    Great Experience!!!! Reasonable Rates!

    Tracy was great to work with, when we were looking to rent just a few things to add to our vow renewal wedding. Communication was great and her items were as described during pick up. We were able to pick up items when it was convenient for us and we returned a few days after wedding was over and we got to settle a bit. Would definitely recommend using Tracy's services in the future.

    Tracy is so wonderful to work with. She makes sure your day is perfect and every detail is taken care of. It was nice not having to buy napkins, tablecloths, chairs, etc and then have to worry about "what do I do with all this after the wedding?" Tracy and her team set up my reception venue and it was so beautiful and elegant. They also set up the chairs outside at my ceremony site.

    Something Special by Tracy transformed our selected Reception venue into an elegant Winter Barn Wedding on Valentines Day with a fun, country and rustic atmosphere. Tracy provided all the decorations, chairs, linens, lace accents, table and glassware and it was just beautiful. We could not have asked for a more perfect setup to complete the vision that both daughter and mother had for a beautiful barn wedding. Thanks Tracy!

    Tracy is wonderful and if you need rental items for your big day, she's the best! My venue recommended her to me and I was super happy with her services! We rented linens, chairs for our outdoor ceremony, tables in sizes that the venue did not have... and she delivered! Everything was set up by the time I arrived at the venue and it was perfect. We kept it simple, but she has an endless amount of options and set up suggestions.

    Tracy really did a wonderful job with my wedding!! She was so helpful and her decorations were very tastefully done! She even bailed me out of an emergency bridesmaid wardrobe malfunction! Tracy is the best!

    Tracy Fowler (nee Burch) is the top wedding and party rental professional in Southern Maryland. She has been doing weddings for years and really knows what works and what doesn't. After meeting Tracy I knew I was in good hands and trusted her judgment completely throughout the process. She offers everything from chairs, tables, linens, tents, lighting, bathrooms and dancefloors to decor with very good quality -- it's a little pricier than some other local rental companies but I opted for Tracy because I really liked the quality of her rentals. She is very professional, no nonsense and if anything goes wrong, you can rely on her to fix it or to find someone who can fix it. I knew I was in very good hands working with Tracy!

    Tracy Fowler was amazing to work with!!! Her crew is top notch and she brought my vision alive. I can not send her and her team enough praises. Our venue was my old elementary school cafeteria and she transformed it into an elegant ballroom. They draped the entire room ceiling to floor. She made my cocktail hour venue dreamy by hanging bistro lights and chandelier from an old oak tree. It was simply gorgeous. I received so many compliments about the room and how beautifully decorated it was. Her team was so professional and they did such an amazing job. I wish I had pictures to share! She does a lot of work so email is good but calling her is best when you have questions. Thank you Something Special by Tracy Fowler!! You made my wedding a dream come true!!

    Tracy provided all my linens for my reception as well as ceiling draping and it looked great! Everything was professionally pressed and matched perfectly!

    Tracy absolutely delivered on my wedding day. Her rentals were exactly as advertised, and her team did a great job setting up. They also were flexible enough to adjust, given that the venue had a couple of odd tables that they refused to move out. Tracy thought of uses for them and provided an extra tablecloth to make them look like the other rented tables, free of charge. It really turned out better than I could have imagined. My only complaint is that in the months leading to the wedding, Tracy could be very hard to get in touch with. She definitely delivered on my wedding day, but I think that pre-wedding communication could definitely be improved. I recommend using Tracy, but if you are someone with lots of questions, don't expect responses quickly until the final stretch just before the wedding.

    Tracy did beautiful work, our venue was gorgeous. The drapery really transformed the room. That being said, she was a little difficult to work with as far as communication. I also updated our invoice a few times because things changed, with the wedding nearly a year away that can happen. I felt like when I spoke with Tracy about the changes I got a little attitude from her, I assume because I was cutting multiple things and making the cost go down. At the end of the day everything was beautiful but I wish Tracy was a little better with communications.

    Tracy has quality rentals, beautiful things to make your wedding gorgeous. However, her unresponsiveness was a deal breaker for me. I received several invoices from her weeks to a month after my initial request, and inevitably the invoice would be incorrect. I would contact her again and request a correction (for example.. I'm not renting a stage, I need a bar, I need sidewalls, I'm renting different chairs..etc.). Months and months go by and I never get this resolved, so I just paid my wedding coordinator to deal with her. 2 days before the wedding, I was STILL making corrections (via the coordinator) about things that somehow slipped through the cracks, and having to search through emails to prove I had asked for things in the past. So stressful. However, my wedding was gorgeous with Tracy's rentals.

    I was very happy with the set up of chairs and arbor that I rented from Tracy! :) however, she could be very difficult to get in contact with leading up to the wedding. She seemed disorganized. The week of the wedding was when I was able to get in touch with her. Email seemed to be the best method.

    Working with something special was honestly super stressful. Tracy was often unresponsive and continued to provide incorrect invoices. It wasn't until a few days before the wedding that we had the final cost configured. This can be a major obstacle for a bride on a budget. I would not recommend working with Tracey although the rental items and drapery were absolutely gorgeous.

    I selected Tracy to be our decorator after one of our friends recommended her. She has a "one stop shop" for tents, chairs, and decorations. The first time we met with her, she was very professional and helpful. Service went down hill after that. When the day began to approach (about 2 weeks out) I tried reaching her serveral times, leaving multiple voicemails. When she would call me back, I'd be at work and unable to answer my phone (I explained my work schedule in the voicemails). She left a message saying she would call me "first thing in the morning", but days went by, and I'd try to contact her again. At this point, all I wanted to do was pay the remainder of our bill, and give her a final head count for seating. I could live with what I mentioned above because my friend told me she was "difficult to get a hold of". However, on my wedding day, she refused to set up the chairs for our ceremony due to the wind. She called my soon to be husband around noon on our wedding day, while we were all getting ready to ask him what our "plan b" was. There was a little wind and rain, but everything was supposed to clear out by 2. My husband told her that we were still planning to get married outside, and that she should set the chairs up out by the archway. She said that the chairs would blown away, and she would not be setting them up. She said she'd stack them by the tent that was provided and said "good luck". My husband had to leave directly after he got done taking the before ceremony photos to set up our ceremony chairs. Tracy also told us that if we had our center pieces at the site when she was setting up the tables, that she would place them for us. However, my sister in law ended up doing that when she came to set up the archway flowers. Tracy was already long gone at that point. I was and still am highly displeased with the lack of professionalism shown by Tracy on the most important day of my life.
