Daphne at Spartan Manor made our entire wedding seamless and beautiful. Not only is the venue beautiful, but the food was amazing. The icing on the cake was having Daphne who attended to every single detail and went out of her way to make sure that we were happy. Most amazing day of my life!!!
Since the very beginning of the planning process, something about Spartan Manor called to us. Daphne, the coordinator, was a big selling factor for us because we wanted a stress-free wedding, that included most things, and that is exactly what we got plus more! Daphne handled everything and worked with me the entire year and a half before the wedding. Her and her team are simply the best, and entirely handled the set up and clean up so I didn't even have to think about that after. It was everything I could've hoped for and more. Daphne was hands down the best she took care of everything and made sure my wedding went off without any problems. The food is amazing and the dessert table was amazing everything was made from scratch and fresh I would recommend the sweets table to anyone you will not be disappointed at all. The wait stuff is awesome they are very attentive and very friendly. My wedding was absolutely amazing I would hands down recommend Daphne to anyone. I will for sure be using this venue for anymore of my needs

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Spartan Manor 2 weeks ago and it was INCREDIBLE! Daphne was our wedding coordinator and she was amazing and so helpful and patient with me and all my last minute questions. I HIGHLY recommend Daphne and Spartan Manor to anyone. The staff was also amazing and highly professional! I also recommend using Josh and Christy ML Productions for your DJ and Erick Williiams for photographer. They are also excellent and they all work together really well!!!!

“Hidden Gem”
My siblings and I planned our Mom’s 60th year Retirement Party just a couple of months out. I have passed this venue before but never realized how wonderful it was.
First of all, the venue itself is very nice inside and offers several great photo ops. The rooms can be divided for smaller groups, and the mirrored dividers are much more elegant than other venues and make the rooms appear bigger.
Arlene was our coordinator....
Cannot say enough good things about her. She was professional, knowledgeable, supportive, patient and accommodating from the very beginning and throughout! The day of Arlene was there and made sure everything was perfect for this special day. She even added extra touches to our room that were unexpected and beautiful! She also helped us with booking our Limo.
Can’t thank her enough!
Staff ensured we had everything we needed for the four hours we were there.
H'ordeurves were amazing! We chose spanakopita and sweet and sour meatballs. When they say an hours worth of the H’ordeurves- they meant it! They kept them coming.
The dinners we chose were delicious as well (Roast Beef and Chicken Cordon Bleu). Attendees were very complimentary of the food. We had a couple of no shows and they happily boxed those dinners up for us to take home.
Our servers were the best! Most professional and kind Ladies we could ask for... their service was perfect. This includes our bartender.
I liked that they offer different bar packages that can accommodate anyone’s budget/needs. Would definitely book another event here and recommend to others.

Our wedding reception was awesome from start to finish! The appetizers were delicious as were the dinners. The staff was soooo friendly and attended to our every need. what a great experience
Wow, where do I begin? There are so many amazing things to say about Spartan Manor and the staff, especially the coordinator, Daphne. She is so incredibly sweet and funny! My husband and I had to change our wedding date several times for numerous reasons. Throughout each change, Daphne was understanding and beyond accommodating. We even got to the point of forgoing the idea of having the ceremony and settled on having a small dinner with a few friends and family. Daphne was once again more than accommodating and understood our reason to keep the dinner small due to COVID and financial limitations. When we arrived for the dinner (which we turned in a Halloween Murder Mystery Dinner Party), we were astounded by how beautiful the table setup and décor were. The staff went above and beyond to make our small party feel so elegant. The food was incredible. Everyone was raving about how delicious the grilled chicken meal was. It tasted like something from a 5-star restaurant. The cake was extremely good as well. The baker accommodated our request to make it a Halloween-themed cake, and it was beautifully decorated and delicious. Our server, Nilsa, was so attentive and kind. We felt like royalty! We couldn’t have asked for better treatment. We will definitely be recommending Spartan Manner to anyone searching for a wedding venue or place to host a dinner party.

