We hired Sound Express Entertainment for our wedding at The Strathallan in downtown Rochester, and it was hands down the best decision we made!

From the very beginning, their team was professional and easy to work with. The energy during our reception was incredible—the dance floor was packed from the moment the music started until the very last song. Best wedding DJ you could ever ask for!!!

Sound Express was the best! Couldn’t ask for a better experience! From the DJ (we had Dave W), to the photo booth and uplighting, it was all perfect! I continue to get compliments and questions about our DJ!! It truly was a party all night long. By far the best decision for our wedding and I would highly recommend to anyone looking!!

Immaculate Experience!!

We can’t say enough great things about Sounds Express Entertainment. From answering all of our questions, the details, and the phenomenal execution on the day of. Micah and Jeff were our amazing DJ’s. The timing of music for the ceremony was perfect, along with all of the reception entrances. Dave, the owner made a cut of our first dance song and sent it months prior which allowed us to get some practice in! Micah got our guests engaged with a fun game that they all went crazy over! Our dance floor stayed packed the ENTIRE night! We heard back from guests that it was one of the most lively wedding receptions they have been to. We utilized uplighting and custom monogram provided by Sounds Express. We had a special request of a private last dance. Micah and Jeff made this possible and it was a great time to reflect on the magic of the day. I highly recommend Sounds Express!

10/10 Highly recommend!!

The best DJ’s in town!!! We used them for our wedding on May 28th, 2023 and already knew how amazing they were from other weddings!! Our dance floor was packed and we had an absolute blast!!! As the Bride I felt slightly guilty for not spending much time with other guests, but at the same time I was living my best life on the dance floor. I did not want to leave!!! Chandler and Jeff absolutely killed it!! They also took care of things other vendors didn’t such as cake cutting, and keeping things on schedule. The owner, Dave was awesome to work with and created the perfect remix for my father and I to do a special dance to, which was a hit!! Uplighting was perfect, intros were amazing, the glow sticks were a hit and so was the Photo Booth!!! They have everything to make your event the most special day and it was exactly that. I cannot rave more or thank Dave and his crew enough for helping create the best day of our lives!!

Full wedding day sound track

Sound express was hands down the most incredible DJ company I have ever worked with. They were so attentive and easy to contact. They made our wedding a wedding no one will forget. They had background music through out the entire day which kept our atmosphere alive! All music meshed into the next song so there wasn’t any awkward transition time into the next song. This company is not just there to play music- they are there to keep the energy up and they really interact with the crowd! At my wedding, we had a surprise proposal between my sister and her now fiancé planned for some time now! Dave was a ware of this and we were able to discuss this timeline in great detail! Dave made not only my wedding but that moment too very special- everyone was so over joyed with happiness and good music! Thank you so much!

Worth every penny!

Our guests are STILL talking about how much fun they had at our wedding. Alex and Sound Express helped us pull off our dream wedding. He worked with us to ensure our ceremony music was perfect. He even took note of our weird music timing requests for our reception entrance. Alex had guests up and dancing before, during, and after dinner. The uplighting looked beautiful and so did our personalized wall monogram. Thank you Alex and the Sound Express team for an incrediblly fun and worthwhile service. Book Them!

Best DJs in Rochester? Try all of New York!

When they say they are the best DJs in Rochester, they truly live up to that title. Our DJ was Alex, and he was amazing!! Alex is extremely professional and really cares about his clients. I can't recommend him enough. Everyone is still talking about how incredible our DJ was and how great of a party our wedding was! He really got everyone on their feet dancing and playing the games. He truly knows how to read the room and will keep the party energy up all night long! BOOK HIM!! It will be the best and easiest decision you make!

Best DJ ever!

We got married in June of 2021 and possibly the best decision we made was going with Sound Express. We have been to several weddings where a DJ can make or break a night and I don’t think I’d ever recommend anyone other than Sound Express in the area. Dave W. played the absolutely perfect playlist that had everyone dancing for 3+ hours. There was no lull and our friends are still telling us how it was the best DJ they’ve ever heard at a wedding. If you plan on having a fun, dancing wedding then we cannot recommend Sound Express enough. Very personable, fun, easy to work with, and kept the party going all night. They also offer other services such as up lighting, extra microphones for the ceremony, etc. Overall, we could not be happier with the choice of Sound Express!

