Professional and sweet!

We booked SoundForce for our 2019 wedding after attending a wedding they DJ’d. We were impressed and knew that’s who we wanted! After booking, some unfortunate circumstances caused us to cancel and book with a different well known Chattanooga DJ. With that being said, Leesha was the most professional and understanding person to work with. Although it didn’t work out for us, we would love to give them another try for other events and after dealing with Leesha, we highly recommend her business to friends and family!

It Was A Party

Leasha was an AMAZING DJ! We had a blast all night! She kept everything flowing perfectly! She would ask us anything she was unsure about before she just assumed. I could not have asked for anyone better to keep the party going. We also paired the photo booth with our DJ services and this was SO MUCH FUN! We have laughed so hard looking through our photo booth photos. The guests had a blast! Haleigh was also so easy to communicate with in their office!

You can't go wrong with Sound Force on your wedding day! Trusting them to keep the dance floor packed is the best decision I made and they delivered without me making a music request list. They have been doing this for a very long time, so I knew hiring them was going to be a smooth ride on my wedding day! Our wedding guest LOVED them! Thanks for the best wedding reception ever!

Prior to the wedding, we worked with Haleigh to get everything organized. She was super friendly, and we were able to get all the music sorted out through a quick phone call.
When we arrived, the Sound Tech had everything set up and ready to roll. However, we ended up moving the dance floor to a different location, and he moved everything for us.
Everett was our DJ, and he kept everyone dancing by playing the songs we’d picked out. He was accommodating by shortening songs when needed (our first dance song was really long, so he cut it when we gave the nod), and he took requests, which my dad definitely too advantage of (haha).
The owner, Leasha, was great, and very interested in getting feedback on our day so they can always be improving. That’s an awesome trait in a business owner. Thanks for your commitment to making the experience the best it can be.

Soundforce did an awesome job at my daughter's wedding in early November. Since her wedding was outdoors in a separate area from the reception, they send an audio technician to set up and provide sound for the ceremony and a separate DJ to setup and emcee the reception. Both did and excellent job! The DJ kept things moving.

Sound Force provided an amazing service for a great price! After booking they shared with us an online form where we could customize the music we wanted to (and didn't want) to have played. After they reviewed our songs, they decided on which DJ to send to our wedding. Planning with them was a breeze.

Our DJ, Everett, showed up several hours early, and setup for both the ceremony, and reception. He was very flexible with us when our timeline got thrown out of wack by bus issues. He played music for an extra hour while our guests waited for a stuck bus to be pulled out of the mud. We got compliments from a bunch of our guests asking for the playlist that he used, and the dance floor was packed all night long. You're in safe hands with Sound Force!

Heather from Sound Force was wonderful to work with she was very responsive and very flexible with phone calls. We got Married in Maryville which is about two hours from where Sound Force is located. They were more than happy to drive the distance to our wedding venue. The day of our wedding went by very smoothly. The DJ and photo-booth attendant were both very patient when dealing with our wild guests. The DJ made sure everything transitioned smoothly from the first dance to our exit at the end of the night. I would recommend Sound Force to anyone who is having a wedding or a big event!

SoundForce was light of the night!!
Everyone had a blast and was thrilled by the lighting and photobooth but mostly the DJ. Everyone is still talking about it and it has been 3 weeks ago.
I am very pleased with them traveling to Knoxville with their awesome setup. I would recommend using them for any event. Thank you all for making our big day "Big".

Our DJ was Everett from Sound Force. We got many MANY MANY compliments from guests about how awesome our DJ was! He even pulled up the Hokey Pokey as a request for my 4 year old nephew and everyone joined in! He was experienced, professional and fun. He seems to obviously enjoy what he does tremendously! Thank you for helping to make our wedding day the fun celebration that we were looking for!

We used them for DJ, Photo Booth, and Lighting/Decor. Everything turned out perfectly and they were very flexible when we decided to move indoors due to rain! The music was a great variety and I loved the online tool that they use to add your song suggestions. With the photo booth, we got a USB bracelet of all of the pictures so that we could see them all, which I thought was cool. I would recomment them for all of these services!

