Stacy Smith Studios was the PERFECT place to get ready for my big day! The space was super clean and spacious for my whole bridal party. Stacy has everything you could possibly need while getting ready. Stacy was quick to respond and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. I highly recommend using this studio to get ready for your next big event!

Excellence is our only goal

Stacy and her team of shooters worked hard to keep our Clients on track for their wedding schedule. My team and I literally watched how Stacy transformed our foremost challenging, nervous and fussy bride from a basic photo pose into something unbelieveable. Stacy's energy is AMAZING, and she has her ability to transfer it to others! She took care to get all of the couples desired shots with in the wedding party, family, parents and friends in a timely manner and kept them on their schedule. She did a great job changing the mood from daunting to fun-loving quickly and this lead to some of the most genuine, un-posed and creative shots.
We really loved working with Stacy. She is very serious about her work yet keeps things light and enjoyable for the client. This is almost an impossible feat when it comes to a wedding. With nerves-and then to keep you on your schedule when it comes to a large group. People really want to hear what she has to say so they listen intently and follow her directions perfectly to obtain the best shot. She really wrangles the tough ones easily!
Her services are a delicate balance that she carries out well. I have been in the business for 30+ years and Stacy has been on our recommended vendors list for 10 years+ What I see is that Stacy strives everyday in every part of her life for perfection, and that is obvious in the character of her work. My wedding experience!

I cannot say enough amazing things about our wedding photographers Stacy and Sean! From my very first introduction I knew instantly they were the team I wanted to hire for my wedding, and I had several interviews trust me! Stacy is such a professional, thorough and to the point which is exactly what I needed! The entire experience leading up to our big day was organized, personal, and completely stress-free.

Communication was always quick, clear, and incredibly helpful. Any time I had a question (and I had plenty!), they responded promptly and professionally, which gave me so much peace of mind throughout the planning process.

On the wedding day, they were beyond incredible. We felt so comfortable with them and genuinely had fun taking our photos—which is saying a lot because my husband and I are not naturally camera-comfortable people. They brought such an amazing positive energy while keeping everything on schedule and a great sense of urgency and ensuring I got all the pictures I wanted! I had a huge wedding party and they still managed to keep things moving and organized!

Their creativity blew us away. They saw unique angles, beautiful lighting, and artistic opportunities that truly elevated our images into something extraordinary. They were stunning!!!!! When we received our gallery, I was honestly speechless. Every single photo was beyond my expectations! They captured our emotions, our personalities, and all the little moments that mean so much. We LOVE our images—they are everything we hoped for and more. They were better than I could have imagined!

Overall, working with them was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They gave us not just photos, but memories we’ll cherish forever. I would recommend them a thousand times over and will hire them back for any occasion I have in the future!

Stacy Smith Studios was AMAZING!!!

My husband and I couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Stacey Smith Studios!!!! From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and truly passionate about their craft. From the engagement photoshoot to our wedding day, she was AMAZING!! On our wedding day, Stacy and her team captured every special moment so beautifully — from the big, emotional shots to the small candid details that we’ll treasure forever.

Her calm and positive energy made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. She really knows her way with the camera, and it shows! Not to mention, she makes you feel comfortable and amazing in front of the camera! The final photos are absolutely stunning — vibrant, timeless, and full of emotion. Every time we look through our gallery, we reminisce about our special day.

Best photographer ever

Absolutely Incredible Experience with Stacy Smith Studios!

We couldn’t be happier with our choice to work with Stacy Smith Studios for our destination wedding in Aruba. From start to finish, Stacy was the epitome of professionalism—punctual, detail-oriented, and incredibly easy to work with. She made everyone feel so comfortable in front of the camera, which truly shows in the natural, joyful energy captured in our photos.

The lighting, candid moments, and attention to detail were absolutely top-notch. Our sunset beach shots look like something out of a magazine!

Stacy Smith Studios (Photographer)

My wife and I used Stacy Smith Studios as our photographers for our wedding in August of 2022 and were 100% satisfied! We are not models by any means and Stacy did a great job of making us feel comfortable in front of the camera during our engagement session which carried through to the day of our wedding. Her and Shawn have such a great dynamic, they kept us, our family, and our bridal party laughing when we were supposed to be stressed. What we loved most about Stacy is that she’s not afraid to try something new, no matter how crazy it may be, to get THE shot. The photos she and Shawn took for us on our wedding day are absolutely beautiful and are the most wonderful way to help us remember that day forever. So so so many of our friends have told us how beautiful our pictures are. The quality of her work really speaks for itself! Overall, 10/10 recommend Stacy Smith Studios for your photography needs. Superhero photographer

Stacy & Shawn were the most incredible photographers EVER!!! I truly cannot recommend them enough! During our engagement shoot my car battery died and Stacy literally pushed my car out of oncoming traffic like the superhero that she is. She then proceeded to leave it in our court to have the shoot or not. Feeling up for it, she literally helped us crank it out while we waited for AAA and even offered to drive us home! She's an angel! She had us laughing and it definitely put me at ease for our wedding day. She knows all the shots, angels, and poses and totally knows what she is doing. She is as good as they come and I cannot recommend her enough!

Best Wedding Photographer

Stacy and Shawn are the most amazing photographers! From finding the perfect place to do our engagement photos to getting the best shots on our wedding day. Stacy is very professional and quick to respond. She was there throughout all the planning whenever I had a question about anything she responded immediately (for example when I couldn't decide what shade of blue for the guys suits). They both went above and beyond standing in the sun all day on a 89 degree day and getting all the shots I had on my super long shot list (including perfect pictures of our extended family, which was about 50 people). I highly recommend this team and look forward to using them for future needs!

What are you waiting for- hire Stacy!!

Stacy and her team are amazing!! I met Stacy when she did Boudoir photos for me. After that session I knew I wanted her to shoot our wedding. We went in for a consultation and as we were leaving my husband said to me “hire her”! He is a shy person and doesn’t always feel comfortable in social situations. He said that Stacy made him feel so comfortable! Stacy did our engagement pictures- we had so much fun during the shoot and the pictures are perfect!!! The day of our wedding was a whirlwind but Stacy and her team captured it all- Even better than what we could have hoped for!! Everyone that I’ve shown my pictures too so far is amazed and I’ve even had some other recent bride friends say they were jealous as our pictures came out so beautiful!

Amazing experience- Could not have imagined having better photographs!

rent her space for your wedding day!

I rented out out Stacy Smith's studio for me and my girls to get ready in before the wedding and I have to say it was one of the best things we spent money on! Stacy was so accommodating and honestly takes care of, and thinks of everything to make the day perfect and stress free. She let me drop off stuff ahead of time and gave the option of picking up stuff the next day if needed. The studio was also fully stocked with any little things you can think of so there wasn't any need to bring a million things like you would with a hotel. The space is huge which is awesome when you have hair and makeup happening and I was able to have other people stop by to say hi that morning without it feeling crowded. The bedroom for pictures is so beautiful in person, I can't wait to get our professional pictures back! BOOK IT, you wont regret it!

