Far and above exceeded expectations! Couldn't be happier
There is not enough praise that I could give about Travis and his team to do him or his craft justice. Initially, I thought we would not be having a wedding videographer as one of our vendors, but then I thought of the reality and magnitude of this event for us personally and the tendency I have to somewhat "black out" during important or significant life moments, and am so so so happy that I came to my senses and now have such a beautiful way to look back on our special day. Travis was referred to me by our wedding photographer and from the get-go and me reaching out for initial info, he could not have been more communicative or responsive! He was so quick in response and not only answered all of my questions but offered so many options for us and provided many examples to give a glimpse into his body of work. Truly, Travis needed no direction from me whatsoever and was the first professional on site on the wedding day even before our wedding coordinator and ready to get to work! I cannot say how awesome it is that he does not limit the amount of hours that he works to collect and shoot all aspects of your special day, to me, that is a rare find and truly admirable dedication to creating the best representation of such a jam packed event. He did so much work into getting every little detail of the day, including drone footage, which was so awesome and a huge bonus for my husband who thought it was so cool and unique in showing the scene of the day and truly captured exactly what we wanted our guests to experience in person in the lush beautiful hills of Eureka Springs. When I realized Travis was also a former high school educator like myself, it made the hire even more special to me personally too. I believe that teaching gives you such a unique perspective and appreciation for your craft and I deeply admire Travis and his dedication to creating visual art and him sharing his artistry with us! Coming into the day and all throughout, he knew exactly what he wanted and made everything happen that he needed to in order to create such an amazing video for us that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. This review is coming in very tardy (almost 10 months after our wedding) and I am still beaming with joy and so impressed by our wedding video. Not only it is visually amazing, but somehow, he was able to edit and get the video to us within 2 days of our wedding! I cannot imagine how much time and effort it takes to putting together the video with edits and audio and music, but in such a short amount of time, Travis made miracles happen and I cannot tell you how many people have complimented us on the video and Travis' work and how many said that they have genuinely never seen a better wedding video than ours and were so impressed at how fast he was able to produce and publish such a wonderfully shot and edited video. I cannot say enough and could go on literally for days at how great our experience was with Travis and would recommend him to any event 1000%! Thank you Travis, we will forever be grateful for your professionalism and part in helping us keep the memories of our wedding day alive and so well represented! Right off the bat when we booked with Travis he was very communicative and answered our questions in a very timely manner. Upon meeting him on wedding day, he was the nicest, and most professional person and ensured that we were comfortable, he also captured the most important parts of our wedding day! Another amazing thing is that his turnaround time is very fast. We received our sneak peak of our video 1 day after our wedding, and then received the full video the next. We didn’t have to wait weeks to hear from him to receive our video which was greatly appreciated My husband and I both 1000% recommend booking Travis to capture your day!

We couldn't have been happier with our choice of videographer for our destination wedding in Jamaica! Travis was an absolute gem to work with from start to finish. Travis was absolutely incredible to work with! Him and his team were so helpful, captured so many amazing shots, and helped make our wedding day so special. He had a super quick turnaround on both the teaser video and our full 14 minute wedding video, and they both were stunning. I have some experience with video editing and was amazed at how fast he was able to turn them around. Travis and his team are AMAZING. We are soooo happy we chose them as our videographer. I was referred to Travis by a friend and from the moment I made my first contact with him, he was very responsive, helpful, and excited to help answer any questions. All of the contractual things went very smooth and figuring out our timeline for the day of our wedding was a breeze too. Travis and his team are so professional and extremely talented. They know exactly what they’re doing and it shows. Not only are they talented videographers, they are also great people to shoot with! We used Travis for our big day and he was absolutely amazing. I couldn't recommend him and his team enough. He and his team gave us direction on the important shots and grabbed candid ones throughout the day! He helped coordinate things so we didn't miss a beat throughout the day. We never ever felt like we were being pulled in a million directions despite it being the big day for us. He is extremely responsive, professional, everything you could need in a videographer. I’ve watched many wedding videos on Facebook or instagram and cried when I didn’t even know the people getting married…. I never dreamt that could be me.
Travis made that happen. He worked with me for a destination wedding. Coordinated all the loose ends for me when I was to busy or stressed to think. Made me a timeline, traveled to us, and knocked it out of the park!!! He has an eye for everything wedding and film. He made the best day of my life into a video that I now could NEVER LIVE WITHOUT. When my husband and I watched the one minute teaser we both called our eyes out as he captured the most precious moments of my life.
I can tell you I have been in multiple weddings (never the bride until now) and he is amazing to work with, effortless in fact. It’s like he swooped in did all the most amazing things and swooped out. Had our video to us in days even though it was over the Thanksgiving holiday.
I’m always a critic of pictures and me on video and he made me look better than I could have imagined.
He comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and worked beautifully with my amazing photographer!!!

