Impeccable Service

This is not my first time using Status Limousine. I have hired them for numerous events in the past so for me it was a no brainer to have them as the transportation for my wedding. They are very courteous, organized, and there are not enough words to describe their level of customer care.

Super Service with a great price!

Status was the only Limo company willing to help me out on my wedding day as I was only looking to book them for a short time frame and no other company wanted to be bothered. They were very kind and helpful and our Driver Dave was super friendly!

exactly what I had hoped for!

These guys were a pleasure to deal with. Kind, responsive and they totally executed on the day we needed them most. Mike, The Driver, and Cindy from the office killed it. Cindy said she even put a rosary in a bush the night before our wedding to ward off the rain from spoiling our big day. Talk about going above and beyond!!

Awesome! Recommended!!

Status limo is the best! Cindy is fantastic and was so helpful with setting up our transportation on our big day! Rose our driver, amazing! The sweetest person ever! There was a crazy amount of traffic the day of trying to get to our venue. She figured out a way around all of it and still got us there with time to spare! 10/10 recommend and will be using them again for future events!

On time and safely arrived to locations!

We used a party bus from Status for our wedding party and as a shuttle from and to our hotel. Everyone was so kind and showed up right on time. Our driver got us where we needed to be safely!

10 Stars, MUST book!

I viewed a couple of local limousine companies for my wedding and ultimately went with Status based on recommendations from family and friends that had used them. They did not disappoint for a second! From my first conversation with Mike (owner) to the day of, everything was seamless and perfect. I had a phone conversation with Ashley the week before my wedding and as soon as she heard the overwhelm in my voice from other things happening, she calmed my nerves and talked to me like we were best friends. She really has a passion for her job and the industry and I really appreciated that conversation that day! Our driver the day of the event was Mike and he was also phenomenal. He eased my wedding day jitters and added an impromptu liquor store stop to our itinerary. Cannot say enough great things about Status as a whole and everyone was great! I will recommend them to everyone!

Long live limo day

We had to postpone our wedding a bunch and ended up just using our limo to hit up some breweries as a “pity party” on one of our wedding dates that was not to be. We had SO MUCH FUN. Our driver was awesome and completely reliable. We would totally do that again! Didn’t end up needing a limo on our wedding day but we’ll never forget our experience with Status!

I can not say enough about our amazing experience with Status Limousine. From start to finish everything was first class! Cindy helped me to create the best schedule to coincide with the ceremony, pictures and reception. She was so helpful, friendly and genuinely excited for our daughter's big day!
Our limo driver's name was Joe! The entire wedding party talked about Joe and how much they enjoyed him! Some of our favorite pictures of the newlyweds, coming out of church, were captured by Joe! Who has a limo driver that sends you a google link of Wedding pictures? Well, we did!! Thanks to Joe.
Our experience with Status Limousine could not have been any better! I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
Thank you for adding one more amazing thing to their wedding!

Professional and Flexible

Sam was our driver and drive he did. Status suggested we do a split shift, so we did. Our house is 45 minutes from the venue my daughter wanted. So I needed to get the girls to the venue, but also our neighbors later. After the wedding, dinner, cutting of the cake, and first dance, Sam drove the group of guests who wanted to leave early, the bridal party to their hotel at the end, and then the rest of the "lake" guests at the end of the night. (I wanted peace of mind for all given the dark roads at night and countryside animals crossing the roads.) Sam was very flexible and times changed through the evening. Absolute pleasure with whom to do business.

Best experience

I recently got married on 11.23.2019 and Status Limo was so easy to work with! Our driver was Micheal who was absolutely amazing. He remembered meeting me at bridal show almost a year prior and he was so helpful. From helping carry the train of my dress when walking into the church, to making sure the bridal party was having a great time, to constantly asking if I needed anything. Micheal truly went above and beyond!
The limo was beautiful and helped make my wedding day smooth!

Great Experience!

My husband and I used Status Limo for our wedding on 10.20.18. We needed transportation for the Bridal party to the church, photos, and then to the reception. We were recommended to use Status through a friend and they were so great to work from start to finish! We had a very large wedding party and Status was able to accommodate the party size and our budget. The driver was very friendly, safe, and courteous the entire day and able to accommodate last minute photo changes, as well. We are so glad to went with Status and definitely plan to use them for future events!!