Sound Force was a great vendor to work with! I used them for our wedding DJ as well as lighting. They drove about an hour and a half to our Knoxville wedding without a complaint. Sound Force did audio for our ceremony and it was perfect - no giant distracting speakers or visible cables! It all felt very natural. The DJ was very fun for the wedding and played just the right music with little guidance from us. The lighting (tulle and twinkle lights) was BEAUTIFUL, absolutely breathtaking, and it transformed the space we were in. The lighting turned the night into a fairy tale and was the most high-impact money we spent on the wedding. SO worth it! Sound Force arrived at the venue far ahead of time to set everything up, and I really appreciated their hard work with a smile. They even accommodated contract changes between my initial meeting with them and the wedding. Awesome vendor!

I cannot remember the name of our DJ but he was great! He made sure to know all of our requests and did a great job playing all the songs requested. My dad and I had a special dance with 2 songs and he did such a great job with the transition. He was fun and made our reception great!

We used Sound Force for our DJ that night, as well as lighting and draping throughout our venue! Everyone was very professional, yet fun! We had a good time setting up at the same time as their crew was installing lights and drapes, which made the venue beautiful! We also had a blast dancing the night away with the DJ. The floor was always full!

Leading up to the wedding, Sound Force was easy to contact and they have a very interactive online system for customers. You can select all your music choices, provide information about the day, etc! It was extremely helpful having this tool and being able to update it whenever we needed!

Sound Force was amazing. They had the best music selection, made our day about us and kept our event as we envisioned it. DJ was responsive to guests as well as attentive to our requests. These guys were great for my reception and ceremony music. Their team was very professional and had a wed page created for my wedding to choose music from their huge list of songs and artists. Everything was planned out perfectly and the reception went by without any dull spots. They even include a "do not play list" if there are songs you definitely don't want played even if a guest requests one. Very worth it!

Sound Force and Luma Designs created the most amazing lighting and draping for my daughter's wedding! They took the Hunter Museum - a beautiful venue - and created a masterpiece!

I wanted to hide the gift shop and registration table and make it look more like the entrance to a wedding. Ashley and her team hung drape, placed uprights and hung crystal chandeliers! Guests were awestruck as they entered the venue! The stopped to take pictures and said they had never seen anything so grand!

Thank you - the amazing team at Sound Force - for creating something so beautiful! It brought tears to my eyes when I saw it! You helped create the perfect fairytale wedding for my daughter!

Leisha, Phillip and their amazing team at Sound Force Transformed my venue, 5ive points museum in Cleveland Tn. They were so pleasant to work with and had such incredible ideas. Tanner was the DJ at my reception, and he did such a great job! He played all the genres I requested and had very accurate vibes from guests on what songs to play and not to play. He checked with me before each new event (special dances, cake cutting, etc) and made sure I still wanted them played at that time, etc. I loved having him be the DJ and we all had such a great time!

Sound Force was amazing!!! They were able to do the music for the ceremony as well as for the reception! I knew from day one that Leasha and the Soundforce crew were going to make my wedding amazing. They turned my wedding reception into a spectacular event. Soundforce exceeded and surpassed my expectations. They provided the DJ service as well as the reception lighting. Leasha was amazing to work with during the planning and was so responsive and helpful. They made the planning process so easy and fun. My DJ was very good. Heath Hollopa was his name and I gave him a list and had everything planned out on how it was suppsed to be. Everything went smooth and he was great. We had dinner music while people ate and then the party started. We had a ball. Would highly recommed Sound Force to anyone who is planning an event and wants to have fun.

Phillip DJ'ed our wedding reception, and did an excellent job. My husband and I were able to select songs from a HUGE list on their website and add them to our playlist. Phillip met with us prior to the wedding to talk about how I wanted things to go and what kind of music I wanted played. He also provided 2 large flat screen tv's on either side of the DJ booth that played slide shows during the reception (very cool!). I even got comments after the wedding from several friends that my DJ was really great and played fun music. EVeyrone at the reception had a blast! Sound force also provided sound equipment for our wedding ceremony which was outdoors. Very professional and will provide you with everything you can imagine or request.

Sound Force Entertainment takes the time to find out what you're ideal music plan is. They offer far many more services than what I took advantage of. However, when it came to what was played when, they asked all the right questions to get me going on the music plans. They were set up and ready to go before my guests arrived. They were very professional on-sight and were certain to keep the dance floor rocking all the way through the night. I don't think anyone wanted to leave!

One of the goals for our wedding was to have a great dance party at the end of the night, and Philip was amazing at mixing the perfect play list for people of all ages. We gave him a set of songs we liked, a few requests, a do-not-play list, and the floor was packed all night.

