Our dream wedding!

We had our wedding at the Southern Mansion on 9/16 and I would recommend the Southern Mansion to ANY bride looking to get married in Cape May! Ken is the sweetest and so professional, he was so welcoming to us from day 1. Every staff member at the Southern Mansion, even when we would stop in with our moms or our wedding planner in the months leading up to our wedding, was so kind and helpful. The day of went of without a hitch. Ken was running around behind the scenes making sure everything was perfect. The rest of the staff, from the bartenders to the wait staff, and EDDIE, were amazing!!! They were so sweet and helpful to us and all of our guests. The Southern Mansion is an absolutely stunning venue, and our guests loved the fact that everything was all in one place (especially the ones that were staying there - we booked all 24 rooms) and with the cocktail hour on the lawn, dinner in the solarium, and the reception downstairs, they were able to see many different parts of the venue and it made our wedding exciting and engaging. Our guests were non-stop raving to us about the Mansion, and how beautiful it was and how perfect the wedding was. Compared to other venues in Cape May, I feel like Southern Mansion offers the best value. It also offers so much character and charm, making for great photos. It's conveniently located in town too - we had our rehearsal dinner at the Washington Inn right across the street and it all just worked out so seamlessly. The bridal suite is also gorgeous and offered more than enough space for me and my bridesmaids to get ready during the day. We love the Southern Mansion and I would get married there over and over again!

Beautiful Venue

The Southern Mansion was so beautiful. I fell in love with the mansion as soon as I saw it. We had our wedding mid-may and the weather was perfect. The well manicured grounds of the mansion and the weather was astounding. The most beautiful part of the mansion is the Wedding Coordinator, Alyssa. As soon as a met her I knew I wanted to work with her. She listened and helped my dreams come alive. She was the calm I needed right before I walked down the isle. She was at the top of the steps and then leaping through bushes to help me with my veil at the bottom of the staircase. All done with grace and class. The smile she gave me after fixing my dress completely calmed me. I highly recommend the Southern Mansion for the not only the beauty of the mansion, but also because you will get to work with an amazing person.

Amazing venue!

We got many compliments on our September wedding at the Southern Mansion! It was such a unique venue. The food was amazing! Our only regret is not booking a larger room block; the guests who stayed love being able to congregate for breakfast over fresh eggs and coffee in a New England style B&B atmosphere. It was just lovely!

Amazing Wedding

The Southern Mansion is hands down the best wedding venue in Cape May. Ken and his team were amazing to work with and made sure our day was everything we wanted and more. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the venue itself is just stunning. We highly recommend The Southern Mansion to anyone looking for a truly magical wedding experience.

100% Recommend The Southern Mansion!

We are so glad we decided to go with the Southern Mansion for our big day. The venue is absolutely stunning, so they can accommodate both weddings with intricate decor and minimalistic weddings. They conveniently have a list of vendors they are used to working with so that you don't have to go hunting for bakers, alcohol vendors, etc. yourself. It's also nice that the venue has a gorgeous bride and groom suite and 23 other rooms that the couple and their close family/guests can stay in after the reception is over. Super convenient when everyone is tired at the end of the night. They also give guests freshly-made, personalized/to-order omelets and breakfast the morning of the wedding and the day after right before you checkout. Their breakfast was absolutely DELICIOUS. Would 100% recommend.

The venue provides linens, plates, silverware, glassware, napkins, water, and the food/catering. The bride and groom handle the cake, alcohol/drink mixers, DJ/Band, Photo/Video, and any decor/flowers. The alcohol vendor that they work with delivers the alcohol to the mansion the afternoon of the wedding and picks up any extra alcohol the next day. Any cases or wine/liquor bottles that are unopened get refunded to the bride and groom, so that is really nice.

One of the best parts about having our wedding at the mansion was working with the Wedding Consultant/Manager, Ken Stefanide. He was a pleasure to be around and always had good energy. He's really good at socializing with the families of the bride and groom and makes sure that everyone feels welcome. Our parents loved Ken and really enjoyed his infectious personality. Ken is also very flexible and caters to the specific needs of each couple. If there is something particular you want done or if you have an unusual request, Ken is good at finding solutions and getting the information you need.

The staff is very attentive and were on top of everything the day of the wedding. Everything went smoothly, and I was very relieved that I could just focus on getting myself (the bride) ready the morning of my wedding. Granted, my mother and friends handled a lot of the logistics the day of, so just make sure you have a solid bridal party and allocate work accordingly. Or you can hire a wedding planner just for the day of the wedding to give you a helping hand.

Magical Wedding!

The venue was beyond anything we could have imagined. With 24 rooms, most of our family stayed at the venue. The staff was incredibly helpful and the price was very reasonable. We had the cocktail hour outside, dinner in the solarium and the party in the basement speakeasy! It was MAGICAL. I would recommend the Southern Mansion to anyone! It will be a special place for us for the rest of our lives.

Willow Creek Winery Wedding

Our wedding was at Willow Creek Winery and the Southern Mansion is the caterer for the venue. At our wedding we had 5 passed horderves and 2 stations that we were able to choose from. Then at dinner we had a beef, chicken, and vegetarian option for our guests. The food was AMAZING. My husband and I both had the top sirloin and it was cooked perfectly, and we’ve had several guests tell us how good the food was!

