  Our Phenomenal Experience

  For our wedding, we worked with Sound Explosion Mobile DJ Experience and our “experience” was nothing short of PERFECT! I have been to many weddings where the DJs were terrible, some too involved (literally serenading with songs), while others ignored the requests of bride/groom. Sound Explosion is exceptionally professional, reaching out as time got closer to nail down details, super attentive, quick to respond text/calls, and overall made sure that the atmosphere of our wedding was everything we could have ever hoped for and more. Sound Explosion is very detail oriented, as to ensure that everything goes EXACTLY as requested. At the end of our beautiful day, I was getting compliments on the music and had several people ask me for their contact information. Aside from our personal song requests, Sound Explosion had a feel for the crowd and knew exactly what songs to play, leaving it impossible to leave the dance floor! Sound Explosion Mobile DJ Experience is the ONLY music service that I would recommend to anyone if you are looking for an absolutely flawless event! 10/10 recommend for an unforgettable night, followed by a dance floor that stays completely full, the entire night!

  Highly recommend this couple

  Reagan and Karan are wonderful to work with. This is the second big event we had them do and both were exceptional. They are flexible and caring as well as professional. They went above and beyond to work with us and make our daughter's wedding spectacular! Will definitely use them again!

  We had such a great experience while working the both Reagan and Karan of Sound Explosion! We capitalized on the opportunity to utilize Karan for the day-of-coordination, and she was great! Our day was easy going and perfect! The music throughout the whole day was perfect and just as discussed. There was not a moment when the dance floor was empty! We are so grateful for the whole team at Sound Explosion that helped make our day one will we never forget!

  Raegan and Karan are such sweet people and an amazing team! Everyone at our wedding had a blast and the music was perfect. Raegan and Karan did a great job facilitating the evening with all of our requested events. Our guests really enjoyed being able to request songs they wanted to hear when it was time for the dance party! I would highly recommend Sound Explosion to anyone looking for a DJ in the area!

  Great experience for both wedding and reception. They were professional and above all very flexible to our schedule. They understand the hectic schedule of preparing a ceremony and they were very accommodating when the time line did not go according to plan. They played music that sounded great and went with how the group was responding. I would recommend them for anyone looking to add DJ services to any ceremony

  If you need a DJ for any event in the asheville area, then Sound Explosion Mobile DJ experience is the best choice by far!! They provided DJ services at my wedding and they were absolutely AMAZING!! They were open to changing my schedule when we got behind on time, they were open to staying longer for an additional charge with short notice because my guests were having a blast, they played all the songs that my guests requested and many more in order to keep the fun continuing. Prior to booking my wedding with Sound Explosion Mobile DJ Experience, the DJ I had booked for my wedding had just quit on me short notice and like they say "everything happens for a reason" and the reason was because my wedding wouldn't have been half as AMAZING if it weren't for these wonderful people that provided DJ services for my wedding. If you want to have a great time, then I'd advise choosing Sound Explosion Mobile DJ experience!!!

  Great experience. Stuck to our Do Not Play list and kept everyone dancing. Reagan's wife also does day of wedding coordinating and she was wonderful as well, don't know what I would have done with out her by my side!!! Thanks !!

  Reagan and Karan did such a great job working with us and our venue staff. From the beginning they were very knowledgeable and eager to get the right information they needed to do their job best.   Sound Explosion was awesome! :) They we very organized and professional. Everything was taken care of and I didn't have to worry about one thing. Loved the music and so did my family. We had a mixture of all kinds and loved how everything was appropriate for my kids. Thanks again for making my day AMAZING!

  I found Sound Explosion on the internet and gave them a call. They immediately talked to me about my plans for my wedding and quoted me and excellent price. I booked them right away! We then met one night and talked about the reception and my wants and gave their professional suggestions and we came up with a game plan for the reception. On my wedding day, when we got to the reception, they were already there and set-up and already playing. Everything went very smoothly the whole night and they kept track of it all-our arrival announcement, first dances, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, and departure. The wedding guests were having such a great time dancing, they all chipped in and Sound Explosion stayed and played music an extra hour! I would recommend Sound Explosion to ANYONE for their wedding!!!

  Karan and Reagan were great to work with! From my initial call to them all the way through my reception, they really listened to what I wanted, the types of music, and even my "special" directions...but most importantly, they made it all happen! At the reception, EVERYONE was up dancing and having a great time! I definitely recommend Sound Explosion!

They did not work with us at all and called me, the bride, to argue the terms. Legally, they violated the contract, cancelled on us, AND took the deposit. Karan was absolutely unprofessional with me, the bride, and then they both ignored our phone calls to negotiate. We later received an email saying that they would work with us but RESERVED THE RIGHT TO LEAVE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RECEPTION.
  The stress a bride goes through is enough, days before the wedding. Emotional distress from DJs picked out months in advance should not be added to that. As a bride to other future brides, I advise you to avoid undue stress from vendors who break their contract AND keep your deposit.
