    We were so pleased with Sarah's performance at our wedding! I had several things I was looking for in a photographer: beautiful work, price, & personality. I found all that with Spectra Designs. I will definitely be calling sarah when I'm ready for maturnity portraits : ).

    Service was wonderful.
    Responsiveness: easy to reach anytime I had a question .
    Professionalism: my family & guests complimented (at the wedding) what a great job they did .
    Value: affordable prices (I'd give more but it only goes to 5 stars)
    Flexibility: didn't really need any flexibilityso gave 5 anyways

    In a word ......fantastic . I was very satisfied with Spectra Designs. Sarah & the other photographer were very comfortable to work with never pushy or huffy (I've been a bridesmaid PLENTY of times & I know a lot of photographers are very all about themselves). I wanted creative shots & I was not disappointed. Not only that but I had a TON of photos from my wedding, which was great because I did not get to take it all in fully the day of. Loved my pictures!

    Sarah was awesome. She arrived on time & even though I was late and we were desperately behind schedule she kept everything going smoothly. She managed to get all the shots I wanted plus more.at the reception i hardly noticed she was there & she snuck tons of pictures. I booked a trash the dress session with her for this year & I can't wait. I would recommend to the budget conscious bride that doesn't want to sacrifice quality.

    It is HOT in Livermore! We have a full walk in cooler so your flowers are properly hydrated and maintain their freshness. We also deliver in air conditioned commercial vans so they are delivered fresh and ready for your event!



    You may add, change or delete anything to your order up until 15 days before the event. At that time, we make a grid of every flower we use and every item that we are making and pre-order your flowers with our preferred growers from all over the world. We are then guaranteed to get the quality and the quantity for everything needed for your event. We are not comfortable scouring the market two days before your event and taking a chance on one of the most important day of your life!

    I was very pleased with Spectra Designs.....Sarah is a fabulous photographer with an "artsy" eye and creative tastes. She's very down to earth; not pretentious or "all-knowing". We had weather related issues on our engagement shoot and she gladly offered to schedule a second session. As far as the value for the cost - - excellent. I shopped around before contracting with Spectra Designs and found them to be extremely affordable without jeopardizing the quality that I wanted.

    Sarah of spectra designs was wonderful. she was always on time, never made any excuses, she was just wonderful. at the wedding no one even noticed she was there and she got the most wonderful photos. all of her captures were perfect. i was honestly iffy about hiring a photographer for my wedding, i figured i would just buy a bunch of disposable cameras and see what i turned out with, but in the end i realized that all of the cameras and developing the film would have cost double what i paid for her and there would be no chance the pictures would turn out as well as they did.
    HIRE THIS PHOTOGRAPHER! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

    Ms. Timmons was excellent. She was prompt, professional and easy to work with. She was creative and captured the "special moments" of the wedding beautifully. We received our photos in a timely manner and were very pleased. I would recommend her to anyone.

    I love my pitures! They make me smile over and over. On a day where your head is spinning it is nice to know that there is someone calmly recording the wonderful moments that you, your spouse, and your family and friends are all having. Sarah did that, and my pictures bring those memories back whenever I see them. Brides are beautiful anyway...in the dress, the glow...but in my pictures, I look like the most beautiful version of me, which is wonderful to be recorded for those days when I'm feeling not so Fab. Sarah is a Doll to work with and really strives to give the Bride just what they are dreaming of. She is very professional and has a fantastic eye for artistic, fun shots. She captures your personality! With all the photographers out there, I am so thankful I chose Spectra Designs.

    Not only was she superbly professional, but very easy and flexible to work with. Captured the beauty and elegance of a day I'll remember and be able to revisit visually forever.

    Spectra did a great job with our wedding photos! The photo quality was quite good; Sara and her assistant were great to work with on the day of the wedding. The value was exceptional, as Spectra was one of the cheapest options available to us. Our only concern was that she was a little hard to get a hold of sometimes and the photos took longer than indicated to arrive. If you don't mind waiting though, definitely worth the money!

