I have started and stopped writing this review on several different occasions. It is so hard to write a review when there are simply not enough words in the English vocabulary that will do justice to the incredible work Starlight Studioz - Photography + Cinematography have done for my wedding . My wedding was on March 29, 2015. From the very first meeting my husband and I felt as though our wedding was the most special event that will ever exist. We knew right away that Ellen, Eddie and their team would take care of us on the most magical day of our lives. The feeling did not stop the minute we signed the contract! As the months progressed leading up to our wedding day Ellen was there every step of the way helping us plan and prepare. After filming our love story (and us simply not liking how we look!), Ellen and Eddie graciously agreed to refilm and recreate a new love story. We also purchased a photo booth package for our wedding day that was a huge hit with all the guests!
In the months leading up to the wedding Ellen became not only my videographer but my friend and confidant. She was there to help make even the most detailed of decisions (I texted her the morning of the wedding asking her opinion on the groomsman pocket square color!). Such decisions were not part of her requirements but she took every question and decision seriously as though it was her own wedding day. Our relationship with Ellen and her staff did not end after the wedding day. Eddie, Ellen and Dima were patient with us in our very detailed requests pertaining to editing our wedding video. Now that we have the finished product we couldn’t be happier with the results. My husband and I recommend Starlight Studioz - Photography + Cinematography to everyone who asks for wedding recommendations – they truly will go above and beyond their job description.

We couldn't been more pleased that we chose Starlight Studioz for our Engagement photos, Wedding photos and Wedding video. First and foremost, all of their work is STUNNING. We couldn't be happier with all our images etc. From the moment we met with Ellen and Eddie we knew we had made a connection. We came in with a specific image and received everything we asked for and more. Not only did they meet all of our expectations but they were an absolute pleasure to work with. They go above and beyond for their clients. I don't know how many times I stayed on the phone with Ellen at night discussing my wedding. So much so that it felt like she was an unofficial bridesmaid. If we had to do it all over again, there would be no doubt that we would use them 100 times over. I would highly recommend them for any photo/video occasion.

AWESOME! Ellen, Eddie, Oleg and crew are such AMAZING photographers, videographers and more importantly they are genuine, down to earth people. We can't say enough about their patience, professionalism, amazing photographs and video and their genuine interest in care in their clients and their event. We would HIGHLY recommend Starlight Studioz to anyone who is looking for a photographer/videographer to capture their once in a lifetime moments that truly have an interest in you and your desires as a person. This vendor was a total pleasure to work with! The whole team was fabulous! After shopping around I found the price competitve, additionally I found that they offer more value than other vendors I met with. Ellen was there to help each step of the way! Eddie and Oleg was always so nice and made the day of the wedding a breeze. I cannot thank the entire team of Starlight Studioz enough, your professionalism, attention to detail and kindness made our wedding experience that much more enjoyable. Starlight Studioz was wonderful to work with. They are very flexible and patient. They have a great vision of how the photos and videos should be.
Our photos and video came out wonderful and we are very happy with the product. They are very nice to work and make the process enjoyable. They are also quick to respond to you and provide excellent advice and recommendations for any topic.
I highly recommend them for any event!

Starlight Studioz is amazing. The whole team from Ellen and Eddie to the other photographers and videographers were such a pleasure to work with. They all listened to our requests and came through on all of them. They were with us from 10am to 12am and did not stop working for a second. They work harder than I could have ever imagined and their work is incredible. They are so passionate about their work and truly make you feel special on your wedding day. Ellen & Ed were recommended to us by our friends & from the first time we met them, we knew they were the right photographer & videographer for us. They just make you so much at ease during the whole process. We did our engagement shoot in Central Park & both of us were dreading it because we didn't really like having our picture taken, but we had so much fun! it was so relaxed and we were reassured that we would be fine on the wedding day.
I don't think I'll ever get used to so much attention as is given on the wedding day & sometimes it felt overwhelming with the photographers & videographers doing their thing but Ellen was always there with a smile & glass of champagne!! :) to assure me that we were doing fine & to relax! I cannot wait to see the pictures & the video. I know they'll be fantastic! Starlight Studioz were simply amazing & I would recommend them to every couple getting married!

Starlight Studioz is a husband/wife team who truly enjoy their profession. As soon as we met Eddie and Ellen, my soon to be wife and I had a great vibe from them--They are very warm and friendly and have many samples of recent work they have done. I was particularly impressed with their use of photojournalism in some of their albums and their willingness to design the wedding albums according to our taste. They were so much fun to work with and easily elicited smiles from us throughout the wedding. Eddie was like a photo ninja, often appearing out of nowhere for that perfect shot. Ellen was warm and fit right in with the bridal party when taking photos at the bride's home. They truly made the experience stress free and fun. Their photos turned out to be exquisite and truly captured some of the best candid moments throughout the entire day. We absolutely made the best choice to work with them and hope to use them for future events.

