This place is absolutely beautiful! They have all modern up to date but timeless dresses. Rachel was such a sweetheart and I recommend her! She made my experience fun, stress free, and knew exactly what I wanted. I showed her inspo and it only took 2 dresses for us to find the one. I really felt like she became part of my family that day. They also start your appointment off with music you want to listen to which makes it even more personal. If I could give them 10 stars I would! I cannot recommend them enough and the prices are unbeatable!Sparkles & Gowns's reply:

I booked an appointment with Sparkles and Gowns because it was conveniently located and I liked the name- I haven't done much in the way of wedding planning, but I wanted to figure out what wedding dress styles I liked or didn't like. The lady who was helping us, Rachel, was so lovely and kind through the entire experience. She was so patient about letting me try on many different dresses, and was very professional and considerate about helping get them on and off. I felt so comfortable the entire time, and my sisters and I had so much fun. Even when we narrowed the choices down to two dresses, Rachel still let us try on other dresses just for funsies. When I found my dream dress, both Rachel and the shop owner were so excited and I could tell they were genuinely happy for me. It was very reasonably priced, too. My sister even commented that she may come back to this shop for her wedding dress once she's engaged. Truly the best, most magical experience I could have ever asked for. -

We had a great experience at Sparkles from the minute we walked in the door. Janelle immediately made us feel totally comfortable. She was fun to work with. Humble, easy going. Made my daughter completely comfortable sharing what she was looking for, trying dresses on and just everything. It was really fun and we found a dress she loved within the first hour. I am visiting Utah and made an appointment at Sparkles and Gowns in Ogden. My intention was simply to try on gowns to get an idea of what I was looking for. Surprisingly, I ended up finding my perfect wedding dress. The owner, Janelle, went above and beyond to create a truly magical experience. I came in unsure of where to start or what style I wanted, but after describing the venue and the vibe of my October lake wedding in Minnesota, Janelle immediately got to work pulling dresses she thought I would like. I was also able to browse her beautiful inventory and select additional gowns that caught my eye.
The very first dress she chose ended up being the one I kept comparing everything else to; it was unexpected but perfect. I tried on about eight dresses in total, while each dress was stunning, none outshone the gown Janelle had instinctively picked. She has an innate talent for finding the perfect gowns.
I ultimately found my dream dress, something I never would have considered on my own, and I’m completely in love with it. The quality and price point at Sparkles and Gowns are truly incredible. I am so glad I stumbled upon this gem. I am truly blessed!Sparkles & Gowns's reply:

From the beginning, they were incredibly friendly and got me booked for my appointment right away. I ended up finding my dress there, and they made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. They paid close attention to every detail of what I loved in a dress, and I’m so happy with my choice. I definitely recommend this place! The owner, Janelle, is truly amazing!

After looking through a couple of different wedding dress shops, Sparkles and Gowns was really the best run place I went to. Daphne was there to help you the whole time and she is an absolute sweetheart. They do all they can to make you feel special while you are there. On top of the service, the dresses they had were all just extremely beautiful. Every single dress that I tried on I honestly loved. I was so not looking forward to dress shopping because of my body image issues. But the moment I walked into Sparkles & Gowns, Janelle made me feel so comfortable in my own skin. She was SO supportive and encouraging. Her selection of dresses is incredible, especially as a plus size bride who was expecting to have to try on the 1 or 2 plus styles that most shops keep in their inventory. We did a private fitting party and had the most amazing time. I want to get married again and again just to experience dress shopping at Sparkles & Gowns.Sparkles & Gowns's reply:

I had the most lovely experience!! It was so special and I felt so important the moment I walked into the store!! The owner and Daphne gave the best customer service and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for! It was one of the most special moments in my life and I am so grateful for the opportunity I had to come here and find the perfect dress! I highly recommend this bridal shop!! Janelle and Jacey were both super attentive and helpful! They carry a beautiful selection of dresses and have a lovely set up. This was my first stop for dress shopping and other stores afterwards just didn’t give the same feeling. Highly recommend!Sparkles & Gowns's reply:

Janelle was absolutely incredible. I loved every bit of my experience shopping for my wedding dress at sparkles and gowns. My mom and I came in just simply to look and find a shop with a good selection of wedding dresses and ended up leaving with THE dress within an hour. Janelle is in the right line of business, she knew exactly what dress would look best on me and when I tried it on I was in tears I was so in love with the dress. She made my experience incredible and I would recommend her and the store to anyone who is looking for their special dress. -

I high recommend sparkles and gowns! I have never tried on wedding dress before and I was so nervous I wouldn’t find anything that I would look beautiful in. But I did!!! Janelle was amazing she made feel so special and helped me decide on the perfect dress for me! Hands down this was the first best day of my wedding events. If you are looking for place to get a beautiful dress and have fun with your bridesmaids I would go here! You wont be disappointed! Thank you so much Janelle! This boutique is so quaint and friendly. Janelle the owner was also my dress consultant for my appointment. She was very sweet and patient and made me feel so beautiful which is important to me as a plus size bride. They also have plenty of plus size samples to try on.
