Great experience!

Spangler entertainment was great from the beginning during the planning stages to the wedding day! They did the music for our ceremony and reception and it couldn’t have gone better! What a fun night! I highly recommend them for your event!

Spangler Entertainment provided the perfect service for our wedding reception! The wedding planner from Spangler did an outstanding job of helping us to plan out our reception. We Had So Much Fun!

We have chosen Splangler Entertainment to be our DJ on our special day. The official website has an online form to select music. The music turned out excellent as expected. There was only one DJ there but he kept guests dancing nonstop during the reception! Highly recommended.

Best party ever

Spangler was incredible to work with from the time we booked till the day of our wedding! They were patient with us throughout the whole process, and they were quick to answer any questions we had. The wedding/NYE party was a success!

They were perfect!

Corey was very quick to respond to my emails before our wedding, and was very helpful! Landon was our emcee and everyone at my reception loved him! Everyone was so impressed with their organization and professionalism! I also had an acoustic guitarist for our ceremony and he was spot on! Our music was amazing! Thank you Spangler soooo much! I was a very happy bride!

We used Spangler for band for cocktail hour and dinner and DJ and emcee for reception. Band was a huge hit and DJ team kept the party going and dancing all night.

Excellent DJ services

Spangler was recommended to us from a coworker of mine and we're very glad that we went with them. We had given them suggestions for our song lists and they understood our taste in music perfectly. The song choices were great and they were very good at playing the right song to get people up to dance, which was great. We loved working with them and would definitely hire them again for any function where we need a DJ.

Absolute perfection!

Spangler was highly recommended to us and we were very skeptical, knowing this one piece was so critical. The ceremony was to be spiritual and inspirational, and the reception was to be an incredible, epic celebration of 5 years of sacrafices finally coming together. Four hundred guests coming from every coast. David kept saying that three hours was average, four hours was a lot and only one time had he ever gone five hours. I told him it would easily go six hours and he thought I was nuts, but he worked with us on a plan of less hours and how we could decide to extend it if needed. Having a DJ and an MC together that worked so closely with the bride and her wishes was outstanding! The party was extended twice and after SIX hours we had to shut it down at midnight for the sound ordinance, but we could have gone longer! They orchestrated every moment to the finest detail and were so professional, engaging, and helpful! It has almost been a year and people are still talking about the reception. From the bridal party introductions, every schedule detail, the hours of dancing, to the final farewell they directed the entire evening so we could enjoy every amazing moment! I truly could not have asked for anything more, they were absolutely the best and highly recommend them!

Wedding Reception

Spangler Entertainment was everything! We got married in July and people are STILL talking about our reception and what a party it was, 9 mo this later. We would highly recommend Spangler entertainment to anyone! They cater to your needs, but also let their own unique professional creativity fly! Meet them and tell them your passion, and they will make it happen! P.S. I was the bride and this was very important to me and they exceeded ALL expectations!!

I've never needed a DJ or entertainer before so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was blown away by their customer service. They were quick with responses and had pretty much every song I could have wanted for our wedding. Our wedding was such much fun. One of the DJs even came down and danced with our guests to get the party going! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone for their wedding or party!

They did an amazing job! We didn’t really have much preference for the receptionist music and left that up to them. They did an amazing job and we didn’t leave the dance floor the whole night!!

Spangler is the absolute BEST in town! I worked with them professionally for years as a planner, and of course knew we needed to work with them for my sister's wedding when it happened. You couldn't ask for a more courteous team who know how to throw a heck of a party!

The DJ made the party fun. Not a lot of my guests wanted to dance but he got the kids going. The shoe game was a hit too. The crowd even participated. Such a fun night.

Spangler was absolutely wonderful to work with. Heather met with us and helped us plan the order of events for the wedding and the music that would accompany each event. She gave us advice and recommendations that worked perfectly! Our wedding flowed very smoothly thanks to Tyler the DJ. All of our guests loved the music selection and the DJs even got on the dance floor to teach the wobble. Would definitely use them again for future events!

