Steve was AMAZING! He took an hour of his time the night before Thanksgiving to call us and provide an overview of his services. We booked him by the end of the call! Steve helped with creating a day of timeline and confirming everything was correct for our day. Steve made sure to keep the day/night moving smoothly. His playlist was great! The majority of our wedding guests were up and dancing throughout the night. The foam light sticks were also a huge hit! We would absolutely recommend Steve to anyone in the Poconos!

Awesome DJ

Steve was such an awesome DJ! He made everything so easy before and during our wedding! He was very responsive to all questions through email and phone, and made sure to get everything we wanted, including song requests (but also has playlists if you aren’t picky!) We got tons of positive feedback from our guests who loved him, and Steve even came out and danced with us for group dances! I highly recommend Steve for making your wedding amazing!

Stephen is the guy for you.

Stephen did everything in his power to play the music we asked for and had a huge selection of Disney music that worked great for our Beauty and the Beast theme! The guests are still commenting on his expert way of tying them into the rest of the evening so it didn't seem too childish for an adult only wedding. He worked with us closely leading up to the wedding to create a gameplan and was cognizant of our budget. Definitely consider Stephen over the money-grabbing larger companies if you are looking for a DJ that is more involved with you for the entire process.

Fantastic DJ!

Steve did a fantastic job as our DJ! He was very nice and professional during the whole process. We loved working with him and are so very happy that he was our wedding DJ. Before our wedding, he sent us templates and suggestions which helped us put together the music for the ceremony and reception. We got so many compliments after the wedding on the music and everyone was impressed by Steve. He even got on the dance floor, demonstrated dance moves and able to get everyone dancing. I 1000% recommend Steve as a wedding DJ!

Great experience without the experience

Steve was amazingly accommodating and friendly. He responded in a timely manner which alleviated a lot of planning stress. Unfortunately, my godparents surprised us with booking another DJ as a wedding gift and we never got to use Steve for his services. My fiance and I were very grateful for the generous gift, but definitely was looking forward to having Steve as our DJ. We will definitely be keeping him in mind for any future events.

Steve was great! He was super easy to work with and he did a great job of reading the crowd, which had a very eclectic taste in music! He even noticed that we forgot to put our favors out and had the caterer deal with it for us. Most importantly, he helped make our wedding a ton of fun!

Very fairly priced as we did tons of research to find the best value. Steve went above and beyond as master of ceremonies at our reception. Very friemdly and open to any suggestions, checked back to make sure everything was on schedule during the reception itself. He also guided us on the typical reception practices and made everything (songs, dance order, etc) very easy for us. Definitely recommend!

Steve was awesome! Perfect fit for our wedding and what we envisioned. We had a very particular set and type of songs we wanted - and every little detail we requested or discussed he nailed to a T and did not miss anything. I am SUPER type A and he picked right up on that and made sure that I did not have to worry about our song choices at all. He was the perfect blend of being active with the crowd at our wedding without being too involved or over enthusiastic. I would absolutely recommend him - he was one of the few parts of our wedding that I did not have to worry about.

Steve did a great job providing the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception music for our wedding. I also really want to commend him for making sure he got all of our family members' names correct for the announcements - my brothers all have a very complicated last name and he made sure he got it right. Steve was spot on with my music choices - including a couple of tricky non-American songs! He was interactive with the guests and professional at all times. His price was super fair for the service provided. Thanks again for all that you did for us, Steve!

Sound Services gets 5/5 hands down! Steve did an amazing job with helping to create a custom play list for our wedding. Even with last minute additions and changes he really came through for us. Steve Rowles/ Sound Service Entertainment LLC was an excellent choice for our wedding. From the beginning Steve was super responsive and flexible. He set up additional microphones for our officiant and harpist at our wedding ceremony. He kept the night flowing and the guest still talk about how much fun they had dancing. Thanks Steve!

Steve was great! He was friendly and kind. My wishes were to keep the dance music playing so my guests would stay up and moving, and he did just that! He had music for every age group and kept me, my husband, and my guests happy! His prices were incredibly reasonable, and I would recommend him to anyone! Steve was great at what he did and even got on the floor for my wife and I when we didn't know how to do certain dances. I don't dance and he even got me to Dance all NIGHT. Thanks Steve. Keep up the great work!!!

