My sister got married at Spring Creek Weddings and Events this past March, and I was her maid of honor so I was pretty involved in everything. Honestly, the staff there was amazing. They were super helpful, easy to talk to, and just made everything feel way less stressful. One thing I really loved was how many options they have for ceremony locations. There are so many different spots to choose from, so you can really pick what fits your vibe best. It made a big difference having that kind of flexibility. We also really loved all the inclusions they offer. The linens being included was such a huge plus because we didn’t have to go out and buy or rent our own, which saved time and money. And the new checkered dance floor they have available to rent is SO fun!!! It added such a cute and unique touch to the reception. The day of the wedding went really smoothly, and a lot of that is thanks to the staff keeping everything on track behind the scenes. I didn’t feel like I had to worry about much, which says a lot. Springcreek was such a fabulous place for our September 6th wedding of our daughter!! Even though we are owners of this venue I had never been to a wedding there. I am the MOB! I was not sure what to expect, this was our first daughter of 4 to get married. It was the best from start to finish. Honestly, I wouldn’t have changed a thing. From the venue, to the food, flowers, coordinator, and DJ, every little thing was just perfect. Even the weather cooperated even though the forecast said rain! Megan does a great job organizing and prepping everybody and all the details!! The space is amazing for an outdoor wedding. I would highly recommend the caterer, florists, and DJ we used if anyone needs a recommendation. The day was perfect and our daughter and SIL couldn’t have been happier with everything!!Spring Creek Weddings and Events's reply:

The property is absolutely beautiful, the house onsite is stunning and accommodates so any people whether it’s out of town family or your entire wedding party. Springcreek Weddings & Events was everything we dreamed of and more. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we knew this venue was something special. The grounds are absolutely stunning—every corner feels intentional, beautiful, and peaceful. It truly feels like a hidden gem.
Megan deserves a special mention because she was far more than just our day-of coordinator. From the second I met her, she made Springcreek feel like home. Her presence is calming, reassuring, and genuine, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Knowing she was there allowed me to fully relax and truly enjoy our day. She is hands-down the best at what she does.
The decor closet was another huge highlight—absolutely amazing. The selection was incredible and filled in every crack of decor we missed during the buying and planning process. It elevated our wedding effortlessly and saved us so much time, stress, and extra expense.

We are so grateful we chose this venue for our wedding! Not only is the location absolutely beautiful, but the team was incredible to work with from start to finish. They were very responsive, easy to communicate with, and always willing to meet with us multiple times to walk through the space and answer questions. They worked seamlessly with our timeline, gave us thoughtful advice, and went above and beyond to help relieve so much of the wedding stress.
The value here is outstanding—the price was VERY good for everything that’s included, from linens, tables, and chairs to other extras that made planning so much easier. The on-site lodging accommodations are truly above and beyond, turning the wedding into a full weekend experience for us and our guests. We also loved that there were multiple beautiful ceremony backup options in case of bad weather, which gave us peace of mind leading up to the big day.
Their flexibility and willingness to accommodate more than most venues truly set them apart. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for the perfect place to celebrate!Spring Creek Weddings and Events's reply:

Caldwell Wedding
Our experience with Spring Creek Wedding and Events was one of the best experiences of our life. From the moment my husband and I took a tour, we felt like this was the only place for us to get married. The entire venue including the grounds is breathtakingly beautiful and so well maintained. Throughout the whole wedding planning process, Megan, the Event and Property Manager/Wedding Day Coordinator was so helpful and very organized with helping to arrange everything to be sure the entire weekend ran smoothly. When It came to our wedding day, with the weather not cooperating as we would have liked, Megan and her crew made sure to take care of everything so were able to relax and truly enjoy our special day. We looked at many venues and are so glad we decided on Spring Creek Wedding and Events. I highly encourage anyone looking for a venue for your special occasion to book here. We are so glad we did and now have a family and friends for life!!