I was able to have a last minute music change as my nephew had prepared a song for me. It was taken care of instantly! Spangler knows how to throw a party, host a party and is so easy to work with.

This Dj company is top notch . We had a multicultural wedding and they incorpaerated music from both cultures . They were interactive and very accommodating .

We booked our wedding through Epic Event Centre in Gallatin TN, and Spangler was their preferred DJ so we decided to go with them as well. I will HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing DJ services in the future. Our host was so entertaining and kept my husband and I on track throughout the night to make sure we knew where to be and when. With so much chaos and so many people to greet at the wedding it was SO helpful to know where we were at with time to keep everything going. Thank you Spangler!

We had trey as our DJ/MC. He made the party a party! His professionalism was incredible, and he knew how to pump up the crowd. I couldn't have asked for a better DJ. Heather helped us throughout the process and had a sit down meeting with us before so we could go over a timeline. My husband and I both agreed Spangler was the easiest and most professional vendor we got for the night. They made our special day perfect! Thanks again!

Our wedding was September 3, 2016 and Spangler provided music/entertainment for our ceremony & reception. I HIGHLY recommend Spangler. A DJ/MC was amazing. My husband and I were unsure of music & David helped us pick out music and helped ease our nerves about the entertainment. We asked him to be quite involved because we wanted to have a good time & for everyone to dance. They literally did not have to be involved because they knew EXACTLY what music to play to get people on the dance floor. They even looked like they were having fun as well. We were able to pick which songs we definitely wanted played & not at all online, BUT we did not even waste our time & you wouldn't either! LET them handle it, they are GREAT! We let them have free range of music & let them read the crowd & our dance floor was NEVER empty. They made our reception amazing & unforgettable.

I LOVE Spangler. They played all the music we wanted at our reception and made the dance floor one of the best parts of the evening. Our DJ was David and it was a pleasure working with him. He met with me before to review music for each part of the reception and even went over name pronunciation for each of our wedding party members. His attention to detail was spot on. We also went off schedule during the reception and opened the dance floor a little later than anticipated. David was able to go with the flow and make this work in a way that was accommodating and respectful. I really don't have enough good things to say about him or Spangler. Spangler also provided us with a beautiful harp and piano player for our reception-- both were wonderful!

The DJs at Spangler made our wedding so much fun! We first worked with David, and he was very professional and really helped us pick out our music. He had great ideas! On the day of our wedding, our DJ was Kyle. He was very accommodating, high energy, and fun!

The DJ for my wedding was exceptional. Spangler Entertainment allows you to decide how involved you want to the DJ to be. This is decided once meeting with your DJ. Spangler Entertainment has an easy online website where you are able to list all the songs that you want played and song that you would not want played at your wedding. One of the best parts of my wedding was the music. I highly recommend using Spangler Entertainment.

David Simms was our host for the evening and he made the reception a real party! The office was helpful in giving advice on song selections and helped make the day run smoothly.

We recently used Spangler as the DJ for our wedding and they did a great job. We went back and forth between a DJ and band and finally choose Spangler. They are very organized and helpful throughout the whole process. I would recommend David as your MC. He was fantastic and I had been to another wedding that had another MC and he wasn't near as good. They really act as more than a DJ service. They have a very detailed form you have to fill out with everything imaginable on there. Songs for every event during the night, announcements, songs to play and not play, etc. We met with David about 2 weeks out an went over every aspect of the night. David really took care of us that night. He made sure we were fed and were in the right place at all times. He was constantly telling us what was up next and how much time we had. He really knew what he was doing and did a great job. I did not want a cheesy DJ to get up there and act crazy, but still wanted to have a good time. He was perfect for this. I would recommend then to anyone.

Wow! These guys did a FANTASTIC job! My new husband and I were so thrilled with how professional they were and how they listened to everything we wanted to incorporate in our reception. They are more than just DJs - David made sure our bridal party made it through the buffet line and ate dinner. He always made sure my husband and I had full drinks and he was even seen cutting the cake! He made our reception run smoothly and I had no stress the entire night! Our guests raved on and on about how much fun they had on the dance floor and how awesome our DJ was! I would highly recommend them!

