    Loved everything Ryan had to offer

    We met Ryan at the wedding fair here in Corpus Christi TX. We immediately fell in love with his Gif/Photo Booth.I think it’s really cool that you can get your DJ, light setup, and photo-Booth all in one so you don’t have to worry about different vendors. His app is so fun to use. It was nice because anytime we remembered a song we could just plug it in and add it to our list. We could also have our guest add to the list which makes them feel included also.

    Guests LOVED it. It’s easy to use and they can keep all their photos, gifs or boomerangs. Not to mention I ordered a book of all the photos that were taken, so I’m excited for that. Ryan was a great Dj you can tell he has a lot of experience and genuinely enjoys his job. Without a doubt, I’ll book Ryan and his booth again for all my future events and I recommend him 100%.

    Photobooth was loved by all of our guests and didn't take up a lot of space at reception. The props were fun and everyone seemed to enjoy it! DJ services were great Ryan ran things very smoothly and it was very entertaining to us and our guests.

    Sparkling City Photo Booth created a fun and inviting space for our wedding guests to take fun photos at our wedding. They were well prepared with lots of fun props, the booth was set up early, and the photos that were captured are priceless. Being able to review photos from the photo booth 1 1/2 weeks after your event is unheard of, but this is the level of service we received. Eric and I are so happy that we selected Sparkling City Photo Booth and Padre Ryan as our wedding vendors for photography because they were fun, energetic and knowledgeable. Thank you for an amazing event!

    Ryan did our engagement photos, wedding photos and photobooth. I loved the quality photos I got and he was so easy to work with. Very knowledgeable about the area and photography in general. Would definitely go with him again!!

    Loved the Photo Booth, they provided great service and props. My family and friends really enjoyed it. The staff was great and you could not beat the price.

    Ryan and his crew did an amazing job! The whole experience was great from the get go. Ryan was super responsive in getting back to me. I was a nervous bride planning a wedding from 4 hours away. He put me at ease and I felt confident with choosing him. He even texted me back when he was still at the hospital after his wife had a baby! The form to fill out for music selection was easy to use. Our songs were played and they switched it up when necessary. My whole wedding party danced their butts off! The photo booth was AWESOME! It was a huge hit for our guests! It especially kept the kiddos busy and not taking up the dance floor the whole time. We got digital access to the photos almost immediately and my guests and I have enjoyed looking back at them. The pictures were also printed out there onsite at the wedding with our names and personalized logo. It was so cool! It was a nice souvenir for our guests. It came with all the fun props. You didn't have to worry about a thing! We got to pick the backdrop color and it matched our theme perfectly. People have been raving about how fun our wedding was and that it was the wedding of the year! It was a fun party that we will always remember. Sparkling City Photo Booth and DJ really exceeded our expectations! We will be booking them for our next big event in Port A! Maybe a family reunion.

    Ryan brought the music, some lighting and a Photo Booth! It definitely made our wedding reception a hit! Very Professional and responsive. Would recommend to anyone having a party in his service area. If funds allowed it, I would pay to have him come to our town for events!

    Ryan and his team were so nice and the value for what we got was beyond expected. He made my daughter's day a success and we enjoyed all the pictures. Koodos to them!

    The photo booth was the hit of the party! Props were great, set up with background great, and most importantly cost was great! Called 5 vendors and they were the cheapest... so very happily surprised of the great service and quality! Even getting hard back book of all pics free!

    I contacted Sparkling City after seeing them on Facebook for a work fundraising event. After calling them, Ryan immediately decided to donate his time to our organization. He was always friendly, easy to contact & professional. On the day of the event, he set up on time and his staff interacted well with our guests. I would recommend Sparkling City for your event. His booth is large enough to have a large group take pictures in as opposed to only a few people. His services are perfect for weddings, reunions and more! Thank you Ryan for your generosity and giving back to our community.

    The attendants were great...They had a great sense of professionalism and they were very friendly. :) but the equipment was a little slower then expected.

    Ryan was great in every interaction I had with him. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 out of 5 was because twice during the wedding reception the photo booth stopped working and was down for about 15 minutes each time. Otherwise, it was awesome and the pictures came out great! Everyone had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed themselves and the photo booth!

    I got married 0/29/14 and we there was technically difficulties right when they started but the employees were on top of the situation and had great customer service. My family and friends loved the photo booth.

    Sadly just go with a DIY

    I honestly wasn’t too happy about the Dj services. He never replied on time, I would give him 2-3 days business days and still nothing so I had to constantly check up on the statuses and he never got any of my emails. Finally the week of my wedding he reached out with the Vibo app to put my music on. It only gives you a day before your event then your locked out by the way. So I had to cram a ton of music everyone liked within that 6 day time span. Which is okay, but what’s the point of paying so much money for me to do it on an app myself. Mind you everything is on a timeline of music so on the very last moment he wanted to make sure it was the correct wedding song to go down the aisle minutes before I was about to go down. So it made me frustrated. I even emailed him the main songs I wanted for the important parts of the wedding to prevent that from happening.

    The music wasn’t loud enough so no one heard anything playing or could even have fun. The table he set up right next to he didn’t ask them to please just move over a bit so they can be comfortable near the speakers.

    The photo booth on the other hand was a huge hit! He told us he gave us an upgraded version vs what we originally wanted the GIF selfie booth. But when I saw a review regarding props that he didn’t deliver on it he reassured me as long as I asked he would supply them. I asked and I even told him if not I could bring my own to let me know. He told me no he would be able to bring them it’s just a ask upon request. But guess what still no props. I understand with COVID rules, but why promise me something and not fulfill it. I could have just done it myself and satisfied my guests.

    Honestly, if you’re going to have a small wedding with about 80-90 people you’re better off doing it yourself. Save yourself the $1,045. The photo booth is the only thing worth getting.

    I am very sorry you were disappointed. We did our best as far as planning for your wedding given the time we had.

    While the contract itself was signed on March 31st, 2021 the event planning form that is included with each contract was never completed or returned.

    We setup the Vibo account, which clients across the country rave about as an awesome planning tool, based on the planning form. As we get several weeks out we reach out to clients who have failed to fill out the requested planning forms to ask them to do so. This particular client did not do so so we manually set up her account ten days prior to her event. Vibo is strictly an option for clients, it is not required but if used helps facilitate the clients being able to choose their music and schedule of events in the app that can then be shared with the venue and other vendors.

    As far as checking with the client prior to doing certain events it’s always a quick confirmation that we are on the same page and it is correct.

    When we arrived two and half hours prior to the start of the event I asked the main contact groomsman where he would like me to setup. I was told a small corner that was not very conducive to setup but I made it work. I mentioned a couple times that the table set directly in front of the speakers was not ideal but it was not moved. I moved it as far as I could but the venue was tight for the number of people in the room. The volume had to be kept at a level as not to blast out the guest table placed too closely to the DJ.

    This event was an afternoon event where 100% of the music played was requested music. People tend to not dance too much during the daytime hour events. I worked around this difficulty however to work in the requested events like the shoe game and other engaging activities.

    We strive to work with all of our clients within the confines of their comfort level. We provide tremendous value as the $1,045 price would indicate. The client received 6 hours of both DJ and photo booth service along with travel to Rockport, TX.

    We were honestly surprised to see this client was unhappy as we always check in with clients many times during the event to ensure they are happy and the client never indicated she was unhappy and we had several guests after the event comment that they thought we did a good job.