Energetic Dance Floor

We had an incredible experience with Sound Express all around. When our wedding was postponed due to COVID, they were very flexible with us and were able to accommodate our re-scheduled date. Based on reviews, at first we were bummed that we did not have Dave W as our DJ due to the rescheduling, but holy cow, Alex was phenomenal! He was engaging as an emcee, our guests loved the “dollar game” that we played with toilet paper, he played a special song recorded for the groom and read the room perfectly the entire night to select song choices. The bride and groom’s favorites weren’t played until we got to the dance floor after pictures and mingling! We were overall very impressed and so happy with the music selection and the professionalism of Alex and Sound Express.

Awesome DJ

Dave W. was amazing! We knew the minute we met him we wanted to go with them and had made the right choice. He was entertaining, interactive with our guests and never let the dance floor get empty. He was quick to make sure everyone was having fun during the Dollar dance and SWAT. And even provided glow sticks for the crowd. If you want a fun and interactive DJ I HIGHLY recommend Sound Express

Highly recommend!

I cannot stress enough how great our experience was with sound express! Our DJ was Alex and he was amazing. From the start he was super helpful and helped guide us in terms of our timeline and what kind of music we were looking for. He was also very patient with us as my husband emailed him daily with new songs that MUST be played at the wedding. During the wedding, his commentary was GREAT and it was very natural which helped the wedding run extremely smooth. The music he played was also outstanding. Every song played was better than the last and everyone stayed on the dance floor literally the entire night to the point where our guests were screaming “encore” after he played his last song. He was extremely good at reading the room and knowing exactly what song to play to keep the energy up and the crowd dancing. Towards the end of the night after the drinks were flowing, he did a “sing a long” portion and played the typical songs that everyone loves to sing too which was a huge hit. All of our guests were raving about the DJ the next day saying it was the best music they have ever had a wedding. Our wedding was truly a blast and a huge reason for that was because of our DJ!! We also rented the mirror photo booth which was a great add on! It was something that our guests haven’t seen before and they had a lot of fun with it.

Amazing Dj and Lighting

Sound Express did amazing job! We hired them for Dj and lighting services. Everything was well coordinated. Our guests have been texting me telling me what an epic dance party it was. The room looked amazing. All of the lights for dinner were beautiful and the lights for after dinner transformed the room into an amazing atmosphere fit for dancing the night away. We were truly impressed and happy. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a DJ in the greater Rochester area.

Practically part of the family

My family has worked with Dave Pfluke since I was 11 years old, starting with my brother's bar-mitzvah, then mine, then all of our friends, so it was a no brainer to book him for our wedding! He is incredibly easy to work with, and the client portal makes event planning a breeze. He was able to accommodate any request, like multiple entrance songs and a custom file for our first dance, and was also able to get a quick read on the crowd to figure out what music would keep people on the dance floor all night long. The photobooth was an excellent addition too, we were able to receive digital copies of not only the printed out versions, but all of the raw images at full scale. Can't recommend him and the entire Sound Express team enough, they will make sure you have the best event possible!

The Best DJ's!

David Pfluke is the most amazing DJ! From planning our music,lighting, photo booth and wedding day, he was completely professional and timely. David created an atmosphere so electric, positive and fun, our party didn't want to stop at the end of our special day. The dance floor was packed the entire night and everyone had a smile on their face with the games we played and refreshing mister machine brought out to cool us down! These guys are absolutely awesome

These guys really know how to party and make things fun. They catered to all our music requests and the music flowed so nicely from song to song. We had multi song introductions, which our bridal party loved. With all their uplighting, that really helped tie all our decor together. I loved our custom monogram and the photo booth was so much fun! Dave W. played an amazing playlist. He is so fun and got everyone pumped up. Everyone had an amazing time and the dance floor was NEVER empty. I would recommend them over and over again. They really are a great company and did not disappoint! Micah was our main contact and DJ and he did an amazing job! The planning process was extremely easy, especially being an out of town bride. Between phone calls and the online portal where we put all our songs and timeline everything was very well covered. Micah is very professional and made sure the flow of the reception worked well. Everyone was out on the dance floor at some point in the night and all our guests complimented the song selections all night. People loved the photo booth and took full advantage of all the props. Wouldn't have changed a thing!

