Steve was absolutely the best from the very first moment my mom and I met him. We instantly knew he had to be our wedding DJ. He brought incredible energy, kept everyone on the dance floor all night, and truly helped make our wedding the time of our lives. Club Wedding Afterparty
SR Entertainment Group turned our afterparty into our own personal club. We got their laser light display that completely changed the vibe of our reception room. We hired DJ ShortKutz through SREG, and each song was better than the next. The energy was unmatched, and we didn't want our night to end. SREG helped make the last moments of our wedding day some of the best memories.

Exceeded All Expectations!!! Dream come true!!!
Steven and his team made our Wedding day absolutely spectacular!!!! Steven is a true professional and is extremely talented. We also booked three Russian singers along with Steven and his team - and Steven made it seem like they have been working together for years (even though it was actually their first time). The flow was incredible and Steven was playing drums and the Sax player was also integrated beautifully even while the Russian Singers were doing their own set.
Steven and his team were able to seamlessly coordinate our cultures - Russian Ukrainian Jewish American and all of our guests were blown away by his performance. He hyped everyone up so much and did so in a classy and professional way.
During the planning process - we had very specific requests. Steven was extremely particular and attentive to detail during our prep meetings. He created a whole outline of the reception & ceremony and respected and genuinely made sure to emphasize all of our little quirks that we needed during certain moments of the show. He was very careful and ensured that everything was perfect.
We would highly recommend SR Entertainment and everyone should be more than confident with trusting them to make their special day absolutely perfect.

No better option!
Our wedding felt like the BEST party ever all thanks to Steven and his team. From start to finish, the dance floor was packed. Even people who never dance were out there having the time of their lives. It seriously felt like a nightclub in the best way!
The live saxophone was insane, the live singer was unbelievable, and Steven just got the vibe. He knew exactly how to read the room and took things to the next level all night long hyping everyone up and encouraging the crowd to get wilder and wilder.
What made it even more special is that Steven MC’d my parents’ wedding 26 years ago and here he was making our big night unforgettable too. He was also so easy to communicate with and really listened to what we wanted. He totally understood the vibe we were going for and delivered it perfectly.
We’ve been getting nonstop texts and calls saying it was the best wedding our guests have ever been to and we couldn’t agree more. If you want an unforgettable, high-energy party, SR Entertainment is who you want! I could not recommend them more!!! THE ABSOLUTE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!

We had the pleasure of working with Steven Retas, and we can't say enough about how amazing he was! From the start, it was clear how passionate he is about his craft. He met with us beforehand to go over the questionnaire we had sent, ensuring he covered all the genres and songs we wanted to hear. His attention to detail was incredible.
On the night of the wedding, he kept the energy up from start to finish, with nearly all of our guests—yes, even the older generations—dancing the entire night! He knew exactly how to read the crowd and kept the vibe lively and fun. One of the highlights was when he took the night to the next level with a competition to see which table was the rowdiest—everyone loved it!

We worked with SR Entertainment for our wedding this June 2024. Tommy and Steve took the time to sit with us and make sure every little detail was worked out before our big day. My husband and I got married at the Venetian last year on June 17th, 2023. Something Extra made our wedding day so much more amazing than we ever could’ve thought it would be. I don’t even know where to begin to explain the amazing quality and energy in which SR Entertainment brought to my wedding. The timeline they followed for my wedding was so thoroughly mapped out and perfect. Not only did they keep the energy up till the last minute of the night, every song I wanted to dance to was played throughout the night at all the right moments and made it that much more personal. The sparklers were phenomenal, they were lit multiple times throughout the wedding during beat drops and of course during all the highlighted/special moments. With Steven Retas, no body left the dance floor. They come highly recommended!

