We cannot say enough amazing things about our wedding photographer, Mona and her team! From the very first conversation with Mona to the entire wedding weekend, she stood by us and exceeded every expectation. We had an unfortunate cancellation last minute due to a hurricane ruining our entire wedding weekend last year, but Mona made sure she would still be our main photographer when we rescheduled last month and she did exactly that. She was not only our photographer but a true supporter during tough unexpected times.
My husband and I are no models but Mona and Ron made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, captured every special moment so effortlessly, and somehow managed to be everywhere without being intrusive. The sneak peak photos are SO stunning and we cannot wait to see the final gallery!!!
They truly have a gift for storytelling through photography. Every time we look at our photos, we’re instantly taken back to all the love and joy of the weekend. We are BEYOND grateful to have had them as part of such an important milestone in our lives. This is something we will never forget and we will be able to look back at these beautiful memories through their captures. We cannot wait to share these with our family.

Lifestyle shoot with Sona Photography
Sona captured our love story beautifully in a styled shoot at our home. She and her assistant arrived punctually and conducted themselves professionally throughout the session. Sona's warm demeanor made my fiance feel at ease, resulting in natural and stunning photos that truly captured our connection. The photos turned out AMAZING! The photo quality is outstanding and the overall aesthetic of the final photos reflected the vision I had in mind and initially shared with Sona's team.

Candid Photos Brought Us Back to Our Favorite Moments
From the start, I loved that Sona Photography was a woman-owned business. After speaking with Mona during our initial consult, I knew that working with her would be a breeze. Having been in the industry for over 20 years, Mona's passion for photography shines through her work.
Mona and Ron were attentive to the details I provided her ahead of time, helping to make the whole weekend as seamless as possible. When I was running in between events, Mona even took the time to help adjust my lehenga or fix my dupatta to make sure all the details were perfect when we arrived for photos.
Mona took the time to understand exactly what style of photography we liked. We wanted photos that felt real and candid, and she delivered! Looking at our photos now, we truly feel like we've been brought back to all of our favorite moments. We are so thankful to Mona and Ron for bringing our wedding to life in such beautiful photos. -

We hired Sona Photography for our wedding in Jacksonville, FL and Ron & Stephanie were fantastic! Ron & Stephanie were so helpful during our couples portraits in positioning us and making us feel comfortable in front of the camera. I personally enjoyed watching them work on our wedding detail shots, the various angles they shot throughout the weekend, and the joy and passion that they had throughout the entire weekend. Also appreciate them for helping make sure all our family & bridal party photo variations that we wanted to take throughout the weekend were captured. We received our highlights recently and the pictures are BEAUTIFUL. We are so so happy with our photos and would highly recommend working with them to capture your special moments! -

Mona with Sona Photography was amazing! She managed to catch all of our fun, intricate moments, our favorites being our beach sunset pictures! We trust Mona for our photos. She captured our engagement photos, Catholic wedding and combined Indian wedding, and we would hire her for the next event. She always knows how to capture us at our best, and the photos are truly stunning. An Indian wedding is a colorful affair, and you can tell she respects that in her work. She is a perfectionist, but still offered us flexibility when we asked for a 24 turnover of photos for a highlight reel, and the shots came out fantastic. She is highly recommended. -

Stephana is amazing!!! She sent me over 300+ "highlights" two days after my wedding and they are absolutely gorgeous!!! She was a pleasure to work with and she even helped me put on my Indian outfit! I had a Hindu wedding, Christian wedding, and reception all in one day and she helped me get the timeline down so everything ran smoothly. She and her team captured so many genuine moments of myself, husband, our parents, and our guests. I'm so in love with my pictures and so glad I hired Stephana!!! -

Ensure they captured all my special poses that I had discussed with them. Very professional, flexible, and responsive. We had over 5K pictures from our wedding, which shows that they worked extremely hard and were very dedicated. We worked closely with Stephana, she is great to work with. She is very accommodating and flexible with your needs. She is open to your ideas and creativity. She provided a slideshow capturing the whole wedding weekend of 5K photos very promptly which shows that she is very responsive. She has passions for her work, which shows through her work. I would definitely recommend her if you are looking for someone who is reasonable and professional. -

Michelle Sent on 07/14/2011I have a difficult time knowing where to begin with Sona Photography. We loved all of our Orlando vendors but I have to say that Stephana was our favorite. I was overwhelmed at the prospect of choosing a photographer but when my Mom and I met with her for the first time, she KNEW her stuff! I walked out of meeting feeling completely confident, comfortable, and wanted to immediately book her! :)
Stephana went above and beyond anything we could have imagined, starting with our engagement photos. We enjoyed our session and with her eye for detail and knack for creativity, she created a beautiful Save-the-Date design that we were so proud to send out to guests!
Stephana was professional, creative, kind, fun, and returned every e-mail and/or phone call right away, despite her busy schedule. Her talent combined with her amazing personality really sealed the deal for us. She helped us with our budget, choosing packages, awkward family dynamics (as far as placement in pictures were concerned), and really set us at ease when stress set in. I will never forget two comments that were made about Stephana on our wedding day. Someone in our wedding party commented, "I could not BELIEVE that she knew the names of everyone in the family and wedding party!" That just goes to show how professional this company is. Another comment was, "Your photographer was everywhere! I don't think she missed a single moment. You are going to have the best moments caught on camera." Indeed, we did.
Needless to say, we were provided with USB drives and C.D.'s full of incredible pictures. Stephana is my only vendor that continued to work tirelessly even after the wedding was done. She created beautiful photo Thank-You cards, two parent photo albums, and even SKYPED with my husband and I long distance to offer us the option of an upgraded Sona Photography album.
My husband and I decided to wait until our one-year anniversary a few days ago to open that album and WOW!!! It was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen. All of the little things she did continued to add up...creativity, time, energy, attention to detail, and never making us feel like we were asking too much. Thank you Stephana and Sona Photography for photos that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. I HIGHLY recommend this company. You will not be sorry!
