Pastor Aaron was such a pleasure and joy to work with! His approach at getting to know us as a couple was so kind and genuine. We felt like we could trust him from our first meeting with him! The marriage counseling sessions were so helpful and Pastor Aaron made us feel very comfortable.
We loved getting a video from Pastor Aaron after the wedding showing that our marriage license was sent off in the mail - such a fun end to our experience with him! Pastor Aaron was absolutely wonderful to work with as our wedding officiant. From the very beginning, he made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. He was always timely, responsive, and incredibly easy to communicate with.
One of the things we appreciated most was his great sense of humor — he brought such a warm and relaxed energy that made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. Our ceremony felt personal, meaningful, and enjoyable thanks to him.

Pastor Aaron was the officiant at our religious wedding ceremony, and we are so thankful that we chose him! We had a destination wedding and chose Pastor Aaron based on the amazing reviews that we saw. We had multiple meetings with him before our wedding day so that we got to know each other well, and he was very prompt with all communication and planning. Our wedding ceremony was lovely, and he made it serious, funny, and had the intimate feeling you would expect from someone you've known for years. We got many compliments on how well the ceremony went! -

We feel so blessed to have had Pastor Aaron officiate our wedding this past March. From our very first conversation, he made us feel comfortable and cared for. He took the time to get to know us and our story, which made the ceremony feel incredibly personal and meaningful.
On our wedding day, his words were heartfelt, genuine, and full of love. He also created one of the most memorable moments when he was handed a fantasy football ring instead of our wedding rings from the Best Man. He turned the situation into a lighthearted, funny moment that had everyone smiling and laughing, while still keeping the ceremony beautiful and sacred.

I highly recommend Rev. Aaron DeBenedetto. I chose him based on reviews for our weddings and he was awesome. Communication was easy from the moment we reached out. Once we secured the date, he went to work with aiding us to plan an amazing ceremony. We met twice before the wedding to ensure all details were planned and it led to zero hiccups on the day of the ceremony. Well thought out and his experience was a big plus! He also offers pre-marital counseling which we opted for and I would recommend that to any couple looking to tie the knot. It was very reassuring for my spouse and I. Pastor Aaron, he’s incredible. I looked and interviewed all the officiants over the phone in Charleston area and I knew right away he was the right person to officiate my daughter Carolyn’s wedding at legare Waring house on June 1st. He did an amazing job. He made the time to get to know the bride and groom and brought to life their vision. The wedding ceremony was amazing. We were so happy with Pastor Aaron. All the wedding guests were saying it was the best wedding ceremony they’ve ever been to. I highly recommend Pastor Aaron DeBenedetto don’t look any further.Southern Charm Ceremonies's reply:

I can't say enough about how great Aaron is. He was very communicative and accommodating for our small ceremony and was an essential part in the success of our wedding. He was very helpful in helping plan the ceremony, giving us options on what we wanted shared, and overall doing a great job executing in all that he promised. Additionally, Aaron has made our experience doing marital counseling approachable and meaningful. He allowed us to speak to things of importance to us, while also bringing value in his insights based on the SYMBIS test. My wife and I were aiming to have a small, quaint wedding here in Charleston. We found St Johannes Lutheran Church and it was absolutely perfect. Then we met Pastor Aaron who did our service and we couldn't have been happier! Even though we were having a small wedding, there's still a surprising amount of preparation involved. Pastor Aaron made sure to setup periodic check-ins so we always had a good understanding of what to expect and how things were going to play out. The ceremony was BEAUTIFUL! We couldn't be happier, and would highly recommend Southern Charm Ceremonies for your special occasion :):) -