Beautiful historical wedding Venue

Cape May was definitely where me and my husband wanted to get married. There are so many beautiful places there! When we first started looking around for a venue, of course the southern mansion was on our list. It was actually our first stop! Looking online at pictures, we just loved the overall look of this bed and breakfast! It took you back to the 1800s! So beautiful! So of course we had to go see in person. We got there and was greeted by Ken and he told us all about it and gave us a tour right then and there! Oh my goshhhh! We instantly fell in love. So after getting some information about our wedding being done there, we left and started driving to our next potential venue. Honestly, we got to the next venue, didn’t even get out of our car, and said to each other “let’s go back to the mansion”. So that’s what we did! Haha!! Literally drove back to the mansion and said “yup, this is it.” The first and only venue we looked at! So then we stayed a little longer to book our wedding and that was it! From there on out, Ken was our go-to guy (our wedding coordinator)!! What a fun and incredible man! Even though COVID, he was always very responsive to my emails and calls. I’m very OCD and very organized so I probably made him nuts from time to time (haha) but he always had a great sense of humor and helped me with everything! Even until this day we keep in touch! He’s a forever friend! So fast forward to wedding weekend! Yes I said weekend! We booked the whole weekend with family and friends and everyone was just in awe with the mansion. So incredibly beautiful and very relaxing! Everyone just loved their rooms and all the common rooms to hang out in. Breakfast each morning was incredible! We had a long list of food to choose from and when it was your scheduled time to eat, (had to choose your time due to COVID), your food was nice and hot and brought to your table! Wedding day- ahhh! What a perfect day!!!! We were the first wedding that happened since Covid. Everything was absolutely perfect! What I loved, I mean really loved about the mansion, is that each part of your wedding is in a different area. It makes it so different and so unique! We had the ceremony and cocktail hour outside, dinner in the solarium, and reception in the ballroom. I absolutely loved that you are not stuck in one place the whole time and it also showed our guests every area of the mansion (especially to the guests who didn’t stay the weekend). You saw all the beautiful history of the mansion. Oh and the food on wedding day was absolutely amazing! Of course my husband and I already knew that because of our taste testing, but we so glad our guests felt the same way!
One thing I wish the mansion had offered or had options for would be for the centerpieces. Especially having three different areas couples have to decorate. I know every wedding is unique in their own way and want a certain look, but maybe having on site options if the couples wanted to choose that. It would’ve definitely helped with one less thing to worry about lol.
But other then that, we couldn’t have chose a better place! Whether it’s having an event there, or just going for the weekend or the night, I highly recommend The Southern Mansion. It’s walking distance to the beach and also walking distance to Washington Street. Couldn’t have been a more perfect spot for the mansion to be!
Thank you Ken and staff for everything! Couldn’t have asked for a better place and staff for our wedding weekend!

Wedding of our dreams

We hosted our wedding celebration over Labor Day weekend in 2019 at The Southern Mansion and we couldn't be more pleased! From the moment we first visited back in February, when looking for a venue for our destination wedding, we knew this was the place for us. The Southern Mansion has history and character, but at the same time is clean and updated, allowing for a comfortable stay. Ken, the on-site wedding coordinator, was phenomenal, from our first tour all the way through the wedding and checkout. I didn't hire a coordinator and planned the wedding myself, which I was a bit nervous about, but Ken really came through for us on flawlessly executing all details laid out for him. He’s clearly very experienced in service and also incredibly knowledgeable about the property. The food was fantastic, from the breakfast every morning to the cocktail hour appetizers and plated dinner. The bar staff even accommodated us by mixing our favorite signature cocktails perfectly. We enjoyed the convenience of having everything in one location, and while many wedding venues that offer that lack character, we are so happy we went for this package deal. It was a truly unique experience that brought our friends and family together in a beautiful location, just blocks from the beach and downtown Cape May. The weather was in our favor, but if it hadn't been, the indoor ceremony site would have been just as lovely. The bridal suite (room 2) was perfect to host hair and makeup for the mothers and bridesmaids and room 12 was the ultimate groomsmen quarters. Housekeeping, waitstaff, and front desk staff were all friendly and efficient. All of our friends and family were very pleased with their stays there, each one in a truly unique and comfortable room – several of whom said this is the best wedding they’ve ever attended. We look forward to visiting for future anniversary trips.

Anderson's Amazing Wedding

We could not have ask for a better venue! One Sunday approximately a year prior to our wedding we took a chance and knocked on the door at the Southern Mansion to see if we could get some information. We were met by the Ken(he is AMAZING) whom was beyond gracious and gave us the full tour...within five minutes we were sold...we booked our wedding and the entire Inn that night for our guests. Our family and friends could not stop saying how wonderful and unique our wedding was between the beauty of The Southern Mansion and the service they received...Thank you so much Ken for everything you did to make our wedding day perfect!! Amazing wedding weekend

We just hosted our daughter's wedding June of 2019 at the Southern Mansion in Cape May, New Jersey, and I can only say it exceeded our expectations!
From the outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour in the gorgeous Victorian Garden, to the dinner in the Solarium with the beautiful ceiling fans and cathedral-high glass windows, overlooking the garden, to the reception in the ballroom, everything was magical and perfect. The guests all raved about the historic building, the setting, and the food. The waitstaff was efficient and unobtrusive. Everything ran like a well-oiled machine.
Ken, the wedding manager, and Denise, his boss, could not have been more accommodating and reassuring in the months leading up to the actual wedding. We booked the Southern Mansion after we first met Ken, because we unanimously decided we wanted to work with him. It was clear that Ken loves weddings and making them happen.
When we first met with Ken, he suggested that we try to have our guests book the entire Mansion for the weekend so that the entire place would be ours. So glad we took his advice, the entire place was ours for the weekend filled with family and friends and by the time Saturday evening rolled around, a lot of the guests knew each other and it just made it seem like a weekend long party.
The rooms are simply gorgeous, the bridal suite - beautiful, comfortable and spacious. The cooked to order breakfast each morning was delicious, and the reception dinner, especially the 7 oz filet was mouthwatering. Even the Italian Wedding Soup was easily the best I have ever had. We have gotten so many compliments on the food and the wedding itself. Many people said it was one of the nicest weddings they had ever been to. While I did have my reservations in the beginning, having the dinner and the reception in separate rooms, that was actually the best part. It was not a "cookie-cutter" wedding and the different locations just added to the enjoyment of things.
While we were lucky, and the weather could not have been more perfect, I can't imagine that even if the ceremony had to be moved inside, that Ken and the staff at the Southern Mansion would not have made an indoor ceremony and cocktail hour just as wonderful. Having the entire place to ourselves was like having it as our home for the weekend. No one made us feel that we were in the way or on someone else's property. The front desk staff and everyone we met was gracious and welcoming. Ken, the wedding manager, also recommended the perfect DJ as well, Ken Schaffer of Ken Schaffer Entertainment - DJs & Lighting Design, who kept the dance floor hopping.
The added perk for those who watch Ghosts Hunters, on which the Southern Mansion was featured, is that several guests reported some "strange" but friendly happenings, including me.
I know this review seems over the top but I honestly can't say enough good things about the Southern Mansion and their wonderful staff. If you are looking for a destination wedding location, check this out, you won't be disappointed.

Unique destination

We had our wedding at the Southern Mansion and everyone was blown away! Guests loved the historic location and gardens and we loved how it fit our vintage vibe! Ken and Denise were awesome and helped us tremendously. Their recommended vendors like DJ Ken Schaefer and Shore Thing Event Services were a huge help and we couldn’t have been happier with how things turned out!