We were blown away with what SoundExpress did for our event last month! They were professional, flexible, and fun! The dancefloor is the place where you finally get to relax and enjoy your wedding...and the part that you most remember. You will definitely remember SoundExpress! The glow sticks were so fun and the mix they played kept the dancefloor going from the first song to when they kicked us off at night. We also used the monogram, pipe and drape, mirror photobooth, and pin spots from this DJ. All were executed perfectly. We even got custom paper to go with our theme for our photobooth printouts.

Sound Express is simply amazing. From day one, we were so impressed with their professionalism and how responsive they were to our questions and ideas. Our DJs were Dave W and Dave P. They both did an incredible job. They kept the event so well-organized and did an amazing job with the music both for the reception and the ceremony. They were very receptive to our ideas and catered our music to the crowd, which was split evenly between a young and an older crowd. The dance floor was full the whole night and from the photos, everyone had a blast in the photobooth too! We were expecting most of our older crowd, including our parents would leave soon after the cake cutting but everyone was still there at the end of the night. I was even amazed to see my own parents on the dance floor! I could not have imagined a better group to entrust my wedding with.

Choosing Sound Express to entertain us and our guests at our wedding was one of the best decisions my husband and I made during our wedding planning process. They really created the party atmosphere that we were hoping for. They were very accommodating to our wishes and flexible with our last minute decisions.

We had the pleasure of having Dave as our DJ and Rich as our MC. They did an incredible job keeping the party going all night and making our guests feel involved. One of my favorite moments of the nights was playing the games because of how involved my guests were. I got many compliments at the end of the night about how great Dave and Rich did.

Sound Express also helped enhance our venue. They brought uplighting and created a monogram to project on the wall, which really added to the ambiance. We also had the opportunity to use the mirror photo booth. Sound Express created a little video after the wedding with some of the pictures taken with the photo booth. It was nice to see how much everyone was enjoying the wedding.

I would strongly recommend Sound Express to any bride or groom looking for a DJ. I can confidently say they were a huge part in making our wedding as perfect as it was!

Dave from SoundExpress was a better DJ and entertainer than I could have hoped for! Throughout the whole process he was really easy going and fun to work with. He simply listened to what I asked for and made it happen even the last minute details. What really made my reception was when he played ‘Let It Go’ for the little girls. Seeing them dance made everyone’s night it was a great moment.

I can't say enough positive things about Sound Express! The owner, David, was there for our every need during the planning process and always responded right away. Our DJ, Rich Pagano, was on top of everything throughout the night and regularly checked in with us to keep things moving. He helped make the party so much fun and the dance floor was never empty! Rich also helped me and my maid of honor "ice" the groom during the garter toss which took some planning and went just as planned. Our guests also loved the photo booth. Having a great DJ was probably my top most important detail in planning our wedding. We made an appointment with Sound Express on a whim because the office was close to home, not expecting much since it was the first company we met with. We could not have been MORE impressed when we met with Dave Pfluke that night, we booked him without looking anywhere else! The amount of energy and excitement he had made us even more excited to get married than we already were! He was so responsive and organized during the planning process which put me at ease because our families are so big, there was a lot of people to keep in order. During the wedding and ever since it has ended I have gotten nothing but compliments on how much fun our wedding was, and people couldn't believe how the dance floor stayed packed the ENTIRE night! Dave and his team made our wedding even better than we could have thought possible. I would recommend him to anyone getting married. Even if you are searching around and find someone you think is cheaper, having Sound Express is worth every extra dollar. I know my family wont be using anyone else from now on!

