  I would like to take this opportunity to thank Miss Ruchika Bhalla for exceptionally managing my Bridal Shower and Sangeet parties. Ruchika’s involvement in the entire process was extraordinary.
  Ruchika envisioned a very classy theme for the bridal shower. After personally interviewing me, she artistically designed the party concept, decorations and games that complimented my personality and were highly appreciated by the guests. Her enthusiastic character kept the party very lively and prompted the guests to participate and enjoy to the fullest. Ruchika’s systematic approach facilitated good time management as per the party agenda without compromising the ‘Fun Factor.’
  Ruchika also organized my Sangeet party. Her ability to pay attention to details is simply outstanding; she designed the party decorations, such as the ceremony stage, table centerpieces, lighting and wall design, etc. The result was an example of her unparalleled brilliance. Additionally, Ruchika directed a surprise skit dedicated to the bride and groom and coordinated with close friends and family members for their participation. The skit was highly appreciated by the audience for its creativity and performances, which were choreographed by Ruchika.
  Ruchika displayed strong leadership qualities during negotiations with the party vendors. Her knowledge of the trade, ability to articulate her thoughts into actions and innovative approach makes her highly business savvy. In addition, her capability to emotionally connect with the family members and deliver very satisfactory results, keeping the financial budget intact, gives her the X-factor in her industry. Her work ethic in terms of honesty, integrity and respect makes her simply exemplary, and therefore, I would highly recommend Miss Ruchika Bhalla’s exceptional services for future event management opportunities.

  Intuitive, imaginative and intelligent – words are just not enough to describe this bright young lady’s talent. I’ve had the opportunity to seek Miss Ruchika Bhalla’s services for my wedding’s event management, and the outcome was, for lack of better word – EXTRAORDINARY. Ruchika’s creativity is simply marvelous, and the icing on the cake is her ability to evaluate her client’s need assessments and focus on delivering very satisfactory results, keeping their financial budget intact. What separates Ruchika from others is her passion and knowledge of the industry, and her willingness to go way above and beyond the expectations of her clients.
  Keeping both our family’s desires for a traditional wedding ceremony in consideration, Ruchika very diligently participated in the process and helped us make the best choices of the Wedding & Reception venue, Mandap (Wedding Ceremony Stage), flower arrangements & other miscellaneous decorative items, music, food and beverages etc. Additionally, she met with the hotel’s event coordinator and developed a very detailed agenda for the day. With her extensive hard work and dedication, Ruchika single handedly implemented a very challenging schedule with the family members and guests as the day progressed. Ruchika’s contribution is simply unmatched in making our Wedding and Reception a grand success. From choosing the right outfits to picking out the wedding cake to match the event theme, Ruchika’s participation is unparalleled. Ruchika also choreographed our first dance that became the highlight of the event.