Status Limousine was a wonderful choice for transportation for our wedding day, Bill was an extremely timely and flexible driver with our destinations, going to pick up my wife and her family in Williamsville to drive them to the church in the city of Buffalo, to then pick up myself and my family and bring us to the church as well. He drove us around while we took our pictures after the ceremony, and was extremely friendly and professional all day, sticking with us until he dropped us off at the reception hall. He held dresses as needed and helped us into and out of our seats. The limo itself was amazing, with a great sound system, lighting, and drink station. We had a wedding party of 14 and we all fit very comfortably in a 17 person limo with room to spare.

We rented a 20 passenger limo bus for our wedding and were incredibly pleased. Our driver showed up early and waited patiently for me even when I was running late. He was incredibly polite and professional, dressed very nicely and did not smoke which I appreciated very much. We only utilized the limo for about 1 hour out of the 4 that we booked, but we booked them to make our lives a little easier as far as getting everyone to the ceremony and to the off-site picture location. I highly recommend status limo, they met all of our expectations for the day.

We used Status for our wedding in August. Our driver was the sweetest man ever! He arrived early, helped me and all my girls get in and out of the limo with our dresses and stayed late. He was very attentive to the bride! Highly recommend!

We had such a great experience with Status Limousine! We had a BIG wedding party- 21 people total! The 29 person limo bus was perfect for our big group and got us from the hotel to the church to the photo venue to the ceremony exactly how we hoped. We'd definitely recommend Status!

We had Sam as our driver and had a huge limo bus! Sam was so flexible and did anything he could for us, he even came in before I walked down the aisle to make sure my train was fluffed before I walked down the aisle

Our driver for our wedding was Carlos and he was amazing . Carlos was very accommondating, professional and very personable , willing to take us anywhere we wanted to go even if it was a change of plans from the itinerary . The bus was my husbands request and I'm so glad we went with Status! They were professional, flexible and the bus was awesome!! It was huge and pristine! Status Limousine was the best choice I could've made for a limousine company. Originally- we were not going to go with a limo as the other company's I had contacted were overpriced in my opinion. Then, I had found Status Limo and everything changed. We rented the Hummer limo for our day and it was perfect! Our driver was helpful, professional, and was ready for anything! He even helped me in and out of the limo so my dress wouldn't get dirty! If I ever need another limo service for another event- I will be sure to ONLY contact Status limo!

Loved Status Limousine. They arrived on time for all the stops and the limo was very clean. The best part was Sam, the driver. He went above and beyond. During the actually ceremony, Sam lined the girls up and even straighten the brides dress before she went down the aisle. Great guy.

No complaints about this company at all. They offered a great discount at a bridal show so I went with them based on a coupon i got. The limo was clean, and arrived on time. The driver was friendly and professional. The office staff was helpful with any questions. Would recommend to anyone in need of a limo.

Sam was wonderful!!! So patient and so kind. He knows what he is doing! My dress wasn't stair friendly and he helped me on and off each time and was so patient. When we got in the limo after the ceremony the champagne was poured and waiting for us. My church didn't have a bridal room so we stayed in the limo and he ran back and forth into the church to time our entrance.

Status Limousine was amazing. The driver on my wedding day was so helpful, he made sure i was comfortable getting in and out of the limo and helped me with my train. He even straightened my train out before i walked down the aisle at the church. He provided me with an umbrella even when it looked like it could rain. I would definitely suggest them!!

My husband and I got a great deal to book Status Limo at a local bridal show - they run fantastic specials! Little did we know we stumbled upon one of our favorite vendors we worked with for our entire wedding! The office staff was always helpful with our questions. We even requested a specific driver, Sam, for our big day. Sam is so patient and kind and helpful getting on/off the limo. We booked a limo bus for 24 people, which really only fit 18-20 adults comfortably. Sam showed up early and even helped us get all the flowers and food onto the limo. The vehicle itself was clean and they supply the ice, napkins, and glasses for you - a few more things you don't need to worry about when planning your wedding! Status is highly recommended in our opinion!

We didn't have napkins so our driver ran, in the rain across the street, into McDonald's to get us some. Very professional and nice. Would recommend this company to family or friends and use them again myself.

Status Limousine's service blew me away. I don't know who my driver was, but I have been meaning to call and thank him for everything. I got married on July 5th, 2013 and my ceremony was at the Delaware Ave Baptist Church in downtown Buffalo. The driver came to pick us up at the Hyatt downtown and at the very moment we were supposed to leave it started to downpour. I was so upset and I said I was NOT leaving the hotel until it stopped raining. The driver was so nice and calm and understanding. He pulled up the bus as close as he could to where there was an overhang and we continued to wait. Miraculously it stopped raining and he ushered us all into the bus (I had 9 bridesmaids and 3 flower girls and my mother and sister-in-law). He had already taken over the groom and 9 groomsmen. The bus was beautiful and when we arrived at the church the driver continued to exceed my expectations. He helped all the children off the bus, he was coordinating with the wedding planner about what time I should get off the bus, and he helped me get off the bus and he even carried my train!!! This guy was amazing. I wish I knew his name to thank him. Afterwards he drove us to pictures at the Japanese Gardens and he continued to be so helpful. Status Limo also provided a second limo to take guests to and from the Hyatt and Delaware Ave Baptist back to the Statler Ballroom. I would 100% recommend this company for your limo needs!

