stephani was absolutely PERFECT! My fiancé and I were drawn to her pictures because of how natural and effortless all of the couples looked. She really captured the couple's genuine chemistry that they had with one another. We could not wait to book with her! As soon as we booked with her, she sent an email with a ton of different engagement session tips and tricks (what kind of clothing looks best, what kind of makeup looks best, etc.). Stephani was also very supportive and flexible when it came to planning our engagement shoot. The night before our engagement session she messaged us to make sure we were okay with the weather (since it was going to be cloudy instead of sunny). She also arrived hours early to our engagement session location to scout out different spots where we could take our pictures. She was also extremely open and supportive of any ideas that my fiancé or I had for our session. During the engagement session she made sure that my fiancé and I had a lot of fun and laughs with one another. She honestly made me forget we were even having our picture taken! She made sure that none of our pictures looked awkward or posed in any way. Stephani also provided a "sneak peek" of our pictures 2 days after we took them! I assumed this would be less than 5 pictures, but she gave us at least 20! She had all 180 of our pictures back to us in less than 2 weeks! We are absolutely obsessed with our engagement pictures and cannot get enough of them! Everyone who sees them comments on how beautiful and natural they are (the editing, the lighting, etc.). Everyone also says how they think they describe us perfectly as a couple! Each picture is so unique and just as gorgeous as the last. I know we will love these pictures for years and years to come. I cannot say enough amazing things about Stephani! She was absolutely perfect to work with and we cannot wait for our wedding pictures. I cannot imagine having anyone else capturing such an important time in our lives. -

Stephani did an wonderful job with our wedding photos. We received a sneak peak photo gallery before we even got back from our honeymoon! Our wedding was drastically changed from the original plans we had told her (due to COVID) and she completely rolled with it for everything we asked. My husband and I can be pretty awkward in photos, but Stephani made us both feel so comfortable and capture the true essence of our relationship, both with each other and with our family and friends. All of our photos look so natural and you can see the actual laughter and fun we all had. We chose Stephani and her work because she was so upfront and honest with what she was going to deliver us, and she still exceed our expectations. The gallery she provided was so easy to navigate, the personalized USB was absolutely adorable, and she provided us with very useful tips on savings and storing our photos safely. I have already recommended her work to coworkers and friends, and I could not recommend her enough. -

We chose Stef Elizabeth Photo because she came highly recommended from a friend. I am so glad we went with her because our experience was nothing short of amazing! I was totally in awe of our engagement photos because of how well she captured each of our personalities and fun-loving relationship. I honestly can’t pick out a single favorite photo because they’re all so great! The lighting, location, and day was absolutely perfect and really made for stunning photos! I could not be any happier with how our weddings (two!) and engagement photos turned out! Stephani did an amazing job and was so wonderful to work with! My husband and I are shy in front of the camera but she helped us get real emotion out during the photo sessions. We loved her style of photography with the lighting and candid shots she captured. She was always professional but fun to work with and was accommodating with our two weddings due to COVID. When looking for a photographer we found a lot of stiff poses and photos that looked overly edited, so we were overjoyed when we found Steph! We just got our engagement photos back, and I can’t wait for her to do our wedding! She immediately put us at ease, and we had so much fun at our engagement shoot! Nearly every comment on our pictures we’re friends and family saying how natural and happy we looked- no stiff poses here! We chose Stephani because we loved how natural her pictures looked! Each couple seemed so genuine and enthusiastic and the editing was easily our favorite! We nearly cried when we got our first batch of engagement pictures back because they were so amazing! We pored over them constantly and shared a ton to social media as soon as we could. The result was simply beautiful! There is NO ONE in the world that would be easier to work with than Stephani; she gave us plenty of fun prompts to help us feel at ease and comfortable. We got along really well and had a strong, friendly vibe with one another! Her work is unique in that each PHOTO is completely unique - another reason we wanted to work with her! The composition of each photo is so detailed and expertly crafted that makes every one have its own personality. Each edit is PERFECT. We would, without hesitation, recommend Stephani Elizabeth Photography to all of our friends and family! She has been an absolute delight to work with, is easy to contact, and efficient in timing - needless to say the photos are beyond magical! -

Best Photographer Ever!!
Stephani was absolutely incredible, our pictures came out perfect and were ready to view before we even returned from our honeymoon. Before the wedding,she offered us a very detailed brochure and contract, so we knew exactly what to expect and what plan would work best for our wedding. Despite how camera shy my husband and I are, she was able to capture amazing poses and angles without anything looking forced or awkward. She shipped us the complete USB of our photos within a month of getting married in the cutest personalized wooden box. Perhaps most surprising is how low her fees are given the excellent quality of her work; i couldn't believe she wasnt charging double given the high quality of each picture. We opted to only have one photographer as our wedding was incredibly small, and she was still able to get every angle and photo we wanted working alone- even during the ceremony! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an incredible photographer without breaking the budget. -