As we began planning our wedding, we realized how important it would be to create the moments we wanted to share during our wedding ceremony and reception. After meeting with Becky, we knew we had found the PERFECT vendor for wedding. I can't imagine anyone else being able to bring our vision for the ceremony to life the way Spangler Entertainment did. Our emcee, David Hendricks, is an absolutely amazing person, and I know I couldn't have made it through the day without him! Thanks so much for making our special day something we'll never forget!

David Hendricks at Spangler Entertainment was our DJ for our wedding reception. He did a wonderful job! He was fun, energetic, and great at getting everyone out on the dancefloor!

Spangler Entertainment is great! Our DJ was David Simms and we loved him. David really made the reception fun and kept it going. We have had a lot of people complement on him. There were people out there dancing that I have never seen dance before (my husband being one of them), and we couldn't have been happier. The whole company was easy to work with and listened to us and helped us figure out what we wanted. I don't think there was one song we weren't happy with. They even got a few songs that they didn't already have for our reception. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys were AWESOME, and everyone at our rehearsal dinner had a great time...the DJ was very interactive, great at getting people out there dancing and having fun. Best value we found in the Nashville area. Thank you, Spangler!

We knew we wanted a DJ from day one, and that it was an extremely important part to our reception. I'm a musician and my husband loves music, so we knew we had to find a special DJ. Spangler was that special DJ. They were absolutely, hands down, the most amazing DJ's I'd ever seen. They kept the party going all night! People were so mad when the reception is over because the dance floor was still packed! I think the thing I like most about them was that they were very honest about music selection. If there was a song that they knew was a flop in the past, they would make sure to mention that before nailing it down. When I mentioned that I wanted an unpopular (as far as being on the radio) song for my bouquet toss, our DJ made sure to listen to it first to make sure it would be a good choice. I appreciated his honesty and he loved it! Of course the decision was always ours and he knew that, but it was just as important to him as it was to us to have a rockin' reception. AND BOY DID WE! Wow, that dance floor was packed ALL NIGHT! So amazing. We had a great time, and thank you so much Spangler for making it happen!!! :)

Spangler Entertainment is the best. I rate them a 5 star Entertainment Group. They know how to get a party started and keep it going. We used their services for a wedding reception. And everyone had a great time. I look forward to having another event in order to use them.

Spangler Entertainment was great. Becky was awesome during the whole process, from the first meeting to pretty much planning out our night for us. I feel like she kept me really organized. Plus the DJS were great and helped out with other things like moving tables and carrying drinks.. that was definitely going above and beyond.

So professional! I have been to 4 weddings this year plus my own, and we had the best DJ by far. Never too involved or not involved enough. Our DJ was able to continue the energy and momentum of the reception so we and our friends/ family kept dancing throughout the night! There was never a lull. Great website options to select your songs ahead of time. They played an awesome mix and handled night of requests well. We loved getting to work with Spangler as well since they were so prepared ahead of time. They provided our other vendors such as our photographer and caterer with an updated timeline which was super helpful to guarantee we got great shots of all of the important events!

Spangler was an AMAZING vendor. Becky Spangler was such a pleasure to work with and was super easy! She always got back to me within the hour usually! Our DJ was David- he was AMAZING! I had numerous people ask about him and spangler. They were on time, professional and a joy to work with!!

I had heard about Spangler Entertainment and the fantastic events they had hosted long before I called them about my wedding. I soon discovered that all of the great reviews from friends who had used their company were more than true! The company is extremely professional and knows how to cater to the wishes of the bride! Spangler Entertainment was extremely helpful in all of our personal planning meetings, and they ensured that all of the music that my (now) husband and I wanted was in the set list. The online music selection for reception dance music was especially helpful, as my husband and I could go online and select music to fit our separate tastes when our schedules allowed (as we live apart due to his active military status and my full-time graduate student status). Their services at our wedding were flawless: They arrived on time and were set-up extremely efficiently. The music that was played was exactly what we had requested, and our MC for the evening kept the flow of the evening with humor and flair! His assistant for the evening was extremely nice, and ensured that while our MC was talking, she was preparing the next song. I would definitely recommend Spangler Entertainment for any DJ or music needs for your wedding or next event!