John and I wanted to thank you guys so much for making out wedding amazing! We had so much fun and so many people came to us saying that our DJ was awesome and kept everyone on the dance floor! Trevor and his associate were GREAT! We really were unsure what music to pick and Trevor made us feel so relaxed about it and made our night special! He was so attentive to details and checked in to make sure we were comfortable with everything that was happening! The introductions were so great and he picked perfect parts of songs to make the entrance up beat and fun! I cannot say enough about you guys! We used Sound Express for our DJ and Photo Booth. They also provided and setup the mics/speakers for our ceremony. We couldn't be happier with their services. Dave W. was our DJ and he was amazing. We provided him with a pretty intense playlist, along with a few unusual special requests and told him we trusted him to decide when to do what. Dave played all the right songs at the right times and kept a perfect flow. He managed to nail all our must-play songs, while also throwing in some fantastic surprises. People were on the dance floor all night. He kept our guests super engaged from the time they entered the reception, until the night was over. A lot of guests have told us we had the best wedding music they've ever heard.

We were hesitant to do any of the games Sound Express offers, because we didn't want things to get cheesy, but we told Dave ahead of time that if it seemed like it would liven the crowd, he could do the dollar game while the salads were being served. It was a HUGE hit. All of our guests loved it and everyone was laughing. Definitely a great ice-breaker.

The photo booth was also a big hit, as they always are, but as someone who works in film, I especially appreciated the quality of the photos. Sound Express let me help design the template for our guests' printouts and let us supply our own props, in addition to those they also supplied. All-in-all, I couldn't be happier with Sound Express. They were one of my favorite vendors for sure.

Dave and his crew did a fantastic job getting everybody up on the dance floor. It's a week after the wedding and people are still talking about the amazing time they had and how great the DJ's were. When we first spoke with Dave, he told us what they do is way more than just play music, they are interactive DJ's.. and he and his crew came through on their promise and then some. He even fulfilled my request of the blow up guitars and glow sticks which my family LOVES. I would also suggest getting the interactive up-lighting option they have. Their ability to strobe the place with multiple colors as they introduce you and through out the night was simply awesome. They helped make our wedding the most memorable day for our families, my wife and I.

Sound Express was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I would hands down hire these guys again! They payed special attention to every detail we requested! SO MANY people came to my daughter & son in law (the bride & groom), myself & her step Dad telling us how awesome the DJ was...."Where did you find these guys??? They are GREAT!!!" Most everyone stayed until the end of the reception and most were on the dance floor for a majority of the night. The games they played with our guest were so fun and set the pace for the rest of the night! SO MUCH ENERGY from our guests all night long!! Dave was our DJ and I would definitely request him again for any future events we need Sound Express for! Not one single negative comment!! David and his Sound Express team were fantastic! I left our first consultation convinced that his team would "make the wedding"....and they did just that!!! David was an excellent dj who kept the energy up all night long. The package that we chose included up lighting and a LED dance floor. Everybody loved the dance floor...they couldn't keep off of it! And the lighting really added to the whole venue. We could not have been happier with Sound Express.

Dave and Chandler were simply amazing! I have been to many weddings I can say they have by far done the best job. They were able to get our guests involved right away by playing a table game during dinner which really got everyone ready to party. We always had a packed dance floor! They also did our ceremony which was perfect! No rehearsal was need they just simply took down the songs I wanted for each portion and it was prefect (no issues with timing).

If you are looking to have a fun wedding I would recommend soundexpress!

Dave was INCREDIBLE for our wedding! We have been married for about 8 months months and we still have friends and family asking us who are DJ was on our wedding day. David was great! Could not have asked for a better DJ for our wedding. Everyone has such a blast and he listened to our vision and turned it into the best day ever. The energy was so insane and people cannot stop talking about how fun our wedding was. He really pumps up the whole room from the start and sets the tone for such a fun night. Super professional, and although he had never worked at our venue before, he fit right in and even worked great with the photographer. He also snaps some professional pictures himself and has great equipment . The sound quality and lighting was perfect. The highlight of my night was when he let me jump behind the DJ booth!

