  Stage 1 is the absolute beat wedding venue in Baton Rouge! Hands down! Book your wedding NOW!

  Andrea and the staff at Stage 1 are absolutely amazing!!! If you want a stress free and seamless wedding book with them! They have multiple decorations to choice from and so many delicious food selections!!!! The taste is so good! Honestly ask all 200 of my guests lol. The overall experience was 10/10! I’m so glad I chose Stage 1. Andrea is the beat wedding coordinator and she made the process so easy for my husband and I. Thank you Stage 1.

  Stage 1 Weddings & Receptions - Perfect for Any Wedding Day

  If I could describe my experience at Stage 1 Weddings & Receptions I would say AMAZING! I had a wonderful experience. This was the best fit for my husband and I because when we met Andrea we feel in love. She was there for us from the beginning and even reached out to us after the wedding. The venue is in the perfect place and has wonderful food. You do not have to worry about anything when you arrive or throughout the day. My family is still talking about how wonderful the day was and how efficient everything went. I could not recommend them enough.

  Our experience with Stage 1 was exceptional. Mrs. Andrea was an awesome and walked us through every part of the experience. She provided a very detailed list of what needed to be done by when and that truly made a huge difference. The week of the wedding was a breeze and the venue looked amazing. The wedding was amazing and reception were a lot of fun. I would highly recommend.

  Amazing experience!

  Having my wedding at Stage 1 was the best decision I could’ve made! Andrea was helpful from the very beginning until even after the wedding had ended. She was very attentive and had my (the bride’s) best interest at heart. The venue was very accommodating and beautiful. The food was AMAZING! Everything about the experience was above expectations! I would recommend Stage 1 to anyone getting married!

  I can't say enough great things!!

  OMG, Ms. Andrea was so awesome! From day 1 she was so helpful and nice. The food was excellent. My family and friends kept talking about it. The room was beautiful as well. The night went off without a hitch.

  Daughters wedding

  We had a wonderful experience here at Stage 1! We have 6 daughters- this was our 1st to get married- we will definitely be back for the next 5! Beautiful, excellent, atmosphere was amazing, and the food was wonderful! The care and service we received was perfect!

  Mrs. Andrea was an absolute gem for my wedding day!! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to Mrs. Andrea and her beautiful venue! The moment my mother and I visited Stage I for a tour, we knew it was the one for my big day! Mrs. Andrea handled every request, was punctual, and had my wedding ceremony flowing so smoothly so my hubby and I could enjoy our day! I had a very large wedding party and Mrs. Andrea kept everyone in order!My family is still talking about how wonderful she was! If you ate looking for a venue to fit your magical day, Stage I is the place to be! I wish I could do it all over again

  As a bride, I couldn't have been more confident in my venue. Andrea made sure that I didn't have to worry about anything at my reception. All of my guests were in awe at how beautiful it is at Stage 1!

  This venue gave me everything I wanted for my wedding. It was very stress free and our coordinator Andrea made sure everything went on time and as planned. It seems like a lot of money but they include everything except the flowers, cake and of course your attire. I didn’t have to worry about a thing which is just what you want planning a wedding. Stage 1 takes a lot off of your back to make sure you have a wonderful experience. The food was amazing. I got compliments on the food the most. The staff was very attentive and super nice. The bridal suite was cozy and warm and my husband loved the grooms room. Table arrangements were very elegant and have a lot to choose from. Very pretty table runners with a lot of colors to match yours. My family really appreciated that we didn’t have to set up or clean up a thing.   Hands down will always recommend Stage 1 for any party needs! Andrea is such a light and definitely the energy you want putting together your event! She was always there when I had a question regarding my wedding and of course there were TONS with Covid. The best decision My husband and I made was choosing Stage 1!

  The perfect venue!!

  Wow, I can’t say enough good things about Stage 1! I am so incredibly happy we chose this venue for our wedding reception. From start to finish, Andrea was just a joy to work with. We had chosen our date long before Covid was an issue, and we did not want to change dates. Andrea did everything possible to accommodate us and make our guests feel safe. When looking at venues, one of Stage 1’s biggest selling points for us was the huge dance floor, and we were especially glad to have that extra space when social distancing mandates came into play. Even while following COVID protocols, she truly helped us have the most normal reception possible! She literally took care of everything so that the reception flowed smoothly. We always had a drink in hand and a plate of food ready for us at our table! The food was outstanding, and all of our guests are still commenting on how good the food was and that it was the best wedding reception they’d ever been to! We were thankful that Andrea packed up the remaining food which we ate later that night once we arrived to our hotel. She even included a honeymoon basket full of goodies and thoughtful touches! We appreciated her willingness to incorporate various cultural traditions into our reception that helped to make it the perfect day! Andrea truly does offer an all-inclusive venue where everything is included and taken care of, which left me more time to focus on planning the other details of my wedding. Thank you, Andrea, from the bottom of our hearts for helping to make our wedding day absolutely perfect!!!

Andrea was there every step of the way, I mean every step. Her venue is amazing her packages comes with everything you could ask for. You are welcome to add any decorations you want and she would put out for you.
  Overall book with her and you will not be disappointed!

  My husband and I will fell in love with Mrs. Andrea from the first day we met her.! Because of her our wedding day was perfect!