Travis and his team were absolutely awesome. Everyone always told me that your wedding day would be a blur because of everything going on, and now I totally understand! Which is why I would recommend a videographer to any bride! Fit it in the budget, it is totally worth it. Travis and his team were there for every big part of the day. They were so great to work with throughout the entire process. He responds very quickly to inquiries and I was so excited when the video was complete within a week of the wedding! The turnaround time is unbelievable, especially with the high quality video! My entire family cried watching it and I can't wait to watch it each year. Professional, Fun, and Captured Everything!
Travis was absolutely amazing. Going into our wedding day, one of the most important purchases for us was our videographer, and SS pictures was the aboslute perfect choice. They were there all day to capture all of the best moments. The day goes by so fast that it's hard to take everything in, but whenever we watch our video, we feel like we didn't miss a thing. They were super professional, but so much fun to have around, and we couldn't be happier with the results. And they had the video to us in just 3 days! I couldn't have asked for better. Travis and Amber made my wedding video dreams come true even in the midst of a global pandemic.
Back in June, Grayson and I were unable to have the 300+ wedding we had spent months of planning but instead we had a small intimate ceremony with our closest friends and family. It was beautiful and so perfect. Travis was SO flexible with me and understanding about creating the video I had dreamt of forever. He worked with me for months trying to figure out what we could do and he came up with the most creative idea and the most beautiful wedding video. Travis delivered the PERFECT wedding video! When my hair dresser forgot to come he even offered to help me find someone. Besides that, there were no added stresses to him being there. He made me feel like everything was caught on camera and is very creative with his shots.

I would use Travis again and again. My wedding was during the COVID Craziness and they made it extremely easy to reschedule our wedding. Travis listened to my crazy idea to film us hiking out to Hawksbill Crag, récord our ceremony and produce a video in time for our reception that evening. He loved it! And perfected it!! Travis, is totally awesome! I got married late May when some of the restrictions of COVID-19 had been lifted but because of COVID wedding plans had changed like venue and a few other details. Travis, was very understanding and flexible! He was very organized and professional if I had any questions he was quick to respond. Travis showed up early that morning on our wedding day to get footage and stayed until we left that night! He had a trailer sent to us less than 24 hours after the wedding and the video was finished within the same week! The video captured the day perfectly! There was clip in the video that I wanted changed and he was quick to make the change and get it back to me without a problem at all! He captured all the special moments and combined it perfectly. I love the way he drew different parts of the video based off what was being said or read in the letter. Travis is the best and will go above and beyond with your wedding video. You will not be disappointed with his service!

Travis and Arrow did such an incredible job with our wedding video. I booked him on fairly short notice (2 weeks out) and Travis worked quickly with both myself and my vendors to make sure he had all the information he needed to make the video we were envisioning. The drone footage was totally out of this world, but most importantly he made both my husband and myself feel so comfortable on our wedding day and that was a big contributor to how well the video turned out. Every time I watch our video it brings me to tears, and I can't thank both Travis and Arrow enough for helping us capture the memories of our day!

When planning my wedding, choosing to have a videographer was one of the last decisions I made. I did not know if I wanted to spend the money. BUT LET ME TELL YOU. Travis and his wife traveled all the way to Hawaii with us to shoot our wedding day, and we were left with some of the most stunning footage I could have ever hoped for! He put together a gorgeous video of our ceremony that we were able to play at our wedding reception back home, and then shot our reception and put the footage all together! My wife and I met Travis Sherman in high school when we were seniors! He was our Television Production teacher and his movie work was amazing! When we got engaged, he was the first one we thought of! He is fantastic and would recommend to everyone for ANYTHING!

SS Pictures seriously made our wedding day!!! Travis was so kind and flexible throughout the day, we couldn't wait to see the final product. It took only 1 day to receive a teaser video, and 3 days to receive the final product... talk about a quick turn around! The best video we have ever seen, he truly captures raw emotions. Travis was so easy to deal with throughout the wedding process, he was very organized and on top of things. Wouldn't recommend anyone else!

Travis and his team were incredible throughout this entire process! From the initial meeting, to the rehearsal dinner, to the final exit, they were nothing but professional and an absolute pleasure to work with! The gear that they utilize is amazing and their talent is off the charts! We got our teaser back the following Monday and the final video was completed in less than a week! To tell you it was stunning is an understatement. We could not be happier with our decision to work with Travis and his team, absolutely worth every penny and then some!!