I cannot say enough good things about Stephani! She was super easy to contact, always open to answering our questions and was really patient with mine and my fiancé’s crazy schedules. Working with her in person was even better and she made the session so much fun! She came up with fun prompts and questions to get a reaction out of us so she could capture a real genuine smile/laugh/hug/etc. She is amazing at positioning you in natural light settings so the light hits you just perfectly. Working with her made my cheeks hurt because I was smiling and laughing so much. She is extremely creative and when we got our engagement session photos back I almost cried because she did such a beautiful job at capturing our relationship. I will cherish her pictures for years! Would recommend her to everyone!! -

I spent so much time stalking photographers and galleries online, and thought I "knew" who I wanted to use for my upcoming wedding. After reaching out, and looking at some photos from my space, I was less than thrilled with their work.
My friend found Stephani Elizabeth Photography, and after our first coffee date, I knew I had found my photographer. She sent me galleries of my venue from past weddings that she has shot, and I fell even more in love with her work.
Fast forward a few months, and we did our engagement photos. I sent her a curve ball with, "I want to shoot at my barn with my horse and dog. AND I want to shoot at a festival." After 24 hours of our shoot, I had a sneak peek gallery of about 25 photos, and less than 2 weeks I had the rest of my gallery of over 100 perfect photos.
I can't be more excited to have Stephani shoot our wedding in February.
Any brides looking for an amazing local photographer, should definitely look into Stephani Elizabeth Photography. -

My wife and I were very fortunate to find Stephani online when shopping for a wedding photographer. My wife and I lived in Atlanta, GA at the time when we located Stephani. We met with her in Louisville and loved her personality, kindness, explanations, softness, and confidence. She made it easy for us to explain what we hoped for. After securing Stephani it was difficult for my wife and I to get back to Louisville for the engagement pics. However, she worked around our schedule and met us on our way into town to take the photos at a park. The real craziness then happened when my wife and I moved to Barcelona, Spain about 2 months before our wedding. Life became extremely complicated. We had so many other important events going on, and we were not able to dedicate the proper amount of time to finalizing the plans for the wedding. I know the distance and lack of planning made it difficult for Stephani, but she came through despite the difficulties. She was always so kind and worked around all of our not-so-perfectly-planned events of the day. Stephani never got frustrated (at least not that I could tell). She was so helpful and professional and really helped to make sure we got all of the photos that we had hoped to achieve. My wife and I returned to Barcelona two days after our wedding, and I feel bad that I never truly had the opportunity to thank her in person for all that she did. I absolutely love my wedding photos. I had the time of my life that night and Stephani's photos captured everything so beautifully. Thank you so much Stephani. I'm sorry that I did not get to tell you that in person. I am happy to recommend your wonderful skills to anyone that wants my advice. You really are an expert at your craft, and I feel very fortunate that you photographed our wedding. -

We were drawn to Stephani because of the quality of her candid photographs. We thought that they really captured the joy of the moments, and that they were a beautiful quality. Sure enough, when we received our wedding photos, we were thrilled. All of the photographs are beautiful, and we have received many compliments from friends and family. Our wedding day flew by, and Stephani was wonderful at capturing all of the little moments throughout the day. Poses are nice, but candid shows what it is really like in the moment which was very important to us. When we contacted her she responded right away! Stephani was so easy to work with, extremely flexible, and very easy to talk to. Pictures can be very awkward, but she made taking them fun and comfortable. She took so much time to get the best shots possible.
We got married in a barn that was darker and took some pictures outside. The lighting for both was incredible. We had the most beautiful sunset pictures. There are so many amazing pictures it was impossible for me to pick my favorite ones to print to hang in our house (I ended up printing over 200!!) A good photographer for my wedding was very important to me. The pictures are a great way to relive one of the best days of your life! Stephani was the best choice we could have made and we are so happy we did! -

All of her pictures are clear and focused, but most importantly she has a way of capturing the chemistry between couples. Stephani Elizabeth was an absolute pleasure to work with. My husband and I couldn't have imagined a better photographer to capture everything on our wedding day. We went with her because she was incredibly professional and organized, plus her style of candid pictures were amazing and exactly what we were looking for. We had an nontraditional, small wedding that confused most of our vendors but Stephani went along with everything without batting an eye. She worked and communicated with us every step of the way. We put the most value into hiring our photographer for our wedding since the photos are the things that are going to last well past everything else, and hiring Stephani was the easiest and best decision. All of our pictures are gorgeous and a few of them even got me to tear up because she captured such important and beautiful moments from our wedding day. 100% would hire her again for any future events and recommend any couple to hire her as well. -

When we saw Stephani's website, we knew that she was who we wanted to take our photos. Her images were by far the most beautiful we had seen. She was such a sweet person and was very patient with Jack and I. We're very happy with our engagement photos and think they are beautiful. The candid style make them feel more natural than engagement photos tend to look. I can honestly say that I couldn't have asked for a better photographer. She was kind, patient, and willing to take as many pictures and try as many poses as necessary to get the right shot. Highly recommend Stephani for all your photography needs!
