There are truly no words that feel quite big enough to express our gratitude to Michelle from Something’s Blooming LA.
From the very beginning, Michelle didn’t just listen to what we wanted. She completely understood it. Every conversation, every idea, every tiny detail we mentioned was absorbed, considered, and then brought to life in the most breathtaking way. What she created for our wedding went far beyond flowers and décor, it was storytelling through the most amazing blooms.
The thoughtfulness woven into every piece was extraordinary. From incorporating deeply sentimental elements into meaningful spaces, to creating the most incredible floral arch and personal boutonnières we could ever have imagined, every arrangement felt intentional, personal, and filled with care. Nothing was generic. Nothing was rushed. Every stem had purpose. Our guests still speak about the incredible designs to this day!
Michelle isn’t just a floral designer or a florist. She is a rare and genuine talent. Someone who cares profoundly about every stage of the process, who treats your wedding as if it were her own, and who executes her vision with precision, passion, and heart. Her attention to detail is exceptional, and the standard she holds herself and her work to is nothing short of outstanding.
A huge and heartfelt thank you also goes to Nancy and Leah, who supported Michelle throughout the journey. They were an absolute joy to watch and be around, calm, kind, professional, and clearly just as invested in making everything perfect. Their presence and teamwork only added to the magic of the day.
What Michelle and her team created for us is something we will treasure forever. They went above and beyond in ways we never expected, and the beauty, emotion, and care they poured into our wedding will stay with us for a lifetime.

Incredible
Michelle is absolutely amazing. She put so much effort into making the flowers perfect for our wedding. Every single flower and detail was carefully crafted and it blew us away. Her communication was excellent and she was able to see our vision for the wedding and then exceed all expectations while keeping us within budget. She is so creative and truly a master of her craft. Look no further if you need flowers, you won't find anyone better. -

Michelle and her team designed all of our florals for our wedding and were so happy with how everything turned out. From our first call with Michelle, it was easy to tell she has so much knowledge and experience and the utmost professionalism. From our design meeting, even though it was online, she had the full set up totally made and ready to see in action. Our wedding was a bit after tariffs could have really impacted the initial quote of our floral design budget but she was really communicative and proposed great alternatives. The day of, the floral design was so beautiful! My bouquet was the bouquet of my dreams! Truly everyone at the wedding said how the florals made the wedding so exquisite. Above that, Michelle and her team were so lovely and kind. Could not recommend them more! -

Michelle and Something's Blooming are miracle workers, visionaries, artists...she truly took all the bits and pieces and Pinterest inspo and made my wedding come together in a cohesive floral dreamscape. I used to work in florals and so I knew going into my wedding I needed a partner in this journey who could translate my strong feelings about flowers into exactly what I wanted, and Michelle, from the moment we met, was exactly that partner. She was communicative, empathetic, so creative, always made me feel a part of the journey (or, if she sensed I was getting overwhelmed, knew when to step back). I sent her a pinterest board of hand details of Renaissance paintings and she somehow fully understood what that meant in my brain. My wedding was perfect. I was stressed because I had seen pictures of the venue looking empty and so felt like the flowers had to pull a lot of weight, and with mini ikebanas, accents, bud vases, and an unbelievably beautiful tree installation/chuppah we transformed the space. Plus I still have my bridal bouquet drying in my house. Multiple people at my wedding, because of my unbelievable flower crown, told me I looked like a Renaissance painting. Michelle, I can't wait to work with you again! -

Gorgeous flowers and artistry!
Oh my goodness, Michelle and her entire team were absolutely the best! Michelle is such an absolute pleasure to work with and made everything so easy. Design meetings were so fun and she asked great questions and really understood what were looking for, even when we could not fully articulate it at first. She pulled up helpful example photos live and really crafted the most beautiful artistic vision. In our final design meeting, she created real example arrangements so we could see how things would look in terms of volume and with the different vase options, which was so helpful. She has a fantastic stock of different styles of vases and candles/candle holders, and it was easy to pick something beautiful. We also appreciated her design insight on candles and were really happy with the candles and arrangements we selected.
We originally planned on getting married outdoors and attaching flowers to a gazebo, but it rained day-of, and Michelle gets absolute bonus points for rearranging plans at the last moment! She went to see the indoor arch option that was already available at the venue and understood we wouldn't like it, and she went out of her way to rent a beautiful arch that meshed with our artistic vision - and we LOVED it! The ceremony floral artistry was unique and so beautiful and we were so happy with how it turned out. Michelle and her team were so kind and caring and easy to work with day-of as well, we were so appreciative and happy to have them there.
The personal items were beyond incredible! I loved my bouquet so much and wish I could have kept it forever, it was everything I had dreamed of and more! My husband chose the full lapel boutonniere and it turned out fantastic and looked so good! He thought it was beautiful, cool, and different, and provided visual interest. We also appreciated Michelle's attention to detail with the designs and their sizes; I am a petite woman and she crafted a bouquet that was the perfect size and not overwhelming.
Closer to the wedding, tariffs were introduced, and we really appreciated Michelle's transparency and up-front communication about the different options. She provided a high degree of flexibility depending on comfort level, and it made a potentially stressful situation much easier. We were really happy with the choices she provided us.
All in all, we are SO happy we chose Something's Blooming! Our guests continue to rave about the gorgeous floral designs and we are over the moon with how they turned out. Thank you so much Michelle! -

