  Stacy did my wedding cake, some cookies, bridal shower cake, and bridal shower favors. WOW - she is my favorite bakery! and I will return to her for all baked goods :) I had so many compliments from guests about how good everything tasted! The cookies and cake were beautiful and not to mention was like a taste of heaven! I couldn't have asked for more.... tasty and gorgeous! What's better than that?! I have and will continue to recommend her to ALL friends and family!! If you want perfect, you can't go wrong here!

  Stacey and her staff were wonderful to work with! We ordered a Superman Wedding Cake which turned out amazing! We also got filled cupcakes and cake balls. I have to say I was a very non-committal bride when it came to what I wanted in the terms of cake but Stacey met with me each time I changed my mind about something and was very supportive. She always had a smile on her face and was wiling to do whatever we wanted. Stacey and her staff have some of the most delicious products I have ever tasted! Make sure to go in for a tasting. You won't regret choosing this bakery!!!!

  Spinola's was the only bakery that was willing to make a 3-dimensional dragon for my daughter's "Lord of the Rings" theme wedding. Even though this is a small bakery and they had never attempted this kind of sculpture, they looked at it as a challenge and a learning opportunity. They were wonderful to work with and came quite a distance to deliver the wedding cake. The cake was truly delicious, and my daughter and her fiancé chose some unusual flavors; one layer was white cake with a mango filling, one was white cake with a raspberry filling, and one was red velvet with a cream cheese filling. The cake was moist and delicious, and at under $5 per serving compared well with other local bakeries in value, especially with the unusual decoration! I ate leftover wedding cake for breakfast the next morning, and it was even better than I remembered at the reception! Great job, Spinola's!

  Stacey was great to work with!! Our cake display was beautiful! Our strawberry cake was delicious and so were the carrot cake, chocolate cookie dough, and red velvet cupcakes! She even made the icing for the cupcakes match our wedding colors. Stacey was affordable and flexible!! I highly recommend her for your wedding needs!

  Stacey Spinola is an absolute joy to work with. Everything she makes is delicious (definitely buy a few cookies when you go in for a tasting!), but the cakes are especially great. In particular, the red velvet is to die for. Stacey laid out several options for us as we sat and tasted a few of her most popular cake flavors. She drew out on a piece of paper a couple different styles of cake at various price points so we had plenty of options to work with. Our cake was a red velvet and vanilla swirl with raspberry filling and vanilla buttercream. It's extremely affordable, and every person at the wedding raved that it was some of the best cake they've ever had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Spinola's!

  Stacy Spinola was a delight to work with. I went looking for a baker without having anything specific in mind. Spinola's was the first place I made an appointment with and after my consultation I decided, hands down, that it would be perfect. Stacey had all the flavors I had requested ready and they were amazing. She walked me through the many different options she had. It took me a while to make a final decision, but Stacey was patient and very accommodating. For the wedding we had gourmet cupcakes, a small cake for the bridal party, and a smaller cake for us to take home and save. They were a huge hit! Everyone loved the different kinds of cupcakes and their delicious fillings. The cupcakes/cake came second only to the cake balls we got from Spinola's as guest favors. I even went back after the wedding to buy more cake balls. They were that good! I was so happy with everything Stacey did for us and I would recommend Spinola's Bake Shop to anyone in the area that wants an incredibly tasty and beautiful cake at a very reasonable price.

  My only negative comment is that my two flourless chocolate cakes weren't delivered to the reception for my guests with Celiacs. Other than that the cakes were delicious! Everyone raved about them!

  Well Let me say that the cake was wonderful, I could not have had a better baker, and our request was a challenge and Spinola took that cake. However there was an issue with the cake. My husband and I had a themed wedding and wanted a dragon on the cake, the dragon was made out a a very heavy white chocolate; and gravitypulled off the dragon, which was by no means the fault of the bakery. We called the baker, they came back and tried to fix it; But I think it was just too heavy. if you would like anything that you can imagine these lovely ladies will talk to you and try their best. And the cake was still the best damn cake that we have ever tasted.

  The cakes we got were delicious. The only problem I had with them was when my husband and I went in to pay for the wedding cake and rehearsal dinner cake they couldn't find the rehearsal dinner cake form. And the one decorator completely ruined the surprise cake topper I had planned for the rehearsal dinner cake for my husband. I couldn't believe it and was very upset. The owner was suppose to call me and never did. So I had to call her and tell her what happened.

  The cakes we got were delicious. The only problem I had with them was when my husband and I went in to pay for the wedding cake and rehearsal dinner cake they couldn't find the rehearsal dinner cake form. I have to say I was very disappointed in the outcome of our cake. I asked for a naked cake decorated with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries & blackberries. I also asked for strawberry tops to be left on for color. The days prior they called to confirm the details and all the information was correct. When they delivered and set up my cake it was not the cake I asked for or paid for. Instead of putting berries on it there was a mountain of grapes on the top of the cake and scattered throughout. The raspberries were smeared all over the linens and the strawberries were cut up in little pieces. It was not what we discussed and I was really let down. I don't even think people eat grapes with cake? Anyways, I would not recommend this vendor, poor service for an expensive price. This was the only vendor that let us down the day of the wedding.