Just what we wanted

We loved our wedding at the Southern Mansion! It was beautiful, memorable, and fun—just what we wanted. We highly recommend the Southern Mansion. Ken and the team were incredibly helpful in assisting us with our planning. We had a wonderful wedding. Our guests loved the Mansion, saying how beautiful and special it was and it suited our wish to have a wedding that wasn’t “cookie cutter.” Everyone enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Perfect wedding

My husband and I got married on October 14, 2018, and had our wedding ceremony at the Southern Mansion. Ken, our wedding coordinator was FANTASTIC! As soon as I met him, I knew that the Southern Mansion was going to be our venue, and that we were in good hands. Ken was informative, personable, and very knowledgeable. The entire staff made us feel so special and executed the entire ceremony perfectly. Denise, the manager was also unbelievable and very helpful throughout the entire planning process. Everything was perfect. If you are looking for an absolutely beautiful venue with an amazing staff, look no further!

We cannot express how incredible our experience with the Southern Mansion and the staff have been. From the moment that we decided to chose the Southern Mansion, right up until the day after our amazing wedding, Kira and the staff were with us every step of the way. They are incredibly accommodating, highly professional, and my wife and I both felt that we were in excellent hands during both the planning process and during the wedding itself. Kira and the staff are the greatest, not even to mention the beautiful setting of the Southern Mansion. Guests keep on telling us how much they loved the venue. A lot of guests have also told my wife and I that it was the most spectacular bridal entrance they've ever seen, down the spiral staircase. There were definitely a lot of watery eyes (including my own). And also, guests have been raving about the food, since it's delicious. The chef is amazing, so go and have a food tasting! Another bonus is the location, which is just blocks away from the beach and from downtown Cape May. It was very easy for our guests to walk 2 blocks to the Irish pub for the after party (and then to the beach for another after party, which is probably illegal, but we did it anyway).
Anyway, the Southern Mansion is truly amazing and we highly recommend it to anyone considering having their wedding there. You are guaranteed a fantastic wedding to remember with the Southern Mansion.

When my new husband and I started our search for the perfect wedding venue it was a struggle to find something that would accommodate our vision. It was the second marriage for both of us and we wanted the location to reflect our maturity, have some elegance and beauty to it and still be able to throw a true celebration! The Southern Mansion has always been one of his favorite locations in Cape May and ultimately became the location for our recent destination wedding. I could not be more pleased to provide a rave review of the Southern Mansion, the accommodations, the food, the services and support of our lovely Kira throughout the entire wedding planning process! Throughout the year of planning our questions were always welcomed by Kira, our nerves were always calmed and ultimately the day of ran like absolute clockwork. As the full inhabitants of the mansion that weekend it truly began to feel like our home with family and friends "visiting". The space for the ceremony was magical. The solarium for the dinner was elegant. And the party space was absolutely perfect for a full rockin party!!!! The staff was helpful and friendly. The food was delicious. And this space will forever hold a special place in our heart until we return home for a visit. We had our daughter's reception at The Southern Mansion on 9/10/16. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anybody who loves Cape May and romance! We decided to stay at The Southern Mansion both Friday and Saturday night, so we could be in town for the rehearsal and dinner afterwards. This was the best decision we made. Working with Kira during the planning of my daughter's wedding and reception was very easy. She was available to answer any, and I mean any, question we had. My mother even called down to the Mansion several times, and Kira made time to speak with her and get whatever she needed explained. Since we had a smaller reception, around 80 guests, the place was perfect. Everyone who works at the Southern Mansion was very helpful and made us feel right at home as soon as we checked in. I do not remember the gentlemen's name, but on the morning of the wedding, my daughter was eating breakfast and the woman who we had coming to do our hair and make-up arrived a few minutes early. The gentlemen did not let the woman in the Mansion until he knew my daughter was finished her breakfast, he wanted to make sure she ate something before the madness began! That little thing he did for her meant so much to us. The day before the wedding, we met with Kira to go over the "little" things we had brought to have at the reception. All we had to do was show her what we had and then next day when we returned from the church all was exactly as we had asked. During the reception, Kira was there the entire time, helping serve cocktails, dinner and to make sure everything went smoothly. She and all the staff made our daughter's day as it should be on your wedding day, magical. Please do not let this venue go without a look!

I don't even know where to begin...The Southern Mansion was perfect from beginning to end. The coordinator Kira was amazing from day 1, very very responsive to what I'm sure was 100 emails over a years planning time. The venue is breathtaking, the food is out of this world..I wish I could have eaten more wearing a wedding dress! The staff were all awesome and super friendly and accomodating. It's got a very upscale vibe with a very home like atmosphere and I've got nothing but rave reviews from my guests. It was everything we could have ever asked for .

The Southern Mansion was amazing! From the planning to the day after, Kira was so helpful and attentive. She listened to my every silly question and request with a lot of patients. We had our ceremony in the main front room. It was beautiful and super intimate. We had about 50 guests and being married in that room made it feel like we were so close to dearest friends and family. After that we enjoyed cocktail hour in the solarium and proceeded downstairs to the ball room for dinner and dancing. Everything went off without a hitch! Many of our guests stayed over and loved the rooms. They also raved about the food. We stayed in the master suite both the night before and the night of our wedding... we already booked it for our anniversary! The entire staff was super helpful and very nice. For a quaint, intimate wedding the Southern Mansion can not be beat!

Not only is The Southern Mansion a beautiful and intimate venue for a wedding ceremony and reception, but the staff is excellent and friendly as well. I had the pleasure of working with Kira, Denise, and Ken very closely over the past year throughout the planning process for our wedding that was just held on May 29th. We felt so comfortable asking any questions or for suggestions on literally every single aspect of our big day.

There were times I called Kira literally freaking out about something I forgot, and she always helped me to feel calm and to figure out all the details going into our important day. Even on the day of our wedding I forgot to ask someone to hold my train and veil and the girls had already lined up for the ceremony, Kira immediately calmed me down and offered to do it for me.. without any hesitation (and she did). Kira was also outside with me, digging through the garbage (on my wedding day), to find my headpiece that went missing!!! I will never forget that... <3

The entire event went without a single hiccup. The food that was prepared by the chef was fantastic and enjoyed by all of our guests. The service during the rehearsal, ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception was phenomenal!!!