Steve was great! People had a good time, the music wasn't too loud to talk, he played songs we requested in advance, he was lots of fun! He even came out once or twice to show the crowd how to do a dance.

We had a very professional job done by this company. Steve had a quick response when we called and asked to rent a sound system for a fundraiser with President Carter. Everything went great and smooth with no problems.

It was a pleasure to work with Steve for my wedding. He came highly recommended and lived up to the praise. Steve was very flexible and listened to what I wanted and made great suggestions to make my magical day one to never forget. His rates are more than reasonable and is truly great at his job! He got the whole crowd involved and everyone at my wedding had a great time. He kept track of the time for all of the scheduled events for the evening and made sure everything was perfect. I couldn't of asked for a better dj!

Steve was so great for our wedding!! He was so good to deal with, especially since we were planning the wedding from across the country - and he took care of everything via phone and email for us so we didn't have to worry about anything at all. Everyone at the wedding complimented him and his choice of music, and loved that he got out there on the dance floor and was teaching some moves! He was such a pleasure to have at our wedding and really made the day so much more special. I will definitely use him again if I ever have another party back east! Thank you Steve!!

Steve not only treated our wedding with complete professionalism but he was fun and entertaining. My guest commented on the fact that had picked great music and that he kept everyone entertained. The props he brought the guest enjoyed immensely. The mothers at our wedding appreciated that he made sure the little kids stayed safe on the dance floor. Steve was great, easy to get in contact with, answered my emails or phone calls right away. I would recommend Steve to anyone who is looking for a great DJ for their event!

Steve was amazing to work with from the first email! We met with him and he knew everything we wanted and we had some odd requests that he found for us. Steve went above and beyond everything I could have imagined when I asked for a Disney medley for the bridal dollar dance instead of the traditional polka. He ran our evening in the perfect way and played music that everyone at our wedding was pleased with. I must give my husband his props as he found Steve and I must say he was one if the most amazing parts to our big day!

I can honestly say that Steve Rowles was the heart of my reception. He played host, dance instructor, announcer, etc. He was wonderful and my reception was full of fun because of him! He joined right in on the festivities while still taking charge and overseeing the event. I couldn't have asked for a better DJ.

How can I properly explain my happiness with Steve and Sound Service Entertainment? He was everything I could have wanted in a DJ, plus a lot I didn't know I needed! His musical selection is extensive, his suggestions thoughtful, his attitude exceptional, and his customer service above reproach. We had such a great time, and I know my wedding would not have been as amazing without him. Anything we wanted, he found for us, even obscure stuff that was hard for even me to find. He did my ceremony as well as my reception, and made the transitions and breaks so seamless, it was incredible. I would without a doubt recommend him to anyone needing a DJ, if you want to have a fabulous wedding & reception, hire Sound Service.

Steve Rowels was everything you would hope for in a DJ. He was professional and found all the music I( the bride) requested! He played all my favorite Huey Lewis and the News. He created such a fun atmosphere for my reception. It was so astonishing. My friends and family still talk about how fun it was! I recommend Steve Rowels for his low prices and high quality service!

Steve was great from our first meeting to our wedding night. He can provide you with whatever music/mood you want. For us, it was a fun setting with as much dancing as possible. Even with an extra hour of reception, he was able to keep lots of people out on the dance floor. He was always easy to get in touch with. His prices are also very affordable. I would recommend him to anyone!

Steve at Sound Service Mobile DJs was amazing! He was VERY easy to work with leading up to the wedding and especially the day-of. My anxious groom had him making announcements & changing things at the last minute and Steve was quick to oblige. I had a long list of songs that I wanted played during the ceremony, cocktail & dinner...hearing all those specially selected songs throughout the day & having guests respond to our choices was one of the highlights of our perfect day. I would highly recommend Steve for any events - he got our guests up & dancing early on in the evening and they stayed there until the venue started tearing the tables down. Best DJ in the area, hands down!