Perfection

Stacy was absolutely wonderful to work with. My husband and I are both weren’t confident with having our pictures taken but Stacy knew exactly how to direct us and make it fun. She was extremely flexible. We brought our dogs for our engagement session and she was able to capture some amazing photos with them and then just the two of us. When it came to our wedding day she was excited, full of energy, and very professional. She took her time and captured every little detail. She was able to take things I mentioned were special to me and capture them in ways I would’ve never dreamed. We also had Shawn as our second photographer and he complimented Stacy so well. It was so fun looking at our photos from each perspective that they had. Stacy really knows what she’s doing and is able to direct a bridal party and family effortless fo make sure that all photos are done one time. She also knows how to take away stress and make it fun!! I highly recommend Stacy for your wedding. She is worth it and cares about her clients. Before we even got our photos back I was confident with how they would turn out and booked her for a family photo shoot for Christmas. She is amazing and you won’t regret hiring her!

Best decision i made!

Renting Stacys studio was by far the best decision I made for my wedding! The space is not only GORGEOUS, but Stacy was so easygoing and accommodating that it truly made the day run seamlessly. Everyone in my wedding party as well as the hair and makeup stylists couldn't stop raving about the space. There is plenty of parking available and more than enough room for people to get ready. The set up for the bedroom is UNBELIEVABLY BEAUTIFUL for taking pictures!! The best part of this is that no one felt like they were hosting or worried about cleaning up prior to leaving. Stacy handles a lot of that. We were able to get the key to the studio beforehand so were able to bring a lot of our stuff prior and you are also able to leave things there overnight, including cars, to make it easier on you. She made it so easy for us to just enjoy the day. I would recommend using this space to anyone!

Designation Wedding: 2/2020

We chose Stacy, because after doing a venue walk through we became nervous about hiring outside of the country. Stacy came highly recommend and was an amazing asset to our wedding. Stacy flew to Mexico and mingled with all of our guest prior to the wedding. This was game changer because by the time the wedding happened, Stacy knew who was who and was able to get those who normally would not photograph to open up. We highly recommend Stacy because she not only listened to all of our concerns and request,s but she followed through. She also made us feel very comfortable and had great suggestions for us. Finally, our wedding was a same sex wedding and Stacy made the whole process go smoothly. She helped with suggestions and most importantly made us feel special and comfortable.

Wonderful start to my wedding day!

I had the absolute best start to my wedding day at Stacy Smith Studios. I was trying to figure out a hotel with great lighting and windows with enough space that was affordable for my date. Didn’t happen. I had a friend from from my catering company ask around and thank god someone pointed me in the direction of trying to rent something out. A photography studio and she had it available! It was perfect and so much fun to play around with. Stacy made me feel so comfortable and relaxed about everything. She was super nice and gave great advice to make sure everything was as relaxed and smooth as possible. Things I wouldn’t have even thought of. She’s definitely a pro. Everything looked great and was functional. The pictures of my girls and I at her studio were some of my favorites. We were able to set up snacks and have drinks. She had everything necessary to make this the perfect place to start your wedding day. I’m so thankful the hotels didn’t work out and I found this gem. Thank you Stacy!

Best team evaa!

We had the opportunity to work with Stacy Smith Studios for our wedding in September 2019! Our main photographer was Shawn and his back up was Mo and they were both amazing! The little details they picked up on were very impressive. We still get compliments on them from our guests! Quick funny story: During the getting ready process, my buttons on my gown malfunctioned and 1 fell off and we couldn't find it. The little white button seemed to have vanished. While searching and panicking a little, Shawn offered to give me 1 of his white buttons off of his polo shirt, which would have pretty much ruined his shirt. It didn't end up coming to that as we eventually found my button and sewed it back on, but just an example of how sweet the team is and how much they care about your day. All of our photos are so beautiful and captured our day better than I could have imagined.

While planning our wedding we interviewed multiple photographers and it was clear from the start Stacy Smith Studios stood out from the rest. After explaining the process and timelines from that day to our wedding day Stacy immediately wanted to introduce us to a member of her team she felt would be a perfect fit for our wedding day, Shawn Brady. From the start it was clear Stacy was always looking forward and her #1 goal was to make our wedding day the most special experience possible for us. She was able to ask important questions giving her ideas for what our personalities are and what our tastes would be. Stacy has a unique ability to be straight forward and all business while connecting with her clients on a personal level. Her personality was remarkable, she was able to make us feel comfortable within minutes of our initial meeting, and our decision was made before we left her studio.

Immediately we informed Stacy we decided to move forward with her as our photographer and the fun began! Stacy is organized and communicates better than we would have ever expected. She has a plan in place before you even start. She leaves no stone unturned. Her follow up is unmatched, which is important with all the details needed to attend to while dealing with a wedding. She will make certain you stay on your timeline and will assist you in any way she can.

Once all the planning and hard work is done on the front end and our wedding day was here, Stacy and Shawn made sure everything went as planned. Stacy met the girls at their location to get the preparation pictures. Upon arrival it was clear Stacy had a plan in place and knew exactly what pictures would suit our personalities. She was patient while our flower girl was a bit uncooperative, and took all the pictures she had planned in the order they naturally presented themselves loosing no time in the process. While Stacy was with the girls Shawn met the guys at the venue. It was clear Shawn had made a prior trip to the location to scout out the grounds. He had a blueprint ready with great ideas for pictures using the natural surroundings as props wasting no time in the process. Prior to the wedding there are hundreds if not thousands of pictures needed to be taken in a short amount of time, Stacy and Shawn were able to get each and every one perfectly.

After the ceremony Stacy and Shawn took a list previously provided to them by us to make sure we got all the family pictures we wanted. As our ceremony was later in the day we were fighting daylight. They made sure to communicate with extreme clarity with everyone involved on both sides of the family to make sure the necessary people were in place and ready for their shots while losing no time. Their ability to be assertive and professional to keep everyone on schedule is unparalleled.

During the ceremony and reception Stacy and Shawn were remarkably invisible. We did not notice them at all. They have mastered the challenging skill of blending in with the crowd while still being able to get the perfect shot.

The value Stacy provides within her packages are unmatched. You not only get the actual photos (which are awe-inspiring) in a timely manner, you also get a passionate professional who understands how to be dynamic and make the most special day of your life extraordinary. The pride in their work with witch Stacy and Shawn exhibit is astounding. With that being said, we cannot come up with enough words strong enough to express how we feel about the remarkable experience Stacy and Shawn provided for us. Stacy and Shawn without a doubt had a direct positive impact making our wedding the greatest day of our lives.

Stacy Smith - best wedding photographer!

This review is long overdue! We met with several photographers and as soon as we walked out of her studio, we knew Stacy was the perfect choice. My husband and I looked at each other and said she is the one we have to go with. Her personality and enthusiasm was exactly what we were looking for . We booked her that day and could not have been any happier with our choice. Stacy was very detailed and professional, listened to what we were looking for, and went above and beyond our expectations. We scheduled our engagement session, and it was a great opportunity to be able to get more comfortable with each other in preparation for the wedding. The photos came out great and further proved we made the right choice. The day of the wedding seemed like a whirlwind but Stacy and Moe kept everything running smoothly and made our day that much better. Wedding Day

From the first time we met Stacy, we could tell she was extremely organized, thorough, and passionate about what she does. In our first meeting (before even hiring her!) she was honest and walked through the entire day with us so we would have an outline and idea of what our day would look like. She had examples of albums and her work on the table for us to review and answered every question we had thoroughly. Having our engagement pictures taken by Stacy was a great trial run and helped us to better connect with her, which lead to a seamless wedding day! On our wedding day, Stacy and Shawn arrived early and made taking pictures so easy and comfortable. They were never in the way and offered a helping hand with things that weren’t even photography related! They completed every picture on our list and completely understood the vision we had for some of our pictures! They worked cooperatively with our other vendors and helped us to have an amazing wedding day. You can truly tell Stacy and Shawn love what they do as it reflects in their attitudes, professionalism, and final product. Dream Team

Stacy and Shawn were great to work with and work so well together! Stacy is very knowledgeable and talented and made us feel so comfortable since we first met her. Getting ready location

I rented out the studio for me and my girls to get ready for my 9/14 wedding and was it breathe taking. The studio was huge plenty of room for all of us plus some to get ready in. My photographers were like a kid at disney with all the photo ops they definitely wasn't expecting that with the mill look on the outside they couldn't wait to start shooting. Stacy provides so many little extras microwave, fridge, bluetooth speaker, utensils, plates and even cups and glasses which was great having less stuff to remember to bring on an already hectic day. Stacy and Jake were very responsive,friendly, and accommodating for my group even when we ran out of time and just had to go and leave some stuff behind. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them to everyone. Everyone has been raving about the pictures!!!!