Michelle was such a delight to work with, and the entire Something’s Blooming team really went above and beyond to make our wedding day so special. Creating the vision for our wedding florals with Michelle was so much fun because she took all our wacky ideas and ran with them, and we really appreciate how many personal details she incorporated into her designs. I knew that I wanted animal skulls included in the centerpieces and my bouquet, and upon hearing this Michelle didn’t even bat an eye! We also heard many people raving about the pocket square boutonnières our groomsmen wore- they were absolutely stunning, and the groomsmen appreciated that they were much easier to put on/manage than traditional boutonnières.
In addition to creating the most beautiful floral designs we ever could’ve imagined, we heard from many family members and members of the wedding party that Michelle and her team were incredibly personable and that they enjoyed talking to them while receiving their boutonnières, corsages, etc. After communicating with Michelle for several months leading up to the wedding, we of course knew this would be the case! We cannot recommend Something’s Blooming enough, not only for the outstanding floral designs but also for the warm and welcoming atmosphere the team brings to every wedding. -

We were incredibly thrilled with the floral arrangements from Something's Blooming for our wedding! From start to finish, Michelle and her team truly exceeded our expectations.
Two years ago, we had the good fortune of meeting her when she did my sister's wedding. It was absolutely stunning so we knew we were in good hands. I appreciated that Michelle took the time to understand our vision and listened to all of our ideas and preferences, while also offering creative suggestions that really enhanced our overall aesthetic. We also got to be part of the floral picking process which was so fun! The entire team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail.
On the big day, the flowers were nothing short of breathtaking! The bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces, and ceremony arrangements were even more beautiful than we could have imagined. The colors were vibrant, the blooms fresh, and the overall look was absolutely stunning. Our vision was "if wine and fall could have a baby, that would be our wedding!” and she delivered. Through the color pallet, the variety of flowers & foliage, fantasy pumpkins, and lanterns, our concept was brought to life. Our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how gorgeous everything was!
Their attention to detail was impeccable — from the intricately crafted pocket square for the groom and ring bearer to the lush arrangements at the altar. Everything was perfect. We were deeply appreciative of how seamless the delivery, ceremony setup, and transition to reception went. It felt like magic seeing it all come to life. Both my husband and I work in the entertainment industry ourselves and we know how much work goes into weddings. Knowing we had professionals handling this part of the process allowed us to sit back and enjoy the day.
If you're looking for a florist who truly understands your vision and delivers stunning, high-quality flowers, we highly recommend Somethings Blooming. They made our wedding day feel even more magical!

Flawless Floral Wedding Execution
We couldn't be happier with the local florist who made our wedding photoshoot at the hotel absolutely stunning! Their passion for flowers is contagious, and it showed in every detail of their work. They took our ideas and ran with them, creating arrangements that perfectly matched our vision. They were so easy to work with and professional throughout the process. We can't recommend them highly enough! If you want your special day to be filled with beautiful blooms and creativity, look no further. -

Michelle does beautiful wedding work. She created a tangly, visually stunning display in our (difficult) palette of copper, ice blue, rose, cream, and midnight blue, with tree branches and greenery and an overall Midsummer Night’s Dream feel. She also made astonishing floral wearables, from my flower hairpiece to my partner’s lapel piece to floral “tattoos” and necklaces for the attendant. My bouquet was a wonder. Michelle is visionary but accommodating and I feel very lucky to have worked with her and Something’s Blooming! -

Gorgeous flowers that did not disappoint!
Michelle was a joy to work with! We saw her work at a Supper Club event at The Lodge at Malibou Lake, and I instantly knew I wanted to work with her. Her floral arrangements look very natural and garden-like, which I am drawn to. We chatted with her that night and in our brief chat I knew she had the vision for flowers that I was hoping for. I was a bride who never had set vision of what her wedding day would look like, but Michelle made it happen!
She was very communicative throughout the planning process, which I really appreciated. She was also very open to my ideas and opinions which was so reassuring, I knew we were in good hands the whole time. I appreciated her checking in with me and assuring me that “no surprises are the good kind of surprises on your wedding day”.
We had a smaller flower budget, which Michelle did wonders with! We’re so grateful for her to work with our limited budget. The flowers were such a dream. And we had centerpieces that people could see over which was important for me.
We enjoyed working with her so much that my mother-in-law used her for the rehearsal dinner the night before. It was wonderful to have the same florist for both events so there was cohesion between the two. This meant we also got to re-use some flowers for both events which was great! The less waste the better.
We are so thrilled with our experience with Something’s Blooming LA and we definitely would recommend them to anyone else! You won’t be disappointed! -

