The dress (3 piece) dress I ordered is absolutely gorgeous. Delivery was made faster than I expected. The high quality and the richness of the color made this the perfect dress for my son's wedding. I had many compliments. Soulmates dresses are the most beautiful that I've ever seen. The style of these dresses make them appropriate for a formal, semi-formal, or just a high-end dressy event. Definitely more versatile than a strictly formal outfit. Love it. Size was true. -

I wore a Soulmates ensemble to my daughter's wedding last month & received so many compliments - in person & from posted photos on FB! A beautiful 3 piece ensemble of silk ribbon - long skirt, tank & jacket in mauve. The customer service rep helped me decide the color by phone. I bought this dress for my son's wedding and it could not have been more perfect!!! I felt like a "million bucks!" Being the Mother of the Groom you kind of want to wear beige and shut -up. :-( That was not me, I needed to feel special because marrying off your only child is not easy! I had many people at the reception compliment me on this dress - many people I had never met! It was a glorious occasion and the dress was amazing!!!!! -

I ordered this dress for my son's wedding, and it was beautiful! I can't tell you how many compliments that I received. After looking at many bridal salons, I tried Soulmates online. The sizing is accurate, and I didn't need any alterations. The dress was very comfortable and elegant! I intended to dance that night, so I wanted to have a dress that was light weight. It was the perfect choice. I am 5'6'' and a size 14, so I ordered a large, and the fit was excellent! It was a beautiful dress for a very special event! -

Soulmates are undoubtably the best experience I have ever had. My outfit was gorgeous and I can't wait to show it off at my daughters wedding in April. I dealt with my inquiry about the outfit using email as I live in nz. My correspondence with soulmates was amazing and they directed me to ordering the size that would fit my body shape the best. The fit of my dress was perfect, so the sizing is appropriate. The color was exactly as it appeared in the photos (and is gorgeous and rich). The dress arrived in a few days, and I did not purchase expedited shipping. The quality is wonderful. I felt elegant and comfortable, not always easily combined. It was a bit on the pricey side, but I feel like it is a high quality dress and that I will get many years of use from it. -

I searched everywhere for a one of a kind wedding dress. I am older and this is a 2nd wedding so I didn't want the traditional bridal gown, and didn't want to look like I was a bridesmaid or mother of the bride. The embroidered ribbon lace Soulmates Dresses are perfect! The Crystal Blue is the exact color I was looking for. The dress is light and comfy and just enough "bling" in the fabric without feeling weighted down like a suit of armor! I am so excited for my day to come! I absolutely loved the Soulmates dress that I wore to my son's wedding. This was a destination wedding in Europe, and the moment I came down from my hotel room, all the people in the lobby began to give me compliments and said how beautiful I looked. I can't tell you how wonderful it made me feel on such a special day. I again got more compliments at the wedding and the reception. My son and his wife later had a smaller, more casual reception back in his hometown for those not able to travel so far. Since this was a three piece ensemble, I wore the top with a nice pair of dress slacks that matched perfectly. Again, I got compliments just by wearing the top. I would have given a complete five star rating, but the ensemble was a bit pricey, though worth it to me. It would be hard to wear this dress for other occasions since it is very delicate and will snag easily if not careful, so that is why I rated the flexibility a tad lower. -

I love Soulmates dresses and was very pleased with one I bought directly from a retail store. However, I was very disappointed with the shopping experience on their online/direct site. The return policies are the worst I've encountered. It's very hard to decide between several styles and to ensure the fit will be right, so I wanted to order three to evaluate for a family wedding. They should take a page from Nordstrom's customer service policies! I placed an order and received acknowledgement, but then cancelled it. I did not mind paying return shipping, but the restocking and exchange fees were ridiculous, especially given their high prices. When I talked with someone on the phone, there was no flexibility. Although it was inconvenient at quite a distance from my home, luckily, I found one of their dresses at a small retail shop that fit well, looked great, and was at a lower price than the same dress on the online site, and much lower than their newer line. But Soulmates lost out - I would have been willing to pay a higher price for a different design I saw online and really liked. -

Better make sure you want to cause returns are NOT free
The outfit I purchased on line was beautiful but didn't look good on me. The return process was scary
The RA I received was in some one else's name , twice
Had I not noticed I would be out over $300
They also charge $30 for restocking fee

I ordered a 2 piece in size 1X. Dress arrived a size 2X and jacket a 3X. I couldn't wear the expensive outfit. They sent an EXCHANGE which only gave me a small window to return - less than a week. I am still STUCK with a FULL PRICE EXPENSIVE dress and jacket that I could not even sell due to 2 different sizes. NEVER AGAIN. Although the quality and styles are excellent. I ordered a dress from this site for my daughters wedding. I liked it but thought I would like another one better but because I left for a short trip and didn't realize their return policy I was unable to return it to their satisfaction. When I called I explained that the dress I was now ordering was $100 more, they then sent me an e-mail telling me that I could return it with a 15% restocking fee (in other words someone would have to hang it back up) as well as a $20 handling fee and with verification of my other order) I could have ordered this at a place with flexible return policies (Nordstrom for example) and this would not have happened. Because of this, I will NEVER buy another product from them and will make sure this story is told whenever possible. -

Sorry, I cannot rate this as the dress is still on the hanger with the tags still on. My son's wedding for 10/12/13 was cancelled. I had to purchase this dress direct from the company which says no returns. Nordstrom couldn't order me the color black even though they have the same dress but in two different colors. So I'm stuck and no other situations for me to wear this dress. I told my family they can bury me in it. I'm serious!!!!
When an unusual happens, you should be able to return this item. It was beautiful,,,what good is that?

Warning! Dishonest company!
Soulmates sent my dress to someone in NY and I received their dress. They contacted me by phone and asked that I return the wrong dress and provided a return label. I promptly returned it. Soulmates received it 4 days later according to tracking. After 6 weeks I'm still being charged for the dress I never received. I don't know if the other person in this transaction didn't return mine or what but that's not my problem. Be warned! This company is dishonest. -