    I saw her website and thought the pictures were great! I booked her for my wedding, from the very beginning I told her exactly what I wanted more than once. She shot my wedding and Trash the Dress photos. It took over the 6-8 wks as promised in her contract, when I got them they were horrible!! Very bad editing, posing, there were shadows. Some of my guests took better pictures. The editing I discussed (more than once) she acted like I never told her. She never would respond to any of my emails, texts, voicemails. It took an overall 3 months to get back my "edited" version of the family posed pictures. At that she only did 20 pictures instead of all of them. They were terrible... she blurred out some of the shoulders, heads, etc of the people. The Trash the Dress pictures were pretty but she only used 3 different poses for each place..no variety at all. The bottom line is I would never ever recommend her to anyone! Though her prices are very competitive they are so not worth it.

    I hired Sarah for my wedding photographer after reviewing her portfolio and meeting in person. I was surprised at how competitive her prices were but understood she was a bit junior. Regardless, I saw talent in her work and thought she would be able to do a good job. I was clear on what I wanted: Photo-journalistic style. Limited posing. Natural pictures. She agreed she could handle the job and took my deposit. Four months later (and coincidentally four months before the wedding) my husband and I did engagement pictures with her. Again, I made it clear what I wanted ... only when the pictures came back they were hideous - everything I DIDN'T want. Poorly composed. Stiff. Repetitive. My husband actually said, "I don't recognize us." She managed to make us stiff and cold, posed and contrived. She didn't have an eye to pose us properly (after all, we are NOT professional models!!), and I was disappointed to see she did not take my direction into advisement. On top of it all, when it came time to get our engagement pictures - which we had paid for!! - Sarah sent a CD. Only I never received it, so I asked her to send another, which she claimed to have done. Never received it either!! POOR POOR business sense. Emails would go unanswered - and while she was flexible with her timing, she was just not that professional. She is simply too junior, not talented enough and not business savvy enough to trust with one of your most important days!! I had no choice but to fire her and get a new photographer. Save up for a different photographer - she's not worth the savings. Remember, when it's all over ... you'll only be able to share a few things with your family, friends, children and grandchildren ... make sure you LOVE your photographer.

    I hired Sarah as my photographer. I found her on theknot.com, and after looking at her website and seeing her prices, I decided to go with her. First I got my bridal portraits done with her - and they were awful! Everything from the lighting, shadows, how she made me pose. Terrible. She told me she would have them ready for me the following week, 3 weeks later we finally got them. This should have been a warning sign for my wedding photos. I told her for my wedding I didn't want posed shots - all of them were posed. She did do a good job of making sure she got all of the pictures I had listed that I wanted. The only one I didn't get was one with my entire family, which still upsets me. As it says in her contract, I should have gotten these pictures in 6-8 weeks. After either 7 or 8 weeks, I emailed her just seeing what was going on. She wrote me back a couple days later saying she was mailing them out that weekend. A week and a half later, still no pictures. I had emailed her with no response. Finally when I called her, of course no answer, but that day she emailed me a tracking # from the post office. Well I never got anything from her, and when I called the post office they had no record of anything being sent to me. I had called her and left voicemails as well as sent an email with no response. Finally after I told her I was going to have to get something done, whether it be obtaining a lawyer or not, she immediately called and named off several excuses for not getting my pictures to me sooner. I see plenty of photographers at least show the bride and groom a couple of pictures immediately after their wedding, we went 3 months without seeing the first one. We finally got them, and I will give her credit that they were better than I had expected after seeing my bridal portraits. Overall I would not recommend her. She was very unprofessional and extremely hard to get a hold of regarding the status of my pictures. She provided terrible customer service. If you don't care when you get your wedding pictures go ahead and go with her, but overall everything I had to go through was definitely not worth it.