My daughter and I looked at reception venues extensively. After visiting with Spartan Manor we immediately knew we found the place! Daphne was as excited as we were about the planning. From our first meeting with Daphne through even now after our wedding, she has been the absolute best person to work with! So accommodating, always happy, just the best! Ms.Daphne was amazing to work with and plan the whole thing. I had no worries with anything that was set up I trusted her completely. The decorations where amazing, she organized the items I brought in better than I had originally asked her to do them. The food was amazing the chef was able to do Arroz con Gandules which everyone at my wedding loved. The chicken was perfectly favored and tender . The cake was delicious and made perfectly like I wanted. Everyone loved everything! The bar tender did amazing with the drinks and the staff were great too. The only complaint I have is that the wedding had to end! Lol If you want a perfect wedding venue Spartan Manor is for you!

We just got married there on 10/27/18. Our wedding was more than we even imagined. Daphne and her crew really out did themself. We have always heard really great things about Spartan but didn't realize how great it was until we had our own wedding there. Everything was perfect and not one thing went wrong. Between the little details they added, setting up the room to match the imagine in my head, to making sure we followed our timeline. All the food was delicious. My husband and I were married in March 19, 2016 but decided to wait to have our reception until March 18, 2017. We looked at several venues in the area to hold our reception and it wasn't until we walked into Spartan Manor that we just knew that it was the perfect location. From the planning, DJ, photographer all the last minute touches the owner and staff made our experience so unforgettable. Our guests still rave to us what an amazing time they had. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family for future events. Thank you again Daphne and all the staff at the Spartin Manor for everything!!

We had our wedding and reception both at Spartan Manor and also used the list of preferred vendors provided by Daphne. The ceremony was perfect, the reception was beautiful, the food was delicious and our guests all can't stop talking about what a great wedding it was... all thanks to Daphne! My husband and I had our wedding reception at Spartan Manor and we lived in New York, and let me tell you....Daphne is the best! She was so sweet, funny, and professional that I kept telling her "I feel like I have known you for years ". That's just how she made you feel. We had so much fun and absolutely enjoyed the whole reception from beginning to end. I could go on and on about how amazing she is, but why don't you just pick up your phone and call Daphne and book your event? Thank you Daphne for making our day perfect. Spartan Manor is such an amazing venue! My husband and I were married there on Nov 4th 2016. People are still coming to me and telling me how beautiful everything was and how delicious the food tasted. Daphne is incredible at what she does and will guide you every step of the way. She was always available and patient. She is kind, but will tell you the truth because she wants your day to be perfect. This is a family operated business and it truly shows. Due to this, the pricing was the best I found anywhere and included so many elements.

We had a couple of friends get married here and we absolutely loved it, so when our time came, we knew exactly where to go. I cannot fully express how completely and totally satisfied and happy we were with our decision. Daphne and her crew are absolutely amazing! Everything went off without a hitch and we were able to completely enjoy the day with no stress. Having a venue that includes so much, and is good at all of it, is outstanding. Our food was DELICIOUS! We were even making jokes the next day about having another wedding just for dinner. The drinks were just strong enough and quite tasty, the bartender was awesome and kept us and all of our friends going all night. Our wedding was everything, and I mean everything we wanted! We couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you!!

PRE WEDDING: We haven't even had our wedding yet and I am very happy. Daphne is very sweet and response to my question in a timely manner. She is very upfront about everything as well as pointing us towards some vendor for us to look into.
POST WEDDING: Our reception was set up beautifully and more than we expected. The food was really good. Daphne was wonderful and easy to work with. She even gave us a last minute change for the entrance song for the ceremony...instead of the traditional wedding march she came up with having me walk down the aisle to Beauty and the Beast...which fit our theme PERFECTLY.

I am more than happy that we decided to have our reception at the Spartan Manor. Everything was perfect. I can't even begin to explain how amazing this place was! Having a very large family and the fact that they are not in the same state made it so convenient that everything was at the same place. so nobody had to drive from here to there to all over. Daphne did such an amazing job on everything, from the center pieces to the decorations/up lighting. Everything was included and all in the same place, so I didn't have to find a different vendor for each little thing (linen, florist , D.J etc.) she did it all!!!! I just told her what I wanted and she delivered! All of our guests had such a great time, absolutely loved the food!! Had the time of their lives!! such amazing day that we nor our guest will forget!:)

This is a hidden treasure in New Port Richey, FL!! I can't express enough how pleased I was with my wedding and I owe that all to Daphne and her team. We had our ceremony and reception on site and it made the day stress free not having to worry about running around from one location to another. Weddings is what they do, so when I tell you that everything was perfect and there weren't any mishaps... that is the truth! The food was absolutely delicious and my guests are still talking about it. Everything ran so smoothly and she works extremely well with the vendors. Daphne is so easy to work with and she does her best to make your vision happen within your budget. It's a family owned business and they pour their hearts into making sure that you and your guests are taken care of. I can't compliment this team enough and I would recommend them to anyone that wants a gorgeous wedding but doesn't want to break the bank.

