My wedding album is gorgeous and far exceeded my expectations

My wedding album is gorgeous and far exceeded my expectations. I also got photo retouching done to some of my photos and I was very happy with the results. Our photographer did not offer albums, so really happy I got one from Star.

So happy to have found this company. I not only got my album done through them, but also got all of my photos edited. My photographer did not do a good job with editing my photos, so the team at Star really made them look great and put them into a beautiful album design. Really happy with my album and edited photos.

I absolutely LOVE my wedding album and have Star Wedding Albums to thank. They took care of it from start to finish. I worked directly with Anne who helped me through the entire process. I sent them my photos and they designed the entire thing and were open to my feedback. Highly recommend them if you still don't have an album. Also, the pages are super thick and I loved the quality of my leather cover.

Star Wedding Album did a phenomenal job designing my wedding album! They were so easy to work with and they delivered an album that superseded my expectations! I could not be more pleased!!

I wanted an album that portrayed the engagement as well as all of the wedding festivities and celebrations for our destination wedding. The amount of photo's that we had were substantial and on top of that, I needed 70 pictures photoshopped! I wasn't sure how the Star team would tackle this massive project but they did! Such an amazing team and I would recommend them to anyone wanting a high-end wedding album! Definitely worth every penny!

We are so happy with our wedding albums from Star. They are so much better than our professional wedding albums from Italy. Our photographer album proofs were horrable. We still don't have those wedding albums. We are so happy we spent the extra money to get these albums from Star for us and our parents.

I won an album credit through The Knot, and I was so excited. My husband and I were thrilled to be getting a professionally designed album. It is a long process, so be prepared for that. You have to schedule a phone consultation to start (which did not go well to start with because they never called the first time but we were emailed to say they were having phone issues. we rescheduled, and it worked out the second time.) Then you have to upload photos and wait for them to design your album. They create a big album for us, regardless of what we won. But we knew going in what we won and what extra things we would have to pay for. We knew we would pay more to have a complete album for our wedding professionally done. If you do not want that, they tell them and they accommodate you. They were very patient with me as I made so many edits and changes to my album. And it arrived quickly once it was finalized. Sometimes emailing took awhile as I waited for responses, but my husband and I are very happy with our album.

The PERFECT Album!! I promised myself that I would get my album made by my 1 year anniversary and Star Wedding Albums made that happen. I spoke over the phone with Anne, who helped me through the entire process. It was really awesome and easy. I got a really nice leather album. They designed my entire album and the quality of the album is the best I have ever seen. Work with them!!!! They are true professionals and I LOVE my album :)

Getting my album from Star Wedding Albums was absolutely the BEST decision I made regarding my wedding vendors. Anne was amazing to work with and the design team helped me with the entire process. I sent them all my pics and they sent back a completely finished amazing album design. The quality of the albums is by far the nicest album I have ever seen. I also got 2 parent copies, so excited to have found them.

Soo Happy with Star Wedding Albums. They were amazing in creating my wedding album from start to finish. I was one of those brides that thought I would DIY my wedding album. Well I never did and a year later I luckily found Star Albums. They did an awesome design using my photos and the album was super high quality. I also recommended them to my bridesmaid who is using them. Highly recommended!!!

I was one of those brides that hired a friend to shoot my wedding. When I got my photos back, I was so devastated. I didn't like a single one. They were either too bright or too dark and just had bad colouring. My photography package included an album but I was so angry at my photos, I couldn't even bear to look at them. I tossed the DVD containing my wedding photos into a drawer and moved on with my life. Over time, not having an album containing my wedding memories made me really sad. I found Star Wedding Albums by chance when I was searching online for a company who could edit my photos. I am so happy that I found Anne and her team. The whole process is really easy. Anne and her team turned my "horrible" photos into beautiful spreads and I ended up with a 64 page album that I love! The editing is truly beautiful. I especially love the black and white edits. Through the whole process, I never felt rushed. I could take my time reviewing the spreads and whenever I had any questions, I got answers back almost right away. One of the greatest things that Star Wedding Albums offers are the unlimited revisions. You can truly take all the time you need to get that perfect album. I would recommend Star Wedding Albums to anyone and everyone. They truly saved my wedding memories.

I love Star Wedding Albums! I found out about them through a Groupon that I purchased and could not have been more pleased with the finished product that I received a couple months ago. Our album is gorgeous, extremely professionally done and the pricing in my opinion was very affordable for the superb quality. My husband and I (and our parents) could not be more pleased with the finished product. Star Wedding Albums made the entire process from beginning to end very easy. They sorted through our almost 1000 photos to come up with the perfect pages to represent our day. I highly highly recommend their services!

Star Wedding Albums is wonderful! We had over 1500 pictures and had to narrow it down to around 300 of our favorites, and Star Wedding albums did an amazing job!!! As some of the other people said, it is really hard to purchase something and not see the final product until after you pay for it, but let me tell you...you have nothing to worry about!!! Our wedding album is absolutely beautiful!! We ordered the vertical layout and it's roughly 100 pages, and it is so well done!!! We also ordered 2 parent copies, and those turned out GREAT as well! Make awesome Christmas gifts, too!! It is great how you can edit and delete pages and make changes to how you want your book. The layouts are fabulous and they make it very easy! Overall, great experience! Quality photo books are expensive, but worth every dollar!!