Simply amazing

I could go on for hours about the photography done by Stacy Smith studios for my wedding day but for a second I would like to tell you how renting her studio the day of my wedding really made my day even more perfect. With a lot of family situations at hand we were literally unsure of where we would be living and or how would we be getting ready for the wedding day. I didn't want a typical hotel that would look like any other pics . As a former hair dresser I know how hard it is for the artist to do their work in such confined spaces. Stacy's studio gave me eveythjnt I needed for my day. For starters the place is HUGE. I had 10 brides maids an a flower .. plus 3 additional friends an aunt and my mother all in the same space to get ready ,, you can't say that about your house or a hotel typically. We walked around with out getting in the way of each other at all. The make up artist an hair dressers had a room to do hair an make in with styling chairs beautiful mirrors an natural lighting. Stacy also provided a blue tooth speaker an a fridge for all the goodies. There where also an additional bathroom ! Now to the next part the studio makes the perfect imagines timeless. There was ample parking for my huge bridal party wich was also very helpful . Stacy is also very accommodating when it came to getting the key to set up .. she really made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend not only Stacy's work but her studio rental.. by far the best 2 decisions I made during wedding planning.. wedding planning is so stressful but i am so very thankful I came across Stacy's add to rent her studio over a year ago .. that simple inquiry about the studio made me fall in love with not only the studio an her work but Stacy her self is beautiful inside and out ...Stacy’s work speaks for its self ! There is simply no other way to say it ! I look at my photos daily as a reminder of what a great day she gave me by capturing all the shots I NEEEDED and wanted. She went directly off my Pinterest bored and off a list she asked to do my self for “shots request “. The best of the best ! I'm so blessed to say that I was lucky enough to not only have her studio but for her as my photographer on my wedding day .. you will not have a single regret .. book Stacy book the studio I promise it will

Amazing!

Stacy is amazing to work with! My husband and I live in NC and were on vacation in RI to plan our wedding. Stacy was able to see us with the tight schedule we had, as we were there for a week. We had some idea of what we wanted for pictures. We met with Stacy and she takes the time to get to know you as a couple, your family dynamic and bridal party. After meeting with her and leaving, we looked at each other and said “She’s the one!” What we had decided for a budget didn’t matter anymore... we knew we had to hire Stacy. We also had engagement photos done and due to vacation time and traveling Stacy agreed to work around our schedule and did them a week before the wedding. She’s very responsive, flexible and most of all easy to work with! I would recommend her and her team to anyone who asks! She has definitely gained a life long customer with us!

Why I chose Stacy Smith for my Destination Wedding!!!

This review is lengthy, but if you're a bride in search of a great photographer please read this in it's entirety. You won't be sorry! Stacy Smith is AMAZING!

Hiring wedding vendors is an overwhelming process to say the least! Where do you even begin!?!? I searched and searched for photographers and then I heard about Stacy through a friend who hired her to photograph her wedding and raved about her photography work. I then heard about Stacy again from a friend who is a small business owner who met Stacy at a small business event and had nothing but wonderful things to say about her as a person. This girls name just kept coming up with such good reviews, so I decided I would give her a go for our engagement photos. I knew it would only be for the engagement photos because we were having a destination wedding and I automatically assumed that we could not budget in to house another person besides ourselves while in Mexico.

So we went to the engagement shoot not having a clue what to expect, and let me tell you, we had an absolute blast with Stacy! She is fun and outgoing and is willing to do whatever it takes to get a good shot! She made us feel so comfortable and relaxed while in front of the camera. We laughed so much, I swear we almost forgot she was even shooting pictures! We had only just met her, but felt like we'd known her for years! We maybe spent an hour to 90 minutes with her and on our way back to the cars asked her what it would take to get her to accompany us to Mexico to shoot our wedding!

Before the big day, I decided to have Stacy shoot a boudoir session with me as a gift for my husband. What an amazing experience that was. Stacy made me feel sexy and confident while in front of the camera. She gave me tips ahead of time on how to get a good shot as well as provided me with the option to have my hair and makeup done by a professional at her studio before the shoot. She went above and beyond in helping me prepare and in the end provided me with a gorgeous leather bound book filled with photos for my husband to enjoy. ( He LOVES it BTW!)

Fast forward to our big day, in Mexico. We decided that we did not want to hire the photographer that the resort provided. We felt that not getting to know them ahead of time would never allow us to feel comfortable in front of the camera and we would never have the opportunity to connect with them on a personal level. For those reasons, I felt our photos would suffer and I decided against hiring anyone but Stacy! And to be honest, the price to bring her was compareable to the photographers prices there at the venue! Needless to say...Stacy came! Stacy spent a few days in sunny Mexico with us and we were given the opportunity to work with a unique photographer that we've gotten to know on a personal level. She knew what we liked and didn't like in photos, she knew how we interacted with one another as well as how we interacted with her and the camera. We felt 100% comfortable while she photographed us because by the time our destination wedding rolled around, we felt close enough to Stacy to be able to call her our friend. The day of our wedding was much like the day of the previous photo sessions we had. Lots of laughing, fun, and being ourselves! Stacy had scoped out the resort to find a perfect spot for our "first look" photos, she laid in the White sands of Mexico to get the perfect shot of our group toast, and even participated in a push up challenge with our best man! We had an absolute blast!

The day after our wedding we went out for a sunset trash the dress session. We trekked through some rocky beach water to make our way to a secluded area that provided indescribable scenary for our shots. Stacy showed no hesitation in bringing all of her equipment out there with us. She was willing to do what she had to do to get the most amazing shots imaginable. What I love most about Stacy, is how passionate she is about her job. She LOVES what she does and it shows in her work. She gets so giddy and excited when reviewing photos scanning for blinking eyes and imperfections. It is a joy to watch her master what she truely loves to do.

We feel truely blessed to have found Stacy, grateful that she was able and willing to travel outside the country to shoot our wedding, and privileged to have her artwork showcase some of the greatest moments in our lives. Our wedding will NOT be our last photography session with Stacy Smith Studios!

We have zero regrets in our decision to bring Stacy to shoot our destination wedding! And you won't either!

Breathtaking!