We used Status Limo for both my bachelorette party and for our wedding day. They did a really great job, and were very professional! The limos were clean, arrived on time, and they got us where we wanted to go quick and easy.

My only complaint would be that we had a limo with an ipod hookup, but they didn't have the cable included so we couldn't hook up our ipods, and the radio on the bus wasn't good.

That being said everything else was great, they were punctual and professional, and I was very happy with their services.

I am so glad we decided to go with Status. Dennis was amazing. From the moment he picked us up he was wonderful. He was even helping me calm my nerves before I walked into the church! He was great! They arrived both timely to where me and my husband got picked up!! I would highly recommend Status to anyone!!

Excellent! Very happy with our party bus. They even were able to arrange another limo that was going to be out around the same time to take the guys to the house to the church to avoid a super early arrival and long wait before the ceremony started. We arranged our transportation with Status Limo to pick up my girls and I at the house and bring us to Glen Oak. Very professional and responsive service. Had to change the pick up location and they were very prompt with rescheduling the logitistics. Absolutely loved our limo driver too! It was downpouring on our wedding day and our driver was so sweet to bring in all our bags, my wedding gown and walk with an umbrella to bring us girls inside the venue one by one so we didn't get soaked. I highly recommend Status! Thank you so much for being a pleasure to do business with!

I booked Status Limo for my wedding and also used them for my bachelorette party. The service was excellent! For the bachelorette we had an awesome driver, Steve, who drove us all over wine country on Lake Erie. He was so nice, and fun!! He even helped us carry all our purchases back to the hotel, and made sure we didn't leave anything behind.
For the wedding we had the Hummer limo which was perfect for our large wedding party. The driver again, was amazing. I can't remember his name, but awesome nonetheless. We had our pics taken outside (in the freezing cold) and he was out there with us making sure we had everything we needed.
Both drivers were early to their appointment, we didn't have to worry about a thing.
The customer service at Status was great when I called to make the reservations, deposits etc. The limo was clean and it excellent condition. I definitely recommend!!

I called Status, and they gave me a great price. I thought you always had to get a package, like 4 hours and split it etc. Instead, the lady on the phone, I cannot remember her name, told me I could do what was called transfers, where they simply picked us up and dropped us off, and I got a second transfer for later that night. My driver was early both times, but did not rush at all, just let us know he was there whenever we were ready. They were great with helping us load the car and on the way home, the driver closed the window so my new husband and I could have some privacy.

Don't know what else I could have asked for. Drivers both offered their congratulations and were very personal. Loved it.

We used Status Limousine for the transportation of our wedding party on our wedding day along with shuttling guests home at the end of the night. Excellent service with absolutely no complaints. Friendly, flexible, and hospitable drivers with nice, clean vehicles. We found them to be cheaper than many of their competitors, without sacrificing any of the quality of their service.

Our driver Carlos was extremely nice, respectful and fun. At every step he made sure to help us out in any way he could, from making sure my dress didn't get dirty in the snow, to shielding us from the wind when we were briefly locked out of the church. He had a great manner (called us girls "angels") and was very punctual and professional. Great company and a wonderful driver! Our photographer even knew him by name and said he was the best around.

Status limo was awesome! We would def. recommend them to any one. We did the 24 passenger bus- it was awesome. And it even had a bathroom in it!! The driver was great as well. Sam, our driver, was absolutely fantastic!!! He tailored to our every need, had the bridal party laughing and made sure the groom was cool, calm and collected before the ceremony. The traveled all the way down from Buffalo to Ellicottville for the trip and the price was absolutely reasonable because of this.

We were so happy with our decision to use Status Limo for our wedding day transportation, they were awesome! Our driver was very professional, friendly and very patient at each of our stops over the course of the day. We rented the Lincoln Navigator; it was extremely clean, comfortable and such fun to ride around in for the day! From the first phone call to the drop off at the hotel - this company is seriously grade A in customer service. Especially the driver - he was so sweet and wonderful, I wish he would've came in and had dinner with us!!! But he really was great about everything and even brought our bags to the front desk of the hotel. Great service, great company, great limos, great prices. Status Limo saved me in a last-minute crunch for limo service! Our wedding was on a Sunday so we lucked out. The limo (8-10 passenger white stretch Lincoln) was clean and very nice with all of the amenities, and the driver was well-dressed, professional and patient! He was very gracious taking several drunk people home at the end of the night and helped me in and out of the car (which I needed with my huge skirt). The office staff was very helpful and our driver was on time or a few minutes early for every stop. I highly recommend Status Limo!