We also used Sound Force for the lighting and decor, and our dancing tent was perfect. The initial quote came back pretty high, but Leasha came back with a great alternative that worked with the vibe and the budget we hoped for.

The only thing to know about working with the team at Sound Force - on DJing or on lighting/decor - is that they work so many weddings that they are very hard to get in touch with or sit down with. So as long as you are fine working through email, the results will be amazing - you just might feel a little stressed by not talking 1-to-1.

Up front I will mention that most of the contact with Sound Force was actually handled by our wedding planner, so I can't speak too much to the planning involved with Sound Force. That being said, I am glad that we did use sound force. Our venue looked beautiful in part due to the great lighting and draping supplied by Sound Force. They also did the music for our pre-ceremony and for our ceremony and it all went great. They have an easy to use website where you can select the music that you want them to play, and also make a no-play list if there are songs you really don't want to hear. One aspect of the planning that we were involved with was the design for our projected monogram. We told them that we wanted one, and within a week they had sent us several designs to choose from. There was one we liked but wanted to modify slightly and they were able to make the modifications we wanted and had a new design to us in a matter of days. Their response time was very good and they were very flexible with us. Overall I was very happy with the service that Sound Force provided.

We had a wonderful experience with Sound Force. We used them for our photo booth and our guests LOVED it! It was so fun to have our guests take photos using the props provided. They include a USB with every photo of the night which makes for some hilarious memories! I did notice that while planning it was a bit difficult to get in touch right away but they did respond within 24-48 hours usually. Overall, great job, Sound Force!

Sound Force was wonderful! I loved that I was able to pre-select music for my wedding reception and design a specific timeline so that the DJ was on the same page about the flow of the evening. Our reception was such a blast and we danced the night away!

We used Sound Force for their Photo Booth service at our wedding reception. Everyone had so much fun! The backdrop and our names and wedding date that were on each print coordinated with our wedding colors very nicely. The attendants were friendly and well dressed. They also packed up and left the event at the end of the scheduled time without being noticed. They were great to work with. Only negative-I wished they had a few more props to choose from at our event.

Leasha was absolutely fantastic in helping to plan everything for my ceremony and reception. I could not have been more satisfied with how everything turned out. They provided draping, under the table lighting, plasma screen/music video's and music for our entire wedding and reception. Even last minute requests made late the night before our wedding were done without hesitation. Our photographers decided that the light coming from the front door would not work when I walked down the isle...Leasha made sure curtains were put up that could be closed. I even had a very specific playlist down to the order I wanted them played and everything was done exactly the way I asked. The three stars for responsiveness is because you will wait a while before hearing a response or they may not answer the phone. Trust me when I say, despite this, your event/wedding will be exactly like you asked for. I will use them for any future events I plan.

Sound Force was a pleasure to work with. Philip and Leasha were very professional. I was very happy with my wedding reception. They played exactly what I wanted. Their website was helpful when entering what songs you wanted them to play. The venue was the only problem, he had to be upstairs and it was difficult hearing what he was saying. I would recommend giving them a time line to keep things moving the way you want it. They were a little late, not sure what happened, didn't have time to ask them.

Last minute hire turned out to be a great decision!

We hired Sound Force for our wedding at the last minute and they were great to work with. We had been planning on using a playlist but realized that it was just too much for us to deal with logistically. We found Sound Force and luckily they were available for our date. Communicating with them was very easy via email and phone calls and we got everything planned quickly. They even had a web portal for us to use to put in songs we liked and songs we didn’t. They also accommodated us giving them a MP3 file of a song that my brother recorded for the father-daughter dance. The DJ who came was very nice and professional and did a great job MCing the evening for us. My only complaint was that we didn’t feel like the playlist included a lot of the songs we had requested and the DJ didn’t really take request from anyone, except me (the bride). But the music he played was still a lot of fun to dance to, and he did also make up for this by playing for an hour past our scheduled end time, which was great because my husband and I were actually able to enjoy some time on the dance floor. I would definitely recommend Sound Force for your event or wedding.

We really ejoyed working with Phillip at sound force. He was easy to work with and he was a huge help with outlining the flow of the evening and song choices. I only wish it was Phillip that was our DJ that evening! Although our DJ was great, he was not aware of a lot of the details we discussed with Phillip so the evening did not flow as well as I had hoped. Overall, the service was great, the music was good (just not what I had thought was going to be played), and everyone had a great time. I will use Sound Force again, but I will make sure that the person who will be DJ'ing the event is also present at the walk through and planning sessions.