I heard about Stacy from a friend and we are so glad we hired her and her team! I knew from the first time meeting her she would do an amazing job and she blew us out of the water. I rented the studio to get ready before the wedding and the space is so magical and breathtaking. We also rented the photo booth, all of our guests absolutely loved it! She put together a scrap book at the end of the night of all the photo strips and our guests could write us all a special message. I can not put into words what an AMAZING job she did. Stacy will do anything to get the most perfect shot......she was in the marsh! Our ceremony was very emotional and every shot she captured was beautiful. Every time I look at the photos I get emotional, I feel as though I am in that moment again. I couldn't be more grateful for her and the wonderful works she does!!

Amazing to work with!

Stacy was amazing to work with. From our first meeting with her, I knew I didn't want to work with anyone else.
She also did our engagement photos which came out beautifully. We also hired her to take photographs at our rehearsal party, and we were so grateful to have professional photographs from that event as well as the wedding. She was extremely professional (and so was her colleague) and fun to work with. Most importantly, she had a really calm demeanor the day of the wedding, so I didn't feel like I had to worry about anything. She's fantastic. I highly recommend her!

Exceeds all expectations!!

You will 120% not be sorry for choosing Stacy Smith Studios as your photographer for ANY event!!! I can't even begin to describe how special she made our big day. From the first day we met, to our (complimentary) engagement photos, to the wedding and everywhere in between she has been there for us. We first met Stacy at a friend's wedding and we were blown away by the engagement and wedding pictures she took for them. Stacy is one of the sweetest women we've ever met, offering to be there if we needed anything at all throughout the whole wedding process. On our wedding day her and Shawn were there excited as ever with huge smiles on their faces. Also, it had rained the whole morning before the wedding, so the ground was pretty wet, but during our photos at cocktail hour, Shawn wouldn't even let me move unless he was behind me holding my dress off the ground. He was so funny, kind and easy-going. They had both memorized a majority of the pictures that I had pinned on Pinterest and made sure they made most of them happen. Stacy even brought a giant picture frame as a prop for one of the pictures that I wanted. We received more compliments about the photographers than anything else on our wedding day. We also had a Photo Booth through the studio in which Taryn spent the whole night dealing with the little kids that wanted to take photos every 5 minutes (and help put the book together) with a smile on her face. It was so much fun going through the photobook the next day! Everyone was so impressed that they stayed as long as they did, that they reached out to our family and friends asking if they would pose for pictures, and because they were such nice people. They all truly made sure they captured every second of the day and it meant so much to us. We are so excited to see all of our photos and share them with everyone. We have no doubt in our minds that they are going to be AMAZING! If you are trying to decide whether or not to go with Stacy Smith Studios, let me decide for you. DO IT!

Stress free & amazing

After searching tirelessly for a photographer for our wedding we came across Stacy Smith and after our initial meeting, my fiancé (at the time) and I were 100% certain that she was the one! She was organized, creative and made us both feel extremely at ease and comfortable. Stacy and her team are so professional and welcoming. They know exactly how to get the perfect shots and are always willing to go above and beyond. I will NEVER use another photographer again. Stacy and her team have a customer for life with us. We can’t say enough good things about them and the service they provide. On our wedding day the one thing I was not worried about was Stacy & her team. She made sure I was stress free and kept us all on schedule. With all of the chaos going on the day of the wedding it was such a relief to have Stacy and her team there.

I simply can not say enough great things about Stacy. On one of the most stressful days ever she made it wonderful. Her eye is impeccable. She got shots at my daughters wedding that moved people to tears they were so good. She has such a great personality that she felt like family. I was honored to have her with us that day! Stacy was professional, energetic, and very accommodating for us. On the day of our wedding, a tornado touched down only a few miles away from the venue. Even with all the crazy weather, traffic, and chaos she was on time, helpful and flexible! With that being said, we were running later than expected. Stacy stayed with me and the bridesmaids making sure my hair and dress were perfect. We were able to work with the weather to get some amazing pictures taken on a day that'll never be forgotten. Stacy and Moe took amazing pictures and we couldn't be happier with how they came out!

The first time my now husband and I met with Stacy, we knew she had to capture our special day. On the day of the wedding, Stacy and Shawn were a dream team. From the moment they arrived, they had us laughing and put us at ease. They were not afraid to crawl in bushes, climb on furniture or lay on the ground, all for the perfect shot. It is obvious in speaking with them that they are passionate about what they do. It has been two weeks since our wedding and we have just received our sneak peek. Amazing! We spent a while searching for a photographer who we could connect with. Our wedding pictures were very important to us. We wanted someone who cared greatly not only about us, but about the quality of the pictures. My first phone call with Stacy was so informative. She is professional, knowledgeable, and I wish I had found her sooner as she immediately had suggestions to help in our planning. Stacy and Shawn took great interest in our timeline, the details, and making sure they focused on the things that were important to us. The day itself went great. Shawn, Jose and Eddie were fun, energetic, and very professional. We've already seen some of their work and everything looks amazing. Working with Stacy was absolutely awesome, from start to finish. She was very flexible about where and when we were available for our engagement shoot and then was super amazing on our wedding day. It rained and was very windy all day and she made it work! The photos were incredible and we could not have been any happier with the outcome. She will literally do anything and everything to capture your wedding day memories and that is why I would recommend her to all of my family and friends in the future.

I did a boudoir session with Stacy back in March, I was doing the shoot for my future husband (at the time). I was so nervous to even think about doing one, I knew if I was going to I wanted to step out of my comfort zone. When Stacy contacted me about doing one she was so helpful with all the questions I had. When I got to Stacy's studio it was amazing! it looked great! so many pictures displayed, her set up and backdrops look amazing! She has a beautiful room you can get ready in. The bedroom set!!! Is out of this world!! I packed a bag of all my outfits, shoes and accessories. We both went thru all the clothes I had and Stacy worked her magic of which outfits would go best in the studio. So here we go! It was time for me to get my first outfit on. I was so nervous I was basically shaking. I had a Bruins T-shirt on with my new last name on the back with only booty shorts on. I told Stacy I felt odd walking around with no pants on, Stacy told me this is a no pants area lol....Stacy is great! She made me feel so comfortable and beautiful. She always showed me how to pose and where to be before we started a new outfit. She even helped me with my lingerie when I couldn't get it to snap. Towards the end of my shoot It was my time to step out of the box and do the photos I was nervous about. At this point in the shoot I was ready. When I left Stacy's studio I felt amazing! I was so excited I did the shoot and also stepped out of my comfort zone. I left that shoot with no regrets. When I got my photos back I could not believe them!!! That's me!!!! They were all amazing. I picked my top photos I wanted and Stacy once again worked her magic and gave me a rough draft of what the photo book would look like. If you are going to do a shoot totally get the book!!!! On our wedding day I gave the book to my husband. He loved it!!! He also knows me and was shocked that I actually did it and stepped out of the box. I 100% recommend Stacy Smith.

Stacy Smith Studios provided one of my greatest experiences. I went for a boudoir shoot, and Stacy made me feel completely comfortable. Before the shoot, we prepared my outfits and some ideas for poses or accessories. She helped with with my poses. It was extremely fun and easy to work with Stacy, she even provided a little champagne to make me less nervous. I became more confident as the shoot went on, and I am more than happy that I did it. I loved the images, I didn't know you could look so beautiful, but Stacy really captures it! She worked with me for edits and photo placement. She really takes your opinion and suggestions into account, she is not pushy. This was an amazing experience, but also a very professional one. If you want pictures done, sexy or otherwise, see Stacy because she will capture exactly what you want!