I just had my wedding at Spartan this past weekend and it was absolutely amazing!! Daphne is very nice and helpful. The food was AMAZING!! I got so many compliments on the baked chicken and the roast beef. It was raining in the morning and Daphne and the staff was able to set up the chairs and the outside ceremony in no time. Daphne had everything together and set up without any problems. I didn't have to worry about a thing. We used Cindy's Cakes and Creations and she did an amazing job with the cake, we also used ibritz flowers and they did an amazing job. Finally for the Dj we used Sounds by Sideshow and again, many compliments for him. I would definitely use this location again for future events and would 100% recommend them for your wedding!!!

I had my reception at Spartan Manor on 10/10/15. Daphne was so amazing and very helpful. My wedding day could not have been more perfect. Daphne was on point and everything went so smooth!!! She was so easy to communicate with and to get in contact with. She recommend my DJ, Florist, and my Photographer. All were wonderful and so professional. My wedding day was so special and everything I ever imagined and MORE! I would not change a thing... except it went by so fast!! ;) Spartan Manor is a beautiful venue, it is very tasteful and elegant. My husband and I had the best day of our lives! Having the Spartan Manor and Daphne to coordinate everything made everything so much more special! I had so much fun and so did my guests! Everyone is still talking about how AMAZING my wedding was!! Spartan Manor did an AMAZING job with our wedding. From start to finish Daphne was simply awesome to work with. She was fun yet professional and helped us with the details from seven months out until seven minutes before we walked down the aisle and then throughout the night. We had our ceremony and reception here and right down to the last detail it was picture perfect. The food was outstanding and the staff was out of this world. Daphne and everyone at Spartan Manor were amazing. They made everything from organizing what I wanted, rehearsals the day before, to the wedding day and reception perfect and easy. Daphne worked with me to take away what I didn't need from the package to adding what I did want. The service I got for the low price I payed was just perfect. I got so much more and the dinner was fantastic. We had the baked chicken with champagne sauce. Had our wedding ceremony and reception at this venue, and it was amazing. They really make your day worry free. They took my vision, and brung it to life. The reception room was so beautiful. The ceremony setup was romantic, and they took care of all our guests. The staff were all so kind and helpful. The food was delicious. The bartender kept them drinks coming. The centerpieces were so colorful and gorgeous. And the amazing chandeliers lit up the room so beautifully. Very reasonable package pricing. Definitely get more than what you pay for. So worth it. Highly recommend anyone to get married here. I know my sister loved it so much, she's planning her wedding at this venue next year

Daphne met with us multiple times during the planning process and always responded to our e-mails so we were kept informed of what was going on. Every time we met, we went over all the decisions and were able to change things if we wished. The venue includes so much for the cost, we were floored by how much we got for what we paid. It is extremely affordable but doesn't skimp on anything. The reception area was beautifully decorated, the limo they provided was great, the food was plentiful and delicious, and the wait staff/bartenders were friendly. We've been married for 2 weeks and still have family members and friends telling us how impressed they were with the venue!

My husband John and I used Spartan Manor for our wedding ceremony and reception on February 1, 2014. Daphne was wonderful to work with and helped us make our special day amazing!!! We had around 143 guests and I can't tell you how many raving compliments I got about how beautiful the venue was and how great the food tasted. Everything came out of the kitchen fresh and hot (we had chicken cordon bleu and roast beef), everyone was served together in a timely manner and it all tasted delicious!! Spartan Manor is a great value for everything that you get (limo for 3 hours, cake, champagne toast, Daphne-wedding coordinator). I want to thank Daphne for taking the time to make sure all the centerpieces, rose petals, gifts, were placed just right on the tables. She's very precise with her work. Our wedding was absolutley beautiful. Daphne was a blessing to work with and helped us with the many changes we made along the way. The food was amazing and the venue is perfect.

