  Book this place!!

  My fiancé and I got married here on 10-20-23, and it was absolutely beautiful! It was so easy dealing with Donna & Drew. They answered all my questions promptly and took care of us the whole time. During the wedding, Drew was the bartender and overall great host, checking in with us throughout to make sure everything was going well. They have tables, chairs, and outdoor games on site and we had to put the tent up last minute because of rain. The tent and lights underneath made it so much cozier and romantic. The suite above the venue is gorgeous and spacious!! It provided ample room for everyone to get ready and was a relaxing space after all the festivities. If you’re looking for a venue, this is it!

  Beautiful venue. Helpful staff

  Donna and Drew are excellent to deal with. So easy to contact and so helpful the whole time. We hosted a rehearsal dinner for my son. We live in Connecticut so doing it long distance they were so easy to work with.

  Perfect Venue and People

  From the first moment you meet Donna at Station No. 2 you start to get excited about having your wedding there. She is fun, personable and easy to talk to, and knows the place top to bottom. She is unflappable. When (not if) you choose Station No. 2, get Drew to be your bartender, he is excellent, easy to work with and quick to respond... and also knows everything about the venue. We were in good hands from the moment we booked it through the day after the wedding. The courtyard is gorgeous. The inside space is warm and vintage-y with plenty of room for all we needed for our 50 guest sit down dinner and dancing after. If you want a great venue with the best people, choose Station No. 2.

  No better place for a wedding weekend!!

  Wow!! If you are getting married in Wilmington and you don't check out the Station, you are missing out!! My husband and I got married here in October of 2022 and there are so many reasons we are forever glad we did! The ability to rent this place for the entire weekend was a lifesaver for us. We were able to set up everything the night before, host everyone in the suite upstairs for the after-rehearsal dinner, do a "bachelorette" sleepover the night before the wedding, get ready for the wedding just upstairs, and spend the night as husband and wife there afterwards!! Donna was hilarious and down to earth and the most responsive vendor I dealt with in planning. They allowed our dog Penny to sleep upstairs with us and join in the festivities. The entire property from the courtyard to the venue space to the firehouse suite are so beautiful and well done. We hardly had to do any decorating! Needless to say, we enjoyed our time here and would do it over and over again. Go tour this place today!

  A beautiful, historical space!

  Station No. 2 is such a beautiful, unique space tucked away in downtown. We were married here on 10/18/20 with a reduced guest count due to the pandemic. Donna Wallin was so easy to work with and did everything to make sure we enjoyed our big day but still safe. This venue has been immaculately maintained to keep it's vintage charm, and the courtyard was the perfect garden space for our ceremony. The upstairs bridal suite was also very spacious and full of natural light, it was perfect for relaxing and getting ready the morning of. There is plenty of street parking as well as an available lot across the street for guests.

  Generous, professional, and honest owners- all in one. I can’t recommend this venue more.

  We had a very interesting but possibly the most positive experience with this vendor due to covid 19. We booked the venue well in advance before the world turned upside down and we had to replan everything. There were also some ownership changes to the station. What I will say is that the new owners were phenomenal at converting our wedding to a small gathering of family. They also honored our deposit and offered a generous bar package to compensate for the massive changes- we are aware they didn’t have to do this and it speaks wonders for their character. I’ve never been so floored what I can only call the perfect combination of professionalism and generosity. The new ownership deserves nothing but success. Book the station for your smaller gatherings, I have no doubt you’ll have a great experience.

  Cute and Quaint place for a rehearsal or small wedding

  We had our rehearsal dinner here and it was amazing! They have an outdoor area that we rehearsed at and then walked inside for our dinner. They were very compromising with us and easy to work with. We had a fiesta themed dinner and they let us have a pinata as well and use all the space that we wanted. The rental came with really nice tables and chairs and they provided the drinks and bar related glassware as well. I would definitely use this space again for any kind of special occasion space. Sarah and Olivia are the best to work with!!!

  Just perfect!

  We chose this unique venue for our vow renewal and 30th anniversary party. It was perfect. We had about 40 people in attendance and had plenty of room for more. Olivia was wonderful to work with and was very flexible to our plans. I would highly recommend this venue and hope to use it again.
