Wedding rental

Amy was a pleasure to work with and answered all my questions on several phone calls. We ordered farm tables which looked absolutely beautiful. The dance floor and tables all complimented the tables and vision we created. Delivered and picked up on time.

Amazing Service

We would highly recommend using their services. We had a 200 guest wedding and a few changes beforehand. They were professional, helpful,On-Time, and very detailed. Items rented were clean organized and In good condition. Even the drivers were very pleasant the day of pick up. Thank you all for helping to make our special day smoother.

Customer service excellence!

South Party Rental was the most friendly, responsive and flexible company to work with. I have ordered from them for smaller parties, but needed some chairs, high-top tables and glasses for and outdoor wedding reception. They were able to accommodate a last minute add-on of a tent and made an extra trip to our venue to correct a mistake I made in ordering the wrong glassware. With excellent customer service and fair prices, I highly recommend South Party Rental!

Amazing service with reasonable prices

South Party Rental was very accommodating and had great prices for everything they offered. The event my family had was very short notice but this company had no issue providing everything we needed. They had great customer service and were quick to respond to all of our questions or concerns. I highly recommend this company to anyone planning any event.

Amazing Experience with the South Party Rental team

This company has the most amazing people behind the scenes making it happen for their clients. They made sure that everything for our event/set up was perfect. They helped us come up with solutions with the windy weather to keep everything perfect inside the canopy tent. Their kindness and professionalism is what makes them special! Pleasure to Work With

S.P.R. was reasonable with pricing and had everything we needed to make our dream wedding come true. We needed items on the day of our wedding and they were there ready to give us anything else without any hassle. I contacted this company after finding them online. I went to their location to see the products and meet with the sales associate. They sat down with me to discuss the order. This company goes out of their way to make sure your event is exactly what you want! My wife and I hired South Party Rentals for our wedding this past December 2017. Ruben and Elena were awesome. They were so helpful from the start to the actual ceremony, even showing up on our wedding day to help with the tent because of heavy rain. They went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and for the right price. From every question we had about all the accessories, the chairs, the tables, the linens, the lighting, they handled it all with professionalism and care as if we were family. From the initial quote to finalizing all the details, the staff at South Party Rentals was responsive and helpful. They had great suggestions for our particular set up and even accommodated some minor changes the final week. The set up was done efficiently and the products provided were of good quality. We even had a specific color we wanted for tablecloths and we received a sample to be sure it was right, then they had them custom ordered for us at a very reasonable price. The dance floor was huge and sturdy and our guests enjoyed the night dancing under the tent. I looked at several companies prior to choosing South Party and I'm glad I went with them. As we were doing most everything ourselves, on our property to keep our costs down, we were a little nervous about how to proceed in organizing our wedding. They made our tent and table set up worry free and our wedding was fabulous!! I would definitely use their services again!!

I planned my wedding in a few months. Only to contact South Party Rentals like 3weeks before my wedding .Ask if they can place a special order and have it back on time which they did. I was so pleased with the professionalism and delivery of everything I asked for. They definitely went above and beyond for my wedding.I felt like I was there only customer. This was the second time that I have used South Party Rentals for an event that i was hosting. They are truly a first class organization. Prompt, courteous, helpful. Elena and Ruben are the greatest. I had doubts as to whether the large tent that I wanted would actually fit in the backyard, Ruben came out and measured and assured me that they could make it work. And they did. The wedding that I hosted was a huge success due in large part to the people and items that I rented from South Party. When I host my next event I will definitely seek them out again.

I had a birthday party for 40 - 50 people. I rented a 20 x20 tent, 4 60 inch round tables, and linens to fit them. The staff was courteous and helpful, even with a few changes to my order within the week of rental. The crew who delivered and assembled the tent were efficient and neat, and returned promptly to remove the items after the party. I would definitely use this company again!

Ruben at South Party Rental is an awesome person to work with!!!! Our wedding was a tremendous success that our families will talk about for years to come. He is professional, polite and timely with his services. We planned our wedding from out of state, but he made the process extremely easy! He went out of his way to review the layout for our chandeliers, couches, dance floor and chivari chairs before our wedding to make sure we were on the same page with him when we arrived in Florida.

He made the vision for our beach/indoor wedding a reality by making our venue GORGEOUS with the items we rented from his company. He is a reliable vendor who will make your wedding day AMAZING! Fast, efficient,and equipment rented was very clean and in good condition. The crew who assembled tent were efficient and kept a clean environment. They also made sure tent was very stable and even moved frame so as not to obstruct any views. Will use in future and recommend services!