For all the Brides and Grooms out there reading this Sound service Mobile DJs was affordable and professional, My guest had a blast at my wedding and everyone commented on how wonderful our DJ was.
Steve our DJ was wonderful he was interactive with my guest. even bringing his own props. He was up to date on new dance steps and even showed my gets how to do one the new dances. He was professional from the moment I contacted him concerning his services. He listened to what my husband and I wanted. He even went so far as playing an additional song that My Aunt wanted as a practical joke during the reception. I personally would hire him again for another function.

Basically handled everything, had suggestions when we needed them, pointed us in the right direction when it was nessacery, very forthcoming and patient, all and all probably would not have had the perfect day we did with out him... everyone raved about him and there was not a single dull moment.. requests were done promptly, and service was perfect... Gave his 110% for that we are greatful!!!! Keep in mind we found him 2 weeks before the wedding and never heard of him before.. This is an unbiased opinion....

Sound Service mobile DJ's were fantastic to work with!!!!! Steve met with us a few weeks before our reception and we planned out all the music. If you want a certain song, he will find it!! He was a professional at all times and he kept the reception in high gear!!! He even got out on the floor with our guests. We would recommend Sound Service Mobile DJ's to anyone. Thank you for making our day so special and memorable!!!

Steve was amazing!!! He always kept the crowd going the dance floor was never empty. He was very helpful picking songs out and had many suggestions for us i would highly reccomend him!!

Steve Rowles is an excellent DJ! We met with him several times to give him an idea of what we would need and what we were looking for on the day of our wedding! He was extremely accommodating and flexible with everything we asked for as well. On the day of our wedding, he got out on the dance floor to dance with us and tried his hardest to get everyone out to dance and have fun! The best part of the night was when we did the YMCA; he brought props and stick-on mustaches! Seriously the funniest thing for pictures! Everyone participated in that. I liked the variety of music he played. He offered modern, dance, and a little music for cheek-to-cheek action! We had a lot of dedication songs during our reception, and he made sure he got it all in for us. I highly recommend this DJ! The price was low and the service was exceptional!

Steve at Sound Service Mobile DJ's was a joy to work with. Since I was doing the wedding all by myself and never having done anything like this, I pretty much called Steve at the last minute (maybe a month before). He was very accommodating and I appreciated his professionalism and ability to guide me through the whole process of what was going to happen with the reception. We had some last minute changes a few days before, as well as at the reception and once again, Steve was terrific! Any requests, additions or deletions of music or traditions, Steve went with the flow. Our venue gave us a time allowance of 6 hours for our reception and Steve was great with filling that time. Price...you can't beat his! I highly recommend his services for a wedding, birthday, anniversary, graduation, etc. You will not be disappointed with his quantity of selection as well as his quality of service and help. Thank you, Steve, for making our day extra special!

Wouldn't have changed a thing

My husband and I got married in October of 2018, Steve was nothing but accommodating and professional. He met with us personally, took notes, tailored the day to as much, and as little as we wanted. I think i must have had at least 20 must have songs and most of them were played. Friendly, and in the end...did exactly what we asked for. Oh yeah, and you CANT BEAT the price compared to all other vendors in the area with all that's included. Thanks again Steve!

Steve put his all into our reception as our DJ...he kept it alive and moving all night long. The perfect amount of lively and slow dance songs were balanced, it definitely would not have been half as fun without his performance, he even got out on the dance floor a few times to motivate and/or join in the fun!

He also DJ'd our ceremony and everything was perfectly timed...it added another level of emotion to the ceremony! Thanks Steve!

Steve was awesome. He did an amazing job. My bridesmaid surprised me some something special and even though steve knew nothing about it, he went right along with it like nothing happened. Definitely recommend him as a DJ!

Steve at Sound Service Entertainment was excellent at our wedding. We picked Steve as our DJ due to his affordable prices and great reviews. At the last minute, two weeks before the wedding I wanted to add up lighting, and he accommodated me without hesitation. He was even able to match my coral color, and again had very reasonable pricing. He was also flexible during the reception when my dad jumped in to give a surprise speech. The music selection was great, and our guests danced the night away.

Steve was great! He kept things moving smoothly and we didn't worry about a thing all night! Our song wasn't the easiest to locate, but he was able to find it for us! We had lost our original DJ just a few months before our wedding so we met with Steve and pulled it all together quickly! We are so happy we found and chose Sound Service!