Truly cant say enough great things about SR entertainment! They had everyone dancing all night long, they played just about all the songs I gave them on my list and more! Tommy was a pleasure to work with from discussing my photobooth to floor wrap, he knew exactly what I wanted and really executed it all. Steven is a true entertainer and doesnt stop all night long!!! I HIGHLY recommend SR ENTERTAINMENT GROUP for absolutely any, and all WEDDINGS, PARTIES, VENUES, ETC. They have a tremendous level of EXPERIENCE, & PROFESIONALISM. My Wife and I hired SR GROUP for our wedding we had never used them before we had spoke with about 8-10 different entertainment groups prior and we knew that they were the one! Since our first meeting with Thomas we left RELIEVED that we were making the absolute best choice. Tom had shown us the amazing work he had done prior alongside Steve and we couldn't believe our eyes! My first thought was this is gonna be expensive!! There are not enough words to express how INSANELY AMAZING and TALENTED SR Entertainment Group is. Steve made all of my wedding dreams come true. Steve is the definition of entertainer he along with the amazing DJ who knew how to mix every single song from every genre. The saxophone guy was just so talented and people were giving standing ovations for his performance. Tommy helped us tremendously with the whole process & helped everything go super smooth. I had my wedding on Friday September 15th. Since our first meeting with Thomas, we felt like family. These guys are honest, straight forward and ready to work with you and go to incredible lengths to make your day the best it can be. Thomas is quick to answer a call or text message, there is no not answering and "waiting on them" if anything they are waiting on you. They have everything single possible instance covered, I was blown away. Their knowledge and professionalism are undeniable, I still have people calling me and asking me who the DJ was, it was the talk of the party. Steven is an unbelievable Showman, MC and entertainer. He knows exactly how to keep the party going at the highest level. I mean it was almost a problem getting people off the dance floor for dinner the music was so on point. He covered every genre and told me st the end of the night they played over 200 songs. We didn't care about, food, cake, dessert, everyone just wanted to keep dancing.
Plain and simple if you don't book this company for your wedding, good luck with whatever you chose because you have made a grave mistake. These guys are the number one entertainment company I have ever seen and if I could I'd get married again just so I could have these guys play. You guys made the night unforgettable!

Steven Retas is nothing short of a Magician. Because what he created at my daughters wedding was nothing short of MAGICAL. He provided the most amazing entertainment, transformed The already magnificent Russos On The Bay into a jaw dropping room, between the magnificent staging, up lighting, gorgeous vinyl floor overlay, beautifully lit Dias, The Jersey Boys, Las Vegas Dancers… Mr. Retas, you told me you would be Master of Ceremonies… but you are nothing short of a Magician. From the timing, to execution, the music was spot on. Everyone, all 387 people, were on that dance floor, even our 88 year old Grandpa, 89 year old Zia, my cousin with a double knee replacement… the vibe was enchanting. Everything we could have hoped for!
SR Entertainment Group were absolutely fantastic to work with. We were in good hands from start to finish. They were easy to get in touch with and to speak to, they were receptive and collaborative to our ideas and needs. Everything you could want and more!
They played music that kept everyone on the dance floor from the first song to the last! We had people ages from 20-70 who didn’t want to sit down at all! At one point almost every person was dancing!
Steve was amazing on the drums! Everyone who talked to me after the wedding said how different it was!
They also did an amazing job with our photo montage!

AMAZING! Highly Recommend!
Words cannot describe how amazing they are. The entire dance floor was full of people the whole night. Not one person was sitting down. They knew exactly what to do to keep people dancing. Would HIGHLY recommend them. Through our several postponements of the wedding, they were super accommodating and made the whole process not stressful at all. They listened to what we wanted and did exactly that and more. AMAZING!

SR Entertaiment is one of a kind! They had all of my guests out of their chair and truly created the envisioned atmosphere for our wedding. From the Sax player to Steve mcing and everything in between they literally blew my guests away!! People will be raving about this wedding for a long time!!

The best of the best
We booked our wedding reception to make sure we could have SR Entaintainment and no one else!!! They are the absolute best!! Our friends and families have been talking about how great the music was at it since the reception and we will forever be! The energy from Steven and Thomas is irreplaceable and we will never forget our experience. They took the time since day one to work with us on everything we needed, every detail they gave great suggestions and put on amazing show with Steven on the drums in addition to the saxophone player … we couldn’t have asked for better!!!! They made the party the party and we are so thankful for this once in a lifetime reception it was like a dream !!!!