Overall, would recommend. We had some special requests including the cake projection.
One reason for the 4 stars is getting in touch with them is difficult. The communication is not great. I was nervous about the projection because it was specific and I called/emailed a lot trying to get info on the projection and making sure we were on the same page about it and I felt like I never got a clear discussion that made me confident it would be how I wanted. It ended up be pretty decent but not what I was expecting which I think I would’ve known had I had better communication about it.
Also I sent a few emails the week of with some last minute questions/changing of speeches but they didn’t receive those before the event. The lights were the wrong color in the beginning and were dimmed at the wrong time but they were very minuscule issues.

The DJ was great! The music was exactly how I wanted and the guests had a great time. They also were great in coordinating with my photographer and caterer. Again I would recommend, but would recommend communication improvements.

We used Sound Force's equipment for our ceremony audio, and Luma Designs (their sister company--same owners) for lighting and draping at our reception. The audio equipment was flawless and responsibly priced. Luma Designs was expensive, but they definitely know what they're doing and can customize anything to meet your needs. As their crew was setting up during my rehearsal, I thought something was missing and tried to call the owner on her cell and left a message and she didn't answer or call back. Other than that, they were great!

The DJ was very open to ideas we had and helpful in giving ideas! The music during the reception started out a little loud and it took a few times of asking to turn down before it was at the right level. We had a great time and he played everything we had asked for and worked with requests from my hisband and I as well as guests!!

Amazing!!!!

I would hire Sound Force again and again and again. They were beyond amazing (or at least our DJ was). Ive never seen so many people on a dance floor for a wedding. My 80 year old grandfather was on the dance floor! They played exactly what we wanted and palyed to our guest. Definitely worth the money! The only the down side is the lack of response from our consultant was a little annoying. I had to constantly email them to confirm appointments or ask questions.

Our DJ was great and did the best he could with the little information he was given. Our ceremony went well but someone, not myself or the groom, had instructed him to cut the sand ceremony song as soon as we were finished. Unfortunately, the lyrics that actually had meaning to us were cut off as a result. I feel like they should have asked us for confirmation before doing so. Another snag was after an hour of listening to random but good music, we found out that he wasn't given the playlist we had submitted. We then started having to request what we wanted and he was great at making it happen, but we felt like we shouldn't have had to do so. After the first few requests he figured out our style and began playing our genre more. Overall, he did a great job and I would use him again.

My experience leading up to the wedding was great. They were so nice to work with, they worked with me over the phone since I don't live near our wedding venue, and I felt that it was decently priced. I had received several recommendations from people who had used them before. However, at my reception, it felt like the DJ had abandoned my playlist selections completely. She came to me and said that people were requesting songs that were on my "do not play" list (songs that I HATE) and asked if she could please play them. I feel that, as the bride, if I put something on a do not play list, you shouldn't come to me and talk me into playing them. She played other songs that weren't on my playlist and I wasn't happy about that, as I had carefully and thoughtfully made a list of mine and my husband's favorite songs, and almost none of them got played. The DJ was a woman I had never spoken with before. Then to top it all off, I paid $150 for karaoke, and they showed up with no karaoke equipment. I went to her and asked where it was and she said "we don't have you down for karaoke." I informed her that I had paid extra for it and she looked through her papers and realized it. She accommodated and still allowed some people to sing but they had to read the words off of a phone screen. I have since been refunded for the karaoke, so I am thankful for that. But overall, I wish they would have had their act together a little more. I wish I would have known who would be coming to my wedding and that I could have spoken with her personally beforehand so that she would have known what was going on.

Sound Force provided background dinner music while people ate, announce the wedding party, and provided all the dance music. They kept the dancing going! They did charge extra in order to be able to set up within an hour. Also, while announcing the wedding party they forgot to call out two couples and their was a few seconds of awkwardness - but no one remembers those details.

They were very professional to work with up to the date and had very helpful online tools. At the wedding however the photo booth used the wrong paper and the DJ did not really interact with the guests and did minimal effort.

Ok but not great. We spent an exceedingly large amount of time selecting music and discussing with them everything from the ceremony to reception. Unfortunately the dj showed up with only the list of songs for the main event and first dances so all our picks for dinner and dancing were lost. Big bummer. Also we asked them not to put up their lighting as we paid lighting specialists for lighting and they did so anyways.

The DJ mispronounced our name when introducing us to our friends and family during the grand entrance. Need I say more? Totally unprofessional.
