    It was wonderfull!! Plenty of space. Very clean. The groundskeeper very helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend them. Very pretty inside

    Friendly and Helpful People

    We had our wedding reception last Saturday at Blessed Sacrament St Joseph Hall. Tina, Kevin, and Bob were so incredibly helpful from my first day viewing the hall a year ago to the last minutes leading up to the end of the reception. We couldn't have asked for better service. The hall itself is very nice with excellent amenities your caterer will love you for. Lots of parking for everyone. I highly recommend, five out of five stars!

    Tina the facility manager was beyond amazing! She provided us with all the information we asked for in a timely manner, and she helped make sure we understood everything that we would need to do and provide.

    St John's parish hall was a beautiful setting for my daughter's wedding reception. The staff was great. They were very helpful from the time we reserved the hall. I would highly recommend this venue for your special day . They have many exrta options at this hall you can rent the fountain pop machine. The hall is provided a keg cooler and an ice machine along with many other amenities

    Tina was so friendly and helpful when we were choosing this venue. She always responded quickly when I had a question about the space. We got a ton of compliments on how nice it looked and it was really easy for our guests to find the venue. I would definitely recommend St John for anyone as a party venue!

    We had a very satisfying experience with Tina, the facilities coordinator for the St. John Center. We found the rental hall and attached kitchen to be VERY clean upon our arrival. During our set up, the maintenance man stopped by 2-3 times just to check in to see if we needed anything. The tables and chairs were easily accessed and there were plenty of plugs around the room for equipment, speakers, etc. The kitchen equipment was up to date and clean and easy to use. We had a very nice "monitor" that helped us clean up when we were finished but also kept a close eye on the people coming in and out of the facility, especially the teen guests. Overall, we would rent from Saint John's Family Center in a heartbeat!

    Everything was great, facilities manager was always responsive and the Hall was in great shape on the day of the reception, even with an emergency kitchen plumbing issue occurring just days before. Hall manager who was onsite for the set up and reception was very helpful too!!

    it was wonderful experience from start to finish! We had been at another venue for the past two years for this event and our guests loved it! We would love to rebook for this year as well.

    The banquet hall was in excellent condition!! The people we dealt with and the services were outstanding - we actually had a Class Reunion there, not a wedding reception, but I would highly recommend the facility for any event!! 5 Plus rating!!

    St. John was a beautiful place to hold our Ceremony as well as reception!! Father Andy is so nice and helped us through an amazing process leading up to our wedding day! The staff at St. John we also very friendly and helpful! They returned our calls in a timely manner and were very helpful in guiding us through a process we have never experienced before! It made our experience an incredible one at that!! Our wedding day was amazing, we can't think of one thing we would have changed! We'd like to thank Father, as well as all the staff that helped us! Our day was absolutely perfect!!

    The venue was made available at the time we agreed on and being able to use the kitchen was a big help for my daughters graduation party. My only complaint was the party the night before left a bit of a mess in the kitchen with unwashed dishes and spilled stuff in the oven but we were not held responsible and it wasn't real hard to clean or remedy. We will be renting again for daughter number 2 ..

    The hall looked great when we arrived with the tables all set up! Our onsite hall supervisor (sorry that I forgot his name) was available and let us know he could help with any needs or concerns. He put out the sign that announced our event and otherwise we didn't need him. It was nice to know he was available if we did have any issues! The kitchen was clean and perfect for our needs! Great place for an event!

    Tina is amazing! She made sure we had everything we needed. It was so convenient to be able to rent the pop fountain and be able to use the kitchen. It was also nice that they have a linen service they work with and they were able to come set up the chair covers the night before. Clean up was super easy too. We received so many compliments on the Parish Hall, everybody that came loved it. So happy we chose them for our reception venue.

    Make sure to ask about all the amenities that are available to rent. We were able to rent the dishwasher and the fountain pop machine. It helped us from having to bring in all the pop for the mixed drinks.

    The hall was absolutely perfect for our wedding day! The bathrooms were extremely clean and beautiful. The set up was easy and convenient (we set up ourselves, but it was extremely easy for us and anyone there would help guide you). The location of the bar allowed us to serve our guests in an efficient manor and helped us organize where we wanted the food to be set up. My husband and I were on a separate stage that they set up and it made us stand out as the guests of honor! The kitchen was perfect for our caterer to use, and there is a huge freezer for you to use for food or even for flowers if you need. This hall was perfect for our wedding day and I'm beyond happy with it!

    We rented the south end room in the activity center for my daughter's bridal shower. It was a great venue, very clean and the staff was so accommodating. Definitely happy with the choice.

    St. John and Tina were fantastic to work with. We were abloe to do our own think. Get our cater we want. Pick our own DJ, etc it was fantastic from start to finish.

