Swirling with heather was the easiest part of wedding planning I had! I came to her with a few ideas and she made them into works of art. She designed my invites, save the dates, and two favors which were tote bags and coozies. I got so many compliments on the designs and how gorgeous they were ! Practically magical. She was very quick to respond and very easy to work with and always kept me up to date on when items were done and shipping/would be received. I would use her again and again and highly recommend her for any creative, artistic and unique designs.

We had a great experience with Steadfast Media! Even though we live in Washington, D.C., I am from Evansville, IN, and had heard great things about Heather at Steadfast. I contacted her online and she made it very easy to develop a design remotely. Of course, it was nice to visit her office when my fiance and I were in town, to finalize details. And she happily accommodated our travel schedule last minute! We had used a template for our save the dates online, and Heather was great at making something that had a similar look, but was completely original. We had so many compliments on the invitations. She should charge more for her amazing work!

Would recommend Steadfast Media to anyone in the area. Heather was personable and easy to work with and you end up with a 100% custom product - with beautiful and quick delivery - and the added bonus of helping a local business!

We got our wedding invitations through Steadfast Media and they were exactly what I envisioned and more! Heather did an amazing job finding exactly what we wanted for the most affordable price. I have many friends who are getting married and I have suggested Steadfast Media to all of them. They do amazing work and I truly felt like they were on my side to find me the most affordable option possible. I have them scheduled for my wedding photography as well and I could not be more excited to see what creative ideas they bring on my wedding day. They are so creative and fun and very open to any ideas that I have had. I would HIGHLY recommend Steadfsst Media to anyone!

They were fantastic!! My husband and I got married in Evansville but neither of us lived there. We were doing long distance when we got married, so as you can imagine it was sometimes difficult to be in the same city at the same time--especially Evansville. So we did a lot of our planning over the phone and through email. They were always responsive and we LOVED, LOVED, LOVED our photos.

I only wish we lived in the area so we could use them for future photos.

Heather has designed Christmas cards for my husband and I for three years. They're exceptionally beautiful, unique, bold, and just stunning. I have family members who save each card and frame them because they are of the highest quality! I am always receiving compliments on them. I love that they stand out from cards you may see in a store or online. I love that she creates unique designs that are catered specifically to her clients; you never see the same design more than once. She is awesome!

Heather worked with us to create Save the Dates and Invitations for our wedding. She made something so personal and more beautiful than we could have imagined! We were so happy with the finished product! I will definitely use her services again..as soon as I can think of a reason to! :)

Steadfast has an incredibly talented team with an eye for unique, candid shots. I could not be happier with Heather and Clint's photography, service, and the overall value of the package I received.

Absolutely stellar work. If you're wanting boring, run of the mill shots, then go with another company.

Heather and Clint are amazing people. They did a great job! They were friendly to our entire wedding party and made them feel conformtable in front of the camera. Their style is ONE OF A KIND! I also had them make my thank you cards and Christmas cards, which turned out just as great. Would highly recommended them.

I worked with Heather with Steadfast Media for engagement and wedding pictures. She was a delight to work with and I got very quick responses any time I emailed her which was a huge plus. Couldn't be happier with my pictures and my experience dealing with this company. Their prices are very good compared to a lot of places in this area. Would definitely recommend them.

Heather and Clint are amazing photographers! Our engagement and wedding pictures are more than we could have ever asked for! They also created a guest book for us to use at our wedding, and we received SO many compliments on it! They are great to work with and we will definitely consider using them for future photography sessions as well as recommending them to friends and family!

I could not be happier with the work Steadfast Media did. They were willing to work with me on times/prices (I didn't want all six hours of the basic package).

I have not seen all of my wedding pictures yet, but they do the neatest thing: they post a few teaser pics on Facebook for you, so that you can get an idea of what your pictures will look like. Plus you can use them for your profile!