I cannot rave enough about spring creek! My husband and I had the perfect wedding day in February, and spring creek will always hold such a special place in our hearts. Working with Megan was so easy and organized, and she was incredibly helpful the entire process. Being able to access the venue in the days leading up to and the days following our wedding relieved so much of my stress. The access to the house was so nice, and we used it the night before to house all of our bridal party in one place! We just kept saying the whole process, “we trust Megan with our life”, and she truly came through. She knows what she’s doing and has so many decorations she allows brides to use, which is so nice. I had never seen the venue at night before our wedding, and all of the string lights everywhere truly made it look and feel like a fairy tale. Best venue EVER!!!
As soon as I stepped onto Spring Creeks property I immediately knew it was where I wanted to get married. The convenience of being able to stay on property the night before and the night of our wedding was GREAT. Megan was a life saver any time I started to get even the slightest bit anxious and handled everything before I even knew of it. I have had so many compliments on the beauty of the day, the smoothness of the days and the collaboration with my vendors. Could not be more thankful we chose to get married at Spring Creek. From the moment we started driving down the gravel road, even my then fiance got excited. SC was the perfect venue we were both looking for. The house on site for our bridal party was a huge bonus and super convenient for all of our close friends. Megan and everyone at the venue was super nice and willing to help do whatever needed. We used a few of their recommended vendors and loved everything about it. My husband and I hosted a rehearsal dinner at Spring Creek the evening before our son and his bride’s wedding which took place there as well. We were planning and coordinating the event from our home 3.5 hours away and and traveled to meet with Spring Creek's coordinator, Megan in June, six months before the event. Megan gave us a tour of the venue and then sat down with us to get to know us, to listen to our ideas and to offer suggestions. Megan is an excellent planner, organizer and communicator!
When we returned on the day before the event, all of our months of planning came together beautifully in the event barn with Megan's help. The set up was beautiful with its intimate lighting and many in attendance commented on how wonderful a place Spring Creek is for such events. (The photos were taken before sunset.) Our expectations were exceeded, both by the amenities of the venue and by all of the assistance we received from Megan.
While we only toured the Manor House, the bridal party called it home for two days. Its beautiful and comfortable accommodations are perfect for all of the bridal party members on the night before and day of the wedding. If you're looking for a beautiful and memorable location for weddings, dinners or other events, look no further than Spring Creek.Spring Creek Weddings and Events's reply:

We got married at Spring Creek this September and everything was absolutely beautiful! The first time we toured we fell in love! There was so many different options for scenery for the ceremony, we chose to do the ceremony at the arbor and the reception inside & outside of the barn. Megan was so helpful, she gave us a tour of the venue, let us bring other family and vendors back with us to see it and meet for the details, she was so easy to contact and answered all our questions and offered so much support which was so nice in an already stressful wedding planning process! We also did our rehearsal dinner there the night before the wedding and hired Megan to decorate and bartend and she did an amazing job! This venue exceeded every expectation we had for our son's wedding weekend. The grounds and buildings were immaculately kept. The staff thought of and took care of every imaginable detail. It was so nice to know that this venue takes care of the set up, take down, and already has all of the table cloths you could ever need for your event. The bridal party enjoyed all of the amenities at the house during their overnight stay, which made for an even more exciting weekend from start to finish. I would recommend this location to anyone near or around the Birmingham area. It was everything we dreamed of.....and so much more! -

I live in Virginia and my now husband and I decided in a pinch to getting married instead of elope during my spring break...just three months after he proposed. So many people thought I'd lost my mind, but he really wanted a wedding and we already set our date, so I promised I'd make it happen. I reached out to several venues and many vendors weren't willing to work with me virtually. Meanwhile, Megan called me instead of simply replying to my email inquiry and took the time to talk to me about my wedding vision, budget, and plan for execution. She was amazing. When I told her I lived states away and we were picking Alabama because it was between our home states, she promised to ensure she'd be communicative and a helpful as possible and boy, did she deliver. Everything about my wedding was perfect. The cateror was something to be desire... a post for another time... but Megan meant it when she said my day would be perfect because she was seriously ready to go to bat for me so I wouldn't have to stress the day of. She was so organized and seemlessly moved between events on wedding weekend to make sure everything went smoothly. I seriously never had a question or worry because I just knew she had it.
Obviously, aside from the exemplar of professionalism and downright picture of southern hospitality, the venue itself was spectacular. We rented the manor for the weekend so we could enjoy the rehearsal dinner and extra time with our bridal party. Everyone went on and on about how nice the accommodations were. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly designed for commingling or seperate spaces for bride and groom if you so desired.
The day of the wedding was also just perfect. I couldn't have imagined something prettier and trust me, I was skeptical about a "barn wedding" but nothing about this weekend felt backyard barn. The whitewashing inside gave a classic, breezy aesthetic that beautifully contrasted the dark exposed beams and black metal framing. This venue could certainly embrace a more rustic appeal if a bride so desired, but for us, we wanted something classic and timeless and oh yeah, Spring Creek delivered. So whether you want a downhome country vibe or summer sourie garden party, definitely give Megan a call. -