Dave and Rich were very flexible with planning and meeting with us before the wedding. They made doing business very easy and wedding planning can be very stressful! Rich was our Dj and he did an amazing job. Our guests were up dancing all night and had a sing off at the end of the night with Rich's help. We also used the photobooth service and our guests loved it! We had several people tell us how much fun they had. David is the absolute best DJ in Rochester. You can consider yourself very lucky if you get him as your DJ at your wedding because it's a guaranteed good time. He has a great mix of songs that everyone enjoys and can dance to and leaves out anything corny. I got to go behind the DJ booth and put his headphones on and pretend to DJ. Everyone said that was so cool and made for some awesome, fun pictures that you don't normally see. I loved it. He goes above and beyond to get people excited from games and having a two person team so he can MC while the music is being taken care of still. He doesn't overstep though and take over too much as I know a lot of people get worried about that too. perfect balance. He also keeps the whole night timed well and flowing with all of the events like cake cutting first dances anything else special. His uplighting transformed our room and looked amazing. It was actually orange and when my husband and I entered the reception room for a first look we decided we wanted it purple and with a simple movie of the lighting equipment it was changed in two seconds. He also put spot lights on our center pieces that made it look even better. We had a package from the bridal show that included the photo booth. It's a 4x6 with multiple photos and has a picutue of you and your spouse on it which is designed by David. I've never seen the picture booth photos anywhere else with as personal of a design which is a lot nicer. The photo booth is a backdrop with a camera that can zoom in and out to accommodate groups comfortably versus those old school tacky boxes. David was so easy to communicate with and always smiling. He's an awesome guy and DJ. There really is no one better in Rochester so if you're looking for a DJ and have come across sound express consider your search over cause you've found the best their is!

I don't know where to even begin with how impressed EVERYONE was with Dave and his team. My now husband and I booked Sound Express Entertainment for their DJ, Photo Booth and Up-Lighting services. We knew everything was going to be great just from the first time meeting with Dave, but come that day we were completely blown away! Not only was the dance floor packed, it was packed all night, the photo booth was an absolute blast and the lighting made such an impact on the space. We knew going into wedding planning that we wanted Sound Express because we'd seen them at a friend's wedding the year prior. Everything from song selection to uplighting to finalized day-of details was handled professionally and went without a hitch. We had so many people say what a great time they had at the wedding and when the Bollywood music came on we didn't expect such a strong response but it just amped up the energy level in the room that even the bride's mom, who probably hasn't been on a dance floor in 25 years, was out dancing and smiling! We had such a good time and would highly recommend the Shoe Game in place of all the standard wedding traditions that get boring. It was an awesome way to get the guests engaged and laughing and up on their feet.

I would highly recommend Sound Express for any event.

Dave was told by the venue that we were getting married at the wrong ceremony site. 30 minutes before show time, Dave was told he was at the wrong site. The wedding started on time without a hitch :) He kept the party going all night long, he helped to make the night unforgettable.

We had Dave Pfluke and Zach as the DJ's for our wedding and they were AMAZING!! They made sure everything went smoothly from the entrances to the dances, and they even worked with us on playing the shoe game (which if you're thinking about that I highly suggest it, SO FUN!!). They also worked together with our photographer on a surprise slideshow that our mom's put together with childhood photos. Everyone was asking me who they were and I have several engaged friends who I definitely recommended come meet with you guys! All through the reception and for several days afterwards people were telling me how much fun they had and how great our DJ's were. Recently my Brother asked me, “What was your favorite part of the Reception?” and immediately I answered, “The mirror photo booth!” It was honestly SO much fun! I knew I wanted a photo booth, however, my wedding planner was the one who suggested the mirror style and I am so happy she did! The mirror itself added a decorative element to the venue. We placed the mirror near the dance floor which was the perfect spot! It was easily accessible without having to leave the heart of the party. Shortly after the wedding, David contacted me to let me know all of the photos had been posted and available for download. I was laughing hysterically looking through all of the images! The props were awesome, the staff was fantastic and the memories made with the photo booth will last a lifetime.

