Excellent Service. Will highly recommend!

We had a mix up with address, our sparklers were sent to another address. Alan took rapid action to find out what had happened and sent out new ones. It was a pleasure dealing with such an honest company.

100% recommend using sparkling sparklers. Seriously, they came through just at the nick of time and helped make our wedding exit so memorable and magical! They have wonderful customer service and are committed to getting your order to you no matter what! UPS didn't come through in time but SS re-routed the order for second day air, and I didn't even lift a finger to make it happen. Such a great experience and I'm eternally grateful the sparklers arrived to our venue just as planned. Thanks sparkling sparkers!

My wife and I married at the Ritz Carlton PR on Dorado Beach, June 2017. I had several questions regarding the shipping of sparklers to which Alan was very responsive. Sparklers arrived as discussed, on time and they worked fantastic. No smoke and they looked beautiful. The guests really loved them.

I ordered the sparklers literally less than a week before my wedding. I wasn't sure they'd make it in time but I gave it a shot. I thought that I might get a call to speed up the shipping. Nope! These guys got here with a day to spare. I was so pleased. They burned for a great amount of time - we got several pictures, they were nice and long, and of course the quick shipping. Great purchase with a fantastic price!

Loved these sparklers-perfect length and lasted long enough to get some magical night shots at the wedding! Plus I ordered at the last minute and shipping was super fast so I wasn't stressed that they wouldn't arrive in time! Also liked that I could track them the whole way from warehouse to my house so I knew they would be on time. Thanks so much!

This company is amazing!! Went above and beyond to get the sparklers to us on time. A minor issue came up and they called me right away and solved the problem immediately. They are the absolute best - will recommend them to everyone I know. Side note: the sparklers look great!!

The sparklers were at a good priced and shipping was fast. I wanted them for certain pictures and it worked out perfectly. The kids had a blast with the left overs. I almost wish I had ordered more. The 4th if July will be here soon so maybe I'll be able to order more for the kiddos. Completely happy with my order!

Received all of the sparklers SUPER fast and in one piece. As soon as I placed the order, I realized I forgot to use my coupon so I called right away to see if they could help. The customer service was amazing. No hassle and they reimbursed me for the difference with the coupon immediately. Very nice person I spoke with over the phone. My wedding is not until September so I am excited to use them! Great service

Very wonderful

Their sparklers are wonderful and are extra long so they work great if you are trying to do photos with them! Only downside was I ordered them and they didnt come for over a month so finally I messaged them and asked what was going on. No one responded but in a few days i had them. Not sure what happened there but we still had them in plenty of time for the wedding so this bride was happy!!

I had a destination wedding in less than two weeks in Puerto Rico, where sparklers are only for sale during 4th of July there. Alan was not only professional, but he was able to get my Sparklers shipped in less than a week to Puerto Rico in time for my wedding. The I ordered the 20inch Sparklers, and they were awesome!! Not smokey, long lasting (enough to get 70ppl lighted and take pics), and bright sparkles! I am going to have beautiful pics...thank you Alan!

One of the best prices out there, quick delivery to Louisiana. Got them in just in a few days, ordered same week as the wedding. Only suggestion is I wouldn't talk negatively about customers that leave bad reviews. Good product and service, good bang for your buck!

Never received them

Said it would be processed in 2 business days, and I never received confirmation that they were being shipped nor did I receive them. We had to buy bubbles the morning of my wedding because of this. Unlike other reviewers, however, I did reach someone on the phone and they processed a refund for me. I'll see if I get my money back in 10 business days, but at least I have the refund email for my records if I need to dispute. All-in-all, I'm mostly disappointed I didn't have sparklers on my wedding day.

This company is a scam. I sent multiple emails inquiring about my order and never received a response. They took the money immediately out of my account though. Don’t waste your time or money. I ordered these 3+ weeks ago.

Never received my sparklers, never received a response or my money back. If you go to their Facebook, you will see many others have been scammed just like we have been. Please save yourself the heartache and take your business elsewhere.

WARNING! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could give them a 0 rating I would. My sparklers never arrived before my wedding. I had to book my videographer AND photographer an extra hour so they could capture our sparkler exit just for us to have no sparklers by the wedding day!! This ended up costing a lot more than the $100 for the sparklers! Not to mention I have tried calling them multiple times AND emailing and I have gotten ZERO response. This was one of the only things that went wrong with my entire wedding. What a horrible experience with Sparkling sparklers !!

Buyer Beware! I placed an order with a “must have” delivery date, I started calling 2 days before the date because I never received a tracking number as promised when order was shipped, I called and emailed numerous times , even left a message on Facebook and never even got the courtesy of a reply, I had to scramble to find a vendor at the last minute. Awful experience.

Don't order anything from these people. Either they might not be in business anymore or they're crooks. I got married in Puerto Rico March 24th, 2018, and I was looking for a company who could ship some sparklers there. I looked around at a few different sparklers suppliers and thought I'd order from their site since they appeared to ship to PR. Spent about $140 on a supply of sparklers and they charged me and processed my order but they never shipped them. I ordered them in January and a month later I still had not heard anything. I emailed them, called them, and messaged them on wedding wire, with no response. Eventually I had to dispute the claim with my bank. Never heard from them. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

This company is a scam. My mom ordered sparklers weeks ago, they charged her card, and the delivery date came and went. No sparklers. They don't respond to emails and don't pick up their phone. They screwed us over and now it's too late to order from a reputable company.

Oh goodness, do I ever wish I had come to WeddingWire before ordering from here. I placed my order February 11. Order was confirmed and card was charged, but the sparklers never arrived. Phone has been disconnected. I reached out via email, Facebook, and even Reddit, but got no response (u/ohheyallen2 is the owner; s/he is still active on Reddit, so I know s/he is alive and has access to the internet).