I loved having my wedding at Spring Creek!!! It was not only beautiful, but they allowed me to put my own uniqueness in where I wanted to walk down the aisle, have people sit, ect. Even when it wasn’t a designated spot. Everyone was so friendly and made the house feel like home! All 24 of our wedding party was able to stay at the house and we had so much fun! -

Spring Creek Weddings and Events made our wedding day everything we could have asked for and more! Everything was beautiful and the staff did everything they could to help make our day perfect! The men absolutely loved hanging out in the grooms suite with the bar, TV, and pool table, while the women enjoyed the beautiful bridal suite with the ampule space, cozy bed, and multiple mirrors so everyone had their own space to get ready. It rained on our special day, but the staff at Spring Creek did all that they could to keep everything dry and went out of their way to make sure we stayed stress free and happy. We had a family emergency the month before our wedding and had to reschedule our final walk through many times, but they were flexible with us and more than willing to accommodate our needs. They were truly there for us the entire process of our wedding from helping me remember small details that I would have otherwise forgotten to smiling as they opened the barn doors for me to walk down the aisle. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day and we wouldn’t have had it without everything the staff did for us or the beautiful venue! The best most professional experience
My husband and I got married at spring creek in September of 2023. We worked with Megan Morton for all communication and booking needs. She and her staff are absolutely hands down the best people to work with. From the start, she made us feel at home and comfortable. She’s incredibly responsive and detail oriented. She manages events wonderfully and always made me and my wishes a priority. The day of our wedding she was up and working at 7am making sure everything was perfect. Hidden Gem Outside of Birmingham....Great Weekend !!!
When you know, you know !! We were wowed from the time we drove through the gate. This place is a "Hidden Gem" on the outskirts of Birmingham. My wife and I recently (6.24.2023) had our summer evening wedding at Spring Creek, and the overall experience couldn't have been more perfect. We decided to host both our reception dinner and wedding all at Spring Creek, enjoying the amenities throughout the weekend. This place has so many options. If you can think it, they can make it happen. Rain or shine you will be very satisfied with the options for your ceremony/reception. It is very simple, if you respect the property and staff, they will work with you on making sure you have an event that you will never forget. We decided to stay on the property for the weekend. Yes...there is a house you can rent on the property that sleeps around 18. It is well worth doing this, and is perfect for the wedding party. Did I mention it has a pool?? I can go on and on, yet I think you get the idea. For the staff....top notch in every way !! I highly recommend getting Megan and Jake involved with your wedding event. They know the property and equipment better than anybody. We all know weddings are expensive. The overall value of Spring Creek (Property, Barn, Manor and Megan) can't be beat !! Megan is absolutely THE BEST! Down to earth, practical, has amazing skills in decor and imagery, and sets everyone at ease no matter the situation (weather!). The house at Spring Creek is beautiful and homey. It was the perfect place for the bridal party to stay overnight and the pool was perfect for a post rehearsal dinner pool party. We received so many compliments from our wedding guests regarding the beauty of the venue. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Megan and Spring Creek. Highly recommend Spring Creek for your wedding!!
We had our wedding at Spring Creek on 5/14/2022. It was beautiful!! We loved having our ceremony and reception at the same place. We had our rehearsal dinner at Spring Creek that Friday night and our bridal party stayed on site in the beautiful house! Megan was so sweet and easy to work with! She made sure that our wedding was perfect! We can’t thank them enough for all of the hard work everyone put in for our big day! Between the beautiful outside views, the white barn, and the beautiful house you will not be disappointed! Highly recommend Spring Creek for your wedding!! ❤️ -

This venue is the absolute best!! We had our wedding at Spring Creek in April of 2022. We rented the house as well. The crew went over and beyond to make our day perfect!! Having Megans help, everything went off without a hitch. I could not recommend this venue enough if you are wanting a beautiful outdoor wedding! They have several places to have your ceremony as well as the barn and awning for the perfect reception! We loved Spring Creek! -

The venue was obviously gorgeous, but the best part was the support we received! Megan handled everything flawlessly! She fixed my bouquet, my veil, and rain plans. She was very flexible with timing to make our dreams come true and made it the best day my husband and I could have asked for!Spring Creek Weddings and Events's reply:

Stunning venue, wonderful experience
The first time we pulled into this site I knew it was special. It dud not disappoint. The property is gorgeous. But what really stands out is the service. Megan was kind, knowledgeable, and fun.
We had an amazing ceremony & so much fun at the reception. Everyone raved.
We're even talking about going back for a different event!