We would recommend The Southern Mansion to anyone thinking about a wedding in Cape May!! Our day was literally PERFECT!!!

The Southern Mansion itself is a gorgeous property full of amazing photo opportunities. Even though we hoped for good weather so that we could have our ceremony outside on the beautiful grounds, we ended up having the ceremony inside the Victorian Ballroom and it was absolutely beautiful! The setting was so intimate and the pictures look great! The staff did a great job as well. Every staff member was friendly and committed to making our day run seamlessly, especial Kira! Kira took over the coordinating position mid-way through our planning progress, an otherwise stressful situations for a bride to be, but Kira reassured us that she was going to do everything she could to make our day perfect. And she did! She responded quickly to all of my emails leading up to the day. On our wedding day she was just as excited as myself and our family members! She adjusted a few bumps without anyone even knowing the bumps existed and provided an absolutely flawless experience that my family and guests will never forget. The chef at the Southern Mansion made the most delicious food! My husband and his family are Hispanic so we wanted to include their culture in our food choices. The chef made empandas that were to die for, as well as tostones and rice and beans. The guests all loved the food and some made the comment "this is the best food I've had at a wedding!" Overall we are so happy and can't wait to return for our anniversary!

My daughter was married yesterday at the Southern Mansion. I can't even describe how beautiful and perfect it was. Just magical! Kira Moyer is the new wedding planner, and she was fabulous! She made our special day just fabulous! We had a couple bumps in the road and she smoothed them perfectly, couldn't ask for more professionalism. The place is gorgeous, the food was awesome, it's just so lovely. I highly recommend the Southern Mansion if you're planning a wedding.

We had our wedding rehearsal dinner at the Southern Mansion and it was lovely. Andreea, the on-site coordinator, could not have been nicer throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond for us, made excellent suggestions and helped make our vision a reality.

The event was wonderful. Everyone remarked at how beautiful the mansion was when they arrived. The food was excellent - it exceeded our expectations! And the entire staff was professional and gracious. We had to go with our "back-up-rain-plan" since it rained earlier that day and the grass was too wet. And Andreea assured us the whole time everything would be ok and it was better than ok. It ended up being better!

At the end of the evening, many of our guests sat on the rocking chairs on the porch just relaxing, enjoying each other's company as well as the beautiful and peaceful atmosphere unique to the Southern Mansion.

We highly recommend this venue and cannot wait to visit again and again! It's an absolutely stunning place.

Our day was incredibly flawless and stunning thanks to Andreea (Wedding Coordinator) and all of The Southern Mansion's staffs' hard work the day of our wedding. Even the days leading up to the wedding were relaxing and lovely, at the mansion, with their stunning rooms and relaxing atmosphere (and terrific breakfast too!)

Throughout the year and a half it took planning our day with Andreea, she continuously worked with us in a timely and flexible manner that always met our requests and needs. Not only did she help to coordinate our day and make sure it ran smoothly and comfortably during the ceremony, she also was hands-on throughout the entire evening with the rest of the cocktail hour and reception staff. All of the cocktail hour and reception staff were EXTREMELY kind and professional and certainly added to making our day feel magical.

The food was outstanding at both our cocktail hour and reception. Guests continue to tell us how delicious all of the hor d'oeuvres and food displays were, and are still commenting on how the filet mignon and flounder with crab imperial was the best they've ever had. Guests certainly did not leave hungry from our wedding! All were satisfied and so impressed with our venue.

We could not have asked for a more beautiful, memorable day. Our guests are still raving about how amazing The Southern Mansion and our wedding was!

I had my wedding at the Southern Mansion a few weeks ago and still cannot stop thinking about how beautiful and smooth everything was. The location is amazing and extremely romantic. We had a wedding with under 100 people so it was very intimate and cozy. We also had many guests stay there so it was nice to be surrounded by everyone. Andreea was amazing and extremely accomodating and responsive. She made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed with how the plans were progressing as I live three hours away from Cape May and could not monitor everything as closely. We depended heavily on her and could not have asked for a better job. All of the vendors she recommended were amazing as well. We are over the moon about the whole experience and cannot wait for our pictures to come back as the grounds and the decor at the Southern Mansion are gorgeous. We can't wait to go back for future stays and do not have enough nice things we could say about Andreea and the rest of the staff at The Southern Mansion

It is the most beautiful spot. The wedding was beautiful and Andreea helped make my day relaxed and beautiful. Loved the location, and even the weather worked with me to make it the perfect place. Also, we got the master suite for free since we reserved a set of rooms. It was delightful, and I felt completely spoiled. Also, my husband and I are vegan and they were willing to work with us to make a delicious meal. Everyone I spoke with thought the food was delicious, especially the steak. Basically it was perfect!!

Our wedding at the Southern Mansion was absolutely perfect! From the first time we saw the venue to our last song at the reception, it was a wonderful experience! Our guests loved the unique set up and decor of the venue. Andreea, the on site wedding coordinator was awesome! Our outdoor wedding didn't work out due to rainy weather and she was so accommodating to make sure our " plan b"'was flawless. We were fortunate to fill all the rooms at the bed and breakfast so our wedding had a laid-back, house party feel. The food was outstanding, the venue/landscape is beautiful and Andreea went above and beyond. There are many gorgeous locations on the property for pictures.

We stayed at the Southern Mansion for our wedding weekend, and had a large room block of guests stay there as well. We also had our rehearsal dinner there the night before the wedding.

The grounds rooms of the Southern Mansion are just stunning on their own, but it was really the impeccable service and attention to detail that made our time there so wonderful. Andreea helped us plan everything from start to finish, and was incredibly attentive and responsive. The rehearsal dinner was so beautiful and went so smoothly, and it was really her attention to detail that made the difference.

We also got ready there and took a lot of photos there before the wedding. It was just gorgeous, and the staff were very accommodating and helpful.

The rooms are just incredible. Each one is different, and all of our guests commented on how wonderful the rooms looked and were prepared.

It was also very nice that the Mansion is very centrally located in Cape May. Our guests all explored quite a bit before the wedding, and said it was nice not to have to travel far to get anywhere.

All in all, our stay at the Mansion could not have been better. We are very grateful for everything they did for us and thrilled with our decision to stay there.

From the minute my fiance and I set foot into the Southern Mansion, we knew it was our wedding venue. The exterior and gardens are natural and lovely, and the interior rooms (think luxurious parlor, beautiful open sun porches, antique furniture and beautiful decor everywhere) are absolutely stunning. The venue is old-world charm with all the modern amenities you want.