I used a cellist from Spangler to do my ceremony music and it was beautiful! All I had to do was choose a few songs for the big moments and she took care of the rest- very stress free!

Spangler Entertainment was the BEST!!! They are SO professional and are WAY more than a DJ!! They actually make your wedding reception fun and run very smooth! Spangler Entertainment was GREAT! We felt very secure that they would do a great job---so we weren't nervous about them as DJs! They were very professional, extremely helpful during the reception (creating an order of events, organizing different aspects of the reception, etc.). They were far more than "just a guy with some DJ equipment" as we have seen others use.

Spangler Entertainment was very great to work with. The DJs were very friendly and even got out on the dance floor and showed my guests how to do the Cupid Shuffle. They were very professional and I highly recommend them.

They were amazing at my Reception. They helped set up the toasting flutes, cake cutting, and several other things so we didn't have to worry! They informed us when special dances were coming up and if needed we could postpone them a song or two to do other things. They helped lead guests through dances like the electric slide. They even helped with some of the clean up which definately wasn't required. They made our day amazing.
We had dance floor lighting, up lighting, and spotlight on our cake as well as dj service with all the music we asked for!

Spangler Entertainment was extremely professional. From the initial consultation through the last person left dancing, top notch! Because we wanted to be, we were extremely involved in each and every music selection, timelines for first dance, etc. We personalized our reception with alot of traditions from Polish to a military tribute. Spangler respected and honored all of our requests and adhered to our timeline! My husband is indirectly in the music industry & was very particular on quality of sound, equipment, lighting, etc. Spangler was able to deliver! Highly recommend!

I loved basically all of my vendors, but I was extremely disappointed in Spangler. When my husband and me first met Becky, she was very professional and obviously knew what she was talking about. I saw her a few times at bridal shows after we had hired her, and she was pretty cold towards me, even after I re-introduced myself as one of her clients. Come time to picking songs, they had fantastic selections and even better suggestions.

My big issue came on the wedding day. We had told our DJ that our song list is just a guide and we will accept all guest requests (minus about 3 songs). During the ceremony, one of my girlfriends had put in a request, and our DJ scoffed at her and said, "yeah, OK" to her request in a very degrading tone. After she came and told me this, I approached the DJ and told him that we had stated in our contract that we will allow all guest requests. To his he answered, "Well, since you're the bride, I'll play it." This had really upset me. It was as though they were going off their own ideas of the music that should have been played. The way I saw it is if a guest wants to hear a certain song, then that group of people will be up dancing to it, and lots of dancing makes for a great party.

Make sure you're specific withe your DJ.

Planning with this company was actually really great. She sat down with us for a long time working through all the details, filling out work sheets, etc. I had no anxiety about the DJ at all. Then the reception happened and I was devastated by the lack of the professionalism of the DJs that were there. The DJ approached me on at least 8 occasions asking me questions about what to do when, what to play for certain things, etc. I am not sure what the point of filling out all those worksheets and writing down all the details was if they were not going to consult them during the reception!
This would not have been sooo bad, if they had not violated some very specific requests I had. We hired them because they promised to fulfill these requests. We wanted them to stick to a list of songs that they could play (in any order). They were to take NO requests from the guests either. They played at least 4 songs that were not on the list and took two requests. I was so livid during the reception. Then they lost the song that was to be played during the bouqet toss. During our first dance, the speakers were messed up and it was hard to hear the song.
Then, they had the audacity to have me fill out a satisfaction form DURING the reception. When we complained after the wedding, they said they would look into it, but they believed they did nothing wrong. They SAY they guarantee their services, but when it comes down to it, the owners believe their DJs over you and your guests. We got no apology and no kind of refund.
They are one of the most expensive services in town and I would stay FAR away!