When my wife and I got married we didn't have a budget for a wedding album. Fast forward one year later and we still had not planned to put an album together. I knew my wife wanted an album so I decided to do some research for about putting one together. I came across Star Wedding Albums and am so glad I did. The process from start to finish was much simpler than I had imagined. Star doesn't just help you put an album together, they own the process! They were able to get the album to me in enough time to give it to my wife for her birthday. The album is truly wonderful and my wife was pleasantly surprised. She had no clue until she unwrapped it and I really had no idea what to expect aside from the electronic proofs I had seen. What we received was much better than what I had imagined. Thank you so much for simplifying the process and for providing a product that exceeded my expectations.

I am so pleased with the albums I received from Star Wedding Albums! It can be a little nerve-wracking to decide to design an album online, but Star makes it super easy and fun!
From the first inquiry I made, Star was extremely helpful and flexible. After giving up on my wedding photographer after radio silence for months, it was so nice to have someone responsive and reliable to my needs!
I am very happy with the value and quality of the album, especially how well the designers were able to incorporate so many special moments and tell the wonderful story of our day.

I cannot recommend Star Wedding Albums enough. We were blown away by the quality and layout of our album. The finished product is spectacular! I completely cherish it...

While it can be difficult to put so much trust in purchasing something you can't yet see, you will not be disappointed when this album arrives. The quality and crispness of the photos/printing is TOP-NOTCH. After working in the photography industry for a few years, I can say with confidence I was thoroughly impressed (and I am pretty picky when it comes to photo quality).

Anne and her team were not only responsive, but genuinely interested and creative when it came to designing our album. I felt like we received very personal and caring service - every step of the way! If you are the type who wants a hands-on experience with the layout, Star gives you many opportunities to change things and many options. The "feel" of the completed album has great flow.

You will not be disappointed with this wonderful company - I am so happy that out of the blur of wedding choices, I had the chance and good sense to work with Star for capturing our memories.

I'll be 100% completely honest. I ❤ star wedding albums. My wedding albums look absolutely amazing. I received 3 albums one for each of our parents, plus mine. I purchased the coupon on the wedding channel. I'm not sure if I would have ordered albums from them if I had not had the coupon but I am so glad I did.

Star made my wedding dreams come true! I purchased a package from Star Wedding Albums and worked with them to perform some editing on my destination wedding photos which were taken by another photographer (retouching, color enhancements as well as some good old fashioned photo shopping). The photos turned out amazing! Ann was in constant contact with me throughout the process. She is professional and friendly. She addressed any questions I had and communicated my requests to the design team. They were happy to accommodate me and worked with me on discounts for additional last minute edits. The edits were beautiful. The design team is so talented. I received a proof to approve for every edit that was made to ensure that the final product was exactly what I wanted. Ann even followed up with me afterwards to make sure that I successfully dowloaded the final photo files and was happy with everything. I cannot say enough good things about Star. I will definetely be using them again in the future!

I had an amazing experience working with Star Wedding Albums! My wedding was 4 years ago and the photographer that I worked with didn't give us the wedding album that was part of our package. I only had a total of 175 photos from my wedding day and Star Wedding Albums created a beautiful wedding album that captured the magic of the day. I first found out about Star Wedding Albums online and I am so glad I did! They built a custom album package for me complete with retouching, artistic edits, and unlimited revisions. I am in New York, and even though the company is in California working with the team was seamless. I absolutely love the design of my album and can't help showing it to everyone! They even professionally retouched photos that even my photographer could not. I would recommend them to any bride or groom. Star Wedding Albums presented one of the most important days of my life in the most beautiful way.

Finding Star Wedding Albums was a dream come true.

I really wanted a wedding album and could not afford one from my photographer. When i saw their website and amazing album designs I was sold.

I just recieved my album and the quality is more than i could have hoped for. They even retouched some of my photos and truly made me the pefect album.

I just got my album from Star Wedding Albums and it is amazing! These exceeded my expectations for quality and service. I am so pleased with the final product that I would recommend them to anyone looking for a very high quality album. They were so easy to work with and you are unlimited edits - it means I got exactly what I wanted. The time for turnaround on edits was so fast.

This is not the cheapest company but the value was incredible and the entire experience from initially sending my pictures to final edit was fantastic.