Two words. BLOWN AWAY. Sounds express was recommended to us by a good friend of ours who is very familiar in the DJ industry. David was quick to respond and organizes an awesome business and has an awesome team of DJs. We went in to meet with David and Micah to talk about our reception. We had two other appointments scheduled later in the week with local DJs to help us decide who would be the best fit for us. After our meeting with Micah we felt so comfortable and he seemed to know exactly what we wanted and how to make our reception FUN for us and especially our guests. We cancelled our other appointments and booked with Sound express that night. They made all the planning easy and the reception went off without a hitch. Micah did an awesome as an MC and kept the guests not only organized but entertained. The music was perfect, our dance floor was absolutely packed all night long....we even paid for 3 extra hours ! Our guests have not stopped telling us that our reception was THE BEST they have ever been to. Everyone from my 80 year grandparents to our good friends in their 20s loved them. A huge thank you for Micah for making our night so perfect. If you need a DJ for anything these are your guys!!

Words cannot describe how incredible soundexpress was at our wedding! I was blown away by Micah and his team, they kept the party going all night! My vision for our wedding was that everyone would dance and have fun and my expectations were met, and then some. We had a photo booth there as well and it was a hit and the DJs handed out glow sticks that people danced with all night long. At the last song I think there were still 50 people on the dance floor wanting more. I don't think I will ever be able to say enough positive things about Sound Express. They did so much for us on our wedding day. Our family was struck by tragedy the day before our event and David and his crew made the night so special for us all. We used their DJ services, photo booth, and uplighting. We got the photo booth pictures back almost immediately and they're all taken with an actual DSLR camera so the quality is amazing. Even family members who are known to be super stoic had a blast using props and having their picture taken. The uplighting was gorgeous and just added something a little extra to our night.

We met with Dave a bit prior to the wedding to do a final general music selection that was perfect. He also arranged some games that got everyone involved and dancing. So many of my family members have commented on the DJ since and just how much fun they had at our wedding. You definitely can't go wrong with Sound Express!

Music is the beating heart of a wedding, giving it life and energy. So if music is the heart, David is the central nervous system. Professionally, David provided everything for the entire event. In addition to equipping the reception, David amplified the outdoor ceremony, mic'd up our officiant. He even assisted our photographer with his equipment for outdoor shots.

More importantly, David got the ENTIRE crowd out of their seats and tearing up the dance floor from 5 - 11pm. Since our wedding, I have received a torrent of compliments about just how much fun our guests had. This goes beyond simple courtesy.

For me, the highlight was my mother-son dance. It was my idea to cut our dance song off midway, then choreograph a rap with my mother for a minute, then cut back to the dance song. Dave edited the track together to make it appear that his equipment had failed. When the rap song came on, the entire venue ERUPTED.

Here comes the cliche: it was the best night of my life, and that was due in no small part to Dave's talents as a DJ.

Everyone at Sound Express was Amazing! David and Rich did a great job helping us pick out a song list that fit our personalities perfectly....they even helped us with a few unconventional songs for our ceremony (instrumentals) and our Entrance which I doubt can be duplicated (Go Blackhawks!!!). Dave and his crew at Sound Express were amazing to work with. They returned emails and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. They provided up lighting At our reception and also on our centerpiece flower arrangements. It really added a good ambiance. We picked out a monogram as well that Dave designed for us and that was awesome lit up on the wall. All of our guests enjoyed the photo booth. The props were provided by sound express. They were very fun and in really good condition. Dave really knew how to get the crowd up and dancing after dinner. (And most never left the dance floor after) He offers fun, interactive games which all of our guests loved. The flow of our wedding night went great and all of our guests were around for the cake cutting, etc due to Dave really knowing how to make that flow happen. I highly recommend Sound Express Entertainment for any special event!

Dave was spot on with everything we needed. he had suggestions for the best way to setup the room to help keep guest on the dance floor he was 100% on that. he got the whole reception on to the dance floor and kept them there. he was in constant communication with us prior to our event letting us know what needed to be done by which date. I had been to 2 previous weddings where Dave was the DJ and I knew he was the one for us. not once did I consider even looking for another DJ. you would be a FOOL NOT TO CALL SOUNDEXPRESS ENTERTAINMENT !!!!!!!!!