I won 50% off at a bridal show, so I didn't even consider another limo company. 50% off was hard to pass up. Overall, we had a great experience. Our driver, Richard, was very easy going. I don't think we were unreasonable with anything we requested and he went with it. We got everywhere we needed to be on time and in one piece.

The only thing that really irritated me, and it didn't last long... they wanted to charge me a service charge because of where I live. I hadn't even told them where they were picking us up and they were complaining about the distance! Never mind, I wasn't having them come out to my house anyway... I'm not sure why it was a problem... not like I don't live in the same county where they're located! But I'm easily irritated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Sam, our driver from Status was absolutely amazing and was so very helpful on our wedding day. What a nice man! :) He made sure to help all of my girls out of limo and also made sure I was able to get out without tripping over my dress or without falling out. Sam was very flexible in regards to driving us to multiple locations on me and my husband's wedding day (locations for photographs, church, reception venue). And also dealing with a fairly large wedding party (15+ people).

Status is very easy to deal with and the office staff is professional and prompt with responding any questions and/or concerns we had regarding our service before the day of our wedding. I would without a doubt recommend Status to any couple who wants a great value and phenomenal service. :) Thanks Status!

I booked this company for all my wedding event, the bachelorette party, the wedding, and even town car to hotel before heading to the airport! They were 100% on time and 100% professional! I do wish they would of kept the stretch escale they had bought but the excursion was still amazing and so confortable! I had two different drivers for the different events and both of them were so polite, funny, helpful, and welcoming. On the day of my wedding he continue to make sure I was ok, and that I didn't need anything. We arrived not just on time but actually early to the church and continue to stay right on time throughout the night. He worked amazing with my wedding coordinator and every other vendor he came into contact with, he was even more than happy to assist me with the dress or veil and even informing me on how my groom was doing while I waited out in the limo. I can't wait to schedule a wine tour or other special event with them!

Clean Nice Bus

We went with the limo bus and it was beautiful! We were able to hook up a phone and play whatever music we wanted. The bus was very clean and was exactly what we wanted for our big day! The bus said it could hold 30 and we probably had about 20 comfortably. 30 would have been too tight for a wedding.

Great experience

We went with Status because of their great reputation and because we won a 50% off voucher at a bridal show, allowing us to rent their awesome 29-passenger limo bus. It arrived on time on our wedding day, and our driver Sam was courteous and professional. He even brought our dog back inside when he ran off. We had music playing via Bluetooth on the bus. Really great company!!

Status was amazing. The staff were wonderful during the planning and a pleasure to work with. They are definitely not inexpensive BUT absolutely would go back to them. The limo was beautiful!! We had plenty of room, especially for a wedding party of 31!!! I booked them after going around to a few different booths at a local bridal show. They were BY FAR the nicest and most accommodating, and after speaking with numerous limo companies, they were the only ones who weren't arrogant. For what they have, they should be!! Status did a great job! The limo was nice and cooled every time we got in (it was a very hot day!). We had glasses to use for our champagne, and were able to bring in food and coolers. We had a stretch SUV for our 15 member wedding party, and it was very comfortable (didn't feel like anyone was too pushed together). Everything was on time and we got to go to several locations for photos before the reception.

We were married on a very snowy day in Buffalo but never were concerned about our driver Sam getting us to where we needed to go. Status Limo was timely and went above and beyond the call of duty on our special day. When my wedding shoes were soaked from being in the snow, our limo driver, Sam swung into action and by some grace of a miracle dried them off before it was time to go to the reception. He was very personable, offered all the ladies in my wedding party his coat when outside and even played the bride a special wedding day song before I walked into the church - excellent service!

Status was great to work with. Our driver was amazing! He was early to pick us up and took us anywhere without any issue. We had to make a quick stop en route to our picture location and he made it quick and easy for us. Status Limo provided a beautiful, new limo bus for our October wedding. The driver was very pleasant, flexible, and dressed professionally. We brought food and beverages on board and were all able to eat and drink without incident on a moving vehicle. She knew the area well and was able to get us to all our desired photo locations before the sun set, despite the short window of time. We spoke with our driver (Bill, we think) at a bridal show and he was extremely personable. We won a discount, so we booked Status. For the most part, everything was great. We had the 24 person limo bus and it was awesome for a party. The A/C was cool and the music was loud. Perfect. The only downfall that we came across was that the bathroom was kind of smelly and there was no toilet paper in there. The girls weren't able to use it, which was a bit of a disappointment as that's why we booked the biggest one.