    The Wedding Shower was elegant and comfortable at the St John Campus in Davison. The circle drive to the entrance doors was convenient for dropping off the grandma of the bride who is elderly and frail. There was ample parking. The building coordinator, Tina, made planning easy with access to table clothes, napkins, table, chairs, and chair covers. The options of rooms provided just the size room we needed for our guest. All our guest enjoyed comfortable visiting and dining during the wedding shower. Each of the family members who planned the wedding shower brought a dish to pass and shared the price of buying a meat and cheese tray. Thank you to St. John's for having such a nice room to rent for our family's special event!

    We chose this location for my daughters wedding reception because of location, size of the hall and the kitchen facilities. We had approximately 350 guests, which the hall comfortably accommodated. The kitchen facilities and bar area were excellent! Bathrooms were also very nice and clean, which was very important. Anytime I had a question, I received a response back immediately! Payment plan was also a plus! Brochures were given for everything from caterers to decorators, which was extremely helpful. My daughters wedding was absolutely beautiful and I am so glad we chose this location for her special day!!

    I have utilized this venue for several different events including bridal/baby showers and graduation parties. The facility is always very neat and clean. The kitchen facilities have everything you would need (large refrigerators, ice machine, several sinks, many ovens). The staff is very helpful, flexible and accomodating to your needs. I always recommend this venue to anyone who would is looking for a place to hold an event.

    St. John parish hall was the perfect venue for our reception. Planning a wedding is stressful and expensive. This hall was fairly priced and the staff was great. They were friendly and very helpful. The venue was clean and well kept. The bathrooms were very clean and neat. I do not have one bad thing to say about our experience here. Anyone near the area should definitely consider them.

    This venue gave you the freedom to make your wedding what you wish. We decorated, brought in our own food and music, and in turn they provided a safe, clean atmosphere.

    5 Stars!!!! We we're so lucky to have our reception at St.Johns Parish Hall. We we're allowed to decorate the day before the wedding and we had time and no one rushed us out. The day of our wedding we we're even lucky to have our DJ and cake to arrive at least 5 hours early to get set up. They unlocked the doors so we didn't have to worry. Tina was exceptional!!! She always answered my phone calls or text messages even when I had bridezilla moments;). We're so thankful and grateful by how everyone treated us!!! Made our wedding amazing!

    My husband and I had our ceremony and reception at St. John's in May. Everyone we worked with and spoke with on the phone made all the planning and process very easy and stress free on us. Our options were clear and there were many to choose from. Everyone was very kind and we really enjoyed getting to know other couples that we're getting married there or having their reception there as well. Highly recommend to everyone regardless of the size of the ceremony or reception they have a space perfect for your family and friends

    I was very glad I chose this place as my venue. We had our ceremony outside under the pavilion and then our guests went inside the hall for the reception. We were able to bring in our own caterer, DJ, bartenders and other vendors. The outdoor pavilion is a beautiful area with lots of trees. We got some beautiful pictures out there in the sunny weather. The hall is very nice, great for someone who doesn't have a ton of money to spend on a venue. We did our own decorating on the tables and it turned out beautiful! Our guests had an awesome time at our wedding!

    As a member of St. John, I knew I wanted to hold my reception at the family center. However, I had never worked with the staff before, so I was a little unsure of how 'wedding planning' at my church would actually go. Tina was so helpful and made sure we had the perfect day. Every detail was carefully planned for our reception and nothing was left unfinished. It was a relief to walk in and not have to worry about anything. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a great place to hold their reception. The extra room we rented on the side of the gym was the perfect place for our bar/lounge and created a separate area for our guests to mingle and relax. We had an exact layout of where the tables and chairs would be, and what the area would look like prior to our big day. Not only that, but it easily held all 350 of our guests without being cramped!! Thanks so much for making our wedding day so perfect.

    Used one of the small halls at St. Johns Davison for my nieces bridal shower. The venue was clean and we had ample space for 65 guests plus food, drink and gift tables. The kitchen was at our disposal too and it was clean. Everyone on staff was very professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend this venue!

    We utilized the small activity hall for a HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION OPEN HOUSE. Facilities are spacious, clean, well-lit, air-conditioned and easily accessible. This hall also offers versatile layout options and includes a warming oven for catering services as well as a roomy refrigerator to store cold items. We consider this rental option well worth the cost because we didn't have to worry about the weather, temperature or bugs!!

    St. John's Banquet hall was very large and able to accommodate our large wedding reception! Tina and her staff are awesome; very professional and helpful. Everything went well with no issues. I would recommend this hall to anyone looking.

