  Fantastic detail oriented DJ

  Stephen recently did my wedding in the mountains of NC. We did not make his life easy by having our ceremony outdoors away from any electrical hookups for his equipment, and then having our reception a few hundred yards away in a outdoor patio area with an indoor area for eating. However, Stephen was able to figure out solutions so that he could create a beautiful ambiance for our ceremony, and have the patio ready for cocktail hour immediately after the reception. He even went and checked out the venue a few weeks before the wedding, without me asking him to, just so he could get a feel for the space. Stephen was incredibly detail oriented in helping us prepare for, and plan the order of events for the wedding day. He used all of our song requests within his own playlist and kept the dance floor packed for well over 2 hours. Furthermore, he sent me pictures and videos he had taken the next morning. Stephen truly went above and beyond in helping make our wedding the best day possible. I cannot overstate how much I recommend hiring Stephen for any event, but especially for a wedding DJ.

  Amazing!

  To start off, hire him! Upon arrival he was a breath of calm air during the craziness! He checked in on us multiple times through the night! He did great at feeling out the vibe of the dance floor and meeting our requests. He was so flexible with our needs and willing to make it work with us. During the reception he stayed upbeat and professional!
  
  The next day, I kept hearing how great the DJ was!!! Worth every penny 😊😊

  Fantastic Experience!!

  Stephen was absolutely amazing from the very start. He was one of the few vendors who suggested a phone call before booking to discuss the details and see if we would be a good fit. I appreciated this so much in a time when a lot of vendors only wanted to communicate via email. I had my wedding at a bit of a non-traditional venue and he not only took the time to really understand my vision for the day, but also called the venue before booking to make sure the setup would work.
  
  The day of the wedding every aspect of the music was seamless. He was on time and setup at the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception. An extra impressive feat because all three took place at separate locations at the venue. I would 100 percent recommend Stephen for any type of wedding or event. He was professional, flexible, an excellent communicator and on top of that you can tell he is truly passionate about what he does. I am so grateful we hired Stephen to be a part of our day!

  Amazing wedding DJ!

  Stephen was an amazing DJ for my wedding. He went above and beyond to help organize and coordinate not just the music but the wedding as well. He was so intuitive choosing music from the form we gave him. Would highly recommend!!

  Far exceeded expectations!

  I cannot say enough good things about Stephen and the DJ services he provided for our event. He literally saved the reception, as there were last minute delays in the dinner service which required a complete timeline change. Stephen stepped up and recommended changes to the timeline, took charge of those changes, and ensured that all was well in the end. He was extremely personable, professional, and tremendously helpful with the planning for our event. On top of that, he brought a high level of energy to our party and was the highlight of the evening! I HIGHLY recommend him/his services!

  The best DJ we could ask for!

  Stephen was so awesome for our wedding! He was incredibly easy to work with before hand and made sure everything ran perfectly the day of. The reception was seamless thanks to his scheduling and guidance. He gave us the exact vibe we wanted for dancing and for the reception, and truly we could not have asked for a better DJ! Our guests were raving to us after the wedding about how he was the best DJ they have ever experienced at a wedding. Definitely a 10/10 recommend from us! :)

  Definitely recommend. DJ Stephen was an excellent DJ! He came early, set up at two locations - the ceremony and reception, and everyone loved the music. Dancing was a highlight for us and all our guests. Even my husband loved the music for dancing, despite swearing he didn't like to dance! My in-laws were on the dance floor for the first time in their lives. I referenced a song in my vows, and Stephen played it at the perfect time. Many thanks to Stephen, and I highly recommend Startime Productions for your wedding!

  Best day and party ever!

  Stephen is the BEST dj! Made our wedding truly the best day of our lives. He met with us and helped choose music we all love and kept everyone up and dancing for hours! We had him host at a huge house we rented for all our guests. No big ballroom so he had to work harder to "set the scene." What an amazing job he did. Every square foot of that big house rocked that night! Thank you Stephen! I would recommend him to anyone! Guaranteed best DJ you could hire. 5 Stars and then some! THANK YOU for such a fantastic day!