The pictures I have seen are beautiful. Heather managed to capture the moment when my mother hugged me after the wedding, and in the background my dad is shaking hands with my husband. I can't imagine an image that better captures the day. I look forward to seeing the rest of my pictures, but I am already thrilled with the pictures I have seen.

I couldn't have asked for a better photographer on my wedding day! We were free to do what we wanted, and also got great direction from our photographer, Heather. I loved each and every shot that was taken, and would use Steadfast Media again in a heartbeat!

I'm not really a decisive person, and I definitely was not a decisive bride! Heather helped us decide on the best ways to do our pictures, and they all turned out awesome. She worked with us and if I could, I'd recommend her to any and all of my friends who are looking for a great wedding photographer.

We were so pleased with our photographer! She shot both our engagement session and wedding, and the photographs from both are beautiful and innovative. She had a perfect mix of artsy and traditional shots. She really took the time to get to know us and to listen to our ideas. I feel like this shows through in the photographs - they aren't just cookie cutter shots, they are unique to my husband and I as a couple. Not only did we get stunning pictures, but our photographer was great to work with - prompt communication, professional service, and extremely responsive. To top it all off, our photographer's services were an excellent value. As graduate students, my husband and I were working within a small budget, and with our photographer, we were able to get fabulous photos for a fraction of the competition's cost. This photographer has my strongest recommendation!

Steadfast Media was the absolute best choice for our wedding. The photographer, Heather, goes above and beyond to make the day go smoothly. She strived to give us the very best and exceeded our expectations. In many cases, not just with the pictures but our wedding day in general, Heather knew what we wanted/needed before we even had to ask. She was there the whole day and didn't miss a single moment. In addition to the wedding day she also took our engagement pictures. We have the pictures she took hung up everywhere in our house. We couldn't have asked for a better way to preserve our day.

As the mother of the bride, I was so busy on the wedding day. I trusted Heather to do whatever a wedding photographer was supposed to do. She did it all without my prompting & supervision. She was so unobtrusive that I often forgot she was there. The photos are wonderful. I highly recommend her to anyone.

Loved the pictures! I was so happy with the results! They came in with a great attitude made it easy to be comfortable around them and the camera. I couldn't have asked for anything better. They were very professional and did a great job being out of the way and not being a distraction. They brought very positive personalities and even talked to a lot of the guests and everyone enjoyed being around them. I would recommend Heather and Clint to any of my friends or family.

Heather Did a Amazing Job! I couldnt have asked for anything Better than what we recieved! She was in all the right places at all the right times and I never even noticed her there capturing them in all the intimate moments! She captured our style perfectly! Heather's work is seamless. She captures moments as they happen with no "redos." As a result, all of my wedding pictures turned out looking completely natural and unforced. I am so happy with my wedding pictures that I will be having Heather take spring pictures of my new daughter, Vivienne.

Heather was my first pick for both our engagement and wedding photos. I love the fact that her work is natural (done with lighting and posing) and not edited with Photoshop. Her work is original and daring. She and Clint both captured the true emotions of our very special day. They gave ideas on poses and places that would make good backgrounds. They were flexible with meeting times. They we helpful dealing with payments and questions. We received our pictures back in a quick manner. Both very professional and dedicated to what they do. I would recommend them to ANYONE needing pictures for ANY event!

our save the dates were perfectly personalized and really cute! I asked Heather to do my engagement party invitations and I asked a lot of her because I needed them done soon ( in the midst of summer wedding season) and she still got them done in time for me! Love her and her work!

Looking back through my pictures I was actually really disappointed. There are NO pictures of me by myself on my wedding day. The weather was beautiful outside but we didn't take any group pictures outside. I feel that the photographer should have taken the advantage to take pictures outside. I was just very disappointed in the overall quality of the pictures. I appreciate the short notice that the photographers were able to book my wedding however, I did not feel that their dress was very professional for a wedding nor was the quality of pictures worth what we paid.