    Fabulous venue and support staff

    Fabulous venue that fully met our vision. Facilities Manager was very supportive of the specific needs required for our fundraising event. They also made great recommendations to help us save money on decorations and equipment rentals. I would recommend working with these professionals anytime.

    St. John’s Family Center was the perfect venue for us to hold our wedding reception! Tina, the facility supervisor, is great to work with. She is very responsive and answers all questions, and provides suggestions with what she’s seen from her experiences in this position. It is a very affordable space and our party of almost 300 guests enjoyed themselves. Thank you for helping to make our day special!

    We are members of the church and we wanted to keep everything at one location. We selected the small hall inside the family center and it was perfect for our 100 guests reception.

    Tina was wonderful to work with and very accommodating with our schedule and letting us drop by to take measurements, etc. Everyone we worked with the day of was helpful and courteous. Definitely helped things go smoothly!

    Very spacious hall, with large kitchen! I liked having the choice of long tables or round tables. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice venue!

    Our company has used St. John's events rooms to conduct the Dale Carnegie Course, a twelve-week training program to business professionals numerous times. We have always been impressed by the clean location, inside and out, the professionalism by Mrs. Simmonds the coordinator, and her staff. We have found the facility charge a good value and will continue using this venue for future trainings.

    We were able to get into the hall even earlier that expected so that was a great relief! I gave the slightly lower rating only because the potential of a funeral dinner was very possible which would have caused a delay in all the hall decorating. I of course understand the importance of the funeral dinner but at that point of the whole wedding process you need things to progress as planned since it effects so many different vendors as well as the nervous bride and the already stressed mother of the bride! I must say that the hall works very well with other vendors. My "dream team" was Black Tie Productions, Bon Appetit, Special Occasions, The Whole 9 Yards and Centennial Images. 5 stars for them all!!!

    We used the activity center for an open house. It was pricey but the venue worked out great! Only thing that I would have liked is if the setting up of the table and chairs would have been included in the fee. That was a lot to get all that set up.

    I loved the Blessed Sacrament Hall where my wedding reception was located. The hall was clean and affordable for my budget. I would recommend this hall to anyone looking for a venue to host any event!

    Bob the hall supervisor/security guard was AMAZING and very helpful. There is a room available to store your totes or boxes for easy access for clean up. The kitchen is large, the bar area is large, the bathrooms are newly remodeled and look great, and there is plenty of parking. They do charge an additional $100 if you want to go in Friday and decorate. They rent linens and will set up the tables for you for a fee. Overall this is a great place for a wedding reception.

    I've had only good experiences at St. John's Community Center. They are accommodating, affordable, and it is easily accessible from I-69/I-75. I am a multiple repeat customer.

    By the way, this was not a wedding, but a high school graduation open house, so the questions don't exactly fit.

    So many people commented on how nice the hall was. They are wonderful to work with. The on-site supervisor was very helpful. He even assisted with some set up and tear down. I would definitely recommend them and will use them for future events

    Overall the time at the hall was great! But however the woman who represented the hall the night of my reception (7/28/18) was very rude. There was an over flow in the men’s bathroom, and when she was told about it by one of my guests, she simply got the mop out and handed it to my guest to go clean up. That to me was very unprofessional of her. And she was very rude at the end of the night when we were cleaning up. If it hadn’t been for her, I would have given this a 5 star rating. But she completely put a damper on our night there.

    The venue for the ceremony and reception was great for what we needed. I only wish that we had been able to rent linens from the place of our choice. We could not afford the prices offered by the required linen service.

    This venue was exacting the setting we needed for our 200 guest wedding reception. It had everything we needed including kitchen, bar, space, and overall atmosphere at a price we could afford. I would definitely recommend The Parish Hall as a rental option for your next event!

    The hall itself was just what we were looking for. For a reception of 200+, it was just the right size. It is absolutely stunning when decorated. Bathrooms are large and clean. However, I was disappointed in the price. Paid $1200, and then was not allowed to decorate on Friday before reception unless we paid an additional $100 fee. Side rooms in hall are another additional charge, as is fountain pop machine....Not quite what I expected from a Catholic Church.

    Wedding reception

    Was NOT happy at all.. There to much for me to write it would long, so to make it short, it seemed as if it was always something.. From be not being told in the beginning that we would have to be out of the hall by 9pm the day before that I paid extra for, to them making my cater two hours behind (because no one was there to let them in) so that puts everything else that far beyond, to having the custodian hover over everything anyone did, and my bartender (who does this for a living) and that was uncalled for when I was told they would just be in a room,and out of or way.. Just not happy at all and I will never recommend anyone to them, and that takes a LOT for me to do or feel like that

    The staff was awesome and quick to respond to any questions. Dan, the maintenance man, was on hand thorugh our entire event to help and assist in anyway. The Party was PERFECT!
