We was so happy that they would work with our little wedding! The room we rented for our reception was so beautiful and perfect size for our guest (34 all together total) the food was AMAZING!! The ceremony was beautiful outside! & being able to take pictures on there golf course was the best for pictures. It really is a beautiful magical place! Rebecca and Jackie was very professional and helpful with everything. Even with our short notice wedding! (4 months)

We had our wedding at South Hills on 10/30/21. Our day of coordinators were Jackie and Brooke. Both ladies were amazing and responsive. The staff was so accommodating. If there were any fires, we had no idea because they did such an amazing job making sure the day went flawlessly. We would highly recommend this venue! Our family and friends are still talking about our wedding almost 80 days out.

I honestly don't know how this place could get a bad review. This is 100% the best team they have ever had. I have been to many weddings at South Hills and worked closely with the staff. It is the best bang for your buck. Everyone there is fully invested in making your big day the best it could be. The food and drink options are outstanding!! This is 100% the place to go with in the Fond du Lac area!

The staff at South Hills went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely perfect! Jackie was wonderful to communicate with and to have her there running the show the day of the wedding, was an added bonus!! The club itself is beautiful and elegant-Loved Our outdoor ceremony on the grounds and the photos on the golf course turned out gorgeous! Lastly, the food was amazing-All of our guests were impressed!! And thank you for paying close attention to my dietary needs and making me a special plate :-) Best decision to have our wedding at South Hills!! Highly recommend for your special day!!! :)

We had our wedding rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception all at South Hills. They staff members were nothing but amazing! Everything went perfect and I can't thank South Hills enough for such a wonderful wedding experience. The meal was amazing and many of our guests mentioned how they have never had such great food at a wedding. The whole experience was wonderful. We would recommend South Hills at a vendor to anyone based on our experience. It was absolutely amazing!

I was at a wedding at South Hills this summer. The view for the ceremony is impressive, there were some people standing and it was a really cozy, romantic setting. The food was amazing and really well executed, I don't know what the timeline was supposed to be, but the staff made it seem like a breeze! The bar tenders are hilarious too, it was a ton of fun.

I was there as a guest for a wedding in Sept. The venue was absolutely beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing! I will definitely suggest this venue to other family members and friends! Thank you!!

I have to say Jackie at South Hills is amazing. I had a very rocky start from when I had originally signed my contract to the end because we had gone through a few wedding coordinators. But when Jackie took over she made sure that everything was exactly how I wanted it. The food was great. We had 264 people, which is a lot for their room, yet all the food was fantastic and they made it work! However, I wouldn't recommend considering South Hills unless your guest list is about 250 or less. It was extremely stressful trying to figure out how to fit everyone in the room. But we made it work.

The pictures on the golf course were beautiful, the rooms themselves were beautiful and the entire night seemed to be a complete fairytale. I can't thank Jackie enough for making sure the night would be our perfect ending! :)

The food was delicious and everyone commented on how beautiful the venue was. Courtney was very helpful with taking care of things and setting up some items for us the day of the wedding. There were supposed to be late night pizzas but they ended up never coming out.

South Hills was a great location for our reception. The service was excellent and everyone was very impressed with the food. We had a plated dinner for about 200 guests, and everything seemed to go smoothly. We really liked having the bar area separate from the dance floor, so the older guests could have a quieter place to chat. We also got some wonderful photos out on the golf course. Definitely worth the price, I highly recommend them!

It was a rocky start with the new event oordinator but it did get better. When the wedding came everything was great! The venue made sure my now husbamd and I remained happy with everything. One thing is don't bring a flask bevause they will confiscate it. Saturday night service was superb but brunch the following day the service was slow and horrible.

South Hills is a beautiful country club. Everything went well untill after the wedding. I feel that the price is not worth it. I had extra fee's added to my final bill and none of wich were talked about. I am very upset. They served more food than I asked for and got billed for it!

I have not heard one person say anything positive about our wedding day because all people can talk about is how terrible the meal was. As the bride I am sure you can imagine how heartbreaking this is for me. Every time I talk to someone different I hear another horror story. The one thing that I should not have had to worry about is the part of our day that went completely wrong. To start off the dinner it was served late but this is the least of our worries. When the soup came out it was room temperature at best. For the meal we had beef tips, mashed potatoes, grilled chicken, jasmine rice and sautéed green beans. The food at the head table was COLD! Not warm and not even room temperature, COLD. My question is how can the kitchen be behind and yet the food comes out cold? This was very upsetting to myself and the groom. We were looking forward to the amazing meal since the taste testing. What we were served was NOTHING like the taste testing. The Groom and I did NOT eat any of the food that we paid THOUSANDS of dollars for. This is what we received: cold soup, cold head table meal, cold buffet, RAW CHICKEN, and under cooked rice. We had guests get physically ill. I am so disheartened by the lack of remorse I received from South Hills. With your establishment being a banquet facility and this being a large part of your services, you would think South Hills would have tried to rectify the situation better. I do not believe we were provided proper compensation for the mistakes that were made that night. Also, we were never served our desserts. When I brought it up I was told we did not order/pay for dessert. I went through all my emails and pricing that I was provided and explained that the per plate price did include the cost of dessert. In response to that I was told that the pricing had changed which I was NEVER informed of. I went back to the contract that I signed and it stated pricing is guaranteed 3 months before the wedding. I had been provided pricing and d