Our coordinator at the Mansion, Andreea, was great from start to finish. She helped us coordinate all the little details, and she's obviously very experienced because she made great recommendations on the best way to do things for our day. She followed through on everything we asked, and even on the day of the wedding was constantly silently behind the scenes, making sure everything got done. We couldn't be more grateful for her help!

The ceremony we had was absolutely lovely and the most unique part (if you choose to do an outdoor ceremony) is your grand entrance down the spiral staircase at the back of the garden. It makes for some incredible photographs as well.

Overall, we just couldn't be happier with how our day went. I highly recommend checking out the Southern Mansion. We're already hoping to spend some anniversaries in some of their beautiful guest rooms in the future!

I really could not say enough about Andreea, Barbara and the entire Southern Mansion staff. We wanted a wedding with less than 100 people in a beautiful, intimate setting. When we found the Southern Mansion on line, we knew we found something beautiful. I called Andreea the next day as we didn't want to fall in love with something we couldn't afford and we wanted to start making a budget. Andreea sent over the packages immediately! She was so sweet and warm on the phone and I could feel in my core that The Southern Mansion was going to be different! The Packages were affordable giving us many options that we could work out -- and with BYOB -- it was a financial home run!!
When I walked into the Southen Mansion, I was speechless!! It was perfect!! As a Manhattanite, I am extremely hard to impress -- and Trey and I knew that "The Diamond Room" at the same old catering hall wasn't the wedding for us -- we booked on the spot!! At The Mansion, you get married in a beautiful garden, have a stunning staircase entrance, cocktails outside to enjoy the grounds, a beautiful dinner in the solarium and a dance revolution in the ball room. Aside from the gorgeous Victorian Mansion, the other reason to book The Southern Mansion is Andreea, the wedding coordinator. Andreea was there, always promptly answering emails and offering honest suggestions. As The Southern Mansion is not a cookie-cutter venue, Andreea walks you through each detail. She provides detailed check lists and bills. Everything was always crystal clear and honest. While being the complete professional, Andreea manages to completely capture your heart! She isn't just doing a job, she will work tirelessly to make your day perfect. I will never forget that Andreea even lent me her own facinator that she wore on her wedding day for me to use as my Kentucky Derby Wedding Hat. I wore it during dinner, as it was a symbol of how much Andreea truly cared about us and how thankful we'll always be!

My Husband and I had a wonderful wedding thanks to the great staff at The Southern Mansion. I am in my thirties, my husband in his fourties, and our friends have been to hundreds of weddings collectively -- we wanted our wedding to stand out. The same old Chicken Marsala in the "diamond room" wasn't our style. We were also financing our day so we wanted different, intimate and breath taking at an affordable price. We found that in The Southern Mansion!! I found the Southern Mansion online before we were engaged. Since we were financing ourselves -- he didn't officially put the ring on it until we were in a place to be able to throw a wedding. I called the event planner, Andreea, even before I was officially engaged!! "I don't wan't to fall in love with something out of reach", I told her. Andreea reassured me this was something she did often -- she was sweet and welcoming on the phone -- and sent over the packages immediately. It was perfect!!! Ceremony in a beautiful garden, outdoor cocktails and hor d'oeuvres, dinner on the sun porch and a dance revolution in the ball room!!! All at a price we could afford! Within weeks we were officially engaged and I was in the car with my family en route to Cape May!! Andreea greeted us at the door, and I walked into something out of a dream! The Mansion is breathtaking! I live in Manhattan and have visited Chateaus in France -- admittedly difficult to impress -- and I was in awe!! Andreea walked us through the mansion with a sweet smile and an obvious love of her job! There was nothing hidden, no secret charges, everything was honest and upfront. I signed the contract on the spot! Through the planning process, Andreea delt with my type A, meticulous, down to the flower petal planning with grace. She answered questions and gave her much appreciated words of advice and expertise. If something wasn't going to work, she was honest and kind, giving suggestions that worked. We couldn't thank Andreea enough!

The Southern Mansion was the best venue a bride could ask for (especially one with a small wedding of 65 guests) and I am so glad we were married there! From the first contact we had with Andreea, the site coordinator, she made planning our event extremely easy! Always willing to answer my questions (no matter how crazy), Andreea was very accomodating, even allowing my mom and I to drop by a year after our brief first meeting (and recognized me!) to show her around.

The day of our wedding was executed flawlessly - Andreea and the Southern Mansion staff are true professionals and know how to make an event memorable! All setup details we agreed upon during the planning process (bar setup, moving decorations around, etc.) were done exactly as we had discussed - not one thing was off! The bartenders and servers were great, the food was DELICIOUS and everything was just so... PERFECT.

The Southern Mansion is nothing like your typical "wedding factory", mediocre wedding venue. I was given so much attention during the planning process and the mansion is so beautiful on its own, it doesn't need much to dress it up! If you are looking for a unique, vintage-themed venue for a small group, look no further!

The Southern Mansion was everything we were looking for in a wedding venue. The mansion is an absolutely gorgeous Victorian B&B in the heart of Cape May, NJ. The ceremony room was elaborately decorated , the cocktail hour room overlooked Washington Street with an amazing view of the gardens and horse-drawn-carriages, and the reception area was spaciously set up for dinner and dancing. Many of our guests advised us that it was the best food they ever had at a wedding!

I found The Southern Mansion after a search of Bed and Breakfast venues that can hold more than 50 people! I came across this beautiful and massive Bed & Breakfast in Cape May, NJ. As soon as I contacted the wedding planner Andreea, she left me so at ease with more pictures and an understandable contract, we booked soon after that. Then....we went on the physical tour of the venue!! Amazing!
Throughout the process, Andreea answered ALL my emails in a prompt manner and when she was not available (which is hardly ever), other staff members assisted myself and our incoming guests. Andreea, the staff and mansion are truly wonderful...our perfect day went on as planned 2 weeks after Hurricane Sandy.
We look forward to spending many anniversaries and weekends there!