I received an email for a free wedding album after my wedding date. I must have been entered in a drawing through a bridal show or another wedding website I registered with, but regardless, I received a free album and what bride doesn't want more photos of the most magical day! Even though the album was 'free'... I'm not overly impressed.
It was very strange to work with someone over the internet and have no vocal communication (everything was through either their website or email) and the responsiveness could have been a bit better. I would say emails were responded to in about 2-3 days but sometimes it took an entire week to hear back. However, if you are looking to actually make a change to the album itself (cover material, name spelling, rearrangement of photos, added/taking away pages, etc.) that takes WEEKS on end. The actual process took about 2 months to get the final PROOF of the album. Then they have to send it out to get printed which takes even longer. I received the album 4.5 months from the start of the process. My own photographer had our photos back and in a high quality album within 1.5 months.
As for the final result, I got what I paid for. Granted it was 'free' since I won something, I actually had to pay shipping which came to about $40 US. The free album was an 8x8 album with 10 pages of photos. Upon actually receiving the album, there are also 6 BLANK pages included (2 in the beginning and 4 at the end). Had I known these pages would be included in the final product, I probably would have spent the extra money to have more photos included. It's terrible to flip through blank pages... it just doesn't make sense.
The company tries to up-sell the product and get you to purchase more pages and alternative covers and your 'free' album can easily become $800 very quickly. Personally, if you win a free album, sure take it (for $40). But don't seek this company out for your actual wedding album and think you'll get a great quality product.

Definitely NOT worth paying full price. I won a free wedding album, which was nice, I just had to pay shipping and handling. They said an album typically costs $600! This is absolutely not worth $600. The picture quality was very poor, the $600 only includes 10 pages (5 spreads), and any add-on is super expensive. They "design" the album for you, but it looks like something I could have done in 10 minutes. It just put the pictures on plain white pages with no design at all. So for 10 pages of poor quality pictures, I don't even think it was worth the $32 shipping. AND it took about 6 months from the time I submitted photos to the time I actually got it. There are tons of other sites that will give excellent quality photo books in just a week or two with amazing templates that you hardly have to do any work on and they look great. I will say that the people at Star Wedding Albums were very responsive to my questions and changes, and they were very nice and professional. Great to work with, poor product and way too expensive.

Winners of a wedding album giveaway beware

My experience with this company is, unfortunately, an unhappy one. I was contacted as a winner of a wedding album valued at $600 (does this sound familiar to anyone?). I didn’t investigate too deeply into this figuring I had nothing to lose, and so I happily accepted the prize offer. All I had to do was upload my wedding photos and Star Wedding Albums would do the work of organizing it all. Of course there were customization offers at a cost, a few of which I was willing to consider. Ultimately, I wanted to stick with simplicity and enjoy the $600 value of my prize. My husband and I had already spent a good chunk of our budget on a wedding and an amazing photographer, and this giveaway seemed like a lovely and unexpected gift. After spending hours on uploading my favorite photos, receiving the first design proposal, and providing a short and concise list of feedback (as is part of the process), I soon realized that the company was going to charge me for 30 pages at $10 a page for a total of $300 (yikes!). There was never any warning from the designer that I might exceed the $600 prize. Also, each page is part of a two-page photo spread, so if you’re getting 20 pages as part of the prize, in actuality it is more like 10. Not a whole lot of room to display the wedding photos you’ve taken such pride in! In hindsight, I realize the “wedding album giveaway” is how Star Wedding Albums grabs their business. I just find it dishonest and unfair and an unfortunate waste of time. I’d rather work with our photographer directly or create my own album via any number of user-friendly platforms out there. I don’t think that anyone should be dupped in this way, which is why I feel a need to warn other brides out there.

Would not recommend

I "won" an album from them through the knot that was allegedly a $600 value...for ten pages of crappy quality and no design elements. $600 for that? Complete rip off and huge waste of time. Clearly just a ploy to get you to spend $600 and up on more pages.

I had won a wedding album from Star Wedding Albums and I was so excited I was about to get married to the love of my life and I also won a $600 wedding album! We got married Aug. 2nd 2015. As soon as me and my husband came back home from our "mini" honeymoon only a few days I had gotten all my photos from the wedding and Star Wedding Albums told me to download all of them and they'll start putting our wedding album in order. Once they showed it to us we were amazed I mean a couple pictures we didn't really want in there but most of them we were happy with. Then they started adding stuff like "opps! we forgot to tell you that was an extra charge." We got that here and there everywhere. Then I e-mailed back the person who send us the wedding album draft I had asked if someone could call me so we can get all of this figured out price wise and pages wise. Because apparently only 10 pages and a plain cover is $600. And I didn't get a response back for a month saying someone will contact me today or tomorrow around the evening. So I waited for a call. And waited. And waited. A week had past and I was fed up and I had to catch up at work. So while I'm working in the middle of the day I get a call while I was away from my desk with a customer. Read the voicemail when I had the time and the man said I could call him anytime today and he gave a telephone number to call. So as soon as I got home from work so we could all talk and got a voice message saying this number is no longer in service. Seriously? So gave up attempted to communicate via email since it's the only way they know how. And they didn't do anything we had asked. It has been 3 quarters through our first year being married (around May 2016) and we were fed up. We hadn't heard anything about the last fixes we would've like (submitted in Feb. 2016) so we just pick 10 random pages with the plain cover and submitted it. Now less then a week from our 1 year we still haven't seen that album. I'd never recommend them.

This company is awful and they will steal your money! I supposedly won a free album and I had to pay shipping for it. Then two months later I receive an invoice saying I own over $100 and I know I made sure I only did the ten pages that's included. I have been trying to get a hold of them and they ignore me. I'm half tempted to sue this company.
