  Professional staff and Excellent food

  Southfork Catering was amazing and definitely the best choice to catering my doughters wedding. The guests continue to rave over the delicious food and beautiful decor. Lori was, professional, accommodating and so kind to work with from start to finish I would HIGHLY recommend Southfork to cater any event. They are the Best.

  Southfork Catering truly is the BEST!

  We had the privilege of having Southfork Cater our Wedding and it was the best decision we made. Their food is AMAZING, the Staff is super friendly & helpful, and their setup is UNMATCHED. They made our day of setup go so smoothly and really listened to every detail of our vision. Lastly, THE FOOD!! Our Wedding appetizers, dinner, and late-night bites were enjoyed by everyone. (Our guests are still talking about it months later... Seriously lol). We truly did have the "best day ever" and Southfork played a huge part in making our Wedding Day dreams reality. Thank you Southfork & Team!!

  Excellent beyond words/caterer

  Southfork catering exceeded our expectation's for my sons wedding! From the quality of the food, to the service, to the set up, was beyond excellent! We had 250 guests and this did not affect any quality of their service or food! They made everything so easy for us! They were also affordable considering the quality of the food & staff! The table set up, with their china was beautiful!! Their buffet settings were so beautiful! Their plate serving more then enough! All my guests couldn't stop raving about them! I highly recommend them for your special event! You wont be disappointed! I thank Lori and all the staff!

  Lori & Southfork Catering are amazing they catered my sons wedding this past weekend and they couldn't have done better, from the table set-up,decor , service and of course the delicious food. Our guest are still texting us and can't believe how delicious everything was. Highly recommend Lori and her Southfork team!!!

  Amazing!! Have used at multiple events!

  Working with Lori was seamless!! We have used her for 3 family weddings at this point and I see more in the future!! Guest raves about the food and I didn’t have to worry about one thing! SF set us was beautiful each time and she coordinated with the colors perfectly!!

  Amazing food and service

  Southfork catering was exceptional. They went above and beyond for our wedding and were accommodating in every way. They offered great customer service to all of our guests. The food was absolutely spectacular. We were so happy we picked them over the typical bland wedding food. We had guests after guests ask us for their business info so they could us them as well. We will use them again and again.

  We had Southfork cater our wedding and could not be happier with how it turned out! Everyone raved about how great the food was. I had at least ten people tell me it was the best barbecue chicken they ever had. Lori and her crew were very helpful right from the start of our conversations and she was willing to adjust the menu to fit exactly what we wanted. I would definitely recommend them for your wedding!

  Lori & her crew has been ALL sooo nice the day of the wedding and even before the wedding... timely response and answered all the question we had. Food is to die for, the setting of their BBQ cart and how they decorate the buffet table, appetizer table and the drinks table matches everything on the wedding that i planned. Southfork Catering is on too of my list, highly recommended and they will work on your budget. My sincere gratitude to ALL of Southfork Catering team. Thanks so much.

  We used Southfork Catering for our wedding and they did an outstanding job! So many guests kept telling me after the wedding how much they loved the food! They were great to work with every step of the way and I would definitely recommended them to other friends and family!

  We had the absolute best experience with Southfork Catering! Every step of the way, from the flexibility of the menu to the detail of the decor on the day-of, Southfork was a dream to work with!
  
  They arrived right on time, two hours before the event just as promised. I did not have to lift a finger, the staff came in a set up beautifully decorated tables to match my theme that were unbelievably classy and the staff was extremely friendly. They bring everything they need, including the BBQ to make the food onsite so it is fresh for your event. They had the whole situation under control and made me comfortable enough to let them handle it and I able to focus on other details of the event, which is not typical for a control freak like myself.
  
  The event was a public servant appreciation luncheon for City Hall staff, the Police and Fire Department. The Mayor, City Council, Police Cheif, Fire Captain and City Hall leadership were all in attendance. While I was so impressed with how easy they made the event for me, everyone was SO impressed with the food. I received compliments all throughout the event of how great everything tasted and how high-quality the meal was. I even received emails throughout the day asking what company it was because they thought the food was so great. The compliments still have not coming in, even a week later.
  
  I cannot thank Southfork enough! Southfork made our event so special and I cannot wait to use them again.
  
  TIP: Get the LOADED MASHED POTATOES, I promise, they are life changing.

  Southfork Catering was amazing! My daughter just got married at the end of June. Southfork catered our outdoor venue on a hot day. The appetizers and dinner food was wonderfully delicious! I received nothing but compliments from our family and guests on the delicious food! We also had an onsite BBQ, which smelled delicious and just added to the atmosphere! The staff was friendly and attentive and kept the drink dispensers full! Lori was so helpful and quick to respond every step of the way! An added bonus was that the catering decor matched the decor of the wedding too, which is something they do for you! I would recommend Southfork to anyone looking for an outstanding and dependable caterer for their wedding!   Lori and Ron did an awesome job catering my sons wedding... with the food and decorations everything was top notch and professional. Thank you both very much for making this special day a success. My guests loved everything :-)

  Lori is absolutely fabulous! Southfork catered my June 05 Wedding (I know super late!) and the food was amazing! The buffet table was gorgeous, her staff was super friendly and attentive and my guests raved about how delicious the food was! Lori and her staff came early to set up and the food line ran very smoothly. I can't say enough good things about Southfork Catering Company!

  Our daughter's backyard wedding was at our home last month. Southfork catering was the perfect choice for our special event. We actually had both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding catered by Southfork. Both meals were perfect. Lori and Ron provided amazing service, food, and attention to every detail and a very reasonable price. I have and will continue to highly recommend Southfork with absolutely no reservations.

  Lori and Southfork Catering came to our rescue literally 4 weeks before our wedding as the arrangement with our previous caterer fell through. She gave us a great deal for ~90 guests, and everyone was RAVING about the food. They prepared the food on site and it was served buffet style which also is great for more casual venues and helps save $. Besides the food being absolutely amazing, the service was just spectacular, and the presentation of the food was beautiful. Every email or phone call was also immediately answered so you will never have to worry about reliability with this company. I cannot recommend them enough!!!
