User2910134 Sent on 12/14/2016Just got my wedding video back and I've watched it about 20 times. My husband and I are IN AWE. We incorporated a slightly silly theme for our wedding - Jurassic Park - and Ryan incorporated a little bit of that into the video which gives it the light, fun vibe I wanted for the whole day. I am not into super romantic videos so that touch gave the whole thing some levity that we LOVED. Outside of the fun bits, the editing of this video was INSANE. They took the best bits of speeches and strung them together flawlessly. You'd think all the speeches were just that perfect. The decision to have the speeches narrate our story was so perfect as our friends recounted the 15 year story of how we met and came to our wedding day.
I can't say enough good things about this video. Video in general is so much more important to me than photos because I love to see the movement of the day, the laughing and dancing, the moments that I pretty much blacked out for - I literally felt like I was just floating around all day not even knowing what was going on, just being a big bundle of joy. This video let me relive the most important moments of the day, the vows and speeches, the dance party, everything. It was just so, so perfect. The quality of the video is beautiful. It is so worth every penny. I will be watching this video every year on our anniversary and random days in between just for fun. I highly recommend a drone if you are in a beautiful space like we were - an outdoor venue with 200 year old trees and rivers and farmland surrounding us was perfect for a drone! And it was so beautiful to see that in our video. GORGEOUS. Ok I have to stop now or I'll go on forever. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! -
User2374388 Sent on 10/18/2015Ryan and his team are masters at their craft. They provide you such a completely different feel to your wedding video. They are super responsive and prompt. Ryan is very flexible and open to discussing any ideas with you. His terms are very reasonable and fair. He has done every video in my family and I couldn't think of any one else capture our cherished moments. -

We hired Ryan and the team based on the high quality videos we saw on their website and their reasonable prices. As soon as they were hired, they became rather unprofessional and unresponsive. They didn't reach out to ask about where they should stay over the wedding weekend until 3 days prior. At that point, all hotel rooms in the area were booked and it was only not an issue because a few people weren't able to attend the wedding due to COVID, so Ryan and his filming partner stayed in one of our rooms on property.
The contract stated that the finished film would be delivered by 6 months after the wedding. I started reaching out after ~5 months to confirm that was still the case, as I hadn't heard anything from them. I emailed them every two weeks with no response. Finally, days before the contracted deadline, I got a response that they were running 4-6 weeks behind due to the large number of weddings they had because of COVID delays. I emailed them 4 weeks later with no response. Texted them, no response. Emailed again a week later. No response. My husband emailed a week after that. No response.
We finally received our wedding film on 6/11/23 when the contract said the latest we'd have it was 12/25/22. That was 6 months late, not 4-6 weeks.
In the few times that they did actually respond to our outreach, all we received was excuses. We'd even paid extra to get all the raw footage and we had to beg and plead for them to send that, which would have been an easy thing to send to tide us over.
I do not recommend hiring this company. It's clear that this is a side hustle for Ryan and not a priority.