So happy I had my wedding here! Absolutely beautiful place! Me, my family and my Friends booked the whole hotel for the weekend of my wedding. we had a blast! Everyone was so taken back by how stunning the mansion was and we got lots and lots of compliments on the food as well. And Andreea was fantastic, she did an amazing job making me and my guest comfortable. Its been a lil over a month since i got married and my friends and family STILL talk about what a blast that weekend was! A lot of them actually said they would book there again the next time they are visiting Cape May. I recommend everyone visit the mansion, you wont be disappointed :)

Mel and I got married at the SM on September 9th, 2012. The premises at the Southern Mansion are beautiful; it's a place full of color and elegant vintage detail. Our first impression of Andrea (wedding coordinator) was great! She was pleasant, pretty, professional and most importantly, it was clear that she knew the business and that she had orchestrated multiple weddings. She provided us with our options and a list of trusted vendors in the Cape May area. She didn’t miss a thing. The SM enabled us to have a different type of wedding—the way we wanted it to be, so we booked it. Through-out the planning months, I found myself consulting the information Andrea provided to us and everything was in there. Sometimes, I emailed her with curiosities of a bridezilla and she always replied promptly and efficiently. She is very organized. We settled in on the Saturday before our wedding and Andrea was there to greet us. She instantly made us feel like the SM guest of honor.
Our wedding day was perfect. We had a good night sleep, our rooms were impeccable and breakfast with our family was the perfect start to our wedding day. As soon as Andrea started her shift on the day of our wedding she came in to say hello and to make sure we had everything we needed. She also went in to see me before our ceremony began and backed up my MOH every step of the way to make sure everything was perfect. We loved our wedding and so did our guests. We are still receiving compliments from our guest. Everyone loved the food, especially the flounder turbans and the lamb chops. The bartenders were excellent. Our guest drank a lot and no one had any complaints. In fact, I thought the bartenders were very professional.
Mel and I were very satisfied with the way our wedding turned out. To us, it was perfect and that, we owe it to the fantastic staff employed at the SM—everyone was very attentive and the food was incredible. Kudos to the Chef for doing such a great job and keeping our guest happy.

We had a wonderful wedding experience at The Southern Mansion and wish we could do it all again! Our guests are still talking about the great time they had - we highly reccomend this venue. When we first took a trip to Cape May to check out The Southern Mansion we immediately both said, “this is the place”. It is a very unique and elegant venue – we were able to have our ceremony and cocktal hour outside, dinner in the sunroom and our reception in yet another location. We found the staff to be very friendly. accommodating, and flexible (we had a few last minute room and location changes that were quickly taken care of). What we really appreciated was the fact that many of our guests were able to stay at The Mansion during our wedding weekend - we were able to celebrate all weekend long with our guests (and the rooms are beautiful). And because The Southern Mansion specializes in weddings Andreea and the staff made the planning very easy for us. Andreea is a great asset to The Mansion; she has great attention to detail, was (unobtrusively) present during the entire wedding and ensured that all Mansion functions went according to schedule. We are looking forward to celebrating our 1st Anniversay at the Mansion next year.

Andreea and the staff at the Southern Mansion were a joy to work with. She made the planning of my day easy, and low stress. I have never seen a staff work so hard to ensure our day was perfect and ran smoothly...and it did!

We were married on a beautiful day in October, 2011 on the outside lawn surrounded by beautiful gardens. I walked down a gorgeous outside staircase, to the angelic sounds of a flute and harp (Magic Flute Weddings) and to the gazebo where we were married. The cocktail hour was set outside in the gardens, dinner was on the porch and we danced the night away downstairs. The food was amazing, from the appetizers to the crab cake and filet.

The Southern Mansion provided a perfect atmosphere and the staff exceeded all of my expectations.

Our wedding was amazing!!! The entire experience from start to finish was so smooth, Andreea made everything turn out exactly as I had imagined! We got so many compliments on how gorgeous the venue and ceremony were. We had a fairly long engagement (17 months) and we were planning our wedding from afar (as we lived in Colorado at the time). I was able to return to New Jersey several times before the wedding to take care of a lot of things - and I'd have to say that since I love being organized and planning things, it was all a lot of fun for me.
Our wedding coordinator from the Southern Mansion, Andreea, was absolutely amazing. I must admit that I made the mistake of reading some of the reviews posted on here before writing my own. I saw the extremely negative review posted on here and it made me feel very angry. Like the other bride who had written said review, I was not a fan of the fake plants. The Southern Mansion takes away any fake plants they have on the floor free of charge except for those hanging ferns BECAUSE IT'S A PAIN IN THE NECK TO TAKE THEM DOWN. I understood this, but apparently that bride did not. ALSO - I actually lost that battle with my mom. She didn't want to pay the measly $200 fee and I said I'd pay for it out of my own pocket, but I guess my mom really loved them... and when they're hanging in that room, NO ONE knows they're fake anyway and no one even notices them.
Secondly, the chairs - that's another thing that kind of hit home for me. My mom wanted the white chairs. We ended up getting the gold chairs (which is what it sounds like this bride ended up with). The gold chairs are made for indoor seating. They are higher than the white ones (which are for outdoor seating). Also - if you had your ceremony on the grounds, they'd have to move the chairs during your cocktail hour.
That's enough about that.....

We had an amazing experience at the Southern Mansion for our wedding. Our guests were happy, we were happy, and it couldn't have been more beautiful - despite the last minute rain. The turquoise Victorian room is STUNNING. The guest rooms are absolutely incredible. Our photographer took some great shots with the antique clawfoot tub that I will cherish forever.

And none of what happened could have been pulled off without the help of Andreea. I found her to be an excellent communicator and extremely accommodating. She understood exactly what I wanted and I was able to give her verbal instructions in addition to my detail sheet. The rest of the staff was also a delight. And the food (for wedding food, especially), was outstanding.

I honestly could not have been a happier bride. It's easy when you find the right groom, of course (which I have), but when the ceremony and reception site end up exceeding expectations, it makes the wedding day that much more magical.

If you want some cheesy New Jersey experience, go somewhere else. If you want an elegant wedding where all of your guests will be talking about how it was the best wedding they've ever gone to, have your wedding at the Southern Mansion.

I don't think there are enough words to express how wonderful my wedding was at the Southern Mansion. We planned our July 2011 wedding with the southern mansion for over a year. Living almost 3 hours away from Cape May, we thought it was going to be tough to plan, but the entire process was as smooth as can be. The event planner Andreea is nothing more then wonderful! She made our day so special. Every detail of our wedding that we discussed, Andreea made it happen. There was no scrambling, frustrations, or problems with our wedding. We couldn't have asked for a better person to plan it. The food for the cocktail hour and reception was absolutely delicious. All of the food came out as scheduled and at the perfect temperature. The venue is gorgeous with beautiful ground and flowers, the woodwork is absolutely stunning... and the rooms are immaculate and clean. Our ceremony was held on the Southern Mansion grounds and it was beautiful. Being in the garden with all of the flowers just made it so special. The Southern Mansion is so beautiful, the atmosphere is perfect for a wedding.