David and Rich were great to work with. They made planning our dj, photobooth, and lighting super easy. The night went off without a hitch. They kept the dance floor going all night. Rich and his crew were outstanding. The production was seamless and they kept everyone on the dance floor having fun until the end. My wife and I looked at four different DJ companies. One was a DJ only, three were entertainment companies. From the very first meeting we knew that Sound Express was the perfect choice for our wedding. Dave (or DJ and MC) was fantastic. David (owner) was by far the most responsive vendor we used for any of our wedding services. We had a relatively unconventional wedding. There was no sit-down dinner. We got married on a Friday evening, followed by an hor d'oeuvre and cocktail style reception. We basically wanted to have the ceremony and then a straight up dance party for the rest of the night. Dave and Micah never missed a beat, constantly reading the crowd and keeping the dance floor full from 5:30 until our reluctant end at 11. We also used Sound Express for our photo booth and Alex did a great job of facilitating all of our crazy friends' and family's requests. They even had to help us move decorations around when inclement weather forced a change in plans at the last minute. Their personalities, enthusiasm, and professionalism made the entire night even better than we could've expected. In total we contracted Sound Express for: DJ services, lighting, monogram, and photo booth. All were exceptional. We would recommend all of their services without hesitation. Since the wedding all of the guests we've spoken to have had nothing but rave reviews of the evening and all of the entertainment Sound Express provided. We only hope we have the opportunity to use their services again in the future. And if you are reading this and wondering if any of the services are worth it...YES!! The photo booth was a huge hit with everyone. The lighting was interactive and customized to our colors. The monogram was created specifically for us using our wedding logo. The music was the best we've ever heard or danced to at a wedding! Thank you doesn't say enough for everything Sound Express and their staff brought to our special day.

THEY ARE AMAZING!!!!!! Rich was our MC and helped us through the WHOLE process. They want to make your night a night to remember, and they do EVERYTHING possible to make it amazing and they NAILED it! We had the #Hashtag Machine which printed out all the photos attached to our wedding hashtag and the guests could take home all their photos! So unique and the guests loved it! They successfully had EVERYONE on the dance floor ALL NIGHT. All ages! YOU WON'T REGRET going with them! They were the BEST!

Very professional made the wedding special with all the lighting, music and games. I cannot put into words how much they contributed to making my daughter's wedding such a wonderful day. I had a least 50 guest call me to tell me what a great job the DJ's did. Had the guest dancing all night so much so no one wanted to leave I hired them for extra time because of the amazing time everyone was having. Would recommend them for any event. Great job.

The sound express provided an amazing atmosphere that included DJ service, lighting and photo booth! I could not have anticipate the amount of energy they added to my wedding! Rich and David from Sound Express Entertainment are hands down the BEST in the business! They were so accommodating, professional and personable. The entire night from the ceremony to the reception went perfectly! Rich and his crew also even traveled from Rochester all the way to Buffalo for us. From the Photo booth, to the up-lighting, glow sticks to the music and entertainment they did it all flawlessly. Our family and friends are still talking about how "Absolutely Amazing" they were. I can not wait to experience Sound Express again at another Event!!

Sound Express was absolutely amazing! They got everyone on the dance floor before the party even started through a game type activity and group picture! (Love it!) They also did some interactive things through out the night, especially during the "boring" hours of dinner and bride/groom table hopping. Everyone was on the dance floor all night long because of their amazing DJ skills! We also used a photo booth with them and the pictures come out like a postcard! So many people had a blast taking pictures and bringing them home! I can't say enough things about them and how they made our day so special and FUN!!!

Dave Pfluke and a member of his crew were the DJs at my wedding and I have to say what a phenomenal job they did. Not only was his company recommended to us by another DJ company, as well as my photographer and some other friends and peers, but all we heard from our guests all night was how awesome they were. They got the party started from the very beginning and it never stopped--our guests were on the dance floor until the very last second! From the moment we stepped into his office for our first meeting we knew he was the right choice. He was very professional along the way as well as flexible, especially with my husband's and my tendencies to be last-minute and even late! They did our up-lighting also and made the room look absolutely stunning. The feedback from many of our guests was our wedding was one of the best parties they've ever attended and I know a huge part of that is due to Dave and his crew! We would recommend them 10 times over and owe a huge thank you to them. Thank you, Sound Express, for making our wedding unforgettable.