SS PICTURES IS AWESOME!! This is the second wedding that I have witnessed and been involved with them doing the videography, and the quality of work and value for the product is second to none!! Travis was amazing! So professional, didn't interfere with the day at all, just captured everything perfectly. I met before with him to tell him what was important for our video and he gave us the perfect one! This is totally worth spending the money on because not only do you get to relive what you experienced but you get to see the things you missed!

If any bride is looking for a videographer Travis is your guy!! In the beginning of wedding planning I wasn't really sure I even wanted a video or to spend the money but it was by far the best decision I made!!! Travis was so quick to answer any questions I had and was so easy to work with! When we received the video we were blown away at how amazing it truly was and the quality is incredible!!!!! His turnover time is the best, he had it done so fast and we've watched the video 100 times since!! We absolutely loved everything! Travis you are so talented! Girls do this, it's so worth it!!! My husband and I are forever grateful we fit a videographer in our budget! But words can't express how flawlessly Travis's work is! He captured our wedding day so much better than we could have ever imagined. Almost 2 weeks later, were both bawling watching the video as we can only remember bits and pieces since the night flew by! I would recommend Travis and his team to every bride I know! 5 stars truly isn't enough. From my first conversations with Travis, he was quick to return my emails. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and he was very thorough. On the wedding day, he and Shane were extremely friendly, unobtrusive, and professional. Everyone felt so comfortable around them, even with a camera around! We chose the Relive the Moment package, and we are so overjoyed with the final product. It stormed on our wedding day, something most brides don't want to relive! But Travis turned this into a true work of art that is so unique. He gave us EVERYTHING that we wanted and more, and remained so patient and kind throughout the entire editing process. We also received the raw footage, and seeing behind the scene clips is another treasure that we will be able to watch forever. I can't say enough about this team. I have had friends tell me they are envious of our video wishing they had this same caliber on their wedding day. I was initially on the fence about hiring a videographer because of budget reasons -- but thank goodness we did! I can't imagine not having this priceless gift. I would absolutely recommend using SS Pictures for your big day!

I do not have the proper adjectives to describe the dynamic duo of Travis and Arrow Sherman (as well as their incredible staff). I did a great deal of research and interviewing prior to selecting a photographer/videographer for our wedding and after speaking with Travis and Arrow, I knew they were a perfect fit. They are sweet, kind, understanding, workable, knowledgeable, informative, thorough, patient, innovative and extremely professional. We fell in love with them as a couple as well as for their services. We received our video from Travis and we can't stop watching it. We have circulated it to our friends/family and they can't stop watching it. We are all moved to tears every time we view it. He did such an amazing job on every aspect of it. The words, songs, moments, toasts, dancing and every other aspect chosen for the video were perfect in defining our ceremony and reception. Our pictures are gorgeous...same as with the video, every moment was captured with perfect lighting and timing. We did not have any preconceived ideas of what pictures we wanted taken, but Arrow (and her team) were able to create some of the most amazing photo opportunities and settings. We cannot say enough nice things about this amazing couple and the incredible work they do. I cannot imagine anyone else shooting my wedding...we will forever be grateful to the two of them (and their staff) for doing such an amazing job.

SS Pictures does above and beyond! The quality of their work is outstanding. They are courteous and professional at all times. They do not put any extra work on the bride or bridal party when capturing a wedding, they are almost like a fly on the wall. I would recommend them to anyone looking for videography work in NWA!

We were so incredibly thrilled to have SS Pictures, PLLC do our wedding videography! They worked so hard the entire day of the wedding and were happy to get every shot that we wanted. Our video was ready in less than a WEEK and it is so amazing! I'd choose to use them again & again!

Found out one month before my wedding we didn't have a videographer as planned. I spent the day hectically looking, and had Travis recommended by several people. He some how had our weekend open and we booked! IT WAS THE BEST DECISION I MADE. He was SO prompt replying to emails and addressing any questions or concerns I had. His guys were extremely professional. I hardly noticed them all day, yet they captured everything I wanted. Our video turned out SOOO good. It is something we will hold on tight to forever. There is no going wrong when it comes to using SS Pictures. Incredible quality, service, and experience!

Completely speechless and overwhelmed with emotion. SS Pictures offers exactly what the title says... To Relive The Moment. I've been to countless weddings and been in A LOT of them, but I never realized how fast the day would go by when it was me that was the bride! Travis has given us something we will be able to hold onto forever. I am so thankful The Lord put SS Pictures in our path and that they agreed to take on the Kelly-Friend wedding and create this memory that I've now watched over 25 times and I've cried every single time.