Unbelievable service, great people, couldn't have asked for anything else! As every bride knows, the big day is quite stressful. Ellen and Eddie were there every step of the way not only doing what they were there to do, which is take pictures and video, but they were also there emotionally because these two individuals, and their team, really care about their profession and about each and every couple that they work with. Pictures are very important to me so I wanted to make sure that everything goes according to plan. When I was writing/texting/emailing Ellen about everything that I want and my concerns, she was always there listening to all my requests but also providing some very valuable professional advise. In every conversation that we had, I felt that she genuinely wanted to make my special day memorable and exciting for me. Ellen was there throughout the night making sure I look great and that all the pictures come out to my satisfaction. I couldn't imagine anyone else documenting such an important day in our lives, they are truly unbelievable!

Our engagement and wedding photos and feature film were beyond anything we could have ever dreamed of. The Starlight team is I extremely creative and easy to be around. They put so much effort into the shots to make them unique and we are extremely greatful. We loved working with them from beginning to end, highly recommend them to any couple looking for a photo/video that is not like everyone else

Starlight studios has been an absolute pleasure to work with! i was very stressed out on my day but Ellen and her team put me at ease! They came on time and knew exactly what to shoot. They are young, fun, and super professional! Anytime there was any question-I got a reply back in mere seconds! I highly recommend them and will be using them for future events!! Ellen & Eddie and the Starlight Studioz team are absolutely amazing. Our film turned out to be incredible. We had an incredible experience throughout the entire process leading up to the wedding. The day of the wedding they were there from the beginning until the end. Capturing everything and making us laugh when everything wasn't going exactly as planned. The final product was beautiful very artistically done. They were awesome and recommend them without a doubt!

Hiring a videographer was a last-minute decision for us. We wanted to have our wedding highlights recorded, but not have to pay a dear amount. We wanted them to be there, but not have to spend too much time on planning and organising, as we have many other priorities in the larger wedding planning picture. Ellen and Edward provided just that service. They were always quick to respond, listened to our style, and were there on the day without being intrusive at all. The end product was beyond anything we could have expected, and everyone was amazed at how good the two videos (highlights and full) were, and how much of the day's ambience the video captured. Professional, friendly, responsive, and top end quality! Thank you Ellen and Edward!

Where do I start, I don't think there's a enough characters for how many great fantastic things I have to say! Ellen and Eddie were FABULOUS!!!!! They were wonderful to work with, very accommodating, we felt like family from the very first phone call I had and then when we met it was a perfect fit. I wouldn't have chosen anyone else to video our special day. They made all our dreams come true and more. There visions were beyond what we expected and more. They added a Drone to our ceremony as a special touch/surprise I might add and still have our guests talking about it over a month later. We love you guys thank you for being part of our special day and making it even more special then we imagined. You guys have become friends and we will definitely be using you for future events. Can't wait to see the video! :)

Ellen is absolutely amazing. She will work with your budget, your needs and wants. Very responsive via phone, e-mail and even text. I felt that I had a personal coordinator before, during and after my wedding. The turn around time is great also. We have all of the our stuff and that is after edits and edits based on what we like.

I used Starlight Studioz for photography and cinematography. The quality of the pictures and wedding "movie" were great. They used cinematography for our wedding video, and the quality is like that of a movie. They worked with us on the price and also provided a photo booth at our wedding, which our guests loved. Ellen and Eddie were great to work with and very professional.

Ellen & Eddie were one of our favorite vendors we had! personally I hate being the center of attention and I originally didn't want a video camera following me around all day! however I thought I would regret it if we didnt hire someone....in walks ellen & eddie! they responded so fast to my emails...met with my fiancé and I one mile from our house (NO other vendors did this), and was such a hit at our wedding that I have given their info to more than 20 guests! Eddie captured every second without being in our face and basically being invisible. I don't know how they did it but my husband and I are so happy with the final product! If you are on the fence...HIRE STARLIGHT STUDIOZ. You won't regret it :)

Eddie and his team did an amazing job with our videography, and I would highly recommend him! Ellen his wife was very responsive to email and phone. Starlight Studioz does incredible work! Definitely worth every penny. They did our engagement photos as well as wedding day photos. Eddie and his team are easy to work with and I can't say enough how happy we are with the results of their hard work. We received both our engagement and wedding photos and video very soon after. Starlight Studioz blows me away and I am SO happy we went with them. Highly recommend!!!!

Starlight Studioz fulfilled every detail we could ever think of and more in our wedding video. We are very grateful for how Ellen and Eddie were before our wedding, on our wedding day, and in receiving our dvds. Communication was excellent and he was flexible with song choices on our video. Eddie & Ellen were amazing to work with from the very beginning. They listened to what we wanted & made our wedding day spectacular! Eddie was with us the whole day & we had a second videographer and an assistant and they started with the guys. Eddie at Starlight Studioz was amazing. He is so down to earth and makes you feel like your a friend not just a client. The day of the wedding he was so attentive and worked so hard on the details. He made me and the wedding party feel comfortable. He got so much amazing footage. When my husband and I saw the final product we cried. It was more than we could have ever dreamed of. We weren't originally going to spend the money on a videographer but I am so glad we did... worth every penny. If you are unsure you should definitely get a videographer and it better be Eddie. He will make you feel amazing and comfortable and give you the best gift you could ever ask for... he did for us!