Working with Stacy Smith Studios was a no-brainer for my fiance and I. From the moment we met with Stacy for our first consultation, we knew she was the photographer for us. We were comfortable with her immediately, and were pleasantly surprised at the affordability of her offerings - you make your own package and aren't forced into any pre-made packages. She made recommendations based on our wants and needs and quickly got us a quote for our wedding, including a complimentary engagement session. Our engagement session was perfect and allowed us a chance to really get to know Stacy. We were lucky enough to have both Stacy and Shawn shoot our wedding. The photos are absolute magic! We received many more photos than our original estimate, and Stacy even worked to get us our sneak peek and all of our formal photos in time for the holidays, less than a month after our wedding! I can't say enough about Stacy and her team. They go way above and beyond the call of duty; Stacy even helped me put my veil in and out of my hair without a hitch. We cannot say enough about Stacy Smith Studios! After our initial consultation with Stacy, we knew she was the perfect photographer for us. She is very organized and professional, but her personality shines through so naturally! We absolutely loved her past work, and wouldn't have trusted anyone else to do our photos. She was very knowledgable about our venue and that made us feel very comfortable knowing we would get the best photos possible. Her co-photographer Shawn was the perfect partner for her; they communicated very well and knew exactly what each other needed to capture the perfect shot. We took a shot in a wooded area and Shawn perfectly photoshopped a dinosaur in the background like we were hoping! These two people are so much fun to work with and made our wedding day so enjoyable! We're only bummed we don't have another wedding to work with them again!

We had an amazing experience with Stacy and her team. In the planning process, she was very helpful and gave us a list of things to accomplish related to what pictures we wanted and advice for posing. When we had our final pre-wedding call, it was over an hour and it made us feel relieved because she was so thorough and made sure to touch upon every possible detail. She is full of so many unique photo ideas that I would have never even thought of. She made sure to get every type of photo opportunity we requested and even enjoyed a fun picture game the DJ suggested which involved running around a room taking pictures. Stacy is also not afraid of getting down and dirty. Literally, she would get down on the ground or climb a tree to get a good shot. When we had limited time to get pictures done, she was quick and efficient, but not pushy in any way. We were able to get all of our photos done that we wanted and they came out great! We couldn't be any happier with our experience and definately recommend her as a photographer. Stacy is professional and friendly and will get the job done. You won't be disappointed.

Stacy just gets me, from the beginning she understood my concerns. She listened and didn't hesitate to make sure she snapped every pose we asked for.
Stacy photographed our proposal, our engagement and our wedding. Shawn was also photographing our wedding day with Stacy, he was incredible as well. They are both so easy going, and they are determined to get the perfect shot, even if that means shoes off and get in the ocean!
I highly recommend Stacy Smith Studios for ANY occasion. Next up will be the newborn pics!

Stacy Smith Studios was referred to us by the venue for our daughters wedding and we couldn’t be happier. Our daughter lives in upstate Maine and her visits before the wedding were few and far between but Stacy made sure that when Ashley was in Ct she was available. A few weeks before the big day we were guests at a friends wedding at the same venue. They hired a “friend “ to save money. They are regretting that decision. On the big day Stacy arrived on time. Right away we just felt so at ease. She knew from previous appointments that a lot of the wedding it’s we hand made and she made sure to get all of those details. We had pics taken before ceremony with the bridal party and I loved that they weren’t all the cookie cutter poses you always see. During ceremony you didn’t even know she was there but I am absolutely floored on how awesome the sneak peak pics are. I can’t emphasize enough how great it is to work with Stacy. She has an energy about her that is contagious and makes everyone feel so comfortable. Half way through the reception my husband who is a pretty reserved person tells me that with out a doubt we are having Stacy Smith Studios do our other two daughters weddings.

Stacy was unbelievable! She did our entire wedding by herself! She seemed to know when she was being looked for and would come out if no where! Otherwise she was part of the party, had fun with the rest of us, and blended in like you wouldn’t believe! She got shots when we didn’t even think she was nearby! The planned shots were great, but her candids are my favorites! She remembered every wishlist shot we had asked for and took some of them to a whole new level!!!

STACY IS AMAZING!!!!! From the first meeting with her, we knew right away that she was the perfect fit for us. We had so much fun with her, she is so easy to work with and makes you feel completely at ease (and this is coming from someone who hates getting her picture taken). My husband hates it even more and after the engagement pictures he was more comfortable and it is 1000% because of Stacy! Stacy and Mike were amazing for our wedding day. I can't say enough good things about Shawn. My husband and I are not picture people, and one of the things I was worried about while planning my wedding was not being comfortable with a camera around me the entire day and then being very critical of my pictures. I expressed my concerns with Shawn during our first meeting and he told me that was part of his job as a photographer to make me feel comfortable in front of the camera. Well he did just that and if you saw my engagement pictures you would be able to tell the first picture that Shawn took to the last one. In the first one, I felt the need to awkwardly “over pose” myself but as we worked with Shawn you could tell the progression of me getting more and more relaxed and comfortable.

Never in a million years would I think I would put a picture of myself on my return address labels or put them on our thank you cards never mind having a 18 x 24 portrait of myself hanging in our living room.

During our wedding, my husband told me he thought Shawn belonged at our wedding as a guest instead of working. He made the picture process easy and fun not too mention how excited he gets when he does his unbelievable sparkler picture! (attached below.) He put us in our position and told us to stay still then he was running around us with his sparklers singing, laughing, and saying “I feel like a ninja. I feel like a ninja.” It was almost impossible not to burst out laughing!

Shawn was an amazing wedding photographer!! He was always very responsive and gave great suggestions based on our wants/needs. On the day of the wedding he was a rock star! There are a lot of choices on a day-to-day basis. But on your wedding day, or any other event for that matter, this should not be one of them. Stacey Smith Studios is bar none the best photographer that you can have on your day. She will do anything, literally anything, to make you happy and to get you the best pictures you could possibly have on your BIG day. In the end your photos are all you have after all the fun, excitement, and tears. We are so lucky that we had Stacey Lynn Studios at our wedding. Stacy, Shawn and Mike were phenomenal and people were complimenting their services for days and weeks to come. We may just have to get married again someday, just to have them back. They were that good. As I said to start this review, there are lots of choices on a day-to-day basis, but don't make this one of them. Stacey Smith Studios is an easy choice. You will not be disappointed.

I had such a difficult time choosing a photographer for my wedding. I met multiple photographers in person and for some reason I just couldn't pull the trigger....then I met Stacy! She made my fiancée and I feel so at ease. She was professional, creative, energetic and so talented. Our wedding is next October but we recently had our engagement session and let me tell you....I was blown away! She was open minded to all of our suggestions and she had such a creative eye! We got our photos back right away and my fiancé and I could not be more impressed. Stacy is by far the best choice!!