The BEST Decision
There are not enough words to describe how amazing SR Entertainment made our wedding. They say the right entertainment at your event is everything - and from experience I can tell you that Steven, Thomas, and everyone at SR Entertainment is 100% the right entertainment. It was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. Not only do they create a program tailored to your likes, and your guests - but they have the ability to feel the vibes in the room and know what is needed at the exact right time.... that’s talent. Two weeks later and my guests are still talking about how fabulous and insane our entertainment was. True professionals who have been in this business for years, these guys know what they are doing! I booked SR Entertainment for my engagement party! I had to postpone the party twice. They were very understanding and accommodating. They have been so wonderful to work with. If you are looking for your wedding to be a true party, filled with amazing music and an even more amazing MC, you've came to the right place. Steven was absolutely incredible MC and truly got the party going - we literally had guests dancing on chairs. SR Entertainment Group was so great to work with during the process - we dealt with Tommy and he was such a pleasure. Tommy always answered timely and even made last minute adjustments.

After searching for a DJ for some time we came across SR through wedding wire. Upon reaching out we were immediately greeted with kindness and professionalism from Tommy. We went in for a meeting with Steven and tommy and spoke about what we wanted for our wedding and for our budget and we were very excited to get a wonderful package all while staying in our price range. Every meeting after booking was smooth, easy and pleasant. Communication was always quick , questions answered clearly and in a timely manner. Our wedding was incredible. People are still complimenting it to this day. People danced and partied all night. Highly highly recommend this DJ company.

Honest to god. Tom Steve and the crew were absolutely freakin amazing !!!! Like actually our favorite vendor. They make you feel like family and just put everything they have into this. We added on the vocalist and sax and it’s an absolute freakin must !!!! Like completely changed the vibe everyone went crazy with it. Everyone was dancing on chairs on each other shoulders and everything. We had a crazy variety of songs on our list and they mixed everything in perfectly. Put yourself at ease and just book them! You are guaranteed to have the best party EVER! My Experience working with Steven and Tommy was extremely professional they are hysterical also. Steven puts his heart and soul Into every performance and it is so noticeable. I’ve had Guests from both of my parties saying “OMG where did you get this DJ ? he’s beyond amazing“ He has every age group you can imagine up on the dance floor. I had from ages 16-80 years old and YES My 80 year old aunt was dancing with her napkin on the dance floor! We were the first of our friends to get married and everyone knows who there using for their wedding! “Steven Retas of course is doing my wedding! His entertainment is everything”. I’ve had the maitre D come over to me at my wedding and say “ Wow I’ve been doing this a long time & I’ve never seen such a fun party”. I cannot say enough good things about SR Entertainment Group!! We had previously seen their company at a family members wedding last year and we knew we had to have them! Let me tell you we could not have been happier with our decision. They made our entire wedding!! Everyone is still talking about them! From the first visit with Thomas and Steven we knew we were in good hands. They take the time to listen to what you’re looking for on your special day and make it come alive. The music had a perfect flow and covered everything. Steven really knew how to work the crowd and had our guests from old to young dancing all night and his percussion skills were AWESOME! And speaking of awesome do yourself a favor and book the sax player if you can. AMAZING!! Trust me you will not be disappointed. Steven and his team truly blew me away from the first meeting down to our wedding day! They truly put on quite the party and I never danced so hard in my life! From the first song to the last song they kept the whole crowd involved and dancing, even my husband danced and he NEVER dances. If you’re thinking of having some live music incorporated, I HIGHLY recommend it! The sax player was absolutely AMAZING!! All of our guests are still talking about him because his talent is like no other! My dad loves the saxophone and had him in tears! S.R Entertainment is 100% the best and ONLY option to go with!! Steven and his team are phenomenal! We were looking for a company who would be able to please both our Puerto Rican and Italian guests, and SR knocked it out of the park. They played exactly what we wanted to hear, got EVERYONE up out of their seats (some were even dancing ON their seats), and everyone had a blast. We couldn't have hired a better company. From the beginning, SR was easy to communicate with, they were prepared the day of, they read our crowd well, and everything was flawless. My Guyanese and Italian Wedding
I am happy to say that I made a great decision to have the SR Entertainment Group at my wedding. I was skeptical at first because my wedding was a fusion of cultures and to be quite frank, ”what would they know about Bollywood, Chutney and Soca ?” Well I would learn the day of my wedding that SR Entertainment Group did more than convince me. They convinced my guests too. My guest were dancing the Tarantella, Bollywood hits and of course everything in between to cover the fusion.
They played everything and covered every genre requested. My dance floor was filled 90% of the time.
I am still in shock of how beautiful and perfect it all went down.
Everyone keeps telling me how great my MC Frankie was. He did an amazing job. Everyone compliments me about him. They loved his energy, his personality and his presentation all around. Almost every one of my guest have told me that they were greeted by him. I am shocked, I had a guest list of 255.
I’ve been told over and over that my DJ was “Worth Every Penny and More”.
The team treated us like family that meant a lot. We were guests at our event.
I was happy that Thomas made it his duty to show up to my reception to make sure all went well. It was important to him that everything I asked for was executed and that meant a lot to me.
The SR Entertainment Group treated me like family and I couldn’t ask for more. I am truly happy.