This was a tricky vendor to book, because all of the cheaper videographers (~$2,000) didn't seem as professional and high quality as the expensive ones (~$4,000). I didn't want a "bad" video, but I didn't want to spend 4K either.... it was actually stressing me out way more than other vendor categories. I must've called like 20 companies. I was at the point where I'd rather have no videographer at all than have a bad one. When I found Starlight Studioz, it was a done deal, and I booked them almost immediately! Not only were they affordable, but the quality of their videos were excellent, and they include a trailer, highlights video, 2-3 hour video, AND the raw footage in their package. This is practically unheard of. Usually each piece costs you more and more money. Also, working with Ellen was THE BEST. She is so reliable, fun to talk to, and just overall great.

Starlight studio is awesome! I have attended over a handful of weddings that they photographed, and it is refreshing to see talent and charisma hand in hand. They are very unique with their talents and always puts their best work forward. Not only their photography great, but I truly love the videos they created. They captures the special moments and is able to tell a story with their work. I definitely recommend this studio!

Wedding is truly a memorable event in life. Starlight Studio did a great job on our wedding video capturing the key moments. Our wedding went by so fast that we didn't really get to see how it all turned out from the guest perspective. We love how they recorded the whole ceremony and also how they made the testimonials at the end. They did an excellent job and would recommend him to other couples.

We hired Starlight studioz for our vieography, and couldn't have been happier. They were very professional, timely, responsive and courteous during the entire process. In addition, they also collaborated behind the scenes with my sister and mother-in-law to make a surprise video for our wedding, which was a huge hit. I would recommend this company to any bride and groom looking to commemorate their special day.

really glad that i hired them for our wedding. they were great before the wedding when planning the times of everything and figuring out the right package deal for us. at the wedding they weren't in our faces and yet after the wedding we received the most amazing photos and a video that is awesome and make me cry and smile simultaneously each time i watch it. they're a delight, professional, and i'd recommend them to a friend!

Starlight Studioz filmed our Wedding. They were just amazing! Eddie is easy to work with, he is super nice and he created exactly what we wanted for our wedding video. We LOVE our wedding video from Starlight Studioz! I am so happy I found this wonderful company to do our wedding videography. They were professional, on time, easy to work with and the price was definitely right. Just visit their website and see how creative they are! They were a dream team of editing and shooting. We were able to pick our own music. They even captured little moments that I didn't even know anyone saw and other scenes like the food preparation that I wouldn't have necessarily noticed, but it is a special memory to have.

I highly recommend Starlight Studioz for any bride and groom.

Many of life’s moments become memories which fade over time…Thanks to Video, my wedding day will remain vivid for years to come. Videographer was very accommodating from the first phone conversation. On the big day, he did an excellent job filming the ceremony as well as capturing the personalities of the wedding party and guests. Although this was my first experience hiring a videographer, I cannot imagine being more pleased with anyone else. In a very noninvasive way, Starlight Studioz not only captured the event, they told the story. The music they chose, the pictures they used on the video cover, the flow of the entire day….I could not be happier with my video.

We had excellent experience with Starlight Studioz. They did video for our wedding and the quality of the final product was amazing! They provided very nice service during the wedding and during production time - we received our video within 2 months after the wedding. Other companies it takes months if not years to give the final video to the costumers. All our friends who saw the video complemented us on the quality and nice features of the wedding production. Overall, I am very happy with their services and would highly recommend them to others!

I can't even begin to explain how happy I was with Starlight Studioz at my wedding! They did such an amazing job! They were so professional and helpful! After the wedding, my husband and I were talking about how we didnt even realize they were there half the time. They stayed out of the way, which was exactly what we wanted! They were basically like flies on the wall. Our photos & video are absolutely stunning too. We feel like we're watching a movie, but it's actually our wedding :) I think we've watched it like 100 times already. I've already recommended Starlight to ALL of my friends who are getting married and would 100% recommend them for your wedding. You won't be disappointed!!

My wedding was 5 hrs away from NY and a hurricane was about to hit the tri-state area. While I was stressing that my DJ and other vendors wouldn't be able to make it, I was confident that my photo and video guys would be there. Two days before the wedding Eddie had three contingency plans to make sure my wedding was staffed, and he followed through on everything while keeping me calm. That's dedicated service!

The photo and video staff made us feel comfortable in front of the camera, and I have beautiful photos and video as a result. Highly professional and courteous people, who worked as a team and got everything done seamlessly.

The photo frames were the best party favors ever!

My husband and I were very happy with the service provided by Starlight Studioz. From our first conversation with Ellen, we felt confident that our needs would be met. Her friendly yet professional attitude made us feel at ease. Most importantly, our families and us were very happy with the quality of a clip of our wedding video posted on video. We're waiting on our full video but are confident that it will be great and more than worth the price.

The filming and editing of the video was professionally done in a documentary style. They heard what I wanted and they provided it! I still look at my dvd and I fall in love with my husband all over again. Highly recommend them.