I have known and collaborated with Stacy for a number of years on many projects. She is one of the hardest working people I know! She truly loves her clients and her craft, it shows in all her stunning work! Stacy goes above and beyond for her clients, often putting herself in awkward or even dangerous positions to capture that perfect shot. In her boudoir studio she will make even the shyest client feel amazing and fierce - she is just so friendly and personable! As I mentioned I have worked with Stacy on many projects in the past and it has always been a great experience, she truly listens to your ideas and vision. She is also incredibly timely with photo turnaround and sneak peaks. Of course, the images are simply beautiful and she is a genius behind the camera. Stacy is a rockstar! She gets the job done. We had a few characters in our wedding party and she was professional and efficient with time management. We got the best possible pictures as the outcome. She kept the timeline moving and was so prompt! Her partner shawn was hysterical just like her and did an amazing job with organizing the men and getting incredible shots. These two busted their butts the whole night! It was like a photography workout plan. I'm so sad it's over but I know these two will be photographing our lives from years to come. From the bottom of our hearts we love you and couldn't thank you enough! Our pictures are perfection to say the least! They captured memories we will treasure for a lifetime. Stacy Smith is an amazing, creative, and skilled photographer. I knew from the day I went for my consultation she would be the perfect photographer to capture my special day. Stacy and her team are amazing! The photos came out phenomenal and we got them back so quickly! Stacy was referred to me by a friend and I knew from the get-go we were in good hands. She takes her work very seriously and knows exactly what to do to capture the perfect moment. What I loved most is her ability to capture such great candid photos. Before the wedding she has you make a list of all of the pictures you want taken. Then on the day of the wedding, she brings that list with her and makes sure its completed. This was honestly a huge help on the day of the wedding and kept things organized so that I didn't have to worry about it! Some of our best pictures were taken on a dock on a lake. One of her assistant photographers literally carried Stacy in the water to get the perfect photo and came prepared with a change of clothes! Stacy and her team go above and beyond and we couldn't be happier with them. Stacy and Shawn, thanks for helping make our day a blast and for capturing it all!! You guys ROCK.

Stacy does a great job, the pictures came out amazing and she is great at getting back to you as soon as she can. She;s also incredibly flexible; we weren't expecting rain on our wedding day, but when it happened we still got a ton a fantastic pictures, so it didn't even matter. Stacy was more than willing to change how we did things last minute and her assistant even lent me her boots because I was wearing sandals in the cold rain :) We also got a deal because we got the photo booth, which everyone loved. Definitely go with her as your wedding photographer!

5 stars are definitely not enough. If I could give Stacy Smith Studios 11 stars, I would. She and her team were there every step of the way and they went above and beyond what we ever could have imagined. She went as far as wearing my father's muck boots, out in the salty marshes, just to capture a once in a lifetime photo that I plan to hang in our home. Stacy is a bubbly fun personality; she has a passion and loves getting the perfect shot. On the day of our wedding, we had Stacy and Shawn as our photographers and they were an amazing crew. Super friendly, energetic, not afraid to hide in the bushes, lie on the ground to take our pictures. Also, literally every single picture was beautiful. They captured amazing moments and they definitely gave us their best efforts. At the end of the day, Stacy was on incredible she she oozes passion. Jaime was also very understanding and tried to do everything that I wanted, especially when I was getting frustrated. They catered to our every need and we could not ask for anything better.

We really can't put into words the experience we had with Stacy and her team! We got married on the beach in Warwick RI on what was supposed to be a gorgeous summer day...as the wind and rain pounded the pavillion above us there was Stacy, our bright little day of sunshine. She didn't let the weather stop her mission. I call it her mission simply for the fact that through rain, wind, sand blasts and grey skies...there was nothing that was going to stop her from getting the perfect shots to ensure sure that we would remember this day forever! From the moment I met with Stacy, I knew that she was going to be the photographer for my wedding. We instantly clicked. Stacy and I met for a 90 minute consultation where she catered to my every wedding need. She is super flexible when designing your wedding package. She takes your budget into account and helps you put together an a la carte package that fits your needs. My fiancé and I had a total blast with Stacy during our engagement photo session. Her fun and easy going personality makes you feel at ease and she goes above and beyond to get the best shots. She even let me sit on her jacket so that I wouldn't get my pants dirty from sitting on a mossy rock. She's attentive and responds to emails in a timely manner. From our first meeting with Stacy, we were hooked! She made us feel like we were her only wedding. Stacy is willing to capture any moment she can. She is full of ideas and has an amazing eye for that perfect picture. When we did our engagement shoot we walked past a beautiful birch tree sticking out over the water. Jokingly, we mentioned how awesome it would be if we climbed out there for some pictures. Stacy stopped in her tracks and said "You guys would actually climb out there?' So we did and the pictures came out phenomenal!! On our wedding day our venue was on the ocean. After the ceremony we started taking pictures. There was a sand bar about 100 yards out. I hiked up my dress and my husband rolled his pants up to his knees and Stacy and Mike trekked out into the ocean to give us an unforgettable moment out on the sandbar! Stacy and her team are truly amazing!!! They are so passionate about what they do and only provide you with the best pictures. Living in Texas and planning a New England wedding, websites and reviews were my best friend. After doing A LOT of research and getting recommendations from people it came down to two photographers. Before I had ever seen the work of Stacy Smith Studios I thought that all wedding photography was the same. Then one of my friends got married and I was absolutely blown away with the pictures from her wedding. Then only a month later another friend got married and again used the same photographer, again some of the best wedding photography I have ever seen. They both had the same photographer...Stacy Smith. I wasn't even engaged at this time but I already knew who I wanted to capture the most important day of our lives. Once I got engaged I immediately reached out to her and right from the beginning I knew that she was going to do the same with my wedding. When you talk to Stacy you can hear the passion that she has for what she does and the passion for making every bride and groom feel comfortable and happy with the end results. My husband didn't want to do engagement photos but Stacy and I talked him into it so he could get more comfortable with the camera, well she knew just what to do to get him to not only relax but he said he actually had fun!
The day of the wedding and even months later and my guests are still talking about what an amazing photographer Stacy and her team were. They couldn't believe that she was climbing onto the roof of the venues building to capture a photo of everyone who attended the wedding or laying on the floor to capture the most beautiful picture of my husband and I dancing our first dance. She will get all of your guest to feel comfortable and have an amazing time while doing what she does best.

Jennifer and I could not have picked a better wedding photographer for our big day. Stacy and her Team, Mike and Maureen, are the epitome of professionalism, attentive to every detail, dedicated to every moment, friendly and at the end of your day you feel as if you have had your three best friends ever taking care of you through the whole event. There was not a moment that were not present, and they make the process that much easier by wearing the huge smiles that they all seemingly sport through every moment, you all made us so comfortable. Our sneak peak of a few images from the day blew our minds and I must say, Stacy possesses a talent that burns brighter than many Photographers I have seen, and she truly stands alone. Stacy and her team deserve much more than a 5 star rating!! She was the first photographer we met with when we were planning our July 2016 wedding and we new instantly that she would be the best person for the job. Not only is her personality fun and outgoing, but the quality of service she delivers is outstanding. Stacy was available throughout the day (and night) via text, phone or email. She responded to all my ridiculous bride-to-be questions within a timely fashion. She even offered an honest and neutral opinion on bridesmaid dresses, shoes, jewelry and more throughout the planning the process.