Something's Blooming was everything we could have dreamed of!
Michelle and the Something’s Blooming team were incredible! They did the flowers for our wedding on Catalina Island (a logistical feat that they pulled off smoothly). We wanted colorful, playful florals that complimented the colors in the venue and incorporated as many CA natives as possible, and Michelle absolutely knocked it out of the park. The end result was even more stunning than I could have imagined!
Michelle was a true delight to work with from start to finish. She got to know us and let us into her thought process and vision without it being overwhelming. I know she had to deal with a lot of moving pieces behind the scenes (an island isn’t easy!), but from our end everything seemed like magic. A massive thank you to Michelle and her team. We lucked out in finding them!

Michelle is a true artist. We had a Hindu-Mexican-American fusion wedding and that came with as many moving parts and specific needs as you’d imagine. We were neck deep in planning and dreading having to manage another vendor. Along came Michelle. She was an immediate breath of fresh floral air. She not only understood our vision but made it quickly clear that we could trust her implicitly to plan and execute without any handholding. Her calm energy and structured approach meant we were always informed and consulted but never bogged down. She was a true creative partner that we were happy to let run free. The result was absolutely stunning.
As a special note, we needed to create special flower necklaces for our ceremony. This is central to the ceremony and during the actual moment you get married, you swap these garlands. Normally these are custom ordered from India because it often isn’t done well in the US. But since we had loved everything Michelle had shown us so far, we decided to ask if she’d be open to it.
She delivered BIG.
She took the time to understand the ask, research the topic, and create a perfectly unique, stunning piece. The Hindu priest himself remarked on how beautiful and original it was. That’s basically divine proof of her ability 😉
We could not have been more grateful to have her and her team join our day and can’t recommend her enough. Honestly, we’re ready to throw another wedding just for a chance to work with her again. -

Something's Blooming Delivered
Michelle and Something’s Blooming were the best florists we could have hope for. When we first met with Michelle, she was able to take our vague idea and condense it into a cohesive vision. It was mostly just a request for ferns and not too many flowers. She communicated clearly with us all along the way, providing really wonderful suggestions. In the week leading up to and on the day of the wedding, she was absolutely perfect. If you want the perfect florist to make your big day go off with out a hitch, Something’s Blooming is the way to go. -

The best of the best!
I've had such an incredible experience with Something's Blooming (Michelle) that I felt compelled to write my very first review. I once received a beautiful arrangement from a friend of mine after the passing of another friend and as strange as it may sound, the arrangement was so stunning that it actually provided me with comfort. I've never felt that way about a floral arrangement so I immediately asked her where she ordered it because it was unlike any arrangement I had ever seen before. She told me she ordered it from Michelle of Something's Blooming. I admired and enjoyed my arrangement every day. Then when I started to plan my baby shower, I knew exactly who I must have to do my floral arrangements (Michelle!!) and I'm sooo glad she was available because not only did she go above and beyond to execute my vision, she was so warm, professional and accommodating with my budget. I would absolutely recommend her and her work to every and anyone. -

Ridiculously Amazing
I hired Something's Blooming to do my wedding and I can't recommend them enough! The flowers looked so incredible. Michelle was able to find flowers that perfectly matched our theme and colors, deal with a rather odd list of allergies, and deliver a product that was 1000x times more than I was hoping for. She made great suggestions and really helped bring an upscale feel to a backyard wedding. I received several comments (unprompted) from my guests about how amazing all of the arrangements looked. Something's Blooming is now my go-to florist. Communication is very timely and easy. You won't be disappointed! Seriously, you can stop the florist search here. -

Michelle is incredible - she is not only an artist but an amazing person (an angel!!!). She is so incredibly talented and brought nothing more than a Pinterest board of loose ideas to life. She took what I showed her, ran with it, and turned it into so much more than anything I could have imagined. Every little detail was perfect, and she was able to repurpose so much, turning our wedding reception into a complete and utter floral wonderland! I've never known my husband to feel excitement over florals, and he was absolutely in love with his lapel piece (such an AMAZING take on a boutonniere). Which reminds me, Michelle's wearable pieces are out of this world; I want to have another wedding just so Michelle can make us all wearables! On a separate note, Michelle was so patient, and so thoughtful in everything she did for us. She met with us to do a full venue walk thru, allowing us to play with tablescapes before the big day, and took a number of long calls with me, so that we could design the space together. She helped us make decisions to elevate the space, while also managing things within our budget, and truly every. single. little. thing was perfect. One million out of 5 stars for Michelle and Something's Blooming. -