Our guests were blown away with our wedding. Everyone gave us compliments. I heard so many times "this was the best wedding I've ever been to". Its hard to explain but you can't imagine how beautiful your wedding will be at the Southern Mansion until you are actually there. My husband, Sam, and I are two busy professionals, having a blended family consisting of five children ranging in ages 21 to 8. So certainly, anyone would understand some delays in the ordering and receiving of our wedding pictures. Well, the day has finally come and even though we saw a glimpse of how the wedding appeared in our guests’ eyes, now that we have the professional photos, we can truly begin to appreciate the beautiful Southern Mansion, and our favorite Wedding Planner, Andreea Leaha. Andreea, as promised, the Southern Mansion was beautifully appointed in antique holiday Christmas decorations. You can tell by the photos, that Andreea’s experience in transitioning from the ceremony to the cocktail hour to the formal reception was seamless. Both Sam and I can’t begin to share our appreciation for how Andreea managed the support staff to be attentive to all our guests’ needs. Our guests came from all over the country to meet and stay the entire wedding weekend with us at the Southern Mansion. Andreea’s professionalism, attention to detail and complete care of our needs made it a wonderful experience for all of us. In closing, my family and I want to thank Andreea and the Southern Mansion for making our special day truly beyond any expectation. We love Andreea and the Southern Mansion.

My husband and I had our reception at the beautiful Southern Mansion in Cape May, NJ on May 14, 2011. I always wanted to be married down at the shore. My parents, husband and I checked out a few places in Cape May. After seeing the Southern Mansion, we knew it was the place we wanted to have our reception. No other place came close to the beauty of the Southern Mansion. The gardens, the decor, everything about the Southern Mansion will have you in awe. We had about a two year engagement so I had plenty of time to plan for everything. Andreea, the wedding coordinator, was a pleasure to work with. She accomodated our needs every step of the way. She made sure everything ran smoothly. I had not a care in the world with her running everything.

We had a small wedding of 100 people which fit perfect in the South Wing Solarium. Dinner was delicious! We had a taste testing about 2 months prior to the wedding and chose the dinner choices. Everything at the tasting was delicious but we agreed on Crab Cake and Filet Mignon. All the food, including hors douvres and our soup and salad were excellent. Hats off to the chef!

We had planned on having cocktail hour outside in the beautiful garden, however, due to the weather forecast, Andreea called me the day before the wedding and said that we had to go with plan B, which was to have cocktail hour in the South Wing Ballroom. We were still able to take pictures outside as the day was not a total washout. Even though this was our plan B, we still got so many compliments on how beautiful everything was.

We received so so many compliments on how great the venue was and how different the reception was from any other wedding they had been to. This was exactly why we chose the Southern Mansion. It is not your typical wedding reception venue, but that it what we wanted. I would not have changed anything! Please check out the Southern Mansion for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

My husband and I were very fortunate to be married at the lovely Southern Mansion in magical Cape May, NJ on April 17, 2010. This review has been a long time coming. Words cannot express how lovely we feel the Mansion is nor how wonderful, kind, organized and professional Andreea the Wedding Coordinator was and is. Those close to me describe me as meticulous, particular, obsessive and demanding. I made extensive calls and wrote numerous emails to Andreea as well as to Denise, the B & B Manager as I live in Northern NJ, so I had to rely on Andreea, the coordinator and her colleagues immensely. Consistently, they responded promptly and answered my questions (i.e., do you think this dish is better than the other dish, which tastes better, which is the best dessert, what do you think of my flowers, etc...). Andreea deserved a drink or two after dealing with me! Even during unexpected occurrences, such as a change of room, cancelled and rescheduled reservations, they were on top of it all! Andreea and the Beautiful Mansion and excellent staff truly made my day everything and more than what I had expected or imagined.

My guests still thank me for having invited them to my wedding, as they had such a great time. They loved everything about it, the place, the management, and the food! It was a great reassurance to know that on such a stressful day for any bride, Andreea took care of everything, leaving me without unnecessary worries. Had I gotten married in Northern NJ, my wedding would have been a cookie cutter type wedding that most have up north, not to mention my beautiful wedding would have certainly been much more expensive.

I would highly recommend the Southern Mansion to anyone.

My son and his new wife were married at the Southern Mansion on August 11, 2012. We could not have been happier with the services provided for our event. The check-in for our guests was smooth, the rooms were gorgeous and the grounds were absolutely beautiful for a summer garden wedding. We were so looking forward to the bride making her entrance to the ceremony walking down the spiral staircase into the garden. The weather gods were not cooperating with our plans and it rained off and on for most of the day. As the wedding time was approaching we were very nervous - but our wedding coordinator, Andreea, remained calm and collected. She worked with us until the last moment to make the bride and groom's dreams come true and we had the ceremony as planned in the Southern Mansion garden! It was fabulous! With flooding in all the surrounding shore towns due to the heavy rain we were so lucky that we were able to continue as planned. The staff was organized and efficient and the food was delicious! The breakfast that is served in each was wonderful as well. Everyone who attended the wedding celebration raved about the event. We cannot thank Andreea and her staff enough for making my son's wedding a success. Be sure to check out the Southern Mansion!

For our wedding weekend, my fiancé (now husband) and I stayed at the Southern Mansion, which was breathtaking in every aspect. The suite we had was fantastic. Their Events Coordinator, Kira Moyer did a wonderful job coordinating and helping us plan our formal photo shoot with the bridal party. The photos turned out even more amazing than I could’ve ever imaged or hoped for given the impeccably restored interiors and beautiful grounds at the Mansion.

Southern Mansion is a beautiful venue and a great place to get married. From beginning to end everyone was friendly and attentive to our needs/wants. Andreea was always easy to get in touch with and responded promptly to all e-mails and calls. Kenny at the front desk was always a pleasure to interact with and super friendly. All of our guests were very impressed with the Southern Mansion, their staff, and the quality of the food.