On the day of our wedding, Stacy and Shawn far exceeded our expectations. Not only did they follow through on everything promised, but they even went above and beyond for us. They were patient, yet efficient in capturing every picture on our list (and Pinterest board). Stacy, Shawn and Moe were the absolute BEST team to work with for our wedding! From the moment we met with Shawn and Stacy in our initial meeting we knew they were going to be an amazing team to work with. They were so welcoming, passionate, funny and down to earth and it made us feel so comfortable! Throughout the whole wedding process they were in touch, checking in on how we were doing, and giving us pointers and guidance along the way!
We had Shawn and Moe working with us on our wedding day and they are quite the duo!! Brides are always nervous on the day of the wedding and when Shawn and Moe walked in I immediately felt comfortable and that they had it all under control. They kept us on time, checked in with me throughout the night to make sure everything was going smoothly and our whole bridal party had SO much fun with them doing photos! We had a pretty crazy rain storm after the ceremony, were able to get in some pictures outside before the downpour and Shawn was on top of getting everyone indoors without a drop on them, I think Moe even helped pick my dress up so I wouldn't trip as I ran inside!!! I really cannot thank them enough for their hard work throughout the day - the sneak peek photos are AMAZING and everyone is so obsessed. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Stacy and her amazing team! From the very first time we met with her, we had no doubt in our minds that she would be our photographer. She makes you feel like your wedding is the only wedding she is doing. Sometimes once you book a vendor, you don't talk to them until a few days before the wedding or even just the day of. I booked her well over a year in advance and the contact with her was amazing throughout that whole year. She makes a private Pinterest board so she can see just exactly the shots you are looking for. And she doesn't just make it for the hell of it. She had my board open the day of and reminded me of shots that I forgot I even wanted. She keeps you on track and on time. She goes above and beyond to make sure she gets the perfect shot! My husband and his groomsmen do NOT like taking pictures. He had been complaining to me that he was only going to take a few photos and he would be done. Stacy's assistant, Mo, was with them the whole time before the wedding when they were getting ready. I can't believe how many photos she got of them with no complaints! She made it fun for them and every single one of them told me how much fun they had taking photos. That, in itself, is a miracle! I would and will always highly reccommend Stacy and her team to anyone I know getting married!

My husband and I got married 8/22/15 and we used Stacy smith studios for our photographer. We could not be happier with how the pictures turned out! Stacy not only asked what kind of photos we wanted to take but did whatever she could to make them happen. Stacy is incredibly energetic and made picture taking a blast! They were very professional and always well prepared. Many precious moments were captured :) the photo booth was so much fun! Guests loved it, and we received so many compliments on our amazing photos. I highly recommend Stacy smith studios to capture your special day!

Stacy and here crew were amazing! I had to plan my wedding from Germany and she was more than helpful. We met a year out before the wedding and we kept in contact up until the big day. She used Pinterest for some of the photo ideas I had pinned, as well as here own imagination! The photos came out better than I could ever hope for. She made sure we took all the photos we wanted and went above and beyond what I expected. She is a one of a kind photographer and isn't afraid to think outside the box. You won't be dissapointed with choosing Stacy Smith Studios as your photographer.

I have known Stacy for a while and knowing of her amazing talent I knew the moment I got engaged who I wanted as my photographer. Stacy had done a newborn/family shoot for us prior to our wedding and the photos came out amazing. She was also a joy to work with – very patient and understanding of the hiccups babies and children might create. As my wedding photographer Stacy was always so accommodating. She met with us to discuss the wedding and our needs, she joined me in a meeting with our wedding coordinator and surveyed the venue with me to plan out our shoot locations. The day of our wedding Stacy was so professional and helpful. She was so organized and made me feel completely comfortable letting her hold the reigns. I would recommend Stacy to all of my friends and family and will absolutely be using Stacy again in the future for important moments! Just perfect!

Stacy was wonderful from the moment we met her. She was referred to us by a wonderful childhood friend of mine as she had just done their wedding and I commented on how stunning their photos were. I sent Stacy a text and from our text conversations, we were best friends and I knew she would be the perfect addition to our wedding. Now the Groom needed to meet her, but something told me that they would get along very well. My husband is sarcastic and hysterical, and Stacy gave it right back to him! I knew she was perfect!

Our first session with Stacy was our engagement photo shoot at Fenway Park...our favorite place i the entire world and she captured every single solitary moment that was so special to us! We couldn't have been happier with the end result and Stacy's professionalism, but more importantly, the simple way she made us feel like the camera wasn't even there!

Stacy and her crew were AMAZING at our wedding. We had the best weather day of the month and she totally made the cal to have an outside wedding and it was magical. Every one of our bridal party loved her and felt so comfortable with her and Shawn. My parents thought she was so wonderful...on the ground, trying to get the best shot she could get...keeping us on schedule...and getting every single shot I wanted for our wedding. I cannot wait for her to photograph every other moment of our lives. SHE IS FAMILY NOW!

Stacy is wonderful! Our pictures came out even better than I imagined they could. She has such a good eye for the perfect picture, I am amazed at how classic the photos look and how she was able to nail that look for us. Stacy is very accommodating, she worked with us to give us everything we wanted while staying in the price range we wanted and she even went above and beyond to exceed our list of wants. I have zero complaints, and I have lots of beautiful pictures that I am proud to hang on my walls. I would highly recommend Stacy and her crew for any event needing photography!

I had the pleasure of working with Stacy and her staff for both my engagement and wedding photo sessions. My husband and I are so pleased with not only the pictures, they are gorgeous, but also with the ease and pleasure it was to work with her. I felt so comfortable and relaxed on my big day, her and her staff went above and beyond and took care of everything and then some. I had high expectations and Stacy and her staff blew them out of the water. Definitely my dream photographer. My husband and I cannot say enough about Stacey Smith and her professional photography! From our first meeting with Stacey, I was immediately put at ease, as she sat with us and asked everything we wanted and everything we didn't want, down to the very last detail. Looking over Stacey's portfolio, I was thinking she'd be priced at about he same rate or higher than some other wedding photographers I had recently quoted, however, Stacey's fee for services came in actually lower and it just gave me that much more comfort knowing I could stay within out budget AND get a phenomenal wedding photography package. Leading up to the big day, Stacey took the time to go over our timelines with us down to the very minute so we could capture every special moment and every special picture. On the day of the wedding , Stacey and her assistant Maureen arrived on Block Island well before their anticipated time. They took the time to survey all the grounds and lighting, staging, etc. I felt great getting ready for the ceremony knowing they would have everything mapped out in a plan. They were so professional but also so much fun, we were all laughing the entire time. After the formals and into the reception, Stacey and Maureen were everywhere, capturing all these wonderful moments, but also not interfering or being bothersome in any way... It was like they were our wedding guests and it made everyone have fun and feel comfortable having a camera in their face. Shortly after the wedding, Stacey sent us a "sneak peak" album of a bunch of photos before the entire album was complete - it was such a treat!! I was able to use a beautiful picture she took of the 2 of us as our Thank You cards. When I got the entire professionally finished album I was simply blown away by the hundreds and hundreds of gorgeous photos!! So many beautiful moments along with hilarious candids.. It was such a pleasure to relive the day again looking at all of them! Thank you Stacey and your amazing staff!!!!!

Stacy is more then just a photographer on your wedding day, she's a guest. While she is capturing beautiful moments on your big day, she's enjoying her time. She loves what she does and you see that in your photos. Not only that, when you first meet with her she makes you feel comfortable and its like you've known her longer then the first few minutes. She asks you what you want and she delivers. Also, her assistant on our day was great. They did not miss a moment of our day.