Fantastic Fun and enjoyable
SR Entertainment was amazing. They played exactly what we wanted and went off of the vibe from the crowd. We were very happy with our decision they made it effortless for us!

The best ever.
So my event was Latino. I was worried about that, but Steve and his team just had magic and made that night amazing. Everyone had a blast the DJ was awesome, It was just all the best. Thomas was always on top of everything. Loved them all.

SR Entertainment Group was hands down one of the best parts of our wedding! They had everyone on the dance floor and at one point our guests were standing on chairs dancing! If you are looking to have a great party and make sure your guests are dancing than Steve and his crew are for you!

Steven and his team were amazing! Throughout our interactions we never felt pressured or hassled. Customer service is a top priority for the SR team. They did an amazing job incorporating many different genres of music that we requested. They really took the time to understand the music we like and as a result, our family and friends had a blast, dancing all night long. Thank you for making our night so memorable.

We had guests from 11 different countries. We thought that it would be impossible for everyone to have a good time, but the music and entertainment was just amazing.

SR Entertainment came as a recommended DJ from Russo's on the Bay. From the moment we first met Steven and after seeing Steven perform at the Russo's showcase with a vocalist and sax, and meeting again with him and Tommy, we knew these were the guys for us. They took note of the songs and genres that we liked and had the ability to take that information and turn it into an amazing playlist that worked with our guests. These guys had everyone on the dance floor. It has been one week since our wedding and our guests still are talking about how great they were. SR Entertainment truly made our wedding night unforgettable.

I attended a wedding showcase with my future wife at Russo's on the Bay the venue where we would be eventually married, and also where SR Entertainment Group was featured along with some other entertainment companies. After we saw what they had to offer we knew that we would not consider anyone else to do our wedding. The slogan,"you get what you pay for, could not be more accurate. Our MC Steven Retas brings a phenomenal amount of energy on the mic getting the crowd involved and adds some flavor with his percussion skills to the DJ provided who was also amazing. Tommy Petralia also helped facilitate our needs and was a consummate professional along with Steven. Everyone who attended our wedding had a great time and couldn't stop talking about how great the entertainment was. We love these guys and consider them to be family. Steven and his team are Phenomenal! I can’t praise them enough. My guests STILL rave about how entertaining he was. The music plays a big role in how much your guests enjoy your wedding. Steven really knows how to work the crowd and get people moving. The best of the best, in my opinion.

Steven and crew were utterly amazing! They are more than just a DJ and music, they are “ENTERTAINERS”! They had everyone up and dancing, having an amazing time. Steve is the BEST! Steve and his crew MADE our day! The party never stopped and he had ALL of my (lengthy and specific) requests in the playlist. SR Entertainment Group got everyone on the dance floor: younger, older and in between. The dynamic of the playlist- dance, Latin, slow, Italian, and Top 40 kept everyone on their feet. The 1,000 photos from the dance floor came out amazing and we were given them THAT night! Our slideshows, including a touching tribute for my late father, were perfect. Steve knew how to keep the crowd alive all night long! Thank you, thank you, thank you SR Entertainment Group!!!!!!

Steven and everyone at SR Entertainment are truly amazing. We gave our daughter an Underwater Fantasy Sweet 16. Steven help bring every little detail to life and all our guest are still talking about her very special day. We can’t say enough wonderful things about SR Entertainment. Our guest didn’t leave the dance floor all night and the decorations made us feel like we were under the sea. When the time comes for our daughter to get married; our first appointment will be with SR Entertainment !!