Without South Party Rentals we could not have had such an amazing wedding. They provided a beautiful 40 by 60 Tent with six chandeliers! In addition, we got cocktail, round, and rectangular tables; with gorgeous table cloths; and exquisite gold chairs. They were professional in the delivery and take down of all the rental items. Wold definitely do business with them again.

South Party Rental was great to do business with... As weddings go, ALLOT of planning and preparation to be done.. They were great with changes we had to make, right on schedule with our delivery, helpful through the whole experience..I can't say one negative comment, just isn't one... Actually we are using them again for my husbands birthday party this next month.. I highly recommend them

I find this company to be very professional, responsive and flexible. They are willing to make the necessary changes to make your day a memorable one. After giving them count of my guest, they were able to tell me that the size tables we order for the head tables were too small and we were given the correct size in time for the event.

This was the first time I ever had to rent tables, linens, and chairs. I took a chance without any prior references and contracted with South Party. It was a baby shower for my daughter's first child, so this was a very very special event being planned.
Thank you to this company for providing great service. I would highly recommend them and will use them again should the need arise.

I would recommend South Party Rental. The company was reasonable, flexible, professional, and very accommodating.

Office staff was very attentive and communicative with order, always with a professional, yet amiable manner. It was very much appreciated. I changed my original order and was expecting issues with that, but South Party Rental was accommodating with the changes. Also, I was having venue restrictions with time for delivery of tables and items, South Party Rental were understanding enough to work around the time restraint. I would recommend using this company.

I used South Party Rentals for my backyard wedding and the price was better than anywhere else in the area. Overall I was pleased with the quality of their products and the value. I would give all 5 stars, but when they made my delivery they forgot to bring supplies to paint the dance floor after installing it. They said they would return to do it before the event, which they did, so no biggie. My one issue is that once the two workers arrived to paint, they were not very professional. They asked us if they could borrow a paint roller from us because they only brought one (I'm sure they just wanted to finish faster). We said no we don't have any, even though we do, because I'm not paying for this rental and service for my materials to be used and then be left with a mess to clean up. Other than this, I had no issues with their service and would recommend them to a friend because of the good price.

I used this vendor for chairs and linen rentals. All the items were clean and arrived on time. The price was reasonable for our budget. My wedding was on a Saturday and there was an additional fee I had to pay for pick up on a Sunday.

Overall I thought the service was very good. A few things I would have liked done better, such as: the tent should have been tested for leaks prior to delivery, all items should have been delivered as promised, as some items were a bit late getting to us, and pick up was also a little later than planned, but again overall very good service. I will recommend this company for future events.

Starts of great ends horrible

In the beginning when booking and getting a quote they are overly accommodating and depending on who you speak to will make recommendations and how things might look with additional items. However, it all goes down hill when they send the crews out to install everything. Thankfully I called back and asked for them to deliver/setup a day early to give myself an extra day to do what I needed to. Their one day install took 2 days and that’s with us pushing them to make sure they get it done as they tried to extend it to another 3 days they send multiple different crews out but the crews don’t communicate to pick up where they left off. If I had my original delivery date of the day before my wedding there would have been no wedding. The glassware and utensils are all mismatched and obviously so. The day of pick up one small crew came picked up a few items and left said someone was coming soon to take down the tent 3 hours later nothing I called the office they said they would call me back they ask the driver. No returned call for an hour I called the office again and when I asked for the status the lady in the office told me she called them but they didn’t answer. Told her I have a flight to catch to my honeymoon that night and I live in a gated community so they won’t be able to get in once we leave. Her responses was to leave the names of the crews at the gate. I told her no she needed to have her crew out here ASAP. Miracoulsy the crew showed up with now 6 people. However, they had no respect for our home the lights we had lining the walkway up to our front door are $50 each and they broke 2 of them and didn’t care we had to tell them stop walking through the lights there is plenty space around it. Then one almost hit our back window because he kept walking under the patio with giant 2 x4s and people had to yell for him to stop before he almost broke the window. We have a giant back yard plenty of places to walk beside under the patio. Then another person did the same thing and actually hit the column of our patio a giant chunk came out that we will need to pay someone to repair and he didn’t even care saw that we saw him and he kept walking and said nothing. I think it’s funny how I have to pay this company over $300 in damage waiver fees in case we break something (which we didn’t) but I will never get reimbursed for the damage they did to my home.

I have rented chairs and tent 2 times and I'm sorry to say but they were dirty, old and some a different color. I called and they promised to deliver new ones and didn't. I will never use South Party Rentals again! and won't recommend it to anyone!

Two hours late

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a rental company. They were TWO and HALF HOURS LATE to my WEDDING!!!!! They completely dropped the ball after confirming this order multiple times months in advance. It was a small order, at that. I had to spend more money to have my venue accommodate me for their error, AND made me late for my wedding. I will NEVER use this company again. Never.