Could not be any more happier with spartan manor! Daphne made everything as smooth as possible. Been to a few weddings there and thought they were great. We got the true experience when we booked with them. The day could not have turned out better, and with Daphne's help it came out perfect!

This was an all inclusive package, limo, cake, cermeony and reception all at one place. Made it very easy and stress free to plan. The food was awesome!!! Great place for a wonderful wedding.

Spartan Manor was a beautiful place my wedding was so elegant. Daphne was wonderful through out the entire process. The food was simply delicious they set up everything how I wanted . Daphne made sure everything was perfect. The staff was very polite and courteous . I recommend Spartan Manor for your next event

The Spartan Manor was great! The ceremony was stunning and the ball room was absolutely beautiful. Daphne (employee at Spartan Manor) did a wonderful job as our coordinator and ensured that we had the best wedding possible. Addtionally, Spartan Manor did a fantastic job of setting up our center pieces, head table, guest book table, and gift table. Daphne spent hours ensuring that the centerpieces were perfect (with the right amount of water, correct candles, correct pattern, correct spacing, etc.). I am 100% satisfied with Spartan Manor and I am glad that Amanda and I went with them as our venue!

Everything they did for us was absolutely amazing, from the ceremony setup to the reception, horderves, cocktail hour, dinner, drinks, and the limo, everything was perfect and I wish it would've never ended. Thanks to Daphne and her amazing team we had a wonderful night.

Sparton Manor did a great job on my wedding back I had close to 300 people and we had plenty of room.I did not have to do anything the day of my wedding they set up the room to look great. I would have Sparon Manor handle any special day for me in the future.

We were very please with everything at Spartan Manor. All of our guests stated that their meals were delicious and generously portioned and that everything was gorgeous. Daphne was awesome to work with. She helped us every step of the way and was always willing to answer questions or concerns that we had. Daphne was such a great help, that it was a joy and pleasure to plan the reception! We can't thank her enough for her expertise! Anyone would be pleased to have their wedding/reception here.

I could not have dreamed of a better location! The site was beautiful, I had so many compliments! We did the ceremony and "elegant reception" package and could not have been happier! Leading up to the ceremony, Daphne went above and beyond in accomodating my requests and my schedule! From 1 year to 6 months out, her normal response time was 2 days to 1 week. After that, she typically responded within a couple of days for even minor things! My entire wedding party and all of my guests were impressed with how nice everything looked, how good the food was and most of all the incredible service! The staff at Spartan Manor was just amazing - so nice and so on top of everything!
I did a lot of pre-planning and had a lot of little requests - special things on the walls, special arrangments, extra decorations - Daphne handled every idea and brought everything together in the most beautiful way!
Most of all - for the rehearsal and wedding day - I did not have a care in the world! Daphne handled everything! She only came to me with important questions (most of which my mom answered!) and she kept the entire event on time and in a smooth flow! Everyone had a carefree & fun time! I was told by many people my wedding was the most fun they've ever been to & I attribute that to Daphne & her incredible staff keeping people happy & carefree!
I can't say enough good about Daphne & the amazing staff at Spartan!!! They truly gave me the best day of my life!!!

We just had our Wedding at Spartan Manor on September 5, 2009. This hall was so beautiful and amazing. They did such a nice job and they were so helpful. Daphne was so sweet and very responsive to all our needs and request. We were very impressed. The room was so nice. They were also very afforable. The staff was great as well. We highly recommend this hall for any event that you have.

The Spartan Manor and specifically Daphne were amazing! The food was unbelievable and there was something for everyone. I had vegetarians in my party and they were more than happy to compensate with a delicious, meatless alternative. The ballroom was beautiful, the appetizers were hot, plentiful and delicious and the cake was better than we envisioned. For the price, it's the best you can get. Our limo driver was professional, friendly and helpful. The servers were professional, provided personal attention and Dan and I received MANY compliments on how beautiful the reception was. I can't thank them enough for such a memorable and gorgeous day.