Our wedding would not have been the same without Sound Express!!! Our dance floor was full the entire night, the music was amazing (not one bad song!), David Pfluke was extremely FUN and has a great personality! The dance floor made the night; all our guests LOVED it and it really transformed the room into something special! We got so many compliments from our guests about the DJ and dance floor. Sound Express exceeded our expectations! You are cheating yourself if you do not go with Sound Express. I have no shortage of good things to say about them!

Sound Express Entertainment Group is the best DJ in Rochester! The lighting, Photo booth, music and entertainment was amazing! It was the best decision we made for our wedding. Dave worked with us for months planning our big day with e-mails and face to face. Dave made our dream wedding become a reality!! We wanted our guest to have a great time and he made that happen! Dave had guests up on the dance floor before our first dance and we all sang and danced! He made everything go so smoothly my guests were entertained during dinner with the dollar dance, fun props while dancing the night away. We had so many people come up to us and tell us how awesome our DJ was! The photo booth was a huge hit everyone enjoyed getting their pictures done and they loved that they were able to get a copy for themselves. David was more than accommodating, flexible you can tell he loves what he does and will do anything to make your day special! Thank you Dave!!

RIch Pagano (no relation....seriously!! ) and the rest of the staff at Sound Express were exceptional!!!!! If I could give more than 5's I would. They put up with my daughter changing things a hundred times, and never once even so much as expressed frustration! They were fun, organized, and basically had a "your wish is my command" attitude. They were worth every penny. If you choose a different DJ service, you will be making a terrible mistake. Cut something else if you need to, but make sure you hire Sound Express!!!

They were the best decision we made for it wedding. Rich was our DJ/MC and along with his assistant helped give us the best wedding would could have imagined. The music choices were perfect, and kept everyone dancing all throughout the party. The uplighting looked amazing. The photo booth was a blast, and we have tons of goofy photos.

Dave runs a great business, and was incredibly helpful all througj out the process. He even put up with my wife insisting to design a number portions of the wedding herself, including the photo booth backdrop, the photo booth picture template, and the monogram.

All in all we were more than pleased, and would happily recommend them to anyone we know.

From day one, Sound Express was above and beyond the best vendor we could have worked with. We had zero complaints during the planning process, they allowed me to be creative and intrusive (I made the monogram, photobooth print layout, and the photobooth background!), and offered advice and help. The quality of the service was incredible. Rich and his assistant kept the party going up until the last song. They played interactive games during dinner that kept every table laughing and smiling, and the music of course was perfect. They worked with our requests and tastes to create an amazing event!

Side note-the photobooth and uplighting was a great deal as part of the package, and every guest, including the old ones, had a lot of fun taking goofy pictures! The uplighting helped create the perfect ambiance for our wedding. Love these guys!!!

Everything was wonderful. The DJ hosted the event beautifully.The flow of music kept everyone dancing. The dance floor was amazing and the lighting Sound Express provided made the night even more elegant. My wife loved the way our name (in a monogram) lit up one of the walls. They worked with us every step of the way during the planning process. Always available through email and responded promptly.This company is top notch and I would recommend it to anyone. They helped make our wedding the "talk of the town".

That was awesome!!! You guys are the best!!! We absolutely had a blast and as I am sure you noticed all our guests did too!!! We absolutely loved every second of it! Best decision we ever made to have you entertain our day!!! Everyone loved everything! The monograms, the lighting, THAT FLOOR, the photo-booth with the absolute greatest touch ever of everyone on the big screen! Everyone loved the music, danced till we could and I don't know if I ever actually got off that dance floor! I'm pretty sure Josh was still on it while you guys were trying to clean it and pack up! Dave and his assistant were honestly incredible. From the many months of planning via email across the country, to the final minutes before the ceremony, Dave was always there. His song selection package prior to the wedding made choosing the right songs for the right dances extremely easy for my wife and I. Within the first 15 mins of the reception starting, I had at least 10 guests approach me and say " your DJ is absolutely awesome!! I love how he got everyone on the dance floor right away!!" I couldn't have asked for a better DJ for our big day. Professional, on time, great communication, and excellent at his job. From beginning to end, he truly was unbelievable.