I have had nothing but the most wonderful and professional experience working with Stacy! I have had the pleasure of working with her multiple times, from my maternity shoot, to most recently, my wedding. Her professionalism and skill is top notch and her creative ideas are brilliant. Her energy is contagious and she makes you feel so comfortable working with her. I have had multiple shoots with my son, both when he was an infant and toddler, and her skill with children is incredible! She is so patient and her ideas for shoots for him are so unique! Stacy was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was easy to get in touch with from the very beginning of my wedding planning process. From our first meeting right through the execution of our wedding day she was always very easy to talk to and she understood my vision completely! She took time about a month before my wedding to do an actual run-through of the day. We visited all of the places and venues and made an hour by hour itinerary of the day which really put my mind at ease. My wedding party was quite the rowdy bunch and Stacy and her assistant Maureen fit right in and kept everyone on track while taking pictures. I truly believe you need to really get along with your photographer because they will be with you all day long. Stacy is totally your girl for this..she is professional yet fun and easy going. You will not be disappointed hiring Stacy Smith Photography for any event you may need photographed!!! The final product of her work is beautiful and we could not have been happier!

Excellent experience and great pictures!

We chose Stacy for our engagement photos, not knowing what our plan was going to be for our wedding. Five minutes into the engagement shoot, my wife already knew that we were going to use Stacy for our wedding as well!

Throughout the engagement shoot, Stacy made us feel very comfortable, as if we had known her for years. She has a great personality, and you can tell she loves what she does – this is evident in the quality of the pictures that she provides.

Our wedding day was great. Not only was she the photographer, but she acted as a “wedding manager” as well, making sure everything stayed on a certain timeline. This was a huge relief for us since we did not have to worry about anything. Stacy brought along a great team of two other photographers. One was working the photo booth, and this was a huge success (I suggest this for anyone debating on getting one). The other photographer (unfortunately I forgot his name) was also awesome and had the same personable qualities as Stacy.

Stacy was set to leave our wedding two hours before it ended, but she made sure that her team stayed there until the end – at no extra charge! Her customer service and quick turn around on the pictures were second to none. We had everything within a week, even though it was during a busy wedding season.

I don’t often write reviews, but I felt that this one was necessary. I suggest anyone looking for a photographer to contact Stacy – you will not be disappointed.

Stacy was so helpful when it came to my wedding day. She had a list of different ideas for pictures that could be done on my wedding day, before my wedding or even after (trash the dress for example), as well as took all my requests and made them happen. Very organized before, during and after the big day. When we received our photos, they were even better than what I could have ever imagined. One of my requests was for her to do candid's during the reception, I must say, she did not miss a beat! This was one way for my husband and I to get the whole reception, as any bride knows during the reception you sometimes miss out on fun or silly or even beautiful moments that are going on with your friends and family. A few months after my wedding, I lost my father. I am so very lucky I have these photos as this was the last big event our entire family (cousins, aunts, uncles etc.) were together and we have great pics of him with everyone. I am so VERY Thankful to her for doing such a great job. I always recommend her to people who are getting married, wanting an engagement shoot, or any special event they would like to have captured perfectly.

As a dance teacher who has worked with an array of photographers over the years it's safe to say I was picky when it came to the photographer for my own wedding . I was looking for someone who has an eye, an eye for the little unseen things that make a picture come to life. Like the rainbow that bounces off your ring during your toast or the sweet intimate moment with your husband when no one else is paying attention. That is what I found in Stacey Smith, her talent is limitless to say the least. Also her personality is someone you can instantly mesh with. Her professionalism is top notch even when dealing with those crazy family members (we all have them and have to invite them to the wedding lol) I have never been more pleased. Also since my wedding she now photographs all my daughter's pictures and I couldn't be happier

Stacy Smith Photography not only photographed our wedding but she also did a boudoir shoot for me as well. She was very professional and helped cure my nervous for both occasions. Not only did she email with back and forth for ideas for the big day, she also did a few walk throughs at the venue to make sure we had the perfect shots.... She knew what was important to us for shots and got them all. We are beyond happy with our wedding photos... She was also able to capture some great candids of our friends enjoying the night with the band and was able to get a weddjng party of 22 to focus long enough to get all the bridal party shots I had I visioned...overall we made the right choice by having Stacy as our wedding photographer. Since then we have used her for maternity, and newborn photoshoots for our son... Very happy with her work.

I hired Stacy Smith Photography to photograph our intimate wedding and I was blown away! Not only did she walk me through all of the options that I had but the fact that I got to customize our wedding package was awesome! We didn't have to pay for anything extra that we didn't want or need (when planning a wedding we all know the budget gets tight and paying for unnecessary things is painful). She kept touching in with us to make sure we were all on the same page and I loved that working with her my ideas were heard and felt like she understood exactly what kind of pictures we were looking for. On the wedding day she and her assistant were troopers! It was so hot and humid out and the walked over a mile with our wedding party to the location for the pictures! Stacy straddled streams, laid on the ground, fixed my dress and even adjusted my strands of hair! All my guests at the wedding LOVED her and the other vendors loved working with her! We opted to get her photobooth and it was a HIT the guests loved it and the great book that she puts together with all the photo strips is such a great keepsake! After everything was packed up and she left I couldn't wait to see how the pictures came out, after all they are what you look back at to remember your special day. And needless to say I was completely in love with ever shot!! The pictures came out exactly as we wanted and they are truly the best way to remember our day. Anyone who is looking for that personal photographer that is willing to go above and beyond for your special day Stacy Smith is the one for you!

Let me start by saying that Stacy is a true professional. She is respectful, courteous, and most importantly she understood all of our visions. She exceeded all of our expectations. My husband is of an Indian descent, and I am as Irish as they come... Yes we did it!!!!! We planned a crazy big Indian wedding. I needed all the help I could get. Planning a wedding is hard enough, but planning an indian ceremony and all the little/big details was extremely overwhelming. I know we had to pick the perfect vendors to make this go off without a hitch. I started researching all the Indian vendors out there. We did a lot of research and we just couldn't find a photographer that really understood where we wanted to go with our vision. I was looking for someone with a lot of creativity and ideas. Well look no further than Stacy Smith Photography. Stacy blew our mind with her great ideas, that I didn't think anyone can pull off, well needless to say - she DID!!! From start to finish, she was incredible. She was just as excited as we were. She captured every important detail of our wedding. She went above and beyond, and that is how great she is. All you have left after your wedding is your pictures, and everytime anyone comments on our pictures - they are in amazement on how beautiful they came out. We couldn't be happier. Stacy Smith photographed my wedding in December 2014. From seeing the previous work she had done, I had absolutely no hesitation in having her photograph my wedding. She was phenomenal the day of the event. She put me at ease and was completely professional. The photos she captured are breathtaking. Stacy was absolutely wonderful! We had gotten a gift certificate from our friend for an engagement shoot. My husband and I weren't sure how it would go being as we had never done that before. We met and spoke with her multiple times beforehand and felt more comfortable going into the shoot. She made the experience exactly what it should be! She exceded all of our expectations. As soon as we saw the end result, we knew right then that she would be the photographer for our wedding! Stacy Smith and her team are simply awesome in every aspect from service to cost. We truly received our monies worth. They took all the traditional pictures you would expect, but the creativity of many of those poses as well as the candid shots were amazing. And if you want to talk about responsiveness and flexibility, the word "NO" was never used....instead we would hear "GOT IT!" And how many people can say that not one picture was blurry, out of focus or the color looks funky....we can! If you don't use this team you are doing yourselves a disservice. And as father of the bride, this was one vendor we could ( and you can) depend on to do the job on time, deliver when promised and guarantee the pricing...all with a big smile and the satisfaction of a job well done. Thank you for everything Stacy! You will always be our photographer of choice for any upcoming family or professional events.