Overall, however, we would still certainly book with Status again if needed for something. The staff was extremely courteous and the bus was clean and fun.

I was very happy with my experience with Status. Everyone I spoke to on the phone when arranging the limo for my wedding was very pleasant. A few times there was a bit of a wait to speak to someone but they were always very apologetic for the wait. There was a slight hiccup with the times for the limo pickup. However, as soon as well called, it was fixed. I wish I could remember the drivers name. I was very pleased with him. He was very attentive to our needs. When our pictures finished faster than we expected he suggested another location for a final photo. I was very grateful for that. He was very professional and yet still a lot of fun. The limo was in great too.

Status was recommended to us by a family friend and I am glad we chose them. The limo we chose was beautiful and fit our party perfectly. We had a 19 person white Escalade, which was new and fit 12 people (bigger guys) perfectly. I don't think it would have fit close to 19 people. Our driver Karl was on time, and was extremely helpful getting in and out of the limo. He was funny and professional. Because of the weather, we were only with him for a limited time but he added to how perfect our day was. I would recommend Karl and Status Limo for your wedding or special event!

The limousine was really nice and clean, and provided glasses for drinks inside. The limousine driver was really nice and friendly, but impatient. While getting ready to leave for pictures before the wedding the driver kept ringing my doorbell and made a comment about what time it was, and what time he thought we would be leaving the house. When creating the limo schedule for pick up times I previously discussed that the time we would leave for pictures would be later than his arrival, so he would have some down time in the limo while we finished up, and Status didn't say it would be a problem, so I think it was just the driver.

I had some big issues with our driver, Joe. But the company was very responsive in wanting to know more about my experience. They honestly seem to care about their customers enjoying their limo experience. They were looking into what I said about our driver and hopefully the next party won't have a similar experience. Had issues on our wedding day

We booked Status for our 11/24/18 wedding. The limo bus was nice and our driver was too, but we had a serious issue the day of our wedding. The driver did not follow the correct schedule for our shuttle pick up times and our guests had to walk in the sleet to my wedding reception. I think probably he went too early and then left before the guests were in the lobby. This is unacceptable, there were about 60 people who didn't have a ride to the wedding mostly importantly it was our immediately family, MOB, FOB, MOG, FOG and all our aunts and uncles, they had to WALK to the reception in the sleet! I called and spoke with someone at Status and they apologized but simply said "well, there's nothing we can do now, the day is over". Which is also not acceptable.

Very upset with Status limousine.. they throw out the bridal party personalized tumbler glasses. I call the morning after the wedding and received no call back.. I finally called back Tuesday morning and were told they were thrown out. They were 15 dollar glasses and were not something that looks like it should be thrown out. Lack of care and concern I would NOT recommend them! Horrible service!

After the ceremony we come out to find that the limo had broken down in front of the church. We couldn't go anywhere and it also forced the wedding after ours to have to park their limo in a side parking lot. Bill had already called for a replacement and thankfully they had one. We ended up waiting over an hour, which screwed up our timeline of getting photos and we didn't make it to our cocktail hour on time. When the limo finally arrived it was smaller than the one we had paid for. We had picked out the original limo because it had space in the back to throw everything, in this U-shaped seat, because we had more than enough room for everyone in the main part of the limo. In this new limo we had to not only pack everything into the back, but we also had to have people sit back there because we didn't have enough room. The sound system and the air conditioning did not work right! We tried not to let any of this ruin our day, including when we were waiting for the limo. When we were on our honeymoon I called to request some sort of a refund, like I had been informed I should get, and the person I spoke to on the phone was very rude. We spent almost $2,000 on this limo, paying for extra hours mind you, and after arguing with her she said they would only give us $300 back. Which was almost what we paidfor the extra hours! I asked to speak to a manager and she put me on the phone with the owner. He was even more rude than the girl I had been speaking to! He told me "The groom didn't seem to upset and told me you had only been waiting maybe 10 minutes..." I had to inform him that no the groom did NOT say that. He then proceeded to tell me that because we hadn't made a big deal about it he didn't see why $300 wasn't more than enough! After arguing some more I finally relented and said I would accept it. He had the audacity to tell me "if you ever need a limo again feel free to call us up and we will definitely 'hook you up' next time" As if!!!