The Southern Mansion hosted a wonderful wedding for my husband and I and all of our guests. The food was outstanding and service by waitstaff and bartenders was professional and courteous. All involved worked well with our vendors and ensured the day went smoothly.

This is a beautiful location and we wanted to have our wedding there from the moment we thought of it. The grounds and house are extremely well kept, adding to the beauty of any wedding day.

The variety of packages offer so many choices that we had trouble deciding on some options, but we always knew that no matter our choices we wouldn't be disappointed.

We held our wedding and reception this past July at The Southern Mansion, which is a beautiful, historic location. We live in England and had guests from all over Europe and the USA in attendance -- from England, Germany, Sweden, Ireland, Canada as well as California, Georgia, Florida and other states. After asking our guests to travel all that way for our wedding, we needed it to be special and it was. We planned it for over a year with the help of the Southern Mansion's special events manager, Andreea Leaha, who was extremely responsive and helpful. We wanted our wedding ceremony to be held indoors in the main ballroom, which is a stunning room, instead of outside in the lovely gardens, which we thought might be too hot in July. (We were right. It was 98 degrees and humid.) The Southern Mansion accommodated our request (which entailed moving out all the antique furniture in order to accommodate chairs for the guests). We were able to hold our celebrations in various parts of the mansion. After our wedding ceremony was performed in the ballroom, we had cocktail hour on the porch and in the garden (in the shade!), and then dinner was held on another long porch. Afterward, dessert and coffee were served in a downstairs function room/ballroom, where we had music and dancing. The staff all worked very hard and were most pleasant during our 4 night stay. The wedding dinner was good without having a particular wow factor, but the food was not the most important aspect in making our decision. We could have upgraded some of the menu choices but decided not to, and it was fine. We live in England and only had 1 visit to the Southern Mansion in the months leading up to the wedding, and therefore it was crucial to us to have had the cheerful and responsive assistance of Andreea. Highly recommended!

Southern Mansion made our wedding amazing!

Our wedding day, 9/18/21, was the best day of our lives and the Southern Mansion played a huge role! We chose the Southern Mansion after our first walk through with Ken, the Mansions on site coordinator. We did not hesitate we knew after that first walk through that the mansion was our venue! The mansion was the perfect destination for our closest family and friends to spend an entire weekend celebrating right along side us. The mansion offers a uniqueness that other venues do not have. For example, the ceremony, reception, and dinner each took place in different areas of the venue. Our guests got to experience a whole new vibe throughout the day and we were able to make each moment special. Everyone got to relax around the mansion and knowing that our best friends and family were all there on site staying over for our event made it so special. The breakfast that’s included with each hotel room was excellent. Ken and the mansion staff did everything the entire weekend to ensure our wedding and our guests were having an amazing time. The beauty of the mansion, the grounds, and the rooms are what hooked us. We will remember this weekend forever.

Unique and Special

Such a classic and unique location, the Southern Mansion was exactly what we were looking for with its Victorian charm and quiet beauty. Ken was such a friendly and fun personality, and we knew he would be a great fit for us. Throughout the hectic planning process he was always willing to help us with any questions we had (we had alot), and spent the time to get to know us. Perhaps most importantly, we could tell he cared and wanted our wedding to be wonderful. Ken, we will never forget you!

The venue itself is quite nice. Dinner in the hall solarium is beautiful, with large windows and spacious enough for 10 tables. It was just the right size for 75 people. The food was tasty, and its worth noting the chef can prepare a delicious vegetarian selection. Having the event take place in different areas is a welcome change to the standard "dinner + reception" same location you experience at so many weddings. Guests definitely appreciate the changing environment. Our guests loved everything about the mansion.

We just celebrated 1 month as husband and wife a few days ago over a couple glasses of wine and can't believe it's been 1 month. It felt more honest to write a review after the haze and craze of the wedding wore off, and we can say we recommend The Southern Mansion wholeheartedly. Thank you Ken and SM team!

Finding exactly the right wedding venue for us was a bit tricky--we definitely wanted somewhere on the beach, but did NOT want to pay the extravagant pricing of other venues in the area. Cape May has always been a second home to us, so when I walked into the Southern Mansion, the first words out of my mouth were "WOW!". The venue is a restored B&B/Mansion, and the architecture and decor is not one to disappoint. Every aspect of the Mansion is breathtaking; the rooms, the gardens, etc. That was what originally sold me on the venue; the authenticity of the Victorian feel. After that, I only fell in love more. Kira was so helpful with all of our needs. My mother is very particular and detail oriented, and Kira was able to answer all of her questions, and made sure our wedding day went off without a hitch. Kira is very good at keeping a schedule for the day of the wedding, which helped make everything run so smoothly.

We had around 110 people, and picked the Solarium Wing for our dinner, which was perfect for our size; ceremony and cocktail hour were outside. If you want to use the Solarium room, you have to book the adjoining rooms (which guarantees no outside guests can stay in this area). You also have to provide your own alcohol, but Collier's Liquors (also in Cape May) was wonderful with providing us liquor for the day of. The Southern Mansion gives your bartenders and all barware.

I cannot say enough about the FOOD. From our tasting to the day of, all I could think about was my delicious salad and chicken cordon bleu. They have SUCH a wide variety to choose from for menu options, and are willing to open up to even more options (i.e. vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, specialty foods).

I could go on and on about our experience there, but to sum it up, I will say this--I cannot tell you how many people told us the day after how perfect the day had been, and that it was the best wedding they'd ever been to. This is absolutely the BEST venue in Cape May!!

First and foremost, I had a great wedding. I loved my wedding, but this was in spite of the Southern Mansion staff, especially their event coordinator, rather then because of them. The Southern Mansion does not value customer service or satisfaction.

The wedding coordinator worked against us at every turn, and when she did give into a special request (i.e. they remove the millions of fake plants they have adorning their porch), it was at a heavy cost. Even after we paid for certain services they were not accomplished with in the time promised. We were also charged heavily for her mistakes. For example, she gave us the wrong type of chair and charged us 700+ dollars. When I approached her about the mistake, she first blew me off, then later interrupted me while I am in the middle of saying good-bye to some guests to tell me it was my fault -- we had the wrong chairs because I didn't put the information in her detail sheet, even though there is not a place on the sheet for this information. Apparently the emails I had sent and the conversation we had in person was not enough. If the Southern Mansion were to offer a friendly, conscientious coordinator I would highly recommend them, but as it is now, the hassle and frustration is not worth the beautiful location.
