  Kent was excellent!

  Kent helped make our wedding celebration amazing! He was super flexible when COVID forced us to reschedule our reception date. He was very responsive throughout the wedding planning process and checked in with us to ensure that we were all on the same page as we got closer to the big day. On the day of the event, he made sure our reception had a great vibe (even though we were surprised by some uncomfortably hot weather). Kent’s MC skills helped ensure the reception flowed well. Our friend was so impressed when she attended our reception that she ended up booking him for her own wedding!

  Recommended DJ

  It was a delight to work with Kent as a DJ at my spouse's and my wedding. I was a pretty hands-off wedding planner which meant Kent did the majority of the planning and song selection and it ended up being just right. After a meeting with him where he interviewed us on tunes we liked, Kent was able to put together a strong music selection with minimal input--songs that weren't cliche and had a great mix of classics and pop that met the tone of our brunch wedding reception.
  
  Kent's work is more than playlist-making--his energy, organization, and warmth radiates. He clearly has a skill for choosing the right sounds and songs for an event, yes, but he also brought to our event the right rhythm and cadence as an emcee. I'd gladly re-hire him again for a future event.

  SOPA is the man!

  Hey was phenomenal for our wedding. Met with us way ahead of the date and got song and other points that we wanted for our big day. Was super cool and accommodating throughout the whole process. He was one of the highlights of our wedding to most of our guests. Curated the vibes with hit after hit making it impossible for people to not get up and start dancing. Definitely a 10/10

  My experience with SOPA Sounds was exactly what he promised! The experience from the start...discussing the ambiance, , , the music...accommodations and the tailoring, was extremely detailed. We felt, at every stage, that he was just as invested as we were. He customized our music selection for the wedding ceremony and for the reception. His attire was dapper and demeanor vivacious. Our wedding captured an array of different types of music but the transition was effortless. For all occasions, that call for audio professional, SOPA Sounds is your best pic!
